Der gute alte Burger King 👍🏻 Da ich um zusätzliches Feedback gebeten wurde: - Die Präsentation des Essens. Doppel-Cheeseburger: Achtet darauf, dass die Burger ordentlich aufeinander liegen. Der Salat auf dem Whopper könnte etwas üppiger und knackiger sein, anstatt plattgedrückt. Die Pommes waren etwas braun und nicht richtig knusprig. Es sieht nie so aus wie auf den Bildern, aber der Geschmack ist trotzdem super. Und warum ist bei diesen Preisen keine Soße zu den Pommes inklusive? - Der Service war gut, das Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht ... aber ein Lächeln wäre schön gewesen 😁 - Innen und außen war es sauber und ordentlich, aber es fehlte einfach an Atmosphäre. Um es klarzustellen: Alles war gut, sehr gut ... es fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Luxusprobleme, nicht wahr? 😅

Zuerst dachte ich, das Hähnchen sei nur angebrannt, und bat um Ersatz. Als ich das neue bekam, merkte ich, dass das Öl schon lange nicht mehr gewechselt worden war, weshalb es so widerlich schmeckte. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange sie dieses Öl schon verwenden, aber es ist eindeutig sehr alt, denn der ekelhafte Geschmack spricht für sich. Daher kann ich dieses Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen. Die Restaurantleitung sollte darauf achten, da das Öl ständig gewechselt werden muss, insbesondere in so großen Betrieben, in denen täglich große Mengen Fleisch in diesem Öl frittiert werden.

Ein eher mittelmäßiges Erlebnis bei Burger King, kein Eis im Getränk. Warmes Ambiente, geschmacklich mittelmäßiges Essen.

Es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Die Reingungsdokumentation war vom Vortag. Der Fußboden war klebrig. Immerhin wurde das Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, nachdem ich bescheid gesagt hatte. An der Dokumentation hat sich allerdings nichts geändert.

Dieser Burger King ist super! Das Essen ist heiß und der Ketchup ist reichlich! Alles geht sehr schnell und effizient. Klasse!

Beim letzten Besuch, Bestellung am Terminal aufgegeben mit Barzahlung an der Kasse 15 Minuten lang ist meine Nummer am Monitor weder in Bearbeitung noch zum abholen auf gelistet, erst auf Nachfrage wurde sie an der Kasse erneut aufgenommen und weitere 10 Minuten hatte ich endlich mein Essen, 25 Minuten für ein Schnell Restaurant ist wohl unter aller Sxx

Selbst wenn man 1min vor Ladenschluss kommt, machen sie deine 100€ Bestellung noch fertig. Gefällt keinem. Aber pflichtbewusst sind sie. Fast food ist halt fast food. Sogar mit Payback. Sogar mit Coupons. Sogar wenn die drive-in-Bestellung 15 Minuten dauert. Sowas nur einmalig möglich, sonst schon echt respektlos. Eismaschine immer funktionstüchtig. Konkurrenz etwas weiter Richtung Stetten hat da ab und zu Probleme. Update November 2024: Die Konkurrenz hat den Längeren. Außerdem: Der ewig laute Piepton ist ein Albtraum und die Lichtsituation erinnert an Krankenhaus.

Leider wird auch Burger King auch immer schlimmer. Die Burger sind mittlerweile ein Witz. Preis Leistung passt nicht mehr.

Unglaublich! Man wird am drive- in aufs übelste abgezogen. Habe letztes mal einen Whopper erhalten, der offensichtlich ein zweites mal verkauft wurde! Ersichtlich war das ganze, da am Fleisch ein Stück in Form eines Bißes fehlte!!! Guten Appetit

Ich habe selten ein so ungemütlicher Burger King gesehen.. Nur funktional. Hab schnell gegessen und wieder weg.

Ich werde keine Bewertung mehr formulieren. Wird eh gelöscht wenn nicht 100% positiv geschrieben ist.

