We were invited to a birthday party. Everyone was completely satisfied with the offer and service.

Food is good. Service was okay, I'll definitely come by again.

We went there for the first time today because we were looking for a gluten-free option to eat together. The salmon looked very good in the photos here. We made a quick reservation and received a really friendly welcome on site! Service more than top! For me there is no further improvement! The question about gluten-containing foods or contamination was also more than exemplary! We immediately felt like we were in good hands! Food for 7 people within 20-30 minutes! The food was a work of art and the amount was perfect for everyone and the taste was fantastic! Great quality! The children also loved the food! Price-performance ratio highly recommended! We would be happy to plan our next visit! Especially when the decision comes to offer gluten-free tarte flambée (still in the testing phase). Thank you for this great experience!

The quality of the food was manageable, the tuna on the tarte flambée tasted as if it was no longer particularly fresh... The menu has little structure and a red line, and for a restaurant that specializes in tarte flambée, the cooking skills seem to be very poor. The pasta dishes also taste worse than if you prepared them yourself at home. Ambience also very old-fashioned.

Delicious selection of tarte flambée. We were served courteously. Nothing to complain about. The children also really enjoyed the pizza. Atmosphere at the tennis court with many shaded areas. We'll definitely come back when we're nearby.

I was here with old colleagues. The slimmer brother was very abrupt, the other brother was courteous and knew how to speak as a restaurateur. The food was normal, I mean it wasn't particularly tasty. Went there based on recommendations, but I won't be going there again. 1/6 people at the table enjoyed it.

We can fully recommend Helena's Flammstube! It started when I called and just wanted to know if it was open. Unfortunately no one picked up...BUT: I was called back less than a minute later! Then we received a very friendly welcome on site. The food (flambée and burgers) were very tasty 😋. The prices for the drinks are also amazing!! A 0.5l Weißherbst spritzer costs just €4.20!!! An Aperol Spritz €5.50... That alone is a reason to come back. But that's not the only reason... the boss and his employee were also very friendly and totally attentive. We'll definitely be back!!!

This was by far the worst service I have EVER experienced in a restaurant. A process of the stay explains why: - We arrived and were told to stop at a sign saying “Wait here, we will assign you a table”. After the service ignorantly walked past us several times, we were asked after 10 minutes whether we had reserved. - I answered "No, there are only two of us" and he replied "It's definitely your first time here, you can tell!" (At this point a maximum of 10% of the tables were occupied) - Before ordering, I pointed out to the service staff that we had purchased a 2:1 voucher and that we should show this before ordering according to the terms and conditions. He claimed the voucher was no longer valid, whereupon I showed him the validity (it was still long in the period) on the voucher. He then said that the voucher might be valid, but that the restaurant would no longer take part in this program. Only after I said, then we'll go straight back, did he say he had to check it (result unknown at this point). - Shortly before eating, I asked another server to give me some paper or a beer mat because the chair was wobbling and that bothered me. He just said "it's not the chair, it's the floor panels". I didn't receive anything to put underneath. We stayed at a distance for the rest of the stay and probably avoided dialogue on both sides. To be fair, I have to say that the food was still quite okay. - I then wanted to pay with EC. First I had to go from the terrace to the inside area (okay, won't he be able to get out with that thing???). When asked again, he accepted the voucher with a groaning noise. Out of consideration for the industry, I still gave €3 (more than 10% of the bill) in cash as a tip. - When I paid with my cell phone and the card stored there via NFC, the receipt for successful payment came, but he snapped at me that it was a "wrong" card and that wasn't the deal. All in all, a visit that I would not recommend to anyone, but would advise against. It's a shame that the catering industry is being dragged into the mud by restaurants like this.

The food there is really delicious and the service is very nice, kind and really child-friendly. Have already visited this great tarte flambée house 5 times and will definitely visit it more often. Very highly recommended

Top - the best tarte flambée in the region. I had the Texas burger, great idea using a tortilla as a "bun". Good food, very pleasant atmosphere & great service. What more do you want?!

Unfriendly and poor service and unfortunately the food was also nothing. The meat from the tortilla burger was incredibly bad and unseasoned. It's a shame but it definitely wasn't worth it.

