So all in all, the night before last was really a disgrace!!!! After entering the address, I ordered food for delivery via Lieferando as normal. But this was suddenly canceled by you after payment: First you call, no apology or regret about your cancellation, rude and annoyed and made me, the customer, feel like I had done something wrong. Then it was said that I had neglected to include Tuttlingen Möhringen in the address, which is not necessary because Möhringen is part of the core town of Tuttlingen and therefore has the same postal code. All other parts of Tuttlingen have different postal codes because they are not part of the core city. In addition, when I entered my exact address into Lieferando, it showed me as a delivery service. If you don't want to deliver to Möhringen, then you just have to set the minimum order value high or change your delivery radius kilometers and then update one or two things accordingly on Lieferando... so that you can't order via the app at all and don't waste time unnecessarily! I also live exactly six minutes by car from your snack bar, less than five kilometers! But you act on the phone as if it were a trip around the world! Incredible. I mean, can you even call yourself a delivery service if you actually only deliver to hungry people within 4km?? When I said that I didn't understand the problem and that I had already received deliveries from you many times, you even questioned this. As if I were lying! And always with an annoyed voice. When I then said, well, let's just leave it and that I would like to have the two amounts paid for food and extra tip booked back via PayPal and we ended the conversation, nothing came for two hours. No money, I mean, just as you should have been inconvenienced by everything yesterday, you could have expected a refund in the next few minutes! After all, it's just a push of a button and uncomplicated. Instead, I have to write you an SMS and remind you to refund both amounts! Again no word or apology, at least one amount was then refunded. But the second one still remained open, the tip (the amount wasn't high, but after all the trouble it was a matter of principle for me), even after being reminded again, no refund or any feedback. Bah what kind of way is that to deal with customers??? I then received a refund from Paypal itself after I reported the problem. I have rarely experienced so much unprofessionalism and audacity and thank you for NOTHING. There are so many competitors in Tuttlingen and the surrounding area that you would think that you would want to stand out from the others through service and friendliness, but that's a pity. I advise every customer to order their food elsewhere and save themselves the hassle and inconvenience with you. There are plenty of better alternatives. You really don't have to give yourself that...

Very bad food there, I can't recommend it at all, if you complain you'll get insulted, maybe the wkd should go by there unannounced!

I'm surprised at so many bad reviews. We have been ordering every week on the weekend for years and are always very satisfied with the food! OK We don't order up and down the menu but always the same thing and it was very tasty! However, that's now over, not because the food doesn't taste good, but because the prices are slowly rising beyond belief. Delivery used to be free for orders over €20, but now you pay €2 for delivery even if you order for €50. The Chinese noodles only rose by €1 from €8.90 to €9.90 (2022) and they were still put up with because they were really tasty. Now the prices have been raised again by €1 for the Chinese noodles to €10.90 and they only contain chicken meat! Since we are a family, I don't order one meal but 4-5 meals, which is 10€ per order more per month, which makes 50€! Pizza cost €7.90 and is now €9.90 and even higher! This is simply no longer possible! I think it's a shame that customers who have been ordering for years are simply cheated on. At a Chinese restaurant I pay the same for Chinese noodles with crispy duck as I do here with some chicken meat - this is not justified!!

I'm not the type to write a bad review, but in this case I can't help it. Firstly, I was surprised that a restaurant offers such a wide variety of food. Italian, Mexican, Chinese and so on. I was very happy when I ordered, but that joy soon faded. The woman who brought us food didn't even give us a bag for our hot food. The food was, in a word, tasteless. It was the first and last time I ordered here. Next time I'll just go to a kebab shop or McDonalds...never again

I only give one star because it's impossible not to give one. In fact, this delivery service DESERVED it. You have to imagine that everyone is really hungry, really in the mood for pasta and then THIS: 1. During the week evenings 50 minutes delivery time 2. Pasta alla Panna - This wasn't remotely a cream sauce...milk broth works better. Pasta Broccoli - Was actually a cream sauce. You tasted the overcooked broccoli, nothing else. Pasta Gambretti - Feels like it contains a mushroom...you had to look for the crabs. And like the other pasta dishes, this one didn't see any salt or pepper. Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi - Gnocchi overcooked, but still, if you can put it that way, the best dish because of the spicy cheese. Conclusion: Once ordered there is definitely one time too many!!!

Really bad shop. Delivery time of 90 minutes and pizza is not 30cm as advertised on Lieferando. The box is less than 30 cm.

Echt leckere Pizza! Lieferung war unkompliziert aber leide unpünktlich ( laut Lieferando eine Stunde , nach eineinhalb war sie da )

Immer pünktlich, freundlich und es schmeckt. Allerdings ist die Pizza Germania nicht nur leicht scharf 😊
