McDonald's in Balingen

Six or more of my 20 chicken nuggets were twice-fried, completely soaked in oil, and rock hard. After midnight, the staff seem to think you're too stupid to realize you're being served old food. It was disgusting.

This restaurant is constantly beeping. Every time I'm here, it feels like half the place is beeping in all sorts of different tones and volumes. I used to be a regular customer, but unfortunately, I have to stay away now.

Quick, efficient. Cappuccino in a cup, just the way I like it.

We've enjoyed coming here for years, but recently we've noticed that there's a lack of attention to cleanliness. Tables are often dirty, chairs are dirty,... What a shame.

Music from 12 o'clock onwards is a disaster, like in an opera.

Honest opinion? Fast food tastes like fast food and is quick, what else can you say? But the service is catastrophic and unfriendly. I spoke to someone on the phone and she was so annoyed and had absolutely no attitude. The delivery service is also terrible; either half the order is missing, as usual, and it's much more expensive!

I've been to McDonald's countless times...but this one tops them all! The food was super delicious, fresh, and hot! And that doesn't happen very often at McDonald's 😉 And the staff were very attentive, friendly (!), and helpful (!). I haven't experienced that too often at McDonald's...and on top of that, it was even really clean everywhere...I was extremely satisfied and would gladly come back.

Dear McDonald's team, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to your colleague Christian. Not only did he greet us with his very enthusiastic and friendly manner and take our order, but he also acted immediately when he noticed that something had been forgotten to be included with our order. He acted proactively and quickly approached us at the end of the McDonald's drive-thru when we were almost leaving. Thank you so much to him! He saved our evening and made it even more special :-) Please keep this in mind at your next staff meeting – such great employees deserve a little something extra!😊

This place is a disaster. This is the second time in a very short space of time that the floor has been so slippery that I slipped. It's an absolute disaster. This is simply unacceptable. It's a complete safety hazard.

Extremely loud inside. 90% of orders are missing something. Everything MUST be checked upon pickup. You'd think it was intentional...

Everything is dirty, not a single seat is clean, dirty seats and tables, and the floor in the restroom is dirty. There are towels everywhere on the floor and on the sink. And not a single employee cares.

The housekeeper is very phlegmatic and annoyed that I asked her not to put ice in the glass of juice. More and more disappointing, or maybe too stressed.

Unimaginable incompetence. Ordered a double meal and only received one burger, just as I simply didn't receive a redeemed burger.

The food, like in most other branches, is okay, but firstly, it's far too expensive for the service provided, and secondly, the restaurant is regularly dirty. I don't go there often, and so far, 9 out of 10 times, I've had to search for a seat that wasn't completely filthy.

The attention of the staff is excellent, there is a wide range of products and prices here.

Food is a matter of taste. I've had bad food every time. Because my daughter really wanted to go there last time, I had to. Since the food had been very bad several times, I figured you can't go wrong with a Coke, so I ordered one. The Coke was still carbonated and tasted like some kind of cleaning product. It can happen. The second Coke was the same. I then asked if they could give me a water instead. The young woman behind the counter said it wasn't her problem and she couldn't give me any water. You don't get your money back. Only after I got very upset about this response was they able to give me a water with permission from an employee. Believe me, I'm really not overly fussy. But at these prices, you can expect decent food and drinks, as well as friendly customer service. Unfortunately, there are no negative stars.

Extreme noise from honking machines, dirty tables from the previous owner, and overall very old and unkempt. Nowhere else are there as many mosquitoes as here at Megges...

We weren't satisfied with the service. A Happy Meal, cutlery for a salad, and chocolate sauce for a milkshake were forgotten. The language and communication were broken (not racist, but honest!!).

This is the fourth time now that items have been missing from the drive-thru order (6 items). Very annoying 😕. It's unfortunate that McDonald's can't get this under control. What terrible service.

Tonight at 9:05 p.m. We were at McDonald's, and I was outraged by the sight that greeted me: The guy at the checkout was visibly ill, coughing and sneezing constantly! Dear McDonald's management, don't you care about your employees? And what inhumane treatment is this! We are outraged!

The staff at mc Drive is absolutely rude, better invest the time and drive to Ofterdingen

The food and service are okay, but unfortunately, the restaurant is regularly dirty. We come here occasionally, and the tables, seats, and floors are dirty and smeared. Sometimes I wonder what the kitchen looks like if the public area is already like this.

