Don’t stop here unless your very hungry. This place unlike most McDonalds does not have WiFi for customers. My French fry’s were over cooked. Wow I bit into my Philly Cheesesteak Burger and it is no Philly cheesesteak normally a Philly cheesesteak has onions, cheese and green peppers but they substituted the green peppers with pickles and it wasn’t good or what I expected.

The food is standard McDonald's. Wait times are incredibly long. In the past, 90% of food was served at the counter when you ordered. You rarely had to wait a minute. Now you order at the terminal and have to wait 15 minutes or more for your food. It's a shame.

Hello everyone, when ordering food at the McDrive, you should check the contents beforehand. It happens from time to time that something is missing from larger orders. Like with me recently. I'm not one to complain when a portion of fries is forgotten. And this has happened several times. But when fries and two large burgers are missing from an order, I can't help but give a review like this.

It's perfect for a quick snack.

It's often clean, and overall, it's a good McDonald's, but most of the time they forget the sauce. Still, it's almost always clean and actually pretty good.

After the McDonald's app failed completely and our order didn't go through, even though it said it would, the coupons displayed in the app weren't accepted at the store. We had to pay over €10 more, and then the kids' toys were forgotten, which we unfortunately didn't notice until we got home. The store manager, who was aware of the stress surrounding the order and the invalid coupons, couldn't care less. No reaction whatsoever. Unbelievable.

I ordered a regular McFlurry with Oreo and caramel. Unfortunately, they put a lot of the bottomless-tasting Minecraft cubes under the Oreos.

No, the food is overpriced (very small Royal TS)! The fries are hot, but not browned! The amount of ice in the Coke is off! The size of the Royal TS is equivalent to the kids' burger of 20 years ago. Among other things, I ordered veggie nuggets (drive-through). These were correctly recorded and listed on the receipt. When checking the completeness of the order, I noticed that the box corresponded to the one containing meat nuggets and repeatedly asked the employee whether he was absolutely certain that the product he had given me was the veggie version, as the almost nonexistent preparation time and the box strongly suggested a mix-up. The young man seemed to find my request very amusing, explained that it was a promotional box (complete nonsense), and repeatedly and unequivocally assured me that they were definitely plant-based nuggets. Okay, so I drove home, still suspicious, and took the things apart first; exchanging them due to a mix-up was out of the question anyway. The result: a direct comparison between PB nuggets and "regular" ones is very easy to distinguish, and in the box, 2 of the 20 nuggets were veggie, the rest were meat. I find it incomprehensible how a restaurant industry can let such a completely incompetent employee loose on guests, who then covers up a mistake that could have been easily corrected with blatant lies. It really couldn't be more disgusting and disrespectful.

Ordered Hamburger royal Ts three times now and each time tomatoes and lettuce are missing on the topping. Unfortunately I really think that they are just too stupid, really sorry...

Ordered two coffees with oat milk on the screen. When handed over, asked if it was oat milk “yes, yes”. The taste and symptoms suggest that it was not oat milk. Making fun of vegans is one thing, lying to the faces of people with intolerances is another.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei McDonald's. Während ich auf meine Bestellung gewartet habe, konnte ich mehrfach beobachten, dass die Mitarbeiter ohne Handschuhe arbeiten und das Essen mit bloßen Händen anfassen – absolut unhygienisch! Einige hatten nicht einmal Haarnetze. Und das war leider kein Einzelfall, ich habe solche Zustände hier schon öfter erlebt. Besonders schockierend war ein Mitarbeiter am McDrive-Schalter, der mehrmals zu den Autos hinausging, Türgriffe und andere Flächen berührte – und danach ohne Händewaschen direkt Pommes eingepackt hat. Das geht wirklich gar nicht. Auch die Tische im Gastraum waren dreckig, es wurde offenbar kaum oder gar nicht zwischendurch gereinigt. Und zum Essen: Die Pommes waren weich, teilweise nass und bestanden nur aus winzigen Reststücken. Die Burger waren kalt und machten ebenfalls keinen frischen Eindruck. Liebes Team – überdenkt bitte dringend euer Hygienekonzept. So verliert ihr das Vertrauen eurer Gäste. Ich komme unter diesen Umständen ganz sicher nicht wieder.

I would like to bring an alert sign for all McDonalds lovers including fast food lovers etc. In this place I can say that I have never found a clean table when I wanted to serve something good together with my children and my wife. We were often served the famous McDonalds glass. Colored water without Coca-Cola taste. I complained about this issue and showed them the difference in color and most importantly taste. The staff is not very friendly and therefore there is disrespect towards customers, even from the team leader. I noticed that the team leader supports all these mistakes in cleanliness, food and staff. Be careful what you eat and where you eat. Health comes first!

