Ich hole mir nur schnell was zum Mittagessen. Nur für einen kleinen Imbiss, immer gut.

Gutes Essen und ein noch besserer Service! Besonders die nette Mitarbeiterin Frau Gegaj, die uns bedient hat, hat fünf Sterne verdient. Sie war sehr freundlich, schnell und hatte trotz des vollen Hauses ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

War jetzt mehrfach hier und hat immer alles gepasst. Essen war frisch und lecker, auch beim Drive In gab es keine Probleme. Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich.

Schichtleiterin Frau gegaj, Super,freundliche und sympathische Mitarbeiterin haben uns wirklich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank top!!

Mir wurde zwei mal und dann noch zuviel Geld abgebucht. Erst sah es aus wie wenn bei de Bestellung was fehlte dann kam eine andere Kassiererin und fragte nach, ich klärte sie auf das ein Getränk fehlt. Ich sollte dann nochmal die Karte geben ( beides mal wurde kein Betrag genannt ) hab darauf vertraut. Dann kamen zwei Getränke plötzlich. Gingen von einer Entschädigung aus, heute sehe ich fast 30€ Abzug für 3 bestellte Getränke 🤬

Was ist denn da los mit dem Service? Die Dame hat sich geweigert, meinen Code aus der App zu scannen. Ich werde diesen Laden nie wieder betreten.

Sehr langsam und unorganisiert, aber dafür hat das Essen gepasst.

War es ruhig ganz angenehm Atmosphäre und sauber

Systemgastronomie ist eben wie es ist, weder gut noch schlecht. Zumindest optimal um schnell etwas zu essen ist es gut. Dieses Restaurant macht auf mich ein guten Eindruck.

Leider ist der Service nicht besonders hervorzuheben. Einmal bekommt man Pepsi, einmal Coca Cola. Dann ist gefühlt jedes zweite Mal ein Getränk komplett "ausverkauft" und man bekommt irgendwas als Alternative angeboten. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass immer etwas bei der Bestellung fehlt. Ich weiss nicht genau, ob dort Irgendjemand arbeitet, der den Überblick behält, man hat auf jeden Fall nicht das Gefühl, dass dem so ist. Wirkt leider sehr unprofessionell und würde ich mir zukünftig anders wünschen.

Ich möchte ein sehr positives Feedback für die Chefin Kujtesa bei Burger King geben. Sie war sehr freundlich, höflich und professionell zu uns. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt und der Service war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Ich habe zwei Whopper Junior bestellt und bekam eine Katze mit Soße, Fisch, Salat und Tomaten – aber ohne Fleisch. Wo ist das Fleisch? Und wo ist das Mädchen vom Fahrer? Das mit dem kürzeren Schwanz sieht etwas fröhlich aus.

Warum habe ich nicht die gesamte Bestellung von den Bedienungen erhalten? Ich habe die fehlende Bestellung bezahlt: Burger, keine Pommes.

Leider gibt es Punktabzug weil es einerseits nur Cola und Sprite mit Zucker als Getränkeauswahl gibt, alles andere nicht vergügbar ist. Die Getränkemaschinen sind wohl kaputt. Zudem funktionier ein Bestellterminal nicht und es wird kein Tischeervice angeboten. Insgesamt mangelhaft. Da lohnt sich ein Ausflug zu der Konkurrenz.

Die blonde Mitarbeiterin im Drive ist immer sehr freundlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Jedes Mal wenn ich komme, begrüßt sie einen mit einem Lächeln und sorgt für eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider weiß ich nicht, wie sie heißt, aber sie arbeitet sehr oft dort. Man merkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit viel Herz macht und sehr nett zu den Kunden ist. Wirklich toller Service! Lg paulin

Die Bestellung war zum Mitnehmen. Die Pommes waren kalt, trocken, doppelt belegt und hatten fast keine Käsesauce. Die Burger waren innen fast hohl, und man hatte wohl vergessen, wie viel Sauce hineingehört. Sie waren so trocken, dass sie ungenießbar waren. 1 ist zu viel!!

Getränke Automat ist seit über 2 Jahren defekt. WLAN gibts auch keines, Stühle sind aus Holz und super unbequem. Außenbereich nicht existent.

Wer sterben oder von Burger King komplett enttäuscht sein will, sollte diese Filiale besuchen. Der Besuch dort war emotional sehr belastend. Bitte schließen Sie diesen Laden sofort.

