Sehr guter Döner und Lieferservice! Ich habe schon öfters beim Pizza Haus Essen liefern lassen und auch vor Ort gegessen. Der Döner schmeckt echt gut und vor Allem ist der Lieferpreis sehr angemessen. Meine Essensbestellung habe ich heute zuerst an eine falsche Adresse liefern lassen, weil die Lieferando App noch einen anderen Standort hinterlegt hatte. Das Essen wurde mir nach einem Anruf noch an die richtige Adresse geliefert und der Service war, obwohl ich für die falsche Adresse verantwortlich war, ausgezeichnet. Danke dafür und nochmals entschuldigung für die falsche Adresse.

Ich war heute wieder hier essen und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Heute habe ich eine Pizza gegessen, vorher hatte ich schon den Döner probiert beides war einfach richtig lecker. Die Zutaten sind frisch, das Essen wird mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet und man schmeckt die Qualität. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service schnell und der Innenbereich ist modern, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Für mich ist das einer der besten Döner- und Pizzaläden in Balingen und Umgebung. Die Qualität ist jedes Mal gleichbleibend hoch. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen! 😎👍🏻

Also seit letzter Woche muss ich sagen top Fleisch, besser als das Murat Lamm da mit den Fleischstücke etc. Dünn geschnitten und perfekt garniert. Sehr lecker gewesen, wäre das Brot noch leckerer wäre es 10/10

Bei der heutigen Lieferung rief der Lieferant den Inhaber an und stellte das Telefon auf Lautsprecher, sodass die gesamte, sehr aggressive Diskussion im ganzen Treppenhaus hörbar war. Eine solche öffentliche Bloßstellung wegen einer einzigen Bewertung ist unprofessionell und respektlos. Während dieses Telefonats sagte der Inhaber wörtlich, dass „ein Restaurant für jede negative Bewertung 20 positive Bewertungen braucht, um seinen Ruf auszugleichen“. Reingekommen, höflich „Hallo“ gesagt, angeguckt worden, aber keine Erwiderung, gut 4-5 Minuten am Tresen gestanden, keiner der drei Personen dahinter hat mich beachtet - geschweige denn meine Bestellung in Empfang genommen, ich bin dann wieder gegangen. „Tschüss“ gesagt, Überraschung: keine Erwiderung. Kein Anstand, ey.

Ich habe 2 pizzen bestellt, dran stand das es 40 min dauert und nach 1 stunde und 40 minuten immernoch nicht geliefert wurde finde ich leider sehr entäuschend

Habe am 31.12. Über lieferando bestellt. Essen war gut, aber die Dame am Telefon wurde beleidigend weil die Hausnummer versehentlich falsch eingetippt wurde

Absolut inakzeptabeler Service und eine komplette Katastrophe von Anfang bis Ende. Wir haben eine Pizza, eine Dönerbox und Pommes bestellt und über drei Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen hieß es immer wieder, das Essen sei „gleich fertig“ und der Fahrer bereits unterwegs. Nach drei Stunden kam dann endlich ein Anruf mit der Aussage, der Fahrer habe einen Unfall gehabt. Uns wurde angeboten, das Essen selbst abzuholen, wir würden es dafür kostenlos bekommen. Mein Mann ist daraufhin extra losgefahren. Im Laden angekommen waren keine Gäste da, der Laden wirkte leer und unser Essen war noch nicht einmal fertig zubereitet. Als wir es schließlich bekommen haben, folgte der nächste Reinfall: • Pommes haben komplett gefehlt • In der Dönerbox unserer Tochter war keine Soße • Mein Mann bekam die falsche Pizza Nach so langer Wartezeit, falschen Aussagen am Telefon und einer völlig chaotischen Abwicklung ist das einfach nur enttäuschend und ärgerlich. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut nicht akzeptabel. Nie wieder. Keine Empfehlung.

That's out of the question for me. First you have to wait 25 minutes for the pizza to arrive, and then it arrives like this.

The doner kebab is fabulous; I drive here every week from Tübingen to devour this unique treat. Words can't describe the whole experience, but numbers speak for themselves: 11/10.

Delicious food, no waiting time thanks to pre-ordering, always friendly, and it's great that you can pay by credit card.

Portions of Yufka & Döner were unusually small for the prices charged.

During the week, I ate pizza with friends, etc., and I really enjoyed it. Today I wanted to eat with my family, so we ordered, and the pide was burnt. The doner pizza had a lot of cheese. Never again! I ordered a pizza kebab for €13, beef, salad, and sauce. There was almost no meat, just a few small pieces. I took the pizza back. The woman arrogantly said there was enough meat. Once one of our favorite kebab shops, but since the previous owner handed over, it's unfortunately become very disappointing, whether it's pizza or a kebab plate... We ordered 3 kebabs with layered meat but unfortunately only got 2, the other one was with minced meat. The layer or slice of kebab meat was too dry to taste, which is why it only gets 3 stars, one star more because everyone else only has minced skewers. The ambience needs to be renewed, the seats are too low and could use new upholstery. They should get meat from somewhere else and it will be fine.

