Serways Raststätte Hardtwald West in Sandhausen

Eine Tankstelle mit Restaurant, nicht zu überfüllt. Die Toiletten sind gut gepflegt, sauber und kostenpflichtig.

Waren mittwochabends etwa 19:30 Uhr da. Die Raststätte war geschlossen, auch keine Toiletten verfügbar.

Es ist 21Uhr und Gastronomie hat geschlossen 😡

Guter Standort für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Schwarzwald/nach Basel.

Die verschiedenen Essbereiche sind sehr ungepflegt. Die Bedienung ist unfreundlich, besonders bei Burger King. Die Toilette sind dreckig und viele Türen sind verschlossen.

Sollte ausgebaut werden so daß hier mehr Lkw Parkplätze da sind. Derzeit viel zu wenige Lkw Parkplätze

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super. Aber das Essensangebot wird immer schlechter. Heute habe ich eine Kebabbox bestellt, und zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben war mein Kebab verbrannt. Als ich ging, sah ich außerdem einen Angestellten, der in den Mülltonnen wühlte und Plastikflaschen und Dosen sammelte. Ich finde es unfassbar, dass Angestellte so etwas tun müssen.

Absolut lächerlich. Ich war an einem Wochentag dort und sie hatten bereits um 20:00 Uhr geschlossen (obwohl Google Maps 24-Stunden-Öffnungszeiten angibt). Was soll so ein Service, wenn sie schon um 19:00 Uhr schließen?

Bei jeder Fahrt zwischen Thüringen und der Schweiz ...einen Stop auf einen leckeren Cafè to go wert. 😋👍🏻

You go to the gas station, get something to eat, and then use the restroom, and afterwards you buy something, and you only get charged for one restroom voucher. Outrageous and a rip-off!

I don't know who doesn't like something here... According to reviews, it's a dirty place... But it's not like that! Nice and friendly staff, toilets are quite normal, the kitchen is great, the dishes are delicious! A bit expensive for some, but within the acceptable range...

What a dump... The sign on the door says "Open until 8 PM on Sundays." If you want to order something at Burger King at 7:40 PM, they say... "Hello, we're closing now, we're out of business." When I point out what time it is, I just get a blank stare. 👍💪

I would like to spend my vacation here with my children.

I'm very disappointed. I went in at 7:50 pm wanting to shower, but I was turned away and told I could only shower until 8 pm. That's just harassment for truck drivers, sorry, but that's unacceptable.

The rest stop itself is good. Unfortunately, Burger King isn't. The burger meat was almost hard, and they don't accept coupons or allow you to collect crowns. However, the trays prominently display advertisements for the app, which you can't actually use there. Therefore, only 2 stars.

The biggest shower from Serways. Very clean. I think it has 20 mp2 😅 People friendly and nice. Love it 💯

Toilet 1€, voucher could not be redeemed at all or only individually.

Here you can grab a quick snack, use the restroom (it costs €1.00, which can be deducted from your purchase at the convenience store – you get a voucher for the discount).

Visited Burger King!! Maybe a different selection would have been better. The dining area is very worn.

Bad service station. At 6 p.m. you only get garbage and waste. I wanted to order something, this is the leftovers we have. You're welcome to have a Bockwurst, who knows how old it is, and that at 6 p.m. Shame on yourselves, I'd happily do without your shop. To all colleagues, go to Schwegenheim instead, you're welcome there and the food is really good. One star is way too many and it's very unfriendly, plus the food in the shop is old. I don't want to know how long the food has been sitting where they tried to sell me. It's best to call WKD. Not recommended. PS my opinion. 👍👍👍👍👍💯💯

Before coming to stay at this place, be sure to take water supplies, because there is nowhere to get water here.

Went to Burger King. If it's quiet, they could clean the tables...no interest.

We ordered a snack box from gusticus for €10. They were incredibly stingy with the fries—plain and brazen. I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The restrooms are so-so. I asked a rather large gentleman at the station about a water tap... of course, he was indignant... there was no tap. The station and parking lot are completely disorganized, and the service and everything else are getting worse by the day. The noise from the highway is so loud it's mind-boggling... And I wonder who's in charge of all this???

A good place to take a break, especially with a dog, as there is a forest behind the rest area where you can take a nice walk.

Unfortunately, I find it particularly problematic for a motorway service station not to update its opening hours, as many drivers rely on them. According to Google Maps, it was open all day.

