Slowest McDrive ever. Arrived at 10:06, one (1!) in front of me was already waiting at the counter until 10:14. As he Finally received his order and it was my turn to ask how long I would have to wait for a toast and muffin. In all seriousness the answer was 10:30! My answer to that is “Cancel”. Just stay away from it, or you'll have a lot of time :-D

I'm in MCS with Lavinia at least once a week, it's our chill place, we always have a laugh, deep talks and a few times we weren't in a good mood. This restaurant will remain in our memories forever.

After a long business trip, I and my family, who I hadn't seen for WEEKS, decided to visit this "restaurant" with them. At first everything was going great, but then suddenly we were greeted by an angry employee named AMIR🤬🤬🇪🇭 He snapped, insulted me and my husband as a homophobe and said our kids weren't our real ones anyway and alluded to their dark skin color and all because we complained because a cucumber was missing from the burger🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💯💯 something like that I apologize and we then left this store immediately. Anyone who is against right-wing ideas and homophobia should avoid this branch

My visit to McDonald's in Rauenberg was an extremely negative experience. As soon as I entered the branch, I was treated very unfriendly by an employee named Amir. Despite his rude attitude, I finally ordered a burger - but the experience got even worse. After receiving the burger, I was horrified to discover that it was moldy. It was obvious that the burger was not fresh, which is completely unacceptable. After this unpleasant encounter and the blatant lack of quality, I immediately left the restaurant without eating my burger. It's shocking that something like this can happen in a McDonald's where you should be able to count on a certain level of quality and cleanliness. I very much hope that the management of McDonald's Rauenberg responds to this feedback and takes urgent action. After this experience, I will definitely consider whether I would even like to visit this branch in the future

I called to ask about the new mysterious Big M Burger but a certain mister Amir told me with the utmost disrespect that I should please leave the line free for important questions.

Unfortunately there is a total dead zone and ordering without an app doesn't get you any points. That's why we were only here to use the toilet. WiFi would have been practical.

One of the better McDonald's. This branch looked relatively new. Considering the crowds (lots of travelers), the branch was surprisingly clean. The three of us ate there and ordered at the table (app). The order came just minutes after placing the order, despite the long lines at the checkout. The order was completely fulfilled, the personalizations were all taken into account. The service at the table was friendly. I can't write anything about the condition of the toilets. The tray trolleys were emptied regularly and nothing overflowed. The food was freshly prepared and still hot, the salad was also fresh, there were no wilted leaves among it. I will add this McDonalds to my list of rest stops along the highway. Thank you for that.

These were supposed to be net potatoes, unfortunately there were no building instructions. I had to look for building instructions on YouTube. Not very customer friendly.

I ordered medium sized potatoes but they didn't put them in the envelope, they justified themselves by saying that the employee is new, it's not the first time but this time I came back for an explanation!

As you can see in the picture, it doesn't even work with the bottom and lid of a burger anymore. My inner Monk had a stroke at the sight. The burgers basically look like the employees are throwing ingredients around the kitchen and not hitting them properly. The employee at the drive-in, older semester, graying, sparse hair and glasses doesn't even greet you. Can't open his teeth when talking and can't be understood except for "order" and the price of the order. He hardly understands anything himself and asks questions several times and literally shouts at you. Not much left and I drive through the drive-thru without ordering when the guy is standing there.

We were in the branch on Saturday (08/03/24) at 11:00 p.m. and ordered there via the terminal. Part of the order was an Iced Coffee Shake Caramel. We got a hot coffee with ice cubes and cream without a shake. After complaining twice that the product was wrong, the shift manager intervened, who was very unfriendly and continued to look for the error in us in the sense that the product was correct. When we received the correct product, we were then banned from the store. We were 4 people and were in the middle of eating and then just got kicked out due to a repeated mistake by the staff. We feel we are being treated unfairly and it is absolutely not okay to throw us out and ban us from the house. We come from the catering industry ourselves and in plain English that's a shame and we'll save our next visit to this restaurant and recommend that other people save a visit there too.

