The food was good, but the drinks were disappointing. All the flavors seemed mixed together in one drink – my cola tasted like a mixture of cola, Fanta, and iced tea. I bought a second drink, but it was the same.

I'm actually not part of the typical clientele. Since I was busy and my route took me past it, I thought to myself. Come try it. The fries were only lukewarm and totally salty. The burgers were also cold, the buns were dry and tasted like nothing. I had my food very quickly. What I initially saw as positive. That's probably why my food was cold because it had been sitting around for a while.

The ambience for eating used to be better, but now everything in the store seems colder due to the furnishings.

Pure disappointment Unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience at Burger King that once again makes me question the restaurant. After my last visit there I am not only dissatisfied, but downright frustrated. I bought takeaway food for a whopping 50 euros - a hefty sum that suggests a certain level of quality. But when the food was handed to me after about 40 seconds, it was already clear to me that something was wrong. The result? When we got home, the food was cold, the fries were completely dried out and anything but fresh. It would be entirely possible to prepare the food fresh, especially if there are only six or seven guests in the restaurant and the shop is otherwise empty. The fact that this was not the case shows that quality and customer satisfaction are probably not a priority here. By the way, it's not the first time I've had this experience. For two years now, I have been trying to give the restaurant another chance at regular intervals of about six months in the hope that the quality has improved. But unfortunately this is the fourth time I've been bitterly disappointed - and it gets worse with every visit. For the avoidance of doubt, I don't blame the employees as they are probably underpaid and may not be adequately trained to handle such situations. In my opinion, the real responsibility lies with the management or the owner. There is clearly a lack of organization and control here. With better management, this location could perhaps even represent real competition for McDonald's in Lörrach. But instead, they seem to have consciously decided to disappoint customers' expectations. The chicken nuggets were also cold and had a chewy, almost rubbery consistency - like bubble gum, absolutely inedible. Overall, it's a shame that such an established company as Burger King performs so below expectations at a location like this.

❌❌❌ Once again we felt sick after eating and had diarrhea and my wife had to throw up about an hour later. 🤮 Chicken wings were probably rotten meat. Never again !!! ❌❌❌

I specifically ordered the Vegi Whopper at the drive-in and asked a second time and still got the normal one.

I'm leaving a comment because enough is enough... I think it's necessary that the hygiene department at this Burger King just did an inspection. This is the third time I have eaten there and three times I have had food poisoning. Next time I will take samples to have them analyzed by a laboratory. As far as the cleanliness of the restaurant is concerned, in my opinion it is also a disaster to regularly clean the entire restaurant and clear the tables. I find it shameful that there is no storage space for the food trays. I also think that regular toilet use would be necessary.

Well, the citizens leave a lot to be desired. The EC device only works with German cards.

Order came quickly and was correct. The food was great, tasted as usual at BK and was freshly prepared. Unfortunately there is no public free WiFi. Should actually be standard these days, especially if you offer your own app with coupons. There are also many foreign guests from the border triangle and people passing through. Not everyone has data roaming in Germany. The outside area wasn't that clean and tidy. You should check it regularly and tidy up or clean it. Toilets and indoor area were OK.

Nothing special, a fast food restaurant.

Disgusting! Now it’s clear why there is no one there on Saturday, while there are no empty seats at McDonald’s. Of two evils, I'd rather choose McDonald's.

Eating is okay when you are hungry and have nowhere else to go.

I was there recently, there weren't many guests and I had to go to the toilet, since I'm disabled, I go to the disabled toilet, I haven't seen such a clean, well-maintained disabled toilet for a long time, I bow down! In the meantime, my wife ordered. Because she couldn't handle the electronics, an employee helped her and explained to her how it works for future visits. Food was good and hot, everything was clean, it's just a shame that the parking lot is so hot and there are no shady trees, but unfortunately this is the case everywhere... 🤔 And there were no ashtrays outside for my wife... Definitely recommended, I'll be back.

Burger King - Burgers are good. The new ordering system with touch screens is annoying, especially when the crap boxes are going crazy again. No WiFi so you can order faster with the app.