Today we were in the Flammstube again with our regulars for a long time. What the owner allows himself is not possible, he treated us unfriendly and condescendingly as guests. We then all paid and left the beer garden and went to another beer garden a few streets away where guests are treated kindly. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

Super nice restaurant with very tasty food.

All the tarte flambées we ordered were excellent. Both the topping and the dough itself tasted really good. It's nice to sit in an outdoor beer garden. The service was also very good despite the full tables.

Der Chef geht nicht auf den Wunsch der Kunden ein. Wollte eines Reservierung für 19/00 Uhr, er hat 18/30 und 19/30 angeboten. Auf Nachfragen ob dann nicht 18/30 geht und wird dann evtl. später kommen wurde er ungehalten und unfreundlich, er fing sogar an zu schreien und hat aufgelegt. Anscheinend hat man keine neuen Kunden nötig. Schade versuchen es bestimmt kein zweites mal.

Very tasty food, the tarte flambée and the pizzas were plentiful and very tasty. A tarte flambée will really fill you up here. ;) The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Even though we were a larger group, everything went very well. Can only be recommended.

I've been there several times now and have always left satisfied. The food has always been really tasty and at a reasonable price. The owner is very positive and takes great care of his guests in an unobtrusive way. The interior design can be improved, but for a club restaurant it is absolutely TOP!

So first of all, top service, super friendly. There were 10 adults and 4 children, and many other guests in the outdoor area. Drinks and food were served quickly. The food was really good, beautifully presented and very generous portions, as were the children's portions. I myself ate schnitzel with spaetzle and it was really tasty. For dessert everyone had tarte flambée with Nutella, strawberries and bananas - a culinary delight! 5*

Just great! Today we sat in the beer garden. Beautifully surrounded by tall trees, right next to the tennis court. The boss and his employees are incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone puts their hearts into it and it shows! The tarte flambées were incredibly tasty. We'll definitely be back ❤️

Another lovely evening in Helena's Flammstube. All the staff are super friendly ♡ and the tarte flambées are very tasty. This time we tried the seasonal tarte flambée with asparagus...mmmhhh highly recommended 👍🏼 also the salads & the starter with various hummus are very nicely prepared & tasty. Because of the very good reviews, we were looking forward to a nice evening, but unfortunately we were massively disappointed. It just didn't fit together. The service was so-so and it took forever to get drinks and food. Other tables also had to wait a long time for their drinks. The quality of the food was also not satisfactory; the tarte flambée, for example, was surprisingly thick.

We were there a week ago and the food was delicious. The quality was also great. Even though we were a large group (12), we all got our food almost at the same time. Top. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as you only find in a few restaurants.

Came across this restaurant today by chance on the internet. Extremely friendly service, quick and attentive. Food freshly prepared, tarte flambée super good, salmon noodles good and plentiful. Had to add salt. The innkeeper explained to me that he has many guests who don't eat very spicy food. It's ok, it still tasted really good and was really inexpensive. Great, thank you again. But the food is really good and the prices are moderate. Tarte flambée with fresh ingredients, peppers, mushrooms, salami, cheese - salmon noodles with spinach, 1/2 L mineral water in the bottle, a wheat 0.5, two good schnapps, two espressos for €38.00 We'll definitely be back.

Obaid is awesome, a great guy from Syria, some Germans can learn a lesson from that. He is the boss in the shop with a friendliness that we have never experienced before. We were just passing through Cologne and the food was great. Obaid's little stories were even better, we had a lot of fun. Be sure to visit Obaid, it's really worth it...

We were there on December 30th. for the first time and I even have to admit that I was slightly irritated because I haven't experienced such friendliness and interaction with the guests for a very long time❤️ I would have liked to give 10 stars if possible! The food was really tasty and for good prices! The location is super cozy! We felt very comfortable and I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much for the lovely evening we had with you!!!

Eine große Auswahl an Flammkuchen und deutscher Küche. Die Karte ist saisonal. Im Winter gibt es viel mit Kürbis und im Sommer Spargel. Die Kellner waren freundlich und sehr herzlich. Auch für Vegetarier ist jede Menge Auswahl vorhanden.

