Very bad and unfriendly staff, would prefer to give zero stars. Food sits on the shelf for ages and is often already cold, and something is often forgotten!!

You should make sure that the employees are able to read. Ordered: Big Tasty WITHOUT BACON. Sticker says: WITHOUT BACON Burger: WITH BACON Absolutely incomprehensible why we still go there. It's not the first time that the order is wrong, and it definitely won't be the last time. And no, we don't want a voucher from McDonalds to compensate or anything else. I waste 40 minutes of my life every time I even drive there...

At the request of my 7-year-old son, I sacrificed myself today to have lunch with him at McDonalds, the restaurant for the culinary precariat. The popularity of this fast food chain is one of the last great mysteries of human history. As soon as they come in the door, neglected young people sneeze - leaving the angle and direction of the finely atomized secretion completely to chance - into the guest room or onto their hand and then tap around with their fingers on the touchpad of the ordering terminal. After ordering, the waitress brings the tray with seven sachets of ketchup to the table but without a paper napkin, so you have to go to the counter to help yourself. It is noticeable that the floor sticks less than the table you are sitting at. Some device in the kitchen keeps beeping for attention. All meals come with French fries, so you might think that at least this main ingredient of every order is tasty; to a certain extent in the sense of: “You have one job”. No, bad luck. A bag of soggy, tasteless French fries, cold to boot. The "McWrap" is just as mushy as the fries and of course cold. It is so soaked from the beginning with the sauce that when you first pick it up from the tray, the top third of it bends like a surrendering limb and lets the white sauce drizzle out in thick drops. The inside of the chicken nuggets has a consistency that you would expect from fish nuggets. The taste cannot be described; The father, tasting his son's order, tried not to taste it. The only drinks available are soft drinks in all variations - or water. For adults who still have a residual claim to the taste experience and to maintaining their health, there used to be at least some non-alcoholic beer. Gone are those times. At McDonalds you probably don't want to become too elitist in terms of your customers. By the way, there used to be eating aids in the form of small wooden toothpicks (they shouldn't be called "cutlery"); these times are over. And so even the stickiest food surrogate inevitably becomes “finger food.” Just disgusting to add another anglicism to the last sentence. But clever marketing will certainly be able to market this final renunciation of something like “eating culture” as particularly “sustainable” because it conserves resources. Twenty minutes later it's done. The father scrapes the sugar-sticky ketchup off his son's face, and when he leaves the house he is astonished to find that for 20.93 euros, two people were neither fed nor saved any money, let alone eaten anything even remotely healthy have.

Ordered this morning at MC Drive after the unfriendly lady double-typed the food and we immediately complained about it. The lady became very unfriendly, loud and snotty. She told us quite loudly that it was probably our own fault. Thanks for the excellent and friendly service, train the staff in customer friendliness and then it will work. We eat somewhere else

Never Ending Story: Our son only eats the cheeseburger without anything (except meat and cheese). Label correct, burger repeats wrong. They can't get an order with an extra request right. There is always something missing or incorrectly documented. Extremely annoying, child disappointed.

Was just there in the drive-in... I ordered a milkshake and a large soda. Plus 2 cheeseburgers... about 13€. I only got one straw... I asked for a second straw because... soda with a milkshake tastes bad. I was then told that I wouldn't get a second one. The straw is just for the milkshake... I said I'm in the car and it's safer while driving. I would like a 2nd... The employee then said that was an announcement from the boss... there is no such thing. Hey boss... Ever heard of it when a customer asks for a straw... It probably costs you 2 cents... Then you give it to the customer... That's called service!!!! And since when are we no longer given straws for small children? Never experienced anything like that... Great "boss" if that's what he said. Should also speak to the employee in English (asked to) to explain it to him... But he couldn't really speak English... Well. Fail Oh yes, I ordered vanilla... But got strawberry...

Two "The M" ordered without cucumbers, ordered salad with balsamic vinegar. The burgers were cold and still had cucumber slices. Instead of balsamic we got barbecue sauce. To get a replacement you had to get into a fight. Shift at around 1:30 p.m. Sept. 24th, please ask employees. I have never experienced such bad service.