For quite some time now, the fries that we've been getting have been almost impossible to eat. They're usually completely oversalted, truly disgusting. I have no idea if someone new hasn't figured it out, but for the past few weeks, the fries have either had no salt at all or far too much salt, and are therefore no longer edible.

Please teach your employees the dosage of Coca-Cola, it is either too sweet or not sweet at all.

Ordering two Happy Meals, ordering with Playmobil toys, but not available online in the store, can happen. But then you should at least include an alternative and not just nothing. Very unprofessional.

They always deliver coffee instead of a vanilla milkshake!

The employees were all super friendly. For a McCafe, I expected more than just a run-of-the-mill filter coffee. I definitely won't be going there for coffee again! Unfortunately, there's still a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The floor is so greasy you slip. Dried ketchup, crumbs, and coffee stains were on all (!) of the outdoor tables and benches. None of the employees were working hard at 3 p.m., and no one even thought to take a rag and wipe down the tables!

On an order of almost €40 McDrive, when I got home I noticed that I didn't have Chickenburger and Snack Salad for the child. He wants it for €10. The question is: Who gets that money? The employees or McD. ? Shame

Several times, items were missing from my order, and I didn't get what I ordered. And worst of all, I was rude after pointing it out to the staff, and was told personally that the incorrect order would be thrown in my face 😤 Great staff 👍👍👍

Als wir es bemerkt hatten und nochmals in Drive gefahren sind meinte die unfreundliche Dame dass wir vorfahren sollen, als wir nach langem warten am Schalter waren, meinte Sie dass wir die Bestellung nie aufgeben hätten und wir nochmal ne Runde im Drive fahren müssten um die Bestellung neu aufzugeben.!! Absolute Frechheit!! Haben es dann natürlich nicht gemacht und meinten Sie kann es behalten!! Schrecklich die Filiale!!

Horrible!! Unfriendly!! Dirty!!! They can't even take orders properly!! We placed an order and only received half of it. When we noticed it and went back to the drive-thru, the unfriendly lady told us to go ahead. When we got to the counter after a long wait, she said we never placed the order and we'd have to go back to the drive-thru to place the order again.!! Absolutely outrageous!! Of course, we didn't do it and said she could keep it!! This store is terrible!!

I was there with my boyfriend on Monday, May 19th, 2025 at around 10pm. As soon as we ordered, we noticed that everything was sold out or couldn't be prepared. At the drive-thru, we were told to pull over to the right and wait. We parked specifically so that other cars could easily drive by. Shortly after us, a car came along and stood in front of us. The woman (shift manager), blonde and wearing glasses, came out with two bags and gave us one and one to the other car. It was completely the wrong order. The woman at the drive-thru was very rude and extremely rude to us. First, she said we were parked in the wrong place and should park properly. She snatched the bag out of our hands and walked away, leaving us standing there. When she brought out the bags, she sent another colleague out who didn't understand a word we were saying. The store is absolutely top notch in terms of service and friendliness.

I usually enjoy McDonald’s products and visit regularly, but I had a disappointing experience on May 9, 2025, at 00:10 at the McDonald’s in Balingen. I ordered a menu along with an extra Apple Pie. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed the Apple Pie was missing from the bag. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and a woman with a Ukrainian accent answered. I explained that I don’t speak German well, but instead of helping, she began shouting at me and possibly using inappropriate language before abruptly ending the call. I felt disrespected and frustrated by how the situation was handled. I hope the staff receives proper training on customer service and communication, especially when dealing with non-German speakers. Everyone deserves to be treated politely and fairly.

Even when ordering through the drive-thru, the person was stressed and annoyed. I placed my order and all I received were ironic questions and answers. I drove up and paid. Then I received my goods. I wanted to ask something and he held out his hand to me saying I shouldn't talk. It turns out that even the branch manager was what is this person thinking. I hope you'll read through it. You're just a McDonald's store manager taking orders and putting burgers in paper bags.

Was in this McDonald's for the first time today and will never eat here again. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly at the checkout. The lady definitely chose the wrong job.

I ordered from the mcDrive this evening and watched as a rate ran around the garbage cans outside. So people once and never again.