Ich war gestern Abend dort und bin sehr zufrieden. Obwohl der Drive schon um 22:15 Uhr geschlossen war, hat die Chefin mir trotzdem noch erlaubt zu bestellen. Das war wirklich sehr nett von ihr. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch. Der Service war freundlich, höflich und immer mit einem Lächeln – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir waren eben dort. Kein Stern wert. Wir haben drinnen am Schalter bestellt wir haben 4 Burger bestellt plus 2 Beilagen. In 2 Bestellungen! Also Pro Bestellung 2 Burger plus Pommes und das haben die nicht mal korrekt hinbekommen: Wir haben insgesamt 25 min gewartet, obwohl keiner vor uns war. Wir waren die einzigen, die drinnen bestellt haben. Trotzdem wurden Bestellungen, die nach uns eingingen!, vor uns bedient. Es war drinnen nichts los!! Man hat gemerkt, dass keine Führungskraft vor Ort war. Wir haben komplett falsche Burger bekommen! Wir haben dann zur Krönung billigere Burger bekommen, als bestellt!!! Nicht nur, dass die Burger wie hingeschmissen aussehen mit altem Salat der mehr Braun wie Grün ist, sondern hinzu kommt noch der Verlust den wir gemacht haben, da wir höherpreisig bezahlt haben!!! Wirklich Fall für die externen Kontrollen. Da wir so lange warten mussten, haben wir das eben zuhause gemerkt. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und können für den Laden wirklich keine Empfehlung aussprechen, da das eben nicht die 1. schlechte Erfahrung war.

Leider ein Stern noch zu viel.... Waren heute da und es war schrecklich....hatte einen burger mit Speck dieser war kalt und nicht gebraten. Und als wir es gesagt haben meinte die Dame man kann es in der Mikrowelle warm machen...... der burger von meinem Mann war total verbrannt. Passt bitte auf, was euer Essen kostet und was von euch kassiert wird. 2 Cheeseburger mit Speck = 9,99€. Ich beschwere mich, auf einmal sind es 6,38€. Und 9,99€ hat nie jemand verlangt ;-)

Sehr kalt im Restaurant. Mitarbeiter zu laut machten Blödsinn. Sonst sehr freundlich. Sollten mehr deutsch sprechen üben.

What a lousy place! Not only is the hygiene appalling, but something is missing from almost every order, and to top it all off, my order didn't arrive 35 minutes before closing time. I'm absolutely furious!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed this time. The restaurant had problems with the monitors, and our order wasn't processed correctly. As a result, the drinks and dips were wrong, and one burger was already cold. We also had to wait an unusually long time.

The food was good, and the salad was crisp. The all-you-can-drink offer was out of service, as indicated by a sign. What a shame!

One star is too much! This is the third time parts of my order have been missing! The food was cold, and the staff barely spoke German. There's a lot of room for improvement! A huge disappointment. The toilets smell worse than a bus station – completely unhygienic and unpleasant to use. The order took forever, even though there were only two guests in the restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested, and the service was very slow and disorganized. You expect significantly more cleanliness and professionalism from a chain like Burger King. I cannot recommend this branch.

One star is way too many. The food is cold, the staff barely speaks German, the tables and floor are dirty, the smell of sewage permeates the restaurant, and there aren't many burgers or desserts in this restaurant. The staff's Payback card?! Is it in the cash register? That's theft, right?

The food is what you'd expect from a BK; everything else is a disaster. The ambiance, next to a hardware store, is nonexistent, service is practically nonexistent because you have to order at a terminal (or wait 5 minutes for an employee), the prices are ridiculously high, and the portions are meager. With more than three customers, the fast food option can be removed. I would have actually just accepted it if my order wasn't wrong every time. Why pay an extra €2 for a larger meal if it still only comes with small fries, or certain items are simply missing? €6.80 for a burger that only feeds ants, and then the burger is simply missing. €4 for fries and I don't get any.

A classic BK with a very large parking lot. The staff was friendly and everything was clean.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. I was just at the drive-thru with my child. Half of my order was forgotten, but there were things in it that weren't part of the order. I tried to reach them by phone, but to no avail.

By far the dirtiest place I've ever been to. The floor was completely greasy and sticky, the toilet had no toilet paper, and the smell was worse than a portable toilet – truly unbearable. The staff barely understands German, so it's impossible to communicate. My burger was cold, the bread was stale and inedible. Absolutely intolerable for me – a place like this should really be shut down immediately.

The staff's attention is excellent, and there is a wide selection of products and prices.

The worst Burger King we've been to so far, in terms of the food. We didn't eat there! As soon as we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell of very old grease and something indefinably disgusting (toilet?). The tables were greasy. Drink machines were broken. Only one ordering terminal worked. The men's restroom was closed.

