Absolute chaos at lunchtime. Burgers thrown together carelessly, the McFlurry had chocolate sauce poured into the bottom and then the ice cream on top. We ordered via the terminal, the collection was chaotic because our number simply "disappeared", then the ice cream was simply put there and it melted happily while we were still waiting for the burgers.

Does this MC Donalds actually run out of money for workers to pay for a second cash register at the mcdrive in Lörrach? This makes you think that you can pick up your order immediately, but then you still have to wait. It seems as if the employees are intentionally tricking the system, probably to shorten the measured time from the order process to the "ready for pickup" status. This is not only frustrating, but also extremely unprofessional. Customers should be confident that the status of the order is correct. You can park for free at McDonald's for one hour (60 minutes), but after that it gets expensive. I spontaneously went to McDonald's with friends on August 29th, 2024 (around 9:00 p.m.) to have something to eat and end the day. In general, visits to McDonald’s are very rare for us. That's why we were previously aware that you can park in the McDonald's parking spaces for free (for an unlimited period of time). It was generally getting dark at that time and none of us noticed the newly installed “park information signs”. Parked, ate, chatted, left later. Yesterday I received a nice letter from ParkDepot GmbH with a fine of €40.00. In the letter itself, ParkDepot GmbH is based on the “actual parking time exceeded” and the “public catalog of fines” (2024). Unfortunately, you don't take any of the two points mentioned into account. The calculation of my fine was calculated based on my entire parking time and also differs from the fines in the fine catalog. An objection was lodged directly with ParkDepot GmbH and the facts of the calculation in question were contested. How does McDonald’s actually imagine this in the future? On average, customers usually don't stay in McDonald's for more than an hour or just under an hour, but there are exceptions (see above, children's birthdays, students who order something small there and sit down somewhere and study, etc.). And what's the point of the "Mc-Café"? Sitting down there one afternoon (like in a Starbucks) with a coffee and good conversation? It's an absolute disgrace that McDonald's has signed a contract with ParkDepot GmbH. I was recently in McDonald's and, as always when I'm in a place like this, I have to go to the bathroom. However, I am disabled, so I went to the disabled toilet. The toilet was damaged, the toilet lid was missing, the brackets were still there, but the sharp edges were dangerous for injuring your bottom. Shortly in front of the seating area, an extremely clever fitter attached an oversized trash can to the wall so that a disabled person cannot sit on the toilet properly, unless the disabled person is the size of a small child. How stupid and despising people is this? In addition, the toilet paper dispensers are mounted far too far back, so that as a disabled person you have to twist yourself so hard to get a little paper, and this dispenser was full of new rolls, but you No paper could fit because nasty paper wasn't fed through the Disoenser opening. Another defect was the towel dispenser mounted too high on the wall above the oversized trash can, but empty. I couldn't find a responsible person, since the changing table is also in this room, everything is placed in a doubly dangerous position, socket and light switch next to the folding table, trash can behind the child carer. My conclusion, poor performance, I will never go to this company again.

Food so far top. Quickly prepared and brought to the table. You can even order here via the app. The biggest point why I only give one star is that the parking spaces are limited to 1 hour. So if you sit here comfortably and order several times (first normally, then dessert or cafe) you will be forced to leave after an hour. It is automatically captured by camera. So it's not enough to repark the car. This means that even the last revenue-generating regular guests are scared away. Why does Mr. Sieberer do this? Unfortunately we don't know. A barrier in front of the parking lot, which is open during opening hours, would probably have been better.

I would like to express my positive surprise about McDonald's restaurant operations. Although there was a significant rush of customers, a cash register was ordered. The employees were very friendly and took orders in a calm manner. The service was courteous. The order was placed at the checkout and the food was served at the table. When I pointed out to the employee that the fries were cold, he immediately exchanged them for me without starting a big argument. This was a very courteous gesture. When I went to the restrooms, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they were, even though there were a lot of people in the McDonald's. Having previously worked for this chain, I know how challenging it is to maintain the shift so well. I ordered and paid in the app. Nevertheless, I should pay again. The fact that I could show the payment on my cell phone didn't help. I didn't receive my order even though it was paid for. It's best to order from these...never in the app or, best of all, don't go there at all.

For a few months now, all I've been getting are burgers that have been assembled wrong. See image. This has been the case 100% of the last 4 visits, whether in Lörrach or Rheinfelden. Every time I complain I get a voucher. But it doesn't help because I can't get a properly assembled burger with the voucher.

Great breakfast at McDonald's Lörrach! 🍟🍔☕ We went to McDonald's in Lörrach for breakfast and were very satisfied. The restaurant has the typical chain feel, but we found it particularly clean and well-maintained. Ordering at the terminal was quick and easy. Our order was then brought via table service, which was very friendly and quick. The food was warm and tasty. We noticed that the tables in the restaurant were wiped down regularly and the tray shelves were always empty. The toilets were also clean. There is also plenty of free parking space at the restaurant. Conclusion: We can recommend the McDonald's in Lörrach for a delicious and stress-free breakfast! This review is based on my personal experiences. Other customers may have had different experiences.