Essen und Service waren sehr gut...und das zu vergleichsweise günstigen Preisen. Das Ambiente könnte etwas moderner sein, war aber für mich okay. Alles sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr netter Wirt, hatte einen Burger spezielle Art mit Pommes. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Portionen sind sehr gut bemessen. Hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Service❤️

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen waren wir zu viert dort und haben auch vier unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt. Flammkuchen war keiner dabei. Leider haben die Gerichte...weder Fleisch noch Beilagen...nach nichts geschmeckt....auch mit Salz und Pfeffer waren sie nicht zu retten. Also aus der Sicht von uns 4 Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Wie gesagt Flammkuchen können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Bedienung allerdings war nett und zuvorkommend.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Gutes, leckeres Essen und superfreundliches Ambiente. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich!

Der Wirt hat heute 21.9.23 sein wahres Gesicht gezeigt. Wir sind regelmäßig mit Freunden dort und wurden dort anfänglich freundlich bedient. Über deren Art und Verständnis von Flammkuchen mag sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen. Nur die Reaktion auf den sich heute ankündigten Regen war katastrophal. Der Wirt wollte uns auf der Terrasse bei beginnenden leichten Regen nicht mehr bedienen. Als es dann stärker regnete sind dann ins Restaurant gegangen und haben die Stuhlsuflsgen mitgenommen. Drinnen wurden wir ob dieser Polster derart vom Wirt angegangen, dass wir sofort Zwiesel Lokal verlassen haben und es in der nächsten Zeit (für immer?) nicht mehr betreten werden.

Wir sind zufällig bei einem Spaziergang in Helena´s Flammstube gelandet. Essen und Service waren sehr gut und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Nachdem wir bei der Kfz-Werkstatt unseres Vertrauens (Bosch Service Uwe Herzog in der Ostlandstraße) einen Flyer von Helenas Flammstube mitgenommen hatten wollten wir uns gestern mit "Flamm2Go" einen ersten Eindruck verschaffen - und ich kann nur sagen: Spiel, Satz, Sieg. Der Chef persönlich hat die Bestellung am Telefon angenommen und auch übergeben. Die Flammkuchen waren phänomenal gut, ebenso wie der begleitende Salat - und das zu einem sehr angemessenen Preis. Das Ambiente war toll und einladend, sowohl innen als auch außen - was bedeutet dass wir bei nächster Gelegenheit vor Ort essen werden. Ich kann Helenas Flammstube nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass in einer Stunde geschlossene Gesellschaft ist. Kein Problem, wir wollten ohnehin nur etwas essen und trinken und dann weiter. Bier ist hier Krombacher. Endlich einmal ein Lokal, in dem das alkoholfreie Pils 0,5l und nicht nur 0,3 ist! Getränke für uns durstige Radfahrer standen ratzfatz auf dem Tisch. Flammkuchen ging ebenfalls sehr schnell und war sehr lecker. Bedienung sehr freundlich und kompetent. Leider nur Barzahlung. Dafür günstige Preise. Gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Beim Betreten des Lokals wurden wir freundlich begrüßt, was glücklicherweise direkt von der altbackenen Einrichtung ablenkt. Der Gastraum sieht aus, als wäre er noch original aus den 80iger. Insgesamt waren die Servicekräfte freundlich, aber leider auch langsam. Die Qualität der Flammkuchen und der Pizza Margherita war so lala, Salz hat definitiv im Teig gefehlt. Die Geräuschpegel ist schon arg laut, da kommt kein Genuss beim Essen auf. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

Wirklich leckere Flamkuchen und auch die Takoburger sind fantastisch. Der Sevice ist perfekt. Unfassbar leckeres Essen egal was man bestellt es ist alles super gut Im Sommer kann man direkt am Tennisplatz schön gelegen draußen sitzen

Leider lässt die Qualität der Flammkuchen für eine "Flammkuchenhaus" zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Pizza Margeritha für die Kleine war nicht überzeugend. Service war freundlich aber nicht besonders schnell. Leider enttäuschend.