Stay away, just don't buy any food there. Recently bought 2 double beef burgers there (around €28.00) in the takeaway drive. The meat was completely dry, like solid cardboard. There was NO sauce on it. I think I found a dry leaf of lettuce in the burger. So I tried calling a few times to discuss this with the boss. I also wanted to give him, among other things, give him the opportunity to correct this for his future meal preparation. No one answered the phone, I asked for a call back on the answering machine, but no call was returned. It doesn't take long to guess how interested this person is in the satisfaction of his customers. Because the other big burger chain in Lörrach only sells burger mush, I originally wanted to switch to Burger King, but that's completely out of the question. E.g. Da Persio, on the other hand, makes really good burgers and even delivers. You can also prepare great burgers at home, whether with friends, family or alone.

I tried the new Mac & Cheese Taler at Burger King today and was satisfied. I also ordered a burger, which was freshly prepared and tasted convincing. The shop is modern and very clean. Overall, a pleasant experience that I can recommend.

I have no idea what's going on with the Lörracher BK. Recently the burgers have been cold and unfriendly service. Unfortunately I can't write anything good about our BK at the moment. Hope that changes quickly. Update: Forgot to bring the drinks. Burgers are cold. The burgers are pressed into the bag so that the bottom ones are crushed. Hardly edible. The BK is getting worse and worse. It's time for MD again for a while.

These were by far the worst burgers and fries we have ever eaten. 1 x Chicken Crunchy and 1 beef burger. Both with some sour ingredients. Not really edible. Fries with cheese and jalapenos: Cheese and Jal. Under the fries. ! Fries quite soft and light. Conclusion: at least in Lörrach, it's better to go to McDonald's.

We stopped in the middle of the afternoon to have something to drink... there was almost no one, it was a bad time. The attention was correct.

Toilets very unhygienic, still with old taps that you have to push down with your hand every 5 seconds, which you actually only see at rest stops these days. The whole team is very unmotivated, unfriendly and doesn't understand German well. There are chips everywhere in the kitchen. Giving old soft fries to customers instead of warm fresh crispy fries. Burgers also cold and dry, cheese not melted and the sauce is saved a lot. Generally not recommended!!! If it were possible I would give 0 stars! The only thing I get from it is a stomach ache. No more!!

Everything was perfect, nice atmosphere, nice staff and the food was always delicious.

Total disappointment. I always liked going to Burger King, but that was the last time. The bacon on my burger was raw (not fried) and simply placed on the burger when it was ice cold from the fridge. After we complained about this, the burger was thrown into the microwave as it was (with packaging) and served to us again. Thanks for nothing. And there were no napkins on the trays either.

Large uncrowded restaurant. Large toilets compared to other BK. Food was also prepared quickly.

Churros still raw inside. Not eatable!! I reported this and the employee was very unfriendly. At first he didn't want to make me a new one. After a discussion, he made me another one, but they were still raw on the inside. I recommend everyone not to get churros!

We've been to this bk several times and gotten churos, and they were good every time. Today we got churos again and they were completely raw on the inside and inedible. We were friendly to the employee and asked if he could make us new ones. He started to argue and rolled his eyes several times. Very impolite

Seems a bit neglected. Several tables were not clean. There was no toilet paper in the women's toilet. Men's toilet dirty. We were there around 8 p.m. According to the notice, the last toilet check was at 1:15 p.m.

Definitely never again, still sitting here... Burger 10 €, no sauce on it... you ask if you can get something else... branch manager is so rude... no, that's the way it is. No wonder they're losing customers here. I would attach the photo if I could, it's a shame. If I were the owner of this branch, this branch manager would no longer have a job at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024.

There are two of us and before our last visit one was Team Burger King and the other was Team McDonalds. Now we are both Team McDonalds. The quality of the food has declined in recent months. It's a shame :( but it should taste good too. We won't have lunch there anymore.

A very good restaurant (Burger King), offering: tasty and fresh food and refreshing drinks (including Coca-Cola). I think the prices are reasonable and you can pay by card. Good location and nice surroundings. I recommend: burgers, nuggets and coca-cola, very refreshing and my favorite drink ;)

We usually always went to McDonald's. This time we wanted to try Burger King. A total disappointment, the sandwiches were prepared in front of us, without gloves, without hygiene and were cold. All employees seemed inexperienced. So never again!

A very mixed experience. The burgers (vegi and beef) were very good as always. The side dishes (in our case French fries and onion rings) were very sticky and dripping with fat. The service was very fast, but moderately friendly (not unfriendly either). The sauces we actually paid for were missing... So be it. What's not okay at all: the dirt!!! Greasy floor, leftover food, garbage! Therefore only one star for the ambience.

Top Burger King, Komischerweise ist meistens eher wenig los, aber dadurch bekommt man seine Bestellung auch sehr schnell.