Today's visit showed me that even if this branch were the last chance to get "food", I would rather eat the lawn in Ravensburg than run into Mr. "Ganar", the shift manager, again. And the trigger is even more embarrassing and sad than the fact that I'm submitting an application for the first time in my life. The spat started with the decision to order an Iced Coffee Shake Caramel at the terminal, after which I received a cup with ice cubes, coffee and a bit of sauce. I pointed out to the nice lady that this wasn't what I ordered and that she would like to have my shake. Unfortunately she didn't understand and she replied in English "What?". I politely repeated myself in English. In response I received an annoyed blank stare and an aggressive acceptance of my wrong order. And friends, no, I didn't get a new shake, cream was passively aggressively slapped on my face and sold as a new shake. An action is followed by a reaction and I contacted the shift manager as mentioned above. He, in turn, as merciful as he is, shouted at me in front of the entire team in the entire store and banned me from the premises. I also have to mention that friends of mine were already eating at this point and the total value of our order was around €40. At this point, I regret not investing in the Communication for Managers course for loving shift management. But we remain optimistic, maybe tomorrow will be a better day for this branch.

For such expensive food, I can expect quality and cleanliness or is that asking too much? The store is no longer as busy as it used to be. The prices are like in the 5 star chef restaurant?

The service was great. Even though I had the impression that young women were keeping the place running. I'll only get to McDonald's for one. to drink coffee. So the loss is certainly not too big, but that was my last coffee at McDonalds. Cafe Grande €3.99, takeaway. But it was really bad. Black hot water with no taste. Getting there from the highway is unnecessarily complicated. You pickle around half the industrial area outside. But at least it accepts coupons - not like the McDonalds before that we left annoyed and came here.

Service deserves 5 stars! Friendly, in a good mood, we were served 5 minutes before closing time as if we were the first customers, everything was freshly prepared! Ambience and food, it's just a McDonald's, everything as expected.

The outdoor area (play tower) is vomited, directly on the fall protection. The outside area needs to be cleaned (with play tower). Otherwise the visit wasn't bad but not special either, the staff were very friendly.

The website says it's open until 5 a.m., but at 12:30 a.m. only the McDrive was open.

Unfortunately I have to rate my experience at McDonald's Rauenberg with only one star. Despite the announced opening times until 5:00 a.m., we experienced a very disappointing situation. When we wanted to order in the restaurant, we were refused. Instead, we were told that, even though we were walking and not driving, we should queue at McDrive. Not only was this instruction inconvenient, it also felt very unwelcome. It makes no sense that pedestrians should be served in the drive-thru area, especially when the restaurant is still officially open. This experience negatively impacted our evening and we were very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer focus. I hope that McDonald's Rauenberg sees this incident as an opportunity to improve, particularly in terms of customer service and adherence to its opening hours. Unfortunately for us this was a reason not to return so soon.

Was also on site at Mcdrive. I specifically asked if everything was complete and then when I was in the car, I was really disappointed. My Big Mac was missing. There was no receipt either, and I had already distanced myself from McDonald’s.

Oh dear, the quality has deteriorated a lot. Not only that, the dishes with coupons are also very expensive. With the Sprite you could just barely detect a hint of lemon. A pile of ice cubes, which was more like water. Ten euros for a Big Mac, six nuggets and the aforementioned water. No fries, and only in the medium size with a coupon, I'm starting to have to say that it's all just a rip off and it doesn't taste good at all. Partly cold. In the last coupon campaign, everything was available in large size plus fries for the same price (mid-February 2024) Doesn't necessarily have to be at this branch. I have the feeling that the franchise wants to save money.