Heute haben wir in dieser Filiale mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gegessen und eine Bestellung von ungefähr 70 Euro aufgegeben. Schon während wir auf unser Essen gewartet haben, ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Tische klebrig und offensichtlich nicht gereinigt waren. Trotzdem haben wir zunächst nichts gesagt. Der Mitarbeiter, der unsere Bestellung brachte, war leider überhaupt nicht freundlich und servierte das Essen mit sehr unfreundlicher und genervter Haltung auf nur zwei Tabletts. Da wir zu fünft waren und nicht einmal genug Tabletts hatten, um vernünftig essen zu können, bat ich meinen Sohn darum, noch drei leere Tabletts zu holen. Mein Sohn fragte denselben Mitarbeiter höflich nach drei leeren Tabletts. Statt einer normalen Antwort wurde er von diesem Mitarbeiter angefahren mit den Worten: „Warum brauchst du 3 Tabletts?“ Mein Sohn versuchte zu erklären, dass unsere Bestellung sehr groß sei. Daraufhin bekam er die Antwort: „Ich kann dir keine 3 Tabletts geben, 2 reichen euch.“ Später ging mein Mann selbst zu diesem Mitarbeiter und bat noch um ein weiteres Tablett. Die Antwort war erneut respektlos: „Ich habe euch doch schon 2 zusätzliche Tabletts gegeben.“ Als mein Mann erklärte, dass wir fünf Personen sind, wurde er von diesem Mitarbeiter auf äußerst arrogante und unverschämte Weise belehrt, er solle „respektvoll sprechen“. Nicht mein Mann war respektlos – sondern ganz eindeutig Ihr Mitarbeiter! Ein solches Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Gästen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Wir haben viel Geld für unsere Bestellung bezahlt und erwarten zumindest einen normalen, höflichen Umgangston sowie saubere Tische. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie diese Beschwerde ernst nehmen. Dieser Mitarbeiter benötigt dringend eine Schulung im Bereich Kundenservice, Kommunikation und  respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen.

Mein letzter Besuch bei Burger King war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Restaurant wirkte ungepflegt, die Tische waren verschmutzt und das Essen wurde nur lauwarm serviert. Auch der Service war wenig motiviert und bei Nachfragen eher genervt als hilfsbereit. Besonders kritisch sehe ich die zahlreichen Enthüllungen von „Team Wallraff“, bei denen in verschiedenen Burger-King-Filialen immer wieder massive Hygieneprobleme, fragwürdiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Verstöße gegen Standards aufgedeckt wurden. Berichte über alte Lebensmittel, mangelhafte Sauberkeit und Probleme bei veganen Produkten sorgen nicht gerade für Vertrauen. Nach diesen Berichten achtet man als Kunde automatisch stärker auf Sauberkeit und Qualität – und mein Eindruck vor Ort hat dieses ungute Gefühl leider eher bestätigt. Für mich vorerst kein Restaurant, das ich nochmal besuchen möchte.

Er gab mir mein Wechselgeld nicht zurück, sagte dann aber, er hätte es vergessen und es in die Spendenbox geworfen und Ich hatte kein Geld für die Zugfahrkarte, also bin ich nach Hause gelaufen.Die Kassiererin war sehr schlecht gehe nächstes Mal zu MC Donalds 🤬😡

Das Restaurant roch unangenehm, die Pommes waren widerlich, der Fuze-Eistee ebenfalls, und die Toiletten waren dreckig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen; ich bevorzuge definitiv den Schnellimbiss der Konkurrenz.

Sorry aber nächstes mal muss ich zum Mitbewerber gehen... Pommes Alt, latschig und Kalt. Der neue Tender Burger war auch nicht gut... Vor 20 min da gewesen und sitze jetzt auf Toilette...

Die Toiletten sind leider jedes Mal sehr schmutzig, wenn wir hier sind, wirklich ausnahmslos. Selbst dann, wenn das Fast-Food-Restaurant kaum besucht ist und nicht viel Betrieb herrscht, sind die Toiletten unsauber. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Google-Bewertungen, aber dieser Punkt hat mich nun dazu bewegt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass diese Rückmeldung zu einer Verbesserung führt und wir beim nächsten Besuch saubere Toiletten vorfinden. Andernfalls werden wir hier leider nicht mehr essen gehen. Zum Essen: Es ist in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.