On TV and on the homepage, the “Smart Menu” costs euros 5.99. At MC Lörrach it costs 6.49. If asked about it, I would be made to look like an idiot because it wasn't true. Homepage called up and shown to the staff. But again that's not true. So I paid, but I can't understand why our advertised prices are different.

When I came to the city, I eagerly went here to eat something delicious and sweet, as well as drink a cold drink and coffee. The McSet - Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola - that I ordered, I really liked, and the drink, which is my favorite, was very refreshing. Coffee and ice cream also first rate. Clean bathroom. Whoever is responsible should be ashamed! This will probably “save” 30 cents and the customer will be left with a hard and old sandwich. This mentality does not pay off in this specific case, because the loss of image that will result from this assessment will amount to a much higher amount than the desired savings. Hopefully those responsible learn something from this comment, even if it's just for the sake of making money - I'm not even trying to appeal to morality here.

It is a point of reference for me when I am in Lörrach to fill the tank of Erdgas (Methan gas). Very calm place, the quality is good and the staff is kind and effective. Be careful with the duration of the parking, as you risk to take a fine if you stay more than 1 hour or 1.5 hour according to the different city.

It was on a Saturday at lunchtime because the parking lot was full and there was no space in the McDonalds. Since I haven't been there for almost 10 years, a lot of things are different. I had to order food at a table, which wasn't complicated. But I had to wait a really long time to eat and a gentleman stood in front of me and complained because he was still waiting for the food. 🍎 Apple turnover and chocolate muffin were delicious 😋

Einfach nur schmutzige Tische oder Böden. Öfter mal mit dem Lappen durchgehen und das Problem wäre behoben. Eis mit Karamellsauce, die man suchen muss. Mitarbeiter wirken sehr gestresst. Waren mal gerne dort.

Eigentlich schon länger immer wieder Mal in dieser Filiale zum Essen aber seit dem Umbau und Personalwechsel hat das Ambiente und der Service stark gelitten. Immer wieder sehr lange Wartezeiten und unfreundliches Personal (meine Frau hatte diese Erfahrung auch schon machen müssen). Wollte mir heute schnell einen Kaffee auf der McCafe Seite gönnen. Nach 15min warten an der Theke und bei einem Servicemitarbeiter nachhaken ob man hier bedient wird (Antwort: Ja ja…und huschte wieder davon) bin ich halt wieder gegangen. Ohne Kaffee. Wohl für längere Zeit dass letzte Mal da(k)ein Kaffee getrunken…. Schade…weil das Angebot an für sich ok ist

Am wichtigsten: die Burger sehen hier aus wie auf dem Plakat, sie werden ordentlich angerichtet, nicht zerdrückt, sind frisch, schnell zubereitet und die pommes sind typisch McDonalds. Die Menge an Fritten, die in der Packung landet, ist ordentlich - heutzutage auch nicht selbstverständlich. Im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen sticht diese besonders heraus. Sprachbarriere natürlich deutlich vorhanden und wie überall störend. In der Filiale war es relativ kühl, aber sauber. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und der drive-in arbeitet zügig und korrekt: alles findet auch tatsächlich den Weg in die Tüte. Hier kann man mal wieder McDonald's gehen.

Ich gehe immer sehr gern in McDonalds. Ich liebe das Essen dort und die Bedienung hier in Lörrach sind sehr Freundlich. Ich finde es auch sehr toll das sie jetzt auch diese Computer haben wo man ganz gemütlich bestellen kann ohne stress. Auch die McDonalds App ist klasse, dort kann man Punkte sammeln und dafür bekommt man dann was Gratis.🥰🥰🥰

Personal war freundlich, Essen schnell da. Kurz nachdem Essen (Rösti Raclette Burger) Bauchkrämpfe bekommen. Ca. 40 Minuten später ging das Übergeben los.

Richtig schlechte Erfahrung soeben gehabt. Trotz Auswahl der Kinderspiele auf dem Monitor haben sie uns einfach etwas komplett anderes gebracht. Servietten gab's auch keine und die Chicken Nuggets waren auch vegetarisch, obwohl nicht bestellt.... Und der Höhepunkt: ca. 15 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Also somit hat alles nicht gepasst. Der Spielcomputer für die Kinder war auch defekt oder zumindest aus. Also das nächste Mal gehen wir bestimmt nicht mehr dort hin.

Wir haben zu Sechst gemütlich zu Abend gegessen. Die Kinder haben zwischendurch gespielt. Dann gabs ganz im Umsatzinteresse (sollte man meinen) von Firma Mc Donalds Nachschlag und Nachtisch. Klar, wir haben uns auch gemütlich unterhalten....wie man das in der Gastronomie nunmal tut. Ich denke da reicht niemandem 1 Stunde...... Mit Datum vom 6.11.23 bekamen wir dann von Fa. Parkdepot die Rechnung wegen Parkverstoß(eine Frechheit): 2 Stunden 14 Minuten kosten uns 40,- €.