I enjoyed staying here in the past. I ordered something to take away today. I ordered three kebabs and a pizza at a certain time. Sehr gutes Essen und ein super freundliches Personal. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist sehr angemessen. Wir sind mittlerweile Stammkunden und probieren gerne die Speisekarte durch. Von klassikern wie Döner Kebab bis hin zur Pizza ist alles zu empfehlen. Das Dönerfleisch ist schön Saftig und zergeht auf der Zunge. Bestes Kebap Haus das ich seit langem besucht habe

Fande den döner eigentlich immer ganz lecker Aber leider is es jetzt schon häufiger vor gekommen das mein Fleisch noch Rosa war überhaupt nicht lecker Bitte achtet da mehr drauf grad um die Mittagszeit wird immer schnell schnell gemacht.

Etwas enttäuscht. Wir haben früher sehr oft dort Döner oder Pizza gegessen. Nach einer Weile mal wieder Lust gehabt und telefonisch bestellt. Das Essen wurde nicht so zubereitet wie es gewünscht war. Und die Nacht drauf habe ich nach meinem Döner Magen Probleme bekommen und konnte auch jetzt Tag später kaum etwas Essen. Wir werden hier nie wieder Döner Essen echt schade.

Das Essen ist super lecker ich esse oft ein Yufka und oder ein Kebab und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn der Preis relativ hoch ist und über dem Durchschnitt liegt, im Vergleich zu anderen imbissen Kann man hier jedoch sehr, sehr lecker essen. Warum ich nur zwei Sterne gebe, ist folgender Grund: ich werde da drin nicht sehr sonderlich freundlich behandelt. Der Umgangston ist sehr sehr rau, man schaut dich total böse an und es wirkt sehr unfreundlich auf den Kunden. Letztes Mal habe ich etwas bestellt und ein Mann war vor mir dran. Dieser bestellte telefonisch und zum mitnehmen. Ich lies ihn durch an die Theke und der Mann, der den Döner Für diesen Mann zubereitete, Warf den Döner regelrecht auf die Theke Und wollte das Geld. Keiner hat was gesagt, aber ich war genauso erstaunt wie der andere Kunde vor mir, da der Koch oder Verkäufer etc So mit den Lebensmitteln umgeht und wann hatte sofort das Gefühl, dass man hier nicht sehr sonderlich erwünscht ist. Okay, auch habe ich noch nie ein Hallo oder tschüss von diesen Leuten gehört aber da kann man ja niemanden zwingen 😅 Mein Resümee: super Essen zum mitnehmen, dort essen würde ich auf gar keinen Fall. Bei euch stimmt eigentlich alles, wenn ihr jetzt noch den Umgang mit dem Kunden beherrscht und netter und freundlicher seid. So kommt man nur ungern. Hier gibt's auch den echten Döner ohne Hackfleisch und das besonders gut. Sehr zu empfehlen, Bedienung und essen wirklich Spitze. Vielen Dank, gerne immer wieder, macht weiter so... Nachtrag: Der Döner ist nach wie vor gut aber leider ist es im Fladenbrot nicht mehr gut, Ihr stopft alles kreuz und quer hinein, entweder beisst man nur auf einen Haufen Zwiebeln oder Tomaten und nach der Hälfte vom Brot ist nur noch Fleisch übrig...Es kann doch nicht schwer sein ein Fladenbrot gleichmäßig zu belegen, ich muss immer alles zuerst raus holen und neu belegen, bitte bitte gebt doch da mehr acht, vielen Dank...

TOP TOP TOP 1A, ich komme nicht aus der Gegend aber bin Sehr zufrieden hatte einige Extra Wünsche was mein Essen angeht es wurde auf alles eingagen. Sehr Lecker. nichts zu Mäckern Fleisch Top Salat frisch Soßen sehr Lecker. Ich werde in Zukunft Extra aus Rottweil hier her fahren.

First let me say this mishap max be partly on me. I ordered a fiber plate with all the fixings. It was a huge portion and was presented very nicely. Service was excellent and friendly. Priced I believe normally (as someone from the US can judge that). Here my grievance. Why on earth mayonnaise and curry ketchup. Man that was a bummer. It looked so great but the run of the mill mayo and that curry ketchup I REALLY like .....why on earth on a Döner? It overpowered everything and really made me not enjoy it. It may be the new normal but when I used to live here it would have been a fresh garlicky yogurt based sauce and it would be fantastic. Like this it was just ....not so good. So if you want the real deal maybe ask for the sauce on the side. Not sure I will go back (only here for some days) but that was a bummer, but again, this may have been my own fault for not asking or not making sure I got the traditional version.

Lecker, super schnell, nettes Personal wir kommen immer wieder gern zu Euch! Das einzig unschöne finde ich, das der Koch rauchend vor dem Lokal steht. Für Nichtraucher ekelhaft.