Burger King wie er sein soll/muss. Freundliche Mitarbeiter(innen) und sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Üblicher Burger King, freundliches Personal

Da standen gerade 10 Leute im front/-office (an der theke) und versuchen 3 Bestellungen fertig zu bekommen. Würde 60% der Stellen streichen und dafür richtige Menschen einstellen.

Das vegane Essen war solide. Nur wurde eine normale Pommes in meine Gitterpommes gepackt😥. Der Chefkoch war durchweg frisch und fromm. Das Ambiente jedoch ist einfach unschlagbar!!!!

Scheinbar hat man Probleme auf zwei zählen zu können. 2 Burger bestellt und bezahlt. Zuhause war leider nur einer drin. Schon etwas unprofessionell.

Gemein schlecht. Hab live mitbekommen wie mein Bürger in der Mikrowelle erhitzt wurde und dann in meiner Tüte gelegt wurde. 250ml billig Ayran für 2,50€ und 250ml Cola für 3,19€ Preis Leistung ist schon frech. Die Soße kostet 0,80€, sie ist nicht inkl. bei der Bestellung dabei.

Großartig, ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen.

Well, it's a chain restaurant, after all. You get what you order. No leniency if you make a mistake with your order. I guess you can't expect that here. Definitely count your ketchup. We paid for more than we received.

The branch offered solid, standard quality. Orders were processed quickly, and the staff worked efficiently and without incident. The food was typical of a franchise: tasty, appropriately portioned, and visually unremarkable. The dining area was adequately clean, though not particularly well-maintained. Functional for a quick, uncomplicated meal, without leaving a particularly positive or negative impression.

Despite it being lunchtime, they were quick and friendly. The café was also great... 👏👍

My first time at Burger King. I was initially surprised by the high prices for two meals plus extras, €32. Phew, that's pretty expensive for "fast food." But it was really tasty and looked good (not like at McDonald's), where they only look good in advertisements.

This Burger King is too dirty for me. I'll have one and not again for a long time. It wouldn't be a bad idea if you kept the "restaurant" clean.

Okay, but these days you don't get as much burger for your money.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Burger King in Lörrach. The hygiene left a lot to be desired – the tables weren't cleaned after use and looked unkempt. The staff also seemed unfriendly and unmotivated. Unfortunately, the food was cold, and I even had a stomach ache that evening. Overall, it was a very negative impression, so I can't recommend this location.

Unfortunately, the place is always very dirty 🙁 Lots of staff, and no one even bothers to clean the tables or remove the cobwebs, which really spoils the atmosphere. So far, we've always gotten the food we ordered.

Unfortunately no action figures, no T-shirts.

I went with my daughter to eat and we were very pleased. Very clean and cozy inside. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It has no distinctive features or changes from the standard Burger Kings, but it is a true Burger King with its drive-thru and children's play area.

I accidentally dropped my tablet and the Albanian at the cash register said I was playing and I had to clean it myself and didn't get a replacement drink. At McDonald's I would have gotten it back straight away.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning after the visit

They are very stingy with the chilli cheese sauce. They once ordered extra and there was less than the last time. Very sad. Otherwise the food is very good, but they are really very stingy with the sauce. The fries are already dry because there is so little sauce on them

The burgers are getting more and more expensive and the taste isn't getting any better...

2 people Vegan menus ready within 4 minutes!!!*-* even though the shop had a lot of guests. Order was complete. Neatly documented. I was amazed at the speed.

disaster Half of the order was missing and the employees looked at you condescendingly and almost threw the things on the counter. I had to do it again for the second time because the fries sauce, this fruit squeezer and a drink were missing from the children's menu. They wanted the receipt because it could be that I was lying, I had no problem because I had paid in cash at the checkout and there was almost nothing on the receipt in the middle, the printing was not there. Dan was cursed in a foreign language and looked at me. Never again not recommended. Just disgusting behavior. Ps: the receipt as proof that the cash register really didn't print.

