Simple, fast, clean, everything okay

I'm a regular here But this time it was even worse than usual. Not only did I want a coffee with sweetener, but the employee's German wasn't good enough to explain that I couldn't have any sugar. I also had a spoon that still had pieces of the previous owner's cake on it. No thanks!

Unfortunately, the cleaning agent still contained milkshake (I ordered a milkshake, and it tasted and smelled quite like cleaning agent). The staff said the machine only needs to be cleaned with plain water. (I drank it, and you can imagine what happened next.)

Absolutely competent and friendly manager/shift supervisor on October 11th. I was collecting the tiny tans from the Happy Meal and was missing a figure. Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock at the front. When the manager noticed this, she went to look and found it. I was even able to buy the figure separately. Best McDonald's tiny tan promotion I've ever experienced.

One of the significantly better McDonald's. The manager was very competent and very friendly. It was busy, but the food was still moving quickly. If you're in the area, this is the McDonald's!

Some terminals were out of service, and table delivery took far too long. On top of that, my nuggets were incredibly cold. I don't recommend this store at all. Besides, the entire store was incredibly cold.

I went to McDonald's to ask if you could buy the Happy Meal toy without eating it, or perhaps exchange it for a specific number, because I like to collect the figures. Unfortunately, my question was answered very rudely. Instead of giving me friendly information, I was simply turned away. That was disappointing—respectful customer service should be a given.

Four minutes before closing time, we were out of food. This isn't what I'm used to from McCoys.

The staff is very good and I never had any issues with any of my orders.

If you order more than four items in the MC Drive, you'll always forget to spend something that's actually charged... unfortunately, this happens all the time.

I was at McDrive in Ehingen yesterday at 5:35 p.m. The lady who took the cash and the man who delivered my order were very nice. I'd be happy to come back.

In Ehingen the food is very often cold, today at 5 p.m. cold fries and cold soggy ChickenMcNuggets again, burger was ok, bought at the drive-in counter and eaten in the parking lot. This is better for €14

Ate a chicken burger and an apple turnover. The apple turnover was served within seconds, but it wasn't even lukewarm. This shouldn't happen. The chicken burger was okay, but a small portion for the price. Definitely better value for money at Burger King.

The team denies their best employee, Amelie, even though she makes the best Chicken McNuggets and always adds an extra nugget to keep the customers happy. However, the staff denies knowing her and is unfriendly.

Orders that are ordered and paid for via the app are sometimes completely lost and are no longer delivered at all. You then sometimes wait an hour to then go to the checkout and place your order. Absolutely no go. At least there is no discussion when reordering.

Horrible disrespect towards customers. I waited 1 hour for my order. They packed it disgustingly, they didn’t even give me a package, everything was wrinkled and the boxes were torn even before they came out. They even addressed pregnant women and the elderly as “you.” And this is not the first time.

There wasn't a single gas station convenience store on the entire route from Switzerland to here. We took this route because the highways were full of accidents. The crispy burger was very good. The fries used to be better. I'll never get used to the word "restaurant" when it comes to this food. It is and will always be a snack bar with seating. Friendly staff, and that's what matters.

Burgers just thrown together again and again. Bulette again only half in the burger. Even though the burger was freshly prepared, it was lukewarm. Half of the salad was next to the burger… actually it was like that the last 4 times. But the meatball thing is new

It's getting worse every year, I don't know what they do for a living. You pay the price and half is forgotten. The burger was half in the bag because it wasn't packed properly. Before I go there again, I'd rather starve or go to Ulm. Not recommended!

Yesterday on 02/04/25 at the table. Cheeseburgers (cheese hard) that have been warmed up several times and were left in the warming counter for a long time. Toilets unhygienic, if that's how food preparation works, I'll steer clear in the future.

I've been eating there regularly for almost 4 years, but mostly via McDrive. The orders are always correct, prepared quickly, and usually fresh. The only thing to complain about is how expensive McDonalds is in general these days. But this branch can't do anything about it, so there isn't too much of a deduction for it.

