The service was unpleasant. Furthermore, we went there twice, and each time we experienced vomiting and stomach pains after our meals. Very disappointing; we will not be returning.

McDonald's is not the McDonald's it was 15-20 years ago. Hygiene often leaves much to be desired, both among employees and in the restaurant itself. Because of this, we rarely, if ever, go to McDonald's anymore; eating at home is cleaner and better.

It's actually quite good. It's annoying that the staff fudges the preparation time by declaring the food "ready for pickup" before it's even cooked. Also, sometimes they're too lazy to make the veggie or shaker nuggets, so you just get the regular ones.

I ordered food and something was missing, but after a phone call, everything was delivered. I can't complain 👍

No offense, but waiting an hour and a half for two Happy Metal and MC meals is unacceptable 😡 The delivery service is awful...

Today we ordered from our nearest McDonald's for the first time via Lieferando. We had to wait three hours until our food finally arrived cold. Unfortunately, we also discovered that half of it was delivered incorrectly or was missing. We requested a refund via PayPal and tried to contact the responsible branch by phone. McDonald's honestly isn't what it used to be... If you have to, go to the local stores, but just avoid it.

Registration via code does not work!

Very disappointing and simply unfair! We celebrated my son's birthday at McDonald's, spent over €150, and were only there for two hours and five minutes – and yet we still got a €40 parking fine from ParkDepot. It's truly sad that loyal customers are treated this way. Instead of gratitude for their visit, they receive a fine. This kind of thing destroys trust and the positive image of McDonald's. I hope McDonald's investigates this case, because this kind of system damages the brand's reputation and upsets honest customers.

That's all well and good, but I think it's a disgrace that I have to pay a parking fine after apparently spending too long in the McDonald's parking lot on the way to a family vacation with the kids. Don't you want customers there?

Unfortunately there is nothing positive to say, the food is often COLD, most of the time, i.e. almost ALWAYS INCOMPLETE, the staff are unfriendly if they even understand you.

Update: After consulting with McDonald's, the fine was waived. So be careful when parking! Attention! You're now only allowed to park for one hour, otherwise you'll receive a €40 fine. Regardless of whether you eat anything in the restaurant during that time or not. This has never happened to me before. We're in the process of clarifying the matter with McDonald's. If the matter is resolved positively, I'll adjust my review accordingly.

I visit various McDonald's restaurants throughout Germany every day. But what I experienced at the McDonald's in Lörrach was completely unacceptable. Employee Scholz was so unmotivated and customer-unfriendly that one had to get the impression that she had neither interest in her work nor respect for the guests. While employees are usually very friendly, here one can expect an unfriendly reaction to even a simple question.

Today It was my first visit here. I enjoyed quality food, beautiful n healthy environment.

Unbelievable stomach pain! I don't seem to be the only one.

The food comes quickly. Unfortunately, the tables aren't very clean. Some are very friendly, but some of the staff could be a bit friendlier. Even when it's busy, it's not always easy.

I've always been happy at McDonald's, but today was an absolute low point. My 8-year-old son ordered ONLY a Coke, didn't eat anything, and suddenly there were pieces of a burger bun floating in his Coke! 🤢 The shift manager seriously accused me of putting it in there himself. A kid who hadn't eaten anything and wasn't hungry! Such a disrespect. Only after a discussion did they give me my money back, but the way they did it was disrespectful and rude. I'll never treat customers like that again!

That's really not good, and you're not doing your job properly. I live in Basel. When I get home with my food orders and notice something is missing, I now say 'enough,' because this isn't the first time. Today, you forgot the fries on two meals. The menu only offered hamburgers and Coke. As a customer, I shouldn't have to check my order every time, and once I've paid for something, I don't want it to be missing.

My grandchildren love the restaurant.

Very clean McDonald's. Unfortunately, it's been very difficult to find a parking space on all our visits. However, it's always very busy.

An employee deliberately withheld chicken nuggets from our order. When we realized in time that the chicken nuggets were missing and went back inside, he clearly felt caught and immediately gave us the missing part of our order without asking a question. Theft!

The place is very good, although small, it would be good if they enlarged it even a little because of the area where it is located because it often gets full, but still, the only complaint I would have is the small bathrooms they have and that the children's area next to the smokers doesn't make sense to me, other than that, everything is fine.

Every drive-thru order is missing something. Otherwise, everything's fine. Unfortunately, you often get the impression that the employees are overwhelmed because there are simply too many customers.