For my child, ordered a children's menu offsetting drink as hard as a fruits nonsense and a toy? When we got it unpacked at home, we got a drink, no breakfast, nonsense and no toys, the very last thing, never recommended again. I've never experienced anything like that.

Fast food menu, so it confirmed all my expectations. I found the menu a bit expensive compared to the same restaurant a few miles away in France (St. LOUIS). Each menu costs about 2/3 euros more. A part of this, the service was pretty fast as I waited only a few mins to get the food. Recommended if you are in the area. ENJOY 😉

Food is just Burger King. We know it (and like it). However, the introduction of the ordering screens and the redesign that was probably introduced at the same time has led to a rather cold atmosphere. I don't know if that's important or crucial...

The food was good, but the drinks were disappointing. All the flavors seemed mixed together in one drink – my cola tasted like a mixture of cola, Fanta, and iced tea. I bought a second drink, but it was the same.

I'm actually not part of the typical clientele. Since I was busy and my route took me past it, I thought to myself. Come try it. The fries were only lukewarm and totally salty. The burgers were also cold, the buns were dry and tasted like nothing. I had my food very quickly. What I initially saw as positive. That's probably why my food was cold because it had been sitting around for a while.

The ambience for eating used to be better, but now everything in the store seems colder due to the furnishings.

Pure disappointment Unfortunately, I had another disappointing experience at Burger King that once again makes me question the restaurant. After my last visit there I am not only dissatisfied, but downright frustrated. I bought takeaway food for a whopping 50 euros - a hefty sum that suggests a certain level of quality. But when the food was handed to me after about 40 seconds, it was already clear to me that something was wrong. The result? When we got home, the food was cold, the fries were completely dried out and anything but fresh. It would be entirely possible to prepare the food fresh, especially if there are only six or seven guests in the restaurant and the shop is otherwise empty. The fact that this was not the case shows that quality and customer satisfaction are probably not a priority here. By the way, it's not the first time I've had this experience. For two years now, I have been trying to give the restaurant another chance at regular intervals of about six months in the hope that the quality has improved. But unfortunately this is the fourth time I've been bitterly disappointed - and it gets worse with every visit. For the avoidance of doubt, I don't blame the employees as they are probably underpaid and may not be adequately trained to handle such situations. In my opinion, the real responsibility lies with the management or the owner. There is clearly a lack of organization and control here. With better management, this location could perhaps even represent real competition for McDonald's in Lörrach. But instead, they seem to have consciously decided to disappoint customers' expectations. The chicken nuggets were also cold and had a chewy, almost rubbery consistency - like bubble gum, absolutely inedible. Overall, it's a shame that such an established company as Burger King performs so below expectations at a location like this.

I specifically ordered the Vegi Whopper at the drive-in and asked a second time and still got the normal one.

I'm leaving a comment because enough is enough... I think it's necessary that the hygiene department at this Burger King just did an inspection. This is the third time I have eaten there and three times I have had food poisoning. Next time I will take samples to have them analyzed by a laboratory. As far as the cleanliness of the restaurant is concerned, in my opinion it is also a disaster to regularly clean the entire restaurant and clear the tables. I find it shameful that there is no storage space for the food trays. I also think that regular toilet use would be necessary.

After-meal fag test: 9.2/10 (enjoyable) Price-performance ratio (15€): Really stable for Lörrach standards, a solid 7.5/10 Conclusion: recommended, Stiftung Almantest *PASSED* ✅

Order came quickly and was correct. The food was great, tasted as usual at BK and was freshly prepared. Unfortunately there is no public free WiFi. Should actually be standard these days, especially if you offer your own app with coupons. There are also many foreign guests from the border triangle and people passing through. Not everyone has data roaming in Germany. The outside area wasn't that clean and tidy. You should check it regularly and tidy up or clean it. Toilets and indoor area were OK.