In the last 4 weeks I have been to this branch 4 times. Every time I ordered, among other things, the Fileo Fish Burger. Of the 4 orders, three fish burgers were not OK!!! There are maximum times for keeping the fish paddy warm, but these are not adhered to. You can tell that paddy dries from the outside in!! THREE times I paid on the drive for a product that wasn't fresh!!!! When ordering today you couldn't even bite into this fish burger because it was completely dried out, which corresponds to keeping it warm for over an hour!!! The product costs over 4 euros. Furthermore, the chip bags are not properly filled. When ordering nuggets there was one too few! There was almost no sauce on the MC Chicken!!! Some of the burgers are so poorly put together that you can't eat them properly!! The last time I had to place an order on the drive was I had to wait 6 minutes!! The waiting time from ordering to receiving the products is sometimes even over 10 minutes!!!! If a normal restaurant does this once, it can almost close!! If these people in there don't want to do this job and handle customers to such an extreme extent, then these people are out of place!! That doesn't work at all. I will forward this review to headquarters because it is not the first negative review from me and the evidence documentation is the same! I have never had to experience something like this at any other branch, no matter how big the crowd was! It was my last visit here in Gaggenau!

Good McDonald's restaurant. Very nice staff, clean branch. We ordered takeaway: 5 stars if we had found everything we ordered in the bags at home.

Parking lot right in front of the entrance is always very clean and always good for a stop when you're hungry.

It took the kitchen 20 minutes to make a hamburger. There was also an apple turnover. An enormous amount of hustle and bustle for an extremely low throughput. You just get to know everything while waiting. Including the fries that are kicked under the kitchen cupboards. And if the staff were still friendly to each other and to the guests, it would be unimaginable! Today with different staff, order delivered in no time. The ordering screen, however, is a misery - a horror for those who are not familiar with screens.

Me and a friend of mine ordered 2 apple turnovers there, one of which was an apple turnover but the other was a peach cream turnover but then called the restaurant and we were immediately offered compensation. For a fast food restaurant, pretty slow service. Very often you hear “just a moment please” over the drive-in intercom, regardless of whether there is one, three or no cars in front of you, and then you wait several minutes until you can order. I just stood there for almost 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. This way you can waste your lunch break.

I've eaten there several times with the children, but I've also taken food with me. It's actually clean. The employees are nice. And you usually get what you ordered. But it could be a little better.

Once again, something was missing from the take-away order. Sometimes it's the nuggets, sometimes it's a burger, today it's the McWrap! Plus wrong drinks, 2 times Fanta instead of Cola. The burgers were as poorly constructed as ever. The mayo/sauce was only on half of all the burgers or it oozed out on one side. The cheese stuck to the box more than it did to the burger. The worst thing about it is that because of the bad experience, I asked specifically whether everything was in the bag, which was confirmed to me by two people. Well, let's see if Ettlingen isn't the better branch...

You stand in front of the door during opening hours and it's locked, the workers see you in front of the door 10 minutes after it opens and don't open it, unbelievable cheek. (Answer to owner: As you already wrote in your answer, that was actually on May 26th. I stood at the door at 7:05 and waited until 7:10 when the employee had already seen me and still didn't unlock the door.)

Cola here consists of 90% ice cubes and 10% cola. If you want colored ice cream, you've come to the right place.

Once again today, after picking it up at home, I noticed that the order was incomplete. Sometimes toys from the Happy Meal are missing, sometimes a hamburger, today there was only half of the contents in the Chicken & Cheese Box (6 each instead of 12) This leads to the assumption that there is a system behind it and that something is often “forgotten” when orders are taken away from home.

Typische McDonalds Filiale. Personal wirklich sehr freundlich! Was man ja akzeptiert , ist das zB diverse Burger bei weitem nicht so aussehen, wie auf den Plakaten . Im Restaurant selbst sehr frisch.Zum besuchten Zeitpunkt (Wochentags) haben die meisten Gäste in warmen Winterjacken ihre Speisen gegessen. Ansonsten ein recht sauberer Mc. Über den Service selbst kann ich mich nicht äußern, da wir sogenannte "Selbstabholer" waren.

Die Filiale hat einen drive in und liegt sehr günstig am Zubringer. Parkplatz und Filiale sind sauber, für die Kids gibt es im Aussenbereich ein neues Spielgerät. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Bestellungen werden zügig bearbeitet. Leider finde ich den McFlurry mittlerweile sehr teuer für die deutlich reduzierte Grösse.