It's just a McDonald's so if you expect a 5 star menu you're in the wrong place, but in my opinion it's one of the good ones. Always clean and everything runs quickly. What you would expect in a restaurant like this. I can definitely recommend it.

This McDonald's is usually very clean and tidy. The employees do their job well and the food is also very tasty. I recommend this branch because it also has enough seats and a small playground for the children

The staff was a complete disaster! I have never experienced the staff at an MC so uninterested and unfriendly. Even at the checkout, no one greeted you or looked you in the eye. We were the only ones in the drive-thru who just ordered 3 individual mcmuffins. After waiting for 15 minutes (there were only 2 people in the restaurant) we asked what it looked like and were asked stupidly if we couldn't wait. Very tense atmosphere and the bag of food was half thrown into our car by a very bad-tempered employee. That was our last visit there.

Order here almost every week. It's always fresh and delicious. You don't have to wait long either. The best burgers: Big Tasty and Big Mac.

Leider kann ich nicht mehr Sterne geben, da sehr oft irgendwas vergessen wird im MC Drive. Entweder trinken, Soße....... Kann doch nicht so schwer sein vom Bildschirm ablesen und alles mitzugeben was bezahlt wurde!!!!

Zum Essen muss man nichts sagen, das schmeckt in jedem McDonald's immer und überall gleich, dafür sorgen schon die knallharten Vorgaben aus der Zentrale. Ambiente fand ich persönlich hier etwas zu offen und "übersichtlich", etwas mehr Sichtschutz bzw. Abtrennungen zwischen einzelnen Gruppen von Tischen und zur Theke hin wäre etwas gemütlicher. Hier kann man von fast jedem Platz fast jeden anderen und alles andere sehen... Auf dem Herren WC war eines von zwei Pinkelbecken kaputt... Das ist bei einem Lokal dieser Größe ungünstig und ist dann der Auslöser, warum die Kloschüssel verspritzt und verdreckt ist, wenn man mal "Groß" muss... Servicedauer am Tisch war zeitlich noch im Rahmen, der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und sympathisch! Toll ist der riesige, kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Lokal.

Schade Besorgt euch holzhalme, mehrweg oder sowas aber hört mit dem papp schmutz auf..

Als ich hier neulich vorbei gefahren bin hab ich einen Regenbogen 🌈 gesehen. Bestimmt ein Marketinggag. Aber gegesssen hab ich hier auch schon, so vor 6 Jahren ungefähr, die Erinnerung ist also noch frisch: überall waren Zwiebeln und Gurken drauf 😂.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter/innen und alles schnell und lecker zubereitet. Ambiente ist etwas gewöhnlich/langweilig, aber voll okay.

Der Salat schmeckte komplett bitter, das passiert sonst bei anderen nicht. Bin überrascht.

Wirklich eine Frechheit, wie hier mit der Gesundheit der Kunden gespielt wird ! Ich habe einen Burger ohne Tomaten und ohne Zwiebel bestellt. Auf der Anzeigetafel habe ich auch gesehen, es wurde korrekt von der Mitarbeiterin am Drive-In abgewählt. Zu Hause angekommen, genüsslich reingebissen und siehe da, eine Tomate! Ich habe eine Allergie auf Tomaten, deshalb extra abgewählt. Wirklich eine Frechheit! Danke für die allergische Reaktion! Auf dem Karton, stand extra noch ein Aufkleber GRILL, wass ja immer draufgeklebt wird, wenn man etwas verändert hat. Trotzdem waren sogar Zwiebeln drauf, obwohl auch das abgewählt wurde, jedoch waren weniger Zwiebeln drauf als standardmäßig.

Service ist teils schnell, wenn viel los ist. Vergisst selten etwas. Je nach Tag oft frisch zubereitet.
