Everything as expected. We received what we ordered quickly and friendly. But it wasn't any tastier than expected.

The waitress (lady with blonde hair, pigtails) should do something else. Very rude and unfriendly. My colleague Mr. Tulaz, I think that was the name, is great. Very friendly. Drinks unfortunately stale, non-carbonated. The lady really ruined it!

Do not accept BurgerKing coupons or vouchers. Is this establishment capable of anything?

I wanted to order something at 6:58 p.m. and it would be closed at 7 p.m., they say the cash register is already turned off

According to the sign on site, it closes at 7:00 p.m., but we couldn't even order a small hamburger by 6:58 p.m. Mess!

The time is 9:50 p.m., the opening times until 10 p.m. are written on the counter in front of me. The employee stands in front of me eating fries and says it's closed. When asked if it's nice 10, she brazenly answers yes. As I was leaving, she barked at me that the main entrance was already closed and that I should go out via the terrace, the exit of which was blocked with chairs. I'm not surprised by the bad reviews here. 0/5 stars

Never received my food so quickly. Handed over by 3 smiling employees after about 3 minutes. Like in advertising. That was slightly crazy. Fresh fries and burgers. Everything perfect

Unfriendliest employee I have ever encountered. When asked why coupons are not accepted at the machine. The answer comes “it’s good for us”. I'll save the rest here. I'm not surprised why the Fiale only has 2.9 stars I didn't eat anything there

Because the owner can't get enough, no coupons are accepted here, never again Citizen King, you'd better drive on until a McDonald's comes along

First you had to wait an extremely long time before you could even order (30 minutes with 8 people in front of us) because the staff didn't hurry at all. Then they simply don't accept vouchers. The orders are taken completely incorrectly (I wanted the Big King small menu and got whopper in the large menu) and when I complained I was told very rudely that I had ordered it that way and he didn't hear it any better. Generally very incompetent but even more unfriendly staff who don't care at all about doing their job properly. A patty also fell down, one can only hope that it was thrown away, but I'm not sure about their attitude to work. Never again.

I was very hungry and ventured into this poorly rated Burger King. Waste of time. Redeeming the coupons is simply not possible. Apparently the owners are more greedy than customer friendly. It is also a small, uncomfortable branch. It is not worth it! 😁

All order terminals are occupied, but the checkout still won't open even though there are enough staff standing around. When asked about this, the only answer is succinct: "Get in line at the terminal", it's a shame, I had to go to the neighboring restaurant to get food.

Exited from the motorway for free - using the vouchers saved in the app is not possible here!

Vouchers/coupons cannot be redeemed. Not even the voucher for the toilet.

2 employees at the checkout. When I wanted to order there, I was told to do it at the terminals. The 2 employees had no work and I was the only customer. Just laziness, nothing more. I left and can spend my money somewhere else

The opening times are a joke for a rest stop... but even at 8:50 p.m. we weren't served anymore.

Bottom sticks, only got 2 small fries instead of the 2 large ones that were also paid for, poor and unfriendly service, no change. Is not recommended.

Absolute impudence: ordered 2x large fries to take away, unfortunately only noticed on the way that two small portions had been packed... Also: only 1 coupon per dish possible.

Don't take coupons despite it being shown in the app. With the coupon you could get one more burger for the same price, so it's really a rip-off here. Listless and unfriendly employees. Waste of time and money eating here.

If you order scrambled eggs and point out what you want - then you get an omelet without ham. A scrambled egg is not an omelet.

The app is advertised on the self-service terminals and that it offers coupons, but they are not accepted here. Weak.

You cannot redeem coupons here. There is one in Heidelberg a few kilometers further. The one on the highway is garbage.

The food is fresh, but I think it's nonsense that they don't accept coupons. If I go to Burger King to eat, the rules should be the same everywhere as the coupons. Because they want to rip people off because it's on the highway, where else am I supposed to use your coupons at McDonald's or something?

Staff urgently needs to be replaced. Don't feel like it at all.

Finally a Burger Kind again with fit and friendly employees. Even for the fact that he was at a rest stop, everything was in stock. Eat as always at BK.

No ordering column available, just old-fashioned ordering at the counter. The whopper was ready and fresh surprisingly quickly. The environment of the restaurant is a bit dated.

Hallo wir hatten heute bei euch gegessen und jetzt haben wir beide magenkrämpfe und uns ist es schlecht. Das darf nicht passieren.das Personal war sehr freundlich aber das Do Essen herausgegeben wird spricht nicht für ein grosses Interesse am Produkt.das war unser letzter Burger King Aufenthalt. Zum Schluss finger weg vom long checken und den onoion rings

Schlechtestes BK überhaupt. Keine Coupons möglich und essen nicht gut zubereitet und kalt.