Shame on such a service and the whole country, there is nowhere to get water! You see, the driver has nowhere to get water. That is to say, there is no water, that is completely. Where are you going, friends?

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, even though there was only one customer in front of me, the cashier told me to get my Coke in the other line across the street, where at that point there were three other people waiting to pay. Apparently, she was too overwhelmed with the order and couldn't quickly run a simple Coke. We also had to wait for the restrooms because the machine was broken. Simply letting the customers through was obviously not an option. It's a disgrace to then charge so much for that!

Well, it serves its purpose but you don't necessarily have to use it

The parking lot is small for trucks. One fir tree and right behind it for cars. I arrived on Saturday at 08.30 there were no places. I parked when passing trucks started moving. I think there are few options to park here in the evening. The area is green, you can go out, but there really is nowhere to go, just to walk. The shower is great, though for 4 euros in a cafe. There is nowhere to get water. I parked for 45 ku, everything is fine.

A quick stop with several options for eating, taking something to go, or enjoying a break along the way. Everything looks very clean. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

It's just standard. You're hungry and go there for a quick bite to eat. Basically, I don't like the entire company. I have completely different expectations for my work and customer satisfaction. My job is to help, not to generate the most revenue. In fact, the respective staff can't do anything about their company goals. I'll honestly spare myself the word philosophy when it comes to the company. But—people, the store was clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, so obviously. I stopped off on the autobahn on my way from Stuttgart to Heidelberg. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in.

With the air conditioning turned off in July, things started badly. The price of a bottle of Coke listed in the window was already incredibly high, but imagine the hassle when they charged me 35 cents more at the cash register because, instead of drinking inside, I went out to drink at the tables outside. Crazy.

A great place to stop with your dog and kids. There's a playground for the kids, and behind the gas station, you're right in the middle of a large forest perfect for a short walk with your dog.

Only rated for the toilet in the tobacco shop. Very clean and smelled good.

Always nice to take a break and pee, toilets are clean. Food and drinks are on the pricey side here but that is understandable. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's 8:20 a.m. The rest stop is supposed to open at 8 a.m. We're standing at the door with a two-year-old child who needs to go to the bathroom, but we're not allowed in. The employees see us knock and ignore us. They calmly continue stocking shelves. The messy trays from the night before are still lying on the patio.

Good selection and well stocked with about anything you are hungry or thirsty for.

I previously provided a negative assessment due to the lack of WiFi. As of today, however, the WiFi has been restored and therefore I removed the negative assessment and provided the update here. There are currently only 2 car charging points, with a nominal max of 50 kW ( at least this is what is written there) however when I drove here ( early morning) I always found a place to load. The inner architecture is quite old style, and the coffee prices are quite high. However ob the way out of Heidelberg direction south on the A5 is a nice place to relax and even to work.

Stopped at night with a baby. No changing facilities available. The restaurant next door was closed. I had to change my child's diaper in the car at minus 5.

Next to the rest stop is a hotel where you can sit on the terrace and eat your food. Behind the rest stop is a small forest where you can walk your dog.

Well-maintained and clean. Only when it's busy does the staff seem to be understaffed. We left without anything to eat.

What can you say? A completely normal toilet at a rest stop. I wouldn't give more than 3 stars for a place like this anyway.

At 4:30 p.m. there was nothing left to eat, not even at North Sea. Only at BK was there a limited selection. Service desert Germany! The outdoor area and parking spaces are unkempt and dirty. An imposition that we, as truck drivers, rely on. And then you wonder why no one wants to do this job anymore.

Bockwurst with rolls and espresso gets 4 stars. But the toilets are very unkempt, it smells of urine and the floor also leaves a lot to be desired. And that for €1 Really a shame

0-8-15 rest stop with a moderate North Sea restaurant. Even if you eat there, you have to pay to use the toilet, even if you get a portion of the meal ticket refunded.

A shower 4 euros, clean and large shower and toilet.

Unfortunately, I didn't find anything as warm or friendly as at the (few) rest stops that are still owner-operated. It felt like just a run-of-the-mill operation maximizing unit profits with lavish prices because they simply can't compete.

No WiFi for guests/tourists. It doesn't work at all.

I really liked it. Top selection of gastronomy. Above all, the in-house restaurant is great. These french fries bowls are simply delicious, but could be a bit cheaper