The food was okay. But the shock came afterward. Men's restroom... Handwashing, no soap. It can happen, only going in to pee. I slipped because the floor was flooded. At the same time, a breath of urine hit me, which was breathtaking. One urinal overflowed, and the second one just before that. The staff hadn't checked it for hours. Or responded to any complaints. Probably the same reaction as to my complaint... "Haha, we'll check later." The pee is probably already running in the hallway. I didn't take any photos. But I've never experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, you can't give it a 0. A huge mess and completely incompetent staff.

Staff unreliable and unfriendly. Got the wrong order 6 times. Ayris. Food was colder than the drinks from the fridge. Burger had a bite in it. I'd give it less than one star, but unfortunately, that's not possible.

It's a shame the milkshake machine is constantly broken. So, unfortunately, we only go to McDonald's now.

The food was not good at all and on top of that it was cold and unusually greasy so that the bread was already soft. The employee was very friendly at first but after the complaint we had to discuss the food with her which was difficult because she cannot speak German very well (she is Asian).

Well, what can I say? I've been to a Burger King for the first time in a long time. The food is always the same. Everything was fine so far. The staff was very nice and joked with me because it wasn't busy. Everything was fine so far. I'd be happy to go again.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately, some machines were broken or out of service. A few items were forgotten when ordering, but they were provided upon request. Friendly staff. Children can play in the fenced outdoor area.

Highly recommended because of the drinks machines. Unfortunately, we don't have something like this in Northern Germany where you can create your own drinks in a wide variety of flavors. Great!!

Overall, the visit to Burger King was okay, but not outstanding. The food was up to standard and tasted okay, but not particularly fresh. The service was friendly but slow. The atmosphere could have been made more pleasant to round out the experience.

Why do you keep being disappointed at this Burger King? Waiting times of over 30 minutes, the first products went straight into the order and the rest 30 minutes later. So it's cold at the bottom, warm at the top and yet the eye can't keep up with it. Wasted money.

I just had the worst Burger King visit ever. The floor was flooded with water from the toilets. There was no sign anywhere about it being wet and smelly. The order was wrong and the green tomatoes in the burger were certainly not healthy.

Products are always fresh and warm. Orders are even sometimes brought to the table. A little smaller but cozy here. Tables are clean. Just as you would expect.

I went to McDrive three times and there was nothing going on. And yet something was always forgotten, be it the burger or the fries. You should pay for sauces separately but they won't be put in them anymore, not the Burger King that used to be it was a shame...

Meat on the double Whopper cold. Cheese didn't even come close. In short, you get a shrug of the shoulders. Never again, I'd rather go to Hechingen.

Stopped at this branch while passing through today. First of all the order was carried out incorrectly instead of a double Whopper there was only a normal Whopper. When asked, a double Whopper came from the kitchen within seconds, albeit with cheese that was not ordered. The burger was just lukewarm (delivery temperature 65 degrees) and the cheese that was not ordered was ice cold. At least the fries and onion rings were hot. I think the kitchen staff urgently needs further training here.

At Burger King I got this 'small' cappuccino for €2.99, which hardly contains anything. The cup was extremely light, and when I opened the lid there was almost nothing inside. When I asked if that was serious, I was told: “Yes, it’s small for us.” Absolutely outrageous for the price and not recommended! Now I also know why Burger King branches are usually “empty”.

Nice staff, very freshly made food which you don't expect from a fast food shop. One of the best BK locations I have visited so far.

I wish I could give 0 stars to minus stars, just so remorseful if you were to call someone would speak German 1 A with asterisks but on site you are there and lose all your reward points to a Chinese woman because she types the order incorrectly and on Drive in counter tells you to pull up. And then you still don't understand anything, it's a total impudence to ask after you've lost all your points if there's anyone who can speak German and then they just say no Ick bissccchnn in total crack language, just throw it in the paper and try out a bit of Asian origami folding techniques salad everywhere distributed as if it were not food but a decorative item

Unfortunately, a completely wrong burger was added. We wanted a ChrispyChicken, we got a burger with a strange sauce that nobody wanted let alone liked (receipt was with ChrispyChicken). Unfortunately, since I ordered this at the drive-in and only noticed this error at home, a complaint was no longer possible (the branch had closed for the day.) There's definitely a better way...

Was just at the drive in at BK in Balingen, On the intercom they first tell me “just a moment please” and then leave me standing there for 5 minutes. When I ordered it took another 10 minutes until the “fast food” finally arrived. Now I have to decide that I got a Cola instead of a Fanta and that a cheeseburger is completely missing. Never again BK Balingen!!!