Oh je, die Qualität hat aber sehr nachgelassen. Nicht nur, dass auch die Gerichte mit Coupons sehr teuer sind. Bei der Sprite konnte man gerade noch so einen Hauch Zitrone erahnen. Ein Haufen Eiswürfeln, das war eher Wasser. Zehn Euro für ein Burger sechs Nuggets und das oben genannte Wasser. Keine Pommes, und nur in der mittleren Größe so langsam muss ich sagen ist das alles nur noch abzocke geschmacklich überhaupt nicht gut. Teilweise kalt. Muss nicht unbedingt an dieser Filiale liegen. Habe eher das Gefühl, dass das Franchise sparen will.

Purely McDonalds... fries and nuggets would be fresh, so the goal has been achieved

My visit to McDonald's was again disappointing as, despite ordering a McCrispy Chicken menu, I once again received a meal with cold and hardened breading and cold, soggy fries. The hope of improvement after my complaint was disappointed as the new menu was just as bad or even worse. This McDonald's is by far the worst in the area. The employees were unfriendly and not very accommodating. Next time I'll go to another McDonald's to avoid such disappointments.

War mit meiner Familie im McDonals Rauenberg. Wir hatten die Bestellung aufgegeben und auch erhalten. Als mein Sohn seine Sauce öffnete, schwamm auf der Oberfläche Schimmel. In der Annahme, dass vielleicht der Deckel beschädigt war und daher Sauerstoff eindringen konnte, schickte ich ihn an die Ausgabe, damit er die Soße tauscht. Dann geschah das Unglaubliche: Der Mitarbeiter teilte ihm mit, man könne die Soße trotzdem essen, er solle sich nicht so anstellen. Er rührte ihm die Soße um und meinte, nun könne man nichts mehr sehen, dann sei es wieder gut. Fassungslos ging mein Mann zur Theke und bat nochmals um einen Tausch. Nachdem auch ihm mitgeteilt wurde, dass so kleine Schimmelspuren irrelevant seien, forderte mein Mann den Mitarbeiter auf, die Soße doch zu essen, falls er dies wirklich für unbedenklich hält. Da mittlerweile umstehende Gäste aufmerksam wurden, riss der Mitarbeiter meinem Mann die Packung aus der Hand und meinte, er solle sich setzen. Kurz darauf wurde eine frische Soße auf unseren Tisch geknallt mit der Bemerkung, man hätte die andere Soße doch noch essen können. Abgesehen davon, dass ich nicht zur Debatte stelle, ab wieviel Schimmel eine Soße ungenießbar ist, finde ich die Umgehensweise absolut inakzeptabel.

War am Samstag Abend vor Ort und hatte eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben. 2x den Angestellten gefragt ob alles vollständig sei. 2x wurde die Frage bejaht. Zu Hause die Enttäuschung. 2x Burger und 2x Pommes haben gefehlt. Knapp 12€ für Luft ausgegeben.

Mega Kindergeburtstag heute gefeiert. Super Service. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lányom kedvenc Mekije a környéken. Abszolút igaza van. Én nem vagyok egy McDonald'ses rajongó de ez kimondottan tetszik. Nagyon bő a választék...tudtam diétás ételt rendelni. Végre nem volt a colában jég! Illetve a cappuccino valami isteni finom volt. A hely kellemes a dolgozók figyelmesek kedvesek! Jól éreztük magunkat .

Schon oft vorgekommen das was vergessen wurde z.b ein ganzer Burger, und so auch heute, mein double chilli cheese bruger war voll platt gedrückt, und es war nur eine essiggurke drauf, keine japalenos, also zu 0% scharf. Und es ist sehr teuer für so einen Burger auf dem fast nichts ist.

Moderner McDonalds direkt an der Autobahn. Gutscheine werden angenommen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und schneller Service. Gehört definitiv zu den besten Filialen die wir bisher besucht haben!

Convenient: next to the Tesla Supercharger so ideal to grab a cup of coffee while the car is charging. Same menu as in all the McDonald's in Europe (and much better than those in the USA).