Essen könnte wärmer sein. Egal ob vor Ort oder beim Drive Inn. Gerade beim Drive in finde ich es wichtig das das Essen heiß sein sollte. Bis man zu Hause ist ist der Burger kalt. Aber sonst passt alles. Immer freundliches Personal.

Макдональс в Германии- это грустная и унылая история. И это не только в Гагеннау. 1) Персонал позволяет себе ходить без защитных шапочек и трясет волосами в блюда. Думаю никому не понравится найти чужой волос в своем бургере🤔 2) Персонал ходит в неопрятном виде: форма или очень изношена, или не первой свежести. 3) В залах и туалетных комнатах часто плохо убрано. 4) Часто заказы выполняются долго. При наличии небольшой загрузки. 5) Меню в основном стандартное - новинки унылые и сезонное меню вы здесь не увидите. Такой невкусный MacDonald я пробовала только здесь. А, Ваша линейка Vegan 🌱 это совсем не вкусно, кроме соуса ничего не чувствуется. Господа, у Вас явно проблемы с менеджментом на всех уровнях. Вашими сетями руководят некомпетентные люди у которых отсутствует критическое мышление, дисциплина и фантазия. Очень грустно.

Hier bekommt man Burger. Es gibt sie mit Pommes oder ohne zu kaufen. Man kann auch nur Pommes und oder mit Burger kaufen.

Essen und Service gut. Ambiente war nicht so super da es sehr laut war.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt Könnten sich Andere ruhig daran orientieren.

Guter McDonald's mit schnellem Service, wenn man nicht wirklich jedes Mal nachkontrollieren müsste das nicht etwas fehlt. Ja, Fehler sind menschlich aber Geld hab ich auch nicht zu verschenken. Man muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass man es beim reklamieren sofort nachgereicht bekommt. Nur mit Zeitdruck ist das etwas ärgerlich. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung und sauber.

Freundlich und das Essen war super und vor allem heiß. So wünscht man sich McDonald‘s 👍👍👍

Wow, hab ich gerade 2,49€ für einen Cheeseburger gezahlt, der in 4 Happen unten war?

Man kann sich jetzt das Essen nur noch mit der Ermäßigungen über die App leisten. Das Personal ist ständig unterbesetzt oder wird gerade frisch angelernt. Man sollte immer überprüfen ob man auch alles bekommen hat was man bestellt und bezahlt hat !

Leider ist der Drive in öfters überlastet bzw überfordert, was ich aber eher am Personal Mangel schulde, aber für Kunden nun mal nervig

Leider wurden die Soßen vergessen, aber ohne Probleme beim reklamieren nachgereicht. Die Bürger werden immer kleiner aber na ja das ist ja heute normal der Preis bleibt die Ware schrumpft.

Sonntag 11:25Uhr Dopoelcheesburger kalt und ekelhaft im Geschmack. Vom Schokomilchshake habe ich ein Foto eingestellt. Ein Armutszeugnis dieser Laden.

Am 29.11.19 war ich um 12 Uhr zum Essen da. Fazit, das Essen kam ziemlich schnell an den Tisch Die Pommes waren wie so oft matschig. Manche Stücke so kurz, dass man sie kaum mit den Fingern greifen kann. Das geht besser! MC folgt dem Trend mit ihren schweinefreien Produkten mehr Menschen muslimischen Glaubens zugewinnen Hatte Curry Wurst, leider aus Geflügel. Schmeckt nicht. Nette Bedienung, die sogar einen guten Appetit gewünscht hat, ist leider auch nicht die Regel bei MCD.

Fast Food eben, für den Guide Michelin wird es nicht ganz reichen... Aber selbst für niedrig angesetzte Maßstäbe ließe sich bezüglich Service und Sauberkeit einiges optimieren.

Mitarbeiter wissen oft nichts von Aktionen, geben erst nach nachfragen den reduzierten Preis. In meinen Augen versuchte Abzocke. Oft fehlt auch was am MC Drive, zu viel ist es aber nie.Pommes sind eine Katastrophe. Vor allem war heute am 1.5. um 11 Uhr an der Kasse ( MC Drive) eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin.

Schöne Bilder suggerieren einen appetitlichen Burger, was man auspackt, lässt sich mit willenlos zusammengeschusterten Einzelteilen am ehesten beschreiben. Für die junge, anspruchslose Generation wohl unbedeutend, da der Laden stets gut frequentiert wird.
