Order placed with immediate delivery, after 1.5 hours of waiting the shop was closed and the order was still not delivered, even though it had already been paid for via Paypal. NEVER AGAIN!!

The food was inedible. 32 euros spent for free. Every pizza tasted like bad cheese and smelled really like onions. We didn't eat a single piece of it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not recommendable!!!

The worst pizza I have ever eaten. We took three different pizzas - it turned out that each one was practically the same. Reheated from the fridge, with a plastic taste. I do not recommend!

So all in all, the night before last was really a disgrace!!!! After entering the address, I ordered food for delivery via Lieferando as normal. But this was suddenly canceled by you after payment: First you call, no apology or regret about your cancellation, rude and annoyed and made me, the customer, feel like I had done something wrong. Then it was said that I had neglected to include Tuttlingen Möhringen in the address, which is not necessary because Möhringen is part of the core town of Tuttlingen and therefore has the same postal code. All other parts of Tuttlingen have different postal codes because they are not part of the core city. In addition, when I entered my exact address into Lieferando, it showed me as a delivery service. If you don't want to deliver to Möhringen, then you just have to set the minimum order value high or change your delivery radius kilometers and then update one or two things accordingly on Lieferando... so that you can't order via the app at all and don't waste time unnecessarily! I also live exactly six minutes by car from your snack bar, less than five kilometers! But you act on the phone as if it were a trip around the world! Incredible. I mean, can you even call yourself a delivery service if you actually only deliver to hungry people within 4km?? When I said that I didn't understand the problem and that I had already received deliveries from you many times, you even questioned this. As if I were lying! And always with an annoyed voice. When I then said, well, let's just leave it and that I would like to have the two amounts paid for food and extra tip booked back via PayPal and we ended the conversation, nothing came for two hours. No money, I mean, just as you should have been inconvenienced by everything yesterday, you could have expected a refund in the next few minutes! After all, it's just a push of a button and uncomplicated. Instead, I have to write you an SMS and remind you to refund both amounts! Again no word or apology, at least one amount was then refunded. But the second one still remained open, the tip (the amount wasn't high, but after all the trouble it was a matter of principle for me), even after being reminded again, no refund or any feedback. Bah what kind of way is that to deal with customers??? I then received a refund from Paypal itself after I reported the problem. I have rarely experienced so much unprofessionalism and audacity and thank you for NOTHING. There are so many competitors in Tuttlingen and the surrounding area that you would think that you would want to stand out from the others through service and friendliness, but that's a pity. I advise every customer to order their food elsewhere and save themselves the hassle and inconvenience with you. There are plenty of better alternatives. You really don't have to give yourself that...

Rude boss on the phone won't make excuses. Pizza arrived here partially burnt. Don't eat garlic with the food that was on the pizza. Very cheap ham in general, the pizza is not for eating. Tastes catastrophic. Really has nothing to do with a good pizza. Not recommended.

RIP-OFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered 2 weeks ago via Lieferando. My order was paid for via PAYPAL. Since it was already quite late, I was called by the delivery service and was told that the delivery could no longer be made. I was also assured that the delivery service Super Pizza-Service Lieferando would be contacted directly so that I could have my money transferred back to my PAYPAL account the next day. After a week I still had no money in my account. So I called the delivery service again to ask why I hadn't received a refund yet. Again I was assured that it would be taken care of and that I would receive my money as quickly as possible. Today, two weeks after not receiving the order, the third conversation with the delivery service as there is still no money in my account. This time a very unfriendly employee brushed me off and kept telling me I had to take care of it myself and he couldn't do anything because the boss wasn't there. In my opinion, the employee was just too lazy to write down my order number again and contact Lieferando/pass it on. No excuse or anything like that for chasing my money for 2 weeks!! It was made out as if I had made the mistake. The statement was made: ''I don't know what my colleagues told you, but that's not true that we're taking care of it. It's up to you how you get your money back. '' The best example of how you can lose customers. I will no longer order from this delivery service and will now try to get my money back via Lieferando.