Da wir einen Ladestopp ein legen wollten, haben wir dort etwas gegessen. 🍟🌯🍔🥗Es war recht viel los. Leider kam das Personal nicht nach die Hinterlassenschaften der Leute wegzuräumen. Tische dreckig, Boden klebte... Aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Konnten gestärkt weiterfahren. 😁

Dreck überall und mit Menschen vollgesopft. Hier fahren viele von der Autobahn runter um Pause zu machen. dementsprechend dreckig ist es dort, denn das Personal schafft es nicht das Restaurant sauber zu halten. Ich würde weiterfahren.

Mc Donalds, halt, man muss es mögen. Abwicklung am Drive-in top, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die Anfahrt dort hin von der Autobahn ist für den Durchreisenden eher schwierig. Das Werbeschild ist von der Autobahn gut sichtbar, die Anfahrt eher eine Herausforderung und das Restaurant ist ohne Navi nur schwer zu finden.

Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient

Es war gestern Nachmittag (08.08.2023) gegen 16:15 Uhr nicht viel los. Ich wurde sofort freundlich bedient. Die Zubereitung der bestellten Speisen war sehr schnell und ich muss ehrlich sagen: Burger frisch, heiß und lecker, sogar das Brötchen, kommt selten so bei MC Donald´s vor. Großes Lob auch für die Pommes Frites. So leckere Pommes Frites habe ich seit mind. 2 Jahren in keiner MC Donald´s Filiale mehr erhalten. Heiß, kross und vernünftig gesalzen. Wenn ich hier in der Nähe wohnen würde, wäre ich wohl öfters mal hier. Warum dann keine 5 Sterne: Die Sauberkeit der Herren Toilette ließ zu wünschen übrig und es roch dort zusätzlich noch sehr unangenehm, incl. dem Vorraum, wo sich die Waschbecken befinden.

Essen bestellt, nach 20 Minuten nachgefragt, leider komplette Bestellung vergessen. Nach erneutem warten kam das Essen, nur bedauerlicherweise das falsche. Beim letzten Besuch war es leider genauso. Schade Das Personal überzeugte nicht mit Freundlichkeit.

Super Qualität, superschnell am Sitzplatz und auch meist noch heiß oder warm 👍🏻 ich würde eigentlich 5 Sterne geben aber leider scheitert dies am Personal :( Das Personal ist meist unfreundlich und hört einem nicht zu beim Bestellen (Mcdrive). Das Deutsch des Personals ist wirklich mangelhaft :(( Momentan ist eine Aktion mit der "Mystery Box"(einem limitiertem Glas) ich habe 8,50€ für zwei Bürger, Pommes und einem Getränk bezahlt. Normalerweise war die Mystery Box dabei leider war sie bei meiner Bestellung nicht dabei :((((

Tische und Bänke bzw. Stühle klebrig und schmutzig. Essen war unvollständig und Mitarbeiter nicht nur überfordert sondern auch allesamt unfreundlich. Essen war kalt, Pommes nicht gut.

Die Anfahrt ist etwas ungünstig, vor allem mit größeren Autos, aber die Mitarbeiter waren nett und das Essen kam super schnell

Vorbestellt per App, trotzdem das falsche überreicht bekommen. Nach kurzer Kontrolle meiner App, wurde es korrigiert. 👍 Die Burger werden aber immer kleiner und qualitativ schlechter.

Typischer McDonald, das bestellte Essen war sogar Heiß und wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht. Die Tische waren nicht richtig abgewischt so das sie vom Vorgänger verschmiert waren, draußen genauso.

Keine Klimatisierung des Restaurants und Unmengen von Fliegen im Gastraum. Das Essen ansich unterdurchschnittlich und kalt, aber der Schokoladenkuchen bei McCafé ein echt leckere Verführung. Wir sind da nur rein, um unser Fahrzeug an der Schnelladesäule zu laden und die Zeit zu überbrücken ;-)