Typical McDonalds, the branch has the usual layout and the food is nothing new, so far so good. I was there around 11:15 and the entire floor under my table was sticky. I suspect that an entire drink was spilled and not cleaned, but the table surfaces themselves were clean. There was a contactless hand dryer hanging on the toilet, but it hardly moved any air. The device has more of the characteristics of a hair dryer (on the lowest setting) instead of a hand dryer. I estimate 15 - 30 seconds to be realistic if you want to get your hands dry.

Worst service I have ever experienced! This is the umpteenth time I've ordered McPlant Nuggets and instead received meaty Chicken McNuggets - this time even Spicy Chicken McNuggets! If something is labeled as a plant-based alternative, I expect that to be adhered to. It's really disappointing and unprofessional. I can understand that things can go wrong when there's a lot of crowds (like today at 7 p.m.), but that's no excuse for making such fundamental mistakes. Things have deteriorated a lot since the tenant changed. Fries haven't been crispy and hot in ages. The staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes ignorant (all of the same...people). At McDonalds you probably don't want to become too elitist in terms of your customers. Ordered this morning at MC Drive after the unfriendly lady double-typed the food and we immediately complained about it. The lady became very unfriendly, loud and snotty. She told us quite loudly that it was probably our own fault. Thanks for the excellent and friendly service, train the staff in customer friendliness and then it will work. We eat somewhere else

Never Ending Story: Our son only eats the cheeseburger without anything (except meat and cheese). Label correct, burger repeats wrong. They can't get an order with an extra request right. There is always something missing or incorrectly documented. Extremely annoying, child disappointed.

Two "The M" ordered without cucumbers, ordered salad with balsamic vinegar. The burgers were cold and still had cucumber slices. Instead of balsamic we got barbecue sauce. To get a replacement you had to get into a fight. Shift at around 1:30 p.m. Sept. 24th, please ask employees. I have never experienced such bad service.

Was just there in the drive-in... I ordered a milkshake and a large soda. Plus 2 cheeseburgers... about 13€. I only got one straw... I asked for a second straw because... soda with a milkshake tastes bad. I was then told that I wouldn't get a second one. The straw is just for the milkshake... I said I'm in the car and it's safer while driving. I would like a 2nd... The employee then said that was an announcement from the boss... there is no such thing. Hey boss... Ever heard of it when a customer asks for a straw... It probably costs you 2 cents... Then you give it to the customer... That's called service!!!! And since when are we no longer given straws for small children? Never experienced anything like that... Great "boss" if that's what he said. In the last 4 weeks I have been to this branch 4 times. Every time I ordered, among other things, the Fileo Fish Burger. Of the 4 orders, three fish burgers were not OK!!! There are maximum times for keeping the fish paddy warm, but these are not adhered to. You can tell that paddy dries from the outside in!! THREE times I paid on the drive for a product that wasn't fresh!!!! When ordering today you couldn't even bite into this fish burger because it was completely dried out, which corresponds to keeping it warm for over an hour!!! The product costs over 4 euros. Furthermore, the chip bags are not properly filled. When ordering nuggets there was one too few! There was almost no sauce on the MC Chicken!!! Some of the burgers are so poorly put together that you can't eat them properly!! The last time I had to place an order on the drive was I had to wait 6 minutes!! The waiting time from ordering to receiving the products is sometimes even over 10 minutes!!!! If a normal restaurant does this once, it can almost close!! If these people in there don't want to do this job and handle customers to such an extreme extent, then these people are out of place!! That doesn't work at all. I will forward this review to headquarters because it is not the first negative review from me and the evidence documentation is the same! I have never had to experience something like this at any other branch, no matter how big the crowd was! It was my last visit here in Gaggenau!

For a fast food restaurant, pretty slow service. Very often you hear “just a moment please” over the drive-in intercom, regardless of whether there is one, three or no cars in front of you, and then you wait several minutes until you can order. Once again, something was missing from the take-away order. Sometimes it's the nuggets, sometimes it's a burger, today it's the McWrap! Plus wrong drinks, 2 times Fanta instead of Cola. The burgers were as poorly constructed as ever. The mayo/sauce was only on half of all the burgers or it oozed out on one side. The cheese stuck to the box more than it did to the burger. The worst thing about it is that because of the bad experience, I asked specifically whether everything was in the bag, which was confirmed to me by two people. Well, let's see if Ettlingen isn't the better branch...

You stand in front of the door during opening hours and it's locked, the workers see you in front of the door 10 minutes after it opens and don't open it, unbelievable cheek. (Answer to owner: As you already wrote in your answer, that was actually on May 26th. I stood at the door at 7:05 and waited until 7:10 when the employee had already seen me and still didn't unlock the door.)

Cola here consists of 90% ice cubes and 10% cola. If you want colored ice cream, you've come to the right place.