Disgusting! Now it’s clear why there is no one there on Saturday, while there are no empty seats at McDonald’s. Of two evils, I'd rather choose McDonald's.

Eating is okay when you are hungry and have nowhere else to go.

I was there recently, there weren't many guests and I had to go to the toilet, since I'm disabled, I go to the disabled toilet, I haven't seen such a clean, well-maintained disabled toilet for a long time, I bow down! In the meantime, my wife ordered. Because she couldn't handle the electronics, an employee helped her and explained to her how it works for future visits. Food was good and hot, everything was clean, it's just a shame that the parking lot is so hot and there are no shady trees, but unfortunately this is the case everywhere... 🤔 And there were no ashtrays outside for my wife... Definitely recommended, I'll be back.

Stay away, just don't buy any food there. Recently bought 2 double beef burgers there (around €28.00) in the takeaway drive. The meat was completely dry, like solid cardboard. There was NO sauce on it. I think I found a dry leaf of lettuce in the burger. So I tried calling a few times to discuss this with the boss. I also wanted to give him, among other things, give him the opportunity to correct this for his future meal preparation. No one answered the phone, I asked for a call back on the answering machine, but no call was returned. It doesn't take long to guess how interested this person is in the satisfaction of his customers. Because the other big burger chain in Lörrach only sells burger mush, I originally wanted to switch to Burger King, but that's completely out of the question. E.g. Da Persio, on the other hand, makes really good burgers and even delivers. You can also prepare great burgers at home, whether with friends, family or alone.

Burger King - Burgers are good. The new ordering system with touch screens is annoying, especially when the crap boxes are going crazy again. No WiFi so you can order faster with the app.

I tried the new Mac & Cheese Taler at Burger King today and was satisfied. I also ordered a burger, which was freshly prepared and tasted convincing. The shop is modern and very clean. Overall, a pleasant experience that I can recommend.

I have no idea what's going on with the Lörracher BK. Recently the burgers have been cold and unfriendly service. Unfortunately I can't write anything good about our BK at the moment. Hope that changes quickly. Update: Forgot to bring the drinks. Burgers are cold. The burgers are pressed into the bag so that the bottom ones are crushed. Hardly edible. The BK is getting worse and worse. It's time for MD again for a while.

These were by far the worst burgers and fries we have ever eaten. 1 x Chicken Crunchy and 1 beef burger. Both with some sour ingredients. Not really edible. Fries with cheese and jalapenos: Cheese and Jal. Under the fries. ! Fries quite soft and light. Conclusion: at least in Lörrach, it's better to go to McDonald's.

We stopped in the middle of the afternoon to have something to drink... there was almost no one, it was a bad time. The attention was correct.

Toilets very unhygienic, still with old taps that you have to push down with your hand every 5 seconds, which you actually only see at rest stops these days. The whole team is very unmotivated, unfriendly and doesn't understand German well. There are chips everywhere in the kitchen. Giving old soft fries to customers instead of warm fresh crispy fries. Burgers also cold and dry, cheese not melted and the sauce is saved a lot. Generally not recommended!!! If it were possible I would give 0 stars! The only thing I get from it is a stomach ache. No more!!

Everything was perfect, nice atmosphere, nice staff and the food was always delicious.

Total disappointment. I always liked going to Burger King, but that was the last time. The bacon on my burger was raw (not fried) and simply placed on the burger when it was ice cold from the fridge. After we complained about this, the burger was thrown into the microwave as it was (with packaging) and served to us again. Thanks for nothing. And there were no napkins on the trays either.

Large uncrowded restaurant. Large toilets compared to other BK. Food was also prepared quickly.

Churros still raw inside. Not eatable!! I reported this and the employee was very unfriendly. At first he didn't want to make me a new one. After a discussion, he made me another one, but they were still raw on the inside. I recommend everyone not to get churros!

We've been to this bk several times and gotten churos, and they were good every time. Today we got churos again and they were completely raw on the inside and inedible. We were friendly to the employee and asked if he could make us new ones. He started to argue and rolled his eyes several times. Very impolite