Otřesné... Burger king (zavřeno), Restaurace (zavřeno), záchody (zavřeno) , tak co tam proboha funguje .... Stojí tam jen paní a řekne kafe nebo zavřeno.... Škoda slov .... Má tě to zavřít celé ....

Die akzeptieren keinen Gutscheine Ich habe bezahlt 0,50 für Karamell sauce die haben vielleicht 3 gram drauf gemacht Bei Chili cheese Pommes auch extrem wenig Käse Souce Sehr geizige Betrieb Inhaber

Coupons kann man nicht einlösen

Extremer Presslufthammerlärm durch eine Baustelle, dennoch wurden wir freundlich bedient. Wir haben dann zum mitnehmen bestellt. :) Achtung: Es werden keine Coupons akzeptiert, da Franchise.

Das Essen wurde frisch gemacht und war wirklich sehr gut! Die Pommes u. Nuggets waren knusprig und die Burger waren schön warm. Einziges Manko; Coupons konnte man nicht einlösen.

Haben nur eine geringe Auswahl und kaum Plant based Produkte. Nehmen nicht am Couponing teil und ich konnte nur einen Serways Coupon einlösen. Das ist wirklich schade. Mitarbeiter war dafür aber sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Raststätte ist sonst nicht sehr einladend gestaltet leider.

Winzige Filiale als Teil der Raststätte. Die zwei Mann/Frau Besatzung gibt an einem Wochenende zum Ferienbeginn alles, aber gegen zwei Busladungen zur Mittagszeit haben sie keine Chance. Dafür dann doch wieder erstaunlich kurze Wartezeiten. Außenterrasse gibt's auch.

Standard, wie Burger King-Filialen nun mal so sind

Alles was man von einem Raststätten BurgerKing erwarten kann oder nicht erwarten kann. Es gab nichts besonders Erwähnenswertes.

Is halt einfach ein Fastfood Restaurant und ein Raststättenrestaurant aber das Ambiente ist trotzdem nicht gut und der Spielplatz ist ungepflegt Längere Wartezeiten da die Mitarbeiter teils nicht wirklich Lust haben sich mit den Leuten zu beschäftigen Das Essen ist ok ist halt Burger King (nicht McDonald‘s (: )

Nicht so sauber. Essen ist so, wie man es von Burger King erwartet. Das Ambiente ist nicht so gut weil es neben einer Autobahn liegt und sowieso eine Autobahn Raststätte ist.

Leider mittlerweile zu teuer und nehmen leider die App Gutscheine nicht an. Habe daher hier nicht gegessen.

We were driving up the A5 northbound. From a far, as we approached raststätte Sandhausen, I could see, rising above the autom stroked tree line, the sign. I asked my companion to pull over. "Let's get some coffee " I said. I just needed to get out of the car. The parking lot was busy. We had to park between the trucks and walk back. We went to the facilities for a quick relief. The line was long and toilets were dirty. I've been so lonely lately. My companion went to get us some coffee. "Black. No sugar. No cream" I told him. With the Sanifair voucher in my hand I took a spot in the cue. It was longer then I could afford, but I couldn't just leave. Not this time. When was the last time I finished anything in my life? It was my tern. "Plant-based whopper,please" I heard myself say. She took the voucher without a smile. It doesn't matter anyway..

Nehmen keine Coupons an und waren unfreundlich

Die Burger waren gut zubereitet, Service schnell und freundlich.

Der Burger King hat leider nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr geöffnet und das auf einer Autobahnraststätte... Der MacDonalds einige Ausfahrten weiter hatte zum Glück durchgehend geöffnet.

Coupons und Aktionen werden nicht akzeptiert. Sonst ganz gut

Burger King zoals Burger King moet zijn. Heerlijk even snacken langs de snelweg. I love it !!!!

Das einzige Vegetarische ist der Veggie King. Alle anderen Plant Based Produkte haben sie nicht!! Zudem überteuert!

Teuer, Burger waren klein und es wäre ok gewesen, wenn man die Coupons hätte einlösen können, aber daran nehmen die leider nicht teil... sehr sehr schade. Ich wollte burgerking mal wieder eine Chanche geben, bleibe ab jetzt aber weiterhin bei McDonalds. Die bringen einem wenigstens das was man erwartet
