The small but fine restaurant offers a culinary journey through Italian cuisine. All the dishes we had tasted very good. The atmosphere is very nice and the service is very friendly. But you have to be prepared for longer waiting times, but that didn't bother us. The only minor criticisms are the constantly very loud telephone ringing, and the fact that there is only a dry baguette with the starters, which doesn't match the excellent rest. I would rather have Italian pizza rolls. Otherwise I can only recommend this restaurant. Update: We went here again to eat, and this time the baguette was also great.

We've been to Kai's Hardtwald Restaurant a few times now. Food very tasty, large selection. Great salad dressing and savory treats. Service always friendly. Wednesday is schnitzel day! Of course also great for watching football. The decor is rustic and cozy. Overall, highly recommended!

Red curry with duck from the Hua Hin Thai Bistro in Sandhausen. The satay skewers as a starter were very tasty, the main course was also good.

Wanted to order food. First we were told to please call in 20 minutes and then when we called again (by now very hungry) they said 1 second please and when we waited on the phone for 7 minutes we hung up because this behavior isn't possible at all. First put it off and then wait 7 minutes. Thank you for the rude service.

Nice restaurant with a nice beer garden right next to the tennis courts. We were passing through and had a Kinderschnitzel, an asparagus tarte flambée and a Texas burger. Everything was delicious. The service was also good and friendly. Can be recommended with a clear conscience.