I had a crispy Mac, which I didn't know, and it was pretty good. However, the milkshake felt like I was drinking milk with sugar, and I felt like I had bits of sugar in it when I drank it. Cleaner than French McDonald's.

We ordered at the mc drive unfortunately the man did not understand us and we got a completely different menu than ordered The price was of course much higher. We then had 7 menus instead of 4 absolutely inadequate service

It hasn't gotten any cheaper. Big Tasty is as good as ever. The benches are too close to the tables, so as a fat guy, I'm still protected, but it's uncomfortable.

OK for something to eat, but nice is something else entirely... The display board is broken. The pickup number is called for pickup according to the display, but after more than 10 minutes it's finally ready... it was actually just a small thing...

No, there are always dirty tables. There are a lot of men working there who don't like cleaning. I've already mentioned several times that the tables need cleaning. They looked at me like I was on a telegraph. You can't even see someone with a rag in two hours. McDonald's used to pay more attention to cleanliness. Your feedback code doesn't work either. Apparently invalid. It's a shame that a store is so poorly managed.

The food was really delicious as always, the service was actually quite good but you can tell that the staff are stressed.

It's incredibly busy at lunchtime and little by little the ordering stations are running out. But the staff had everything under control.

I'll keep it short. - Burgers as if everything had been thrown into the box from far away. Disaster! - Barely speak 3 words of German - Hygiene, well - €40 fine because you can only park there for one hour. Although it has a Mc Café and a play area for children that invites you to linger. Impudence!!!! I almost burst with anger.

You have to eat there and get out of the park in a maximum of an hour, otherwise you will have to pay a fine of 40 euros.

I've waited 3 days now to come down. Service is very questionable and often unfriendly when I ask a normal question. Serving burgers isn't exactly the team's strength either. I had a much better opinion. I'll probably eat elsewhere in the future. Oh yes, the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, after a visit to McDonald's in Lörrach on April 6th at 1 a.m., I had a very unpleasant experience. At 5:00 a.m. I woke up with severe stomach upset, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, which later developed into fever and other symptoms. I even had to call 911 and was taken to the hospital. In addition, the order was incorrect: instead of the usual cola or a drink, completely wrong products came. We were also insulted by the staff when we wanted to point out that our order had been incorrectly issued. I can therefore only advise against visiting this restaurant as it has led to health problems. I have already reported my health problems due to eating at this branch to the health department and can advise anyone who reads this not to eat at this McDonald's branch. Better take some money in your hand and go over to our Swiss neighbors, I'm sure something like that would never happen.

For me, the Lörrach branch is now history, anyone who stays longer will receive mail from the “Parkdepot”! In the future, other providers will get my money :-)

We're there more often. Unfortunately, the first thing you always have to do is check the order because something is always missing or wrong! That used to be much better.

DANGER!!! My brother had to go to the hospital because of the food and had severe physical problems. A few weeks ago I had extreme stomach problems after eating. My brother has it much worse now. 0 stars would actually describe it best. Definitely don't eat or order anything there again!!!

If you could give zero stars it would be 0... You know what McDonalds is like, you know what it tastes like, you know the service, you don't want to look behind the scenes. Only that a shift manager, after a complaint from a few young people, was given the wrong tray with burgers/fries etc. When I got it delivered, I just shoved it in the trash can in front of all the customers who were still sitting there. I just think it's a shame. And when I asked what this was about...no response. This is what the sustainability system at McDonald's looks like.

Can someone explain to me why burgers need to be double wrapped even when eaten in a restaurant? McDonald's used to produce a huge amount of plastic waste for packaging, and now it's cardboard. A burger that is eaten in a restaurant does not need to be packaged - and certainly not twice.

When ordering, the wrong bag is delivered 7/10 times. The food is always mushy and it often takes 2-3 attempts until you finally get it right, which really spoils the meal.

The delivery costs, of almost €4 (!!!!!), for a 10 minute journey, are an absolute disgrace.

Food is often soggy and cold, even if you order and eat it directly on site. When you take it home, even if you only have to go 2 blocks away, it arrives cold because they put it in the paper bags already lukewarm

Order was incomplete. There was also a long hair in the food, disgusting!

For a few months now, all I've been getting are burgers that have been assembled wrong. See image. This has been the case 100% of the last 5 visits, whether in Lörrach or Rheinfelden. Every time I complain I get a voucher. But it doesn't help because I can't get a properly assembled burger with the voucher. Burgers still go wrong in Lörrach. It wasn't until January 17, 2025 that I was there last: the M was crooked and the Big Rösti too. I don't understand what's so difficult about putting 3 things on top of each other... Penultimate visit to Rheinfelden: I ordered an M and 1 McDouble. The M was good, but the meat on the McDouble had a disgusting cowshed aroma - the staff is a bit strange about half-eaten things, so I just threw it away. I will continue to share my experiences here, due to the last visit I had to reduce the service, food and overall rating by another star.

