Pizza + Pasta Stuttgart in Stuttgart

Die erste Frage die ich mir stelle ist, wie kann man einen Kunden anschreien und beleidigen wenn man selbst den Fehler gemacht hat?! Der Laden und die Mitarbeiter sind eine voll Katastrophe, ich würde niemandem empfehlen hier zu essen Preis Leistungsniveau Verhältnis ist nicht gegeben.

Der Service war wirklich schlecht. Auf der Website stand, dass es auf die zweite Pizza 50 % Rabatt gibt. Ich habe telefonisch bestellt und sogar zweimal ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, den Rabatt nicht zu vergessen. Trotzdem wurde er nicht berücksichtigt. Danach haben sie gesagt: Wir können leider nichts machen. Ich hatte die Bestellung für 16:00 Uhr aufgegeben, aber die Pizzen waren bereits um 15:30 Uhr fertig. Bis ich zu Hause war, waren sie komplett kalt. Außerdem war der Teig noch roh und die Pizzen viel zu salzig. Insgesamt war das eine große Enttäuschung. Ich kann diese Pizzeria niemandem empfehlen.

Bekam gestern bei einem Workshop eure Pizza serviert und war so so glücklich. Normalerweise gehe ich bei Veranstaltungen wie diesen leer aus oder es gibt "vegane Pizza", die aus Teig und Tomatensauce besteht (kein Witz! Alles schon passiert. Weil "Gemüse ist ja nicht vegan" 😭). Obwohl es noch Pizza mit Salami gab und eine mit Kuhkäse und Pilzen war die vegane als erstes aufgegessen 😅😃 So sollte es sein!

Ich hatte Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Durch den viel zu hohen Mindestbestellwert musste ich sowieso schon mehr bestellen, als ich eigentlich wollte, nachdem mir versichert wurde, dass das Essen spätestens nach 45 Minuten bei mir ist, rief der Fahrer erst nach über 1 Stunde an und konnte meine Adresse nicht finden. Dies führte dazu, dass der Fahrer am Ende die Bestellung wieder mitgenommen und ich nicht mein Essen bekommen habe. Die Fahrer sind absolut unmotiviert am besten nicht bestellen.

Eine Katastrophe… Schade dass ich nicht weniger als 1 Stern geben kann…. Noch nie zuvor so unfreundliches Personal erlebt und musste die Pizza nach einem Stück liegen lassen… roher teig und abgelaufener Käse. Und wenn man dann darauf aufmerksam macht wird man angeschrien… Katastrophe

10min warten um eine mezzo mix holen zu können trotz 5 mal fragen

Wirklich freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine tolle vegane Auswahl. Haben hier spät (23:30) noch eine super leckere Pizza bekommen. Boden dünn und knusprig - absolut empfehlenswert! ☺️

Wir wollten gern Essen bestellen, kamen aber mit der App nicht zurecht. Wählte man Beispielsweise eine Pizza mit Schinken wurde auf der nachsten Seite ein Regler angezeigt " Ohne folgende Zutaten" und darunter war dann Schinken aufgeführt. Der Regler war auf rot gestellt. Was für mich bedeutet dass er aktiv ist. Wählt mal den Regler ab wird "Schinken" durchgestrichen. Und wir wussten jetzt nicht wann es dabei ist oder nicht. Telefonisch konnte man uns das auch nicht erklären. Zum Essen kann ich entsprechend nichts sagen. Allerdings fanden wir das unnötig umständlich.

Leider war die Lieferung der Pizza und Pasta innerhalb von knapp 2 Stunden nicht akzeptabel. Am Telefon wurde der Verzögerungspunkt mit „Lieferverzug“ heruntergespielt, was den Eindruck eines lösungsorientierten Kundenservice trübt. Der Service wirkte mehrfach wenig hilfreich. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich künftig nicht erneut bestellen. Es gibt andere Lieferdienste, die ähnliche Qualität liefern, und dabei deutlich zügiger sind. Schade, ansonsten gutes Essen.