Sehr lange Wartezeit 10 Min. bei Frühstücksbestellung um 10:15 Uhr. Bei Nachfrage warum es so lange dauert,hieß es, dass ein Big Moornig Chicken bis zu 16 Minuten dauern kann. In diesem Fall darf man sich nicht fast food Restaurant nennen finde ich....

The ambience is generally good but if it were a bit cleaner it would be a 4/5 :) But since that's understandable with so many customers who are sometimes a bit clumsy, it's somehow understandable. If you come early, it's even cleaner ;) Please refill the soap a little more often but otherwise it's really great for a fast food restaurant;) The service is nice because the food is usually served warm. If the employees have done something wrong with the order or something is missing, you can just go there and the employees will understand, so you will get it new or if something is missing, that's it :|) As mentioned, the food doesn't always arrive complete or correct, but it balances out. But the food is very tasty, not very greasy, like other fast food chains and much better than anywhere else in a fast food restaurant! Personally, I almost always eat the same thing because I love it! Keep it up!

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because mine never came. If there are a few too many people, the employees are overwhelmed. You have to expect a waiting time of 1 hour at this juice shop. Not recommended!!

We also like to come after a game and have at least 15 orders at once. But that's not a problem, and we get our orders quickly. We'd be happy to come again.

Food was as usual, I ordered via app. Everything worked except the service. I was missing a burger from my order, the Big Mac, which is exactly what I like! Unfortunately, I was already home and the distance was just too far for me. Maybe something will come after the review!

Bin vor 2 Tagen abends in den Drive gefahren und habe dabei eine Ratte entdeckt die locker durch ein Loch an der Tür in das Restaurant gekrochen ist. Werde diese Filiale in zukunft nicht mehr besuchen.

Food is good, but something is always missing or wrong, it can't be that difficult.

Good just to chill out and have a bite to eat/drink but not a proper meal. The food doesn't taste like anything and it's not that cheap either. For the money (even cheaper) you could eat a kebab from a Turkish restaurant you trust. I have the feeling that McD is getting worse over time, even though they try hard to create modern elements and nice ambience.

I was served with a very friendly “Here you go”. The food was top notch.

The Mc Donald in Balingen is actually my favorite Mc Donald ✨ it is beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly. It's quick and tastes delicious. For me there is nothing to complain about except that every time I have been there recently there has been no soap in the women's toilet. 🤔

Finally a good MC visit. Ordering worked great, staff was friendly and committed. To our delight, the fries were golden yellow and slightly crispy. The MC nuggets were also nice and crispy and the burgers were delicious. Keep it up here creates a great team.

Every time you order on the drive, you forget to add the sauce to the fries and curly fries. I specifically asked if that was all and the woman at the counter said yes. Impudence!

Repeats wrong orders – disappointing Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had bad experiences at this McDonald's. Today, instead of a latte macchiato with caramel that I ordered, I was simply given a normal latte macchiato. Unfortunately, such mix-ups have happened to me here several times, including when ordering burgers. This is particularly annoying when you're out and about and don't notice it right away. A little more care in the output would really be appreciated. It's a real shame that you can't reliably get what you order here.

Rude employees, I didn't want ice in the cola, but the employee didn't want to give me the cola I ordered, when I asked for a straw she gave me a lid and waved me away.

The staff was anything but friendly. Rats were running around in the parking lot during the ordering process. I haven't thought too much about it yet. Only when I had severe stomach pain and nausea after 3 hours did I realize that I had made a mistake. I was definitely here for the last time.

No hello, food that was lying around for a few hours. No apology, no other goods received. Disgusting

Starting with the fact that the floor was greasy from front to back and after repeated requests the floor wasn't cleaned even after I was told that I could sue them if I fell down and nothing was done! This with 15 employees who didn't look overwhelmed! Pissing on the toilets and one was missing from two orders of 6 nuggets and 2 from the 20 nuggets! When I asked, I was attacked because of my tone instead of apologizing for the circumstances! Sad...an employee who prepared my food...even ate my missing nuggets in the kitchen...probably! An indictment...and incapable of criticism! And not able to do anything about it if it obviously bothers the customer! Food was good but everything else was unfortunately not recommended!

As always. One of the best McDonald's in the region. Food is always hot and very rarely something doesn't go right.

This old lady on August 20th at 12:45 a.m. didn't want to serve us and was very, very unfriendly. I'm really very disappointed with this Mc. I've always been happy so far, but from now on it's over.