We actually like going to the MD. Since the parking rule with 60 minutes and camera recording, not so often anymore. If we eat there with 5-6 people and then want to order dessert, the time is too short. Before this parking lot rip-off we went there several times. It's a shame, it could have been solved differently, but that's how you still make money with the parking lot. Therefore, I advise against a visit.

About food? There is nothing to add. It is fast food and McDonald :) relaxed atmosphere in this place to talk and even to read. The service is good enough. A bit slow but it depends mostly on people queueing. There is a McCafe and they have a good deal cake+coffee. The Coffee is very good. I believe they have a wonderful coffee machine and it makes delicious coffee. Service on McCafe is better and quicker. I recommend this place

There's nothing bad to say about the food in general. What I always complain about is that the food is always only lukewarm and the fries are lame.

When I was at the order counter to point out an error in our order, I saw the employee at the drive-thru counter sneeze into his hand. He wiped his sputum on his pants and wanted to put the things the customer had ordered from Mc-Drive in the paper bag. I immediately spoke to what I thought was his superior and asked that this employee please go wash his hands. He heard this and ONLY THEN went to the disinfectant dispenser to disinfect his hands. You heard from me that this will result in an entry. Unfortunately, the DISGUST FACTOR option is not available. Preferably zero stars

As usual, the food was bad, the service and the ambience were shocking: 1- no checks, despite being present and recorded on the terminal, €2 “compensation” 2- no reusable cups 3- the H'M music from the speaker outside is way too loud... Great service, unfortunately some of the employees don't understand anything. Dirty inside. Something is always missing from orders. An employee hit my knee with a trolley and I couldn't walk normally all day. No apology, nothing, when I tried to talk to him he only understood BHF.

Biggest rip off!!! With today's exchange rate for 50chf you get 40 euros!! Big Tasty was with bacon even though I clearly said no bacon!! The staff can hardly speak German and are unfriendly! Packaging was completely unhygienic! Non-carbonated Cola!! Biggest disaster!! We'll never go there again!! And there will be another ad!!! And this will certainly be reported to Kassenrutsch!! This is inhumane!!!!!!

I had dinner there late in the evening with a friend and apparently sat longer than expected or desired, i.e. longer than an hour. I found two reminders from Parkdepot in the mailbox today, one dated November 22nd, 2024 and the second dated December 9th, 2024. So I have to pay a total of 45 euros because I sat in McDonalds longer than I apparently wanted. (The same thing happened to the same friend in Bad Säckingen). And at night the reference to limited time is of course very visible, *irony off. Nice additional income! Conclusion: At McDonalds you are only allowed to sit down to eat quickly, otherwise you have to leave again very quickly. I will avoid this chain in the future and also warn everyone not to visit this (quick) “restaurant”, it will be incredibly expensive.

Absolutely dubious. Apparently fast food no longer brings any income in Lörrach, which is why the operator has to rely on semi-legal parking traps. At the entrance there is a sign hidden somewhere that by parking the visitor agrees to the terms and conditions. Since the visitor has agreed in this way, an invoice for the parking will soon arrive by post (for us 65 euros) Next time I'll stick a poster on the car: "Everyone who takes a photo of my car agrees to my terms and conditions and pays 50 euros for the photo shoot." I would be happy to send the invoice to ParkDepot and McDonalds Lörrach. Simply unbelievable that German lawmakers allow such rip-offs.

My mother got me a large fries and a McFlurry, the fries looked like they had been stepped on and there were only half of them in there and the bottom of the McFlurry was full of chocolate, the middle was just ice cream and a few Oreos on top, not even stirred for €8 is one impudence

Absolute chaos at lunchtime. Burgers thrown together carelessly, the McFlurry had chocolate sauce poured into the bottom and then the ice cream on top. We ordered via the terminal, the collection was chaotic because our number simply "disappeared", then the ice cream was simply put there and it melted happily while we were still waiting for the burgers.

I was there paying everything. Arrived home and called the wrong order and discussed it with the employee and told him that it was wrong. He was now of the opinion that I should go back there and pick up the order! Never go to this bad restaurant again!!!!!

Got incredibly bad. The staff was unfriendly and rude and unable to process one or more orders correctly. Producing food according to a recipe is also not their competence. Never again.