Eine Empfehlung würde ich gerne geben, bei den Umständen: - zwei verschiedene Aussagen warum zu späte Lieferung - ein Chef der sich mit einem ausländischen Namen vorstellt und bei Rückfrage plötzlich Max heißt - weder Freundlichkeit noch Kommunikationsbereitschaft ist es wichtig das Konzept des Lieferservice Dienstes neu zu gestalten, oder sich nicht mehr als offizieller Lieferant auszugeben. Es sind einfach zu viele Pflichtverletzungen. Fairerweise wurde meine Bestellung über Lieferando eine storniert und ich bekomme das Geld zurück. Dafür gibt es einen Stern.

Ich würde lieber den Rest meines Lebens in einem Müllcontainer verbringen, als nochmal einen Fuß in dieses Restaurant (anders gesagt: billige Absteige) zu setzen. Wenn ich das nächste mal Hunger habe kaue ich mir dann wohl auf den Fingernägeln, weil bei dem Preis der Gerichte möchte ich nicht in die Harz 4 Unterschicht rutschen. Liebe Grüße Thomas

Die Bedienung konnte kaum Geld zahlen, bis der Chef kam, geht einfach zum Dönerladen der ist besser zu teuer keine Toilette und Mülleimer tk Ware hatten nicht mal Sachen, die auf der Karte standen Mitarbeiter nicht richtig eingearbeitet

Es war richtig hässlich und viel zu teuer...macht bitte einfach zu, würde ganz Stuttgart für Touristen attraktiver machen

Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Meine Tochter und ihre Freundinnen bekamen nach dem Essen alle eine Magen-Darm-Grippe. Der Restaurantleiter weiß nicht einmal, wie er auf negative Bewertungen reagieren soll, anstatt sich für die Fehler zu entschuldigen. Ich warte also gespannt auf die Beleidigungen.

Wir haben 61 € bezahlt, die Rechnung belief sich aber tatsächlich auf 43 €. Das allein sagt schon einiges über den Service aus.

Sie versuchten, uns auf der Endrechnung zu viel zu berechnen, vergaßen einige Bestellungen, das Essen ließ lange auf sich warten und war kalt!

Wenn es möglich wäre, eine 0 zu vergeben, würde ich es tun; meine Freunde und ich verbrachten mehr als 24 Stunden in absoluter Angst.

Waren übers Wochenende in Stuttgart im hotel nach einem Konzert hatten wir Hunger und haben bestellt... ich muss sagen die war so mega lecker 😋 schon lange nicht mehr so eine gute Pizza gegessen und sie wurde so schnell geliefert und war mega heiß richtig gut vielen dank beim nächsten mal bestellen wir wieder

Das Essen ist lecker und wird in der Regel schnell geliefert - allerdings VORSICHT! - nicht auf irgendwelche Aktionen anspringen, die die Kette bietet - diese funktionieren in der Regel nicht - aktuell die bis morgen gültige 20% Aktion auf Pasta - die Artikel werden nicht erkannt und der Rabatt nicht abgezogen. Man zahlt den vollen Preis. Eigentlich Betrug! Daher die 2 Sterne! Info an Verbraucherschutz behalte ich mir vor Update auf Ihre Antwort: A) es macht keinen Sinn während einer solchen Aktion ein derartiges Update vorzunehmen, dass die geltende Aktion blockiert B) natürlich grenzt das an Betrug und C) den Hochdruck können Sie abstellen, denn morgen endet die Aktion sowieso - die ja anscheinend keine Aktion war. Der Fahrer hat natürlich dennoch sein Trinkgeld bekommen - er konnte natürlich weder etwas dafür, noch etwas dazu sagen.

Das Essen kam zu spät, der Fahrer war unfreundlich und das Essen hat nur mäßig geschmeckt. Die Pizza war sehr teuer für eine kleine Größe. ( 15 Euro für kleine Pizza) Würden wir nicht nochmal bestellen.