By far the cleanest and most well-maintained BK in Germany! The staff open, friendly and hardworking. There was no standing around and chatting, the table was wiped down immediately after each guest and the tray returned was empty! I have rarely experienced that! Really great!

Food was OK. Staff friendly, but at 11:30 a.m. there was no more toilet paper in the cubicles in the women's toilet and there was a "puddle" on the floor of one toilet. Maybe something needs to be checked and cleaned better here.

Actually there would be zero stars! We recently went to Burger King and had a slightly larger order for about 10 people + children. We took the order with us so we could eat at home. When we got home we started eating straight away. With my second cheeseburger, after 2-3 bites, I had something strange in my mouth that also pricked the roof of my mouth My mouth emptied directly onto a napkin and what was it?! A piece of metal… I was brutally disgusted (as was everyone else at the table) plus it spoiled all of our appetites! I was just glad that I noticed it and didn't choke (that way something worse could be avoided) and that I had this burger and not one of the kids who might have swallowed the piece... I immediately reported this to headquarters and handed over the piece of metal for their investigations. Final answer from Burger King: as a sign of our good nature, you will receive a Burger King menu on the house!!!!! Your seriousness that worse could have happened, people, it wasn't just a hair, it was a metal wire! No real excuse, nothing!

There is a bit of an unpleasant smell in the men's toilet. Easy to fix with toilet block.

Constant problems: missing this or that, no internet... Opening too late, closing too early. The competition is much faster... It's a shame, but if things continue like this, they'll close, you can already see: no customers most of the time, always empty.

Went there again today to quickly grab something to eat. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean. But unfortunately that was it. I redeemed 2 coupons at the order terminal and ordered something extra. As an addition to the nugget burger, I added cheese. This was calculated but was once again not included. And the second beef that I had ordered was also missing from the Wopper. Of course that was also calculated. It's fascinating that in the 3 years I've been going there, I've never received a correct order. Either parts of the order are completely missing, the wrong items are included, or extras are forgotten. It makes no difference whether you eat it inside, take it away or order it on the drive. I looked in the bag to see if everything was there, but picking up every single burger and checking to see if it was topped correctly would be a bit of an exaggeration. As a guest/customer you should actually have so much trust in the restaurant that you get what you ordered. So please, dear BurgerKing team. Please please please there is a need for improvement.

It doesn't taste as good as it used to for a long time. Had a double whopper, it was a disaster. The meat was absolutely bland and tasted like nothing. Rice cakes had more flavor. The bread is very, very thin and after lifting the burger once everything is mushy mush. Service is quick and good. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired - the floor is totally dirty and greasy. There are no paper towels in the toilets (probably learned nothing from Corona). It's a shame, I go to the BK 1-2 times a year, I didn't think that the quality could decline so massively.

The ambience is the best thing about this BK...like all BK's, they also have problems with the composition of the soft drinks...the drinks simply taste too much like carbonated water. The toilet, like at every BK, stinks like hell. I now understand why there's nothing going on here.

Actually, after the infamous RTL documentaries, I thought BK was turning things around. I would have preferred not to enter a BK again after a long time. The first step is the first negative impression, namely because the shoes are stuck to the floor. In the off-screen, Antenne Bayern is blaring...welcome home...the checkout lady smiles kindly, speaks almost no German, the only(!) high chair looks as if it was last cleaned before Corona, the benches are worn out and that Upholstery torn open in places, the rest of the ambience is not inviting either... No wonder we were the only guests. The burgers were certainly not fresh, the burger sauce was saved on and everything was far too dry and carelessly prepared. Fries were ok...they couldn't tear it out either. Thank you very much BK, we won't see each other again anytime soon!

Best Burger King in a long time. Super clean, very fond of children and the food came super quickly and was fresh. We ate vegetarian.

I never understood who was so hobbyless and wrote reviews, I was offered free ice cream in return. I got the Big King Plantbased. The 2 patties were thin as cardboard, but surprisingly, they were practically identical to meat patties in appearance, texture and taste. I don't even want to know what was in there. Diphosphyl tripentamentalylacromate or potassium dicyanidoaurate, something like that. The burgebun was soft and fluffy. And luckily they don't drown their citizens in gallons of gravy like McDonald's. But I have no idea how to get fed up with it. I bite into it three times and the whole burger is gone. I think I'll do an experiment where I order 20 burgers and see how many of them I can eat. I hardly ever eat fast food, but I have to admit, it's something.
