I spoke to the saleswoman at the counter for 1 minute, but it wasn't quick enough for the store manager. He hit on me, which is why I left. Outrageous.

Something is often missing from the order. It is rare that an order is put together completely or correctly.

Takeaway food. A catastrophe. 2 menus, no fries. 2 cheeseburgers "normal", 1.Cheeseburger with chili and the other is a Whopper. French fries sauce is completely missing. The last shop!!! And that with an empty shop, and at 4 p.m.!!!

Drinks were warm, the kids' drinks were missing, and additional sauces that were ordered weren't included either. Complaining to the counter wasn't successful either because he didn't understand what I wanted from him. Running 🙈

I really like Burger King. It can happen that fries are not completely warm. But if I, if the saleswoman points out to her that they are cold and I get the same fries again, just thrown in the deep fryer and the ones in the middle are still cold, then I like them more

Super clean, everything kept very tidy. Very nice and attentive employees. Vegan dishes are prepared separately on another page. We were very satisfied. Can only be recommended

How is that possible in this Burgerking everything takes 40/45 minutes, I ordered a Whopper menu in Drive and in the end everything comes cold 🤬🤮

There's no Burger King in the city I live in (Japan), so I decided to fly there. It was a bit far, but it was worth the 28 hours to get there.

Where do I start? So there's not much going on, so the employees are probably annoyed when someone orders something. Food was 🔥 but of course we were the only ones. Drinks warm and non-carbonated! When you go there the lady says don't break ice and just shrug your shoulders if it's carbonated. Not that other chains would be much different but, usually at least one sorry and something new or replacement. Just shrug, don't understand anything and walk away. Don't encourage me to come here again.

A burger branch that did a very good job!!! Always super satisfied so far...but today a not so clever employee caught...Order to go placed at 9:27 p.m....the King Sundae & drink was prepared at 9:29 p.m....the burgers were received at 9:41 p.m.... .the King Sundae no longer looked so fresh or was already very runny, my comment to the employee was that it wasn't so clever to make the ice cream beforehand, she looks at the ice cream and turns away... Thank you for the great service !!!

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars... After several visits, the employees were able to convince me of their incredible incompetence. Maybe you should check whether you can count to 3 during the aptitude test. Furthermore, I can report from my most recent and definitely LAST visit that my burger tasted very burnt and looked absolutely unappetizing. This is my worst dining experience in a very long time. I'm amazed how you can run a store like that. From now on I will avoid every Burger King in the world if possible. Really great job done 👍

Was at the Drivein again today (July 12th) for lunch. I'm totally happy again, very friendly staff and great quality!

Unfortunately the meat machine was broken the day I was there. This meant I could only order chicken dishes, which I didn't like at all. Burger King is known for its beef burgers. I love the Triple Whopper and because I couldn't get that, I will only rate this restaurant two stars.

At 12:01 a.m. if the store is open until 1 a.m. I also expect warm food, fries, disaster, coke, we don't even talk about making the wrong burgers, eating disasters, we have to eat on bags, good afternoon, the employees are not motivated at all the first and last time

Just waited 8 minutes for churros and then they are simply cold... We mainly only ordered the churros, nothing else...

Very modern, clean, no sticky floors or tables/chairs. Food very tasty and freshly prepared. The burgers are not just "slapped on top of each other", but stacked sensibly, meaning the burger doesn't fall apart. Courteous staff, gladly again!

The store is empty, today they only had poultry on offer,,,!! The ordering machines were all switched off and the employees were very unmotivated,,, How can you not have meat there??

You servants just won't let my Bre with a broken foot in McDrive, he had to go in and order, that's not a good thing, but ok. Then we got food and two chicken wings were missing, not 15 but 13, ok too. But then I just spat into my Bree's food, digga I saw exactly that

Ordered food to take away, fries weren't even cooked properly and were cold, sauce wasn't even included in the menu and there was no bacon on my burgers where I paid extra, dear Ulm Burger King is at least worth the price.

Orders are constantly being put together incorrectly, it takes forever (which doesn't surprise me, however, as the staff prefers to "chill" in the store with friends or smoke outside)... Cleanliness is probably also a foreign concept as almost every table is completely dirty...

Yesterday I picked up food at Drive and ordered Chilli Cheese Fries. Everything arrived was cold and the Chilli Cheese Fries had no cheese sauce and were also very cold and dry. To each his own but I really wouldn't recommend any! 😅 too bad...

Top food was ready in a few minutes and the service is also great.

It's not as dirty as it was last year. But eating takes a long time, even if it's just a few cheeseburgers and a whooper. Viewpoint 1/31/24 they forget several things even if it's only 1 order.

As is often the case with an order with many errors, e.g. Smartmenue 2Chesburger 2x ordered fries not included and a burger. The coronation of two drinks with different filling quantities is not a good joke at today's prices. P.S. was to go so only noticed it when I got home!

Haben heute bei Burger King im Drive-In Essen geholt. Die Dame, welche die Bestellung aufnahm, war vermutlich noch neu, weshalb Sie mit der Bestellung nicht so schnell zu Recht kam. Der Restaurantleiter war dann schnell zur Hilfe und hat sehr sehr freundlich das Durcheinander der Bestellungen geregelt und war sehr bemüht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und haben am Ende sogar eine Bestellung als Entschädigung kostenfrei erhalten.

Normales leckeres BK Essen aber nette Leute und guter Service

Extra Zutaten auf Bürgern sind Glückssache ob man diese bekommt.

Viel Platz, gute Umgebung und tolles Personal, Gericht wird super hergerichtet, besser als bei Mc'Donalds. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall herzukommen, 5 von 5 Sternen. 👌🏼👌🏼

Alles neu, alles sauber. Sonntag Abend ca. 19:30 Uhr es war nicht viel los es, aber vom Gefühl her waren die Mitarbeiter etwas genervt und überlastet..

Bestellung braucht sehr lange, obwohl nicht viel los ist. Service kommt mir teils überfordert vor. Vergisst ständig Dips dazuzulegen. Cola schmeckt nicht nach Cola.

Bester Laden in der Umgebung, die Mitarbeiter sind ziemlich freundlich. Das Essen kommt schneller als gedacht und es ist frisch zubereitet👍🤙immer wieder gerne.