Extrem viel Knoblauch in der Tomatensoße. Gut, wem es gefällt. Aber eine Salamipizza sollte nach Salami schmecken, nicht komplett von Knoblauch überwältigt werden.

Ich bestelle hier immer wieder seit mehreren Jahren. Die Qualität ist durchweg positiv. Eine perfekte Lieferdienstpizza muss man ehrlich sagen. Eine schlechte Erfahrung, habe ich nie gemacht. Der Preis ist etwas hoch das muss man sagen, dafür bekomme ich aber eine zuverlässige gute Pizza. Zur Pizza selbst: Ich bin Pizzaliebhaber, mache sie regelmäßig Selbst. Dann aber Neapolitanische, also 72h Teig, San Marzano, FlordiLatte etc. Diese Pizza hier ist keine neapolitanische, wie bei fast allen Lieferdiensten, sondern eher American Style bzw ein mix aus beiden. Es ist eine eigene Art von Pizza, man darf sie nicht mit neapolitanischer vergleichen. Sie gefällt mir sehr gut, die soße ist kräftig und viel, der Käse ist edamer dadurch sehr würzig und die beläge sind von der Qualität absolut ok. Also alles in allem eine eigene, aber wenn man sich darauf einlässt sehr gute Pizza, die man so nicht überall kriegt. Der Otto-Normal-Verbraucher wird damit sehr zufrieden sein denke ich.

Schade dass man kann nicht weniger als 1 Sterne geben. Ich habe über liferando bestellt, stand liferzeit 45 Minuten, nach 2 Stunden und 10 mal anrufen, war der Mitarbeiter so unhöflich zu mir auch der Fahrer, also nach 2 Stunden kein Essen und kein Geld zurück. Nie wieder bestellen und nicht zu empfehlen

Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt und kann die Chicken Bowl und den Chicken Wrap empfehlen – beides ist frisch und nahrhaft. Pasta ist mir persönlich etwas zu sehr Fast Food.

I ordered a pizza today. It tasted okay, but the price was way too high. Charging €32 for a 40mm pizza is far from acceptable. I'm sorry, but I won't be ordering from here again. The price/performance ratio is simply off. On top of that, half my pizza was topped with corn, even though I ordered it on the whole pizza. But I guess that doesn't really matter these days.

Never again!! I was the only customer there, first it took them 10 minutes for me to even order a pizza and then more than 30 minutes for a small funghi pizza.. there is no excuse for this

I've never eaten such a bad pizza! First, the pizza arrived late, then it was cold and hard—or let's put it nicely: a little warm. The drink was also completely warm. The driver apologized for being late, but when I called and explained the situation, all I got was a simple response: "Well, what should I do now?" The pizza box says "HOTTER" in big letters—it should have said "COLDER" instead!

Today I went to a restaurant (Pizza Pasta) with a very good friend for pizza. We each had a Coca-Cola and an iced tea. I can only say it was the best pizza I've ever eaten. And I can only say the friendly staff and the cool boss.

I've rarely had such a bad pizza. The pizza base was a pre-made product from the freezer, not a stone-baked pizza. Expensive, though. A real Italian would call pizza of this quality garbage and demand his money back. My colleague and I ordered a diabolo and a 30cm ham pizza. I rarely eat spicy food, but this pizza was as spicy as a sip of oat milk. It's truly disgraceful how they can sell something like this.

The food was mediocre, but the phone service was terrible; even after four attempts, there was no answer. We went straight there and were told that they just wanted peace and quiet away from the phone. I spontaneously wanted to eat the pizza I'd ordered there. They immediately rudely accused me of trying to save money because takeaway pizza was cheaper. That's fine, we left immediately, but there are more friendly ways to explain this. We'll avoid the place altogether from now on. Then they won't be able to accuse us of anything else.