Das Essen war ganz gut und auch frisch gemacht. Leider muss ich anderes von der Toilette sagen. Die Toilette war voll und man dachte beim nächsten spühlen überläuft das ganze.

Nach dem Umbau ist dieser BK wirklich schön und gemütlich geworden. Alles ist übersichtlich und freundlich hell gestaltet. Das Team dort macht seine Arbeit super und zuvorkommend - dahingehend haben wir noch nie Probleme gehabt. Ich bin mit meiner Tochter immer wieder mal gern dort, obwohl ich nicht unbedingt der große Fast Food - Fan bin. Aber hier schmecken mir Burger & Co. richtig gut. Die Konkurrenz mit dem M ist sowieso schon lange für mich gestorben und längst keine Alternative mehr, nachdem ich dort beim Parken vor der Filiale so dermaßen von einer Münchner Park(abzock)firma abgezogen wurde. Diese BK - Filiale hingegen empfehle ich sehr gern und guten Gewissens weiter. Macht bitte weiter so!👍👍👍

Sehr gut umgebaut. Essen gut. Nette Personal Es ist gute Bürger King. Mit freundlichen personal und tolle Essen. Es ist so umfahr dass alle auf eine Ebene genommen wird. Bürger King in Lörrach ist sauber. Leute wir müssen auf uns auf schauen. Wenn manche können ihre Müll nicht bis zu Mülleimer Schafen.

Ist ein Burger King, in dem Mann auf die schnelle was zu essen holt. Erfüllt seinen zweck und man kann abundzu hin zum snacken. Es schmeckt eben so, wie man sich Mittelklasse Fastfood vorstellt.

Mein Tochter hat Bikini Bottom Burger gekauft. Es schmeckte nach nichts. Sie hat nur zwei Bisse gegessen.

Modernes Lokal mit schöner Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien. Immer Plätze & Parkplätze vorhanden. In der Regel rasche Bedienung. 👌🍔🍟🍦👍

Sehr sauber, und burger sehr gut. Kenne mehrere, der hier in Lörrach ist top

Wir hatten zwei Menues --> drei verschiedene Burger, Chili Cheese Nuggets und zwei Getränke. Die Pommes waren 1a und frisch, demnach auch heiss, deshalb einen berechtigten Stern. Bei den Getränken kann man ja eigentlich nix falsch machen, aber dürfte mehr CO2 drin sein, machte auch den Eindruck als sei es schon länger gestanden. Die Burgers allerdings waren kalt bis max. lauwarm. Auch wenn man erst Pommes isst sollten die Burger zumindest noch "erkennbar warm" sein. Wenigstens kam das Essen innert 1-2 Minuten, grundsätzlich ja positiv, aber wenn die Burger schon (zu) lange da lagen, nicht verwunderlich dass sie dann kalt sind. Schade gewesen aber keine Lust und Zeit gehabt zu reklamieren, da u.a. das Personal rel. "lustlos" daherkam. Werden wohl, wenn überhaupt nächstes Mal eine andere Filiale suchen.

Für Fast-Food ist das Essen sehr gut. Es wird schnell und problemlos zubereitet. Wenn man mit dem Auto hinfährt ist es kein Problem, zu Fuß ist es aber am Ende der Welt.

Burger King was soll man da zu noch sagen immer lecker immer gut kurze Wartezeit.

Coupons gehen nicht aber gingen irgendwie doch dann, Wollte pommes aber keine ahnung was das sein soll! Trinken: 4von 5 leuten cola wie immer mit viel wasser und die andere hat irgendwas bekommen zwischen fanta cola und viel wasser. Und alle wollten sprite durfte man sich leider nicht aussuchen ist ja auch kein wunschkonzert Crispy chicken baba wie immer🤙🏻 Und service kann man nicht schlecht reden da sie ja eh nur das zeug aufs tablett werfen

Hamburgers waren bijna lauw. Kregen nieuwe maar die waren niet veel warmer en de patat bij het menu, die had wel iets langer in het vet gemogen.

Leider wurden zum Teil falsche Produkte ausgegeben, wurde dann aber korrigiert

Ein sehr guter Burger King, Qualität und alles stimmig. Angebot ist groß, hat alles was ein Bürger King bieten kann, auch super Öffnungszeiten. Ist aber halt immer noch ein billiges Fastfood Restaurant und Burger gibt es bessere, deshalb 1 Stern abgezogen