We ordered from Pizza Pasta. Delivery was super fast. The food generally tasted good. We both ordered pasta and extra pizza rolls (everything came with cheese). The only problem was, unfortunately, for no apparent reason, my colleague and I had stomach pains and diarrhea after eating. We wouldn't order from Pizza Pasta again in the near future.

If it were possible, I would deduct points from this branch. We're a pretty big company right near the Nord branch, and so far we've really enjoyed going there for lunch. However, a special employee there now treats you so negatively that you no longer have any appetite. She probably didn't fully understand that you get the 20% pickup discount because there was no delivery. Well, if you're hoping for a relaxed lunch with your colleagues and think you can eat the pizza you picked up yourself in front of the store or nearby in peace and quiet without negative comments or looks, you're out of place here.

Pizza and 2 wraps were delivered half an hour late again today. Wraps were cold and the pizza was only lukewarm at most. Unfortunately I paid in advance via Paypal. Next time you'll only get cash if the delivery is on time... otherwise he can take his pizza back with him! In terms of taste, I think p&p is really good.

When ordered, food is always prepared on time and - whether pizza, pasta or wrap - fresh and extremely tasty. I have tested the food several times and over a long period of time and have never found any deficiencies in quality. I can especially recommend the Pasta Chicken Deluxe!

I am absolutely disappointed with the service from “Pizza and Pasta”. At lunchtime I had specially pre-ordered three party pizzas for 8:30 p.m. because I was planning dinner for ten guests. I emphasized several times that the order had to be binding, and the service assured me that this would not be a problem - despite the stress of New Year's Eve. Everything was recorded, which took ten minutes. When the pizzas still hadn't been delivered at 9 p.m., I called. To my horror, I learned that the store had already closed and my order was simply canceled without notification! This left me without food for my guests and it was too late to organize an alternative. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional for me. A brief information about the cancellation would have at least given me the opportunity to take care of something else. However, I was forced to explain to my guests that there was no food. I cannot recommend this service to anyone - especially if you rely on reliability. New Year's Eve or not, that's not how you treat customers!

After an hour the pizza arrived cold. I then took the pizza back to the store. The shift manager is unfriendly and incompetent. Her tactic of denying it didn't work and no sorry. Driver was nice, pizza arrived quickly, but the pizza was simply topped with way too much so that it became extremely watery and disgusting.

I pre-ordered 2x Spicy Beef Pizza to go + drinks. When I picked it up I didn't check whether everything fit and instead of still water I got sparkling water. The beef was completely missing from the pizza and instead of the cheddar sauce there was BBQ on it. Totally unfriendly person when we arrived there were problems with payment, you can choose to pay in cash, but the store only says card payment is possible.... A total failure, the pizza was inedible, which is why we both only ate 2 pieces because we were hungry then threw it in the trash. It's a shame because I've always been happy, but the last few times everything has gone wrong

I ordered at around 11:30 p.m., around 12:00 a.m. I get the message that the food is on the way. Now I'm sitting here at 1:00 a.m. without any food, but I haven't paid for it and there's no trace of the supplier or my food. Very bad service, as I now expect that it won't arrive at all and I now have to go to sleep very hungry.

Horrible ! The pizza dough is only cooked on the bottom (it cooked in the pan, not in the oven). The recipes have nothing to do with “Italian pizza”, forget it. This is revised and revised downwards. Poor quality for €13 for the smallest! From the reception it already smells like a scam, no courtesy, street atmosphere. The lady who does the cleaning wears gloves, pretty good. Except that she’s also the one who puts the pizzas in the box. After picking up things from the ground and opening the door to the establishment (with these gloves which only protect her). Hygiene and respect for the customer non-existent. Be careful, they do not give you the receipt or card To flee!

Nice little shop! Food was perfect! One of us got the wrong pizza but it was replaced immediately after we mentioned it and a free drink was given for the inconvenience. So service was top! If we were in the area again we would definitely stop by again.
