The food arrived over an hour late. When I called, I was fobbed off in an extremely rude manner. The food arrived cold. Furthermore, I ordered two meals, each with a liter of Coke, but instead only received three 0.33-liter cans of Fanta. In my opinion, it doesn't even deserve a star!!! I'll never order there again! When the food arrived, I even realized it wasn't even the food I had ordered!

The Lieferando order wasn't delivered, and no refund was offered. The restaurant was very rude when contacting us by phone. The call was ended without comment.

Since 2021, I've been ordering from Bravo Pizza several times a week and am always satisfied with the food and service – fair prices, large portions, fast delivery, and various friendly drivers. Last month, however, a new driver I didn't know came and loudly cursed me in the courtyard because of a broken bell. I immediately reported this incident to the manager, and he assured me that something like this wouldn't happen again in the future. After that, I ordered a few more times, and everything went smoothly – the food was good, and the other drivers were friendly. However, today I saw that "unbelievable" driver again (I don't understand why I'm seeing him again), and although there was no misunderstanding about the broken bell this time, he simply placed the food on the mailbox, pointed at it with his finger, and nodded – as if giving a command to a dog. But that wasn't all: When I opened the package, I immediately noticed that the portion this time was completely different than usual: significantly fewer fries, two pieces of meat instead of three, and no tomato in the salad. I wonder if this has something to do with that strange driver. All I could do was call the manager again and reiterate that I don't want to see that driver again. I know my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the food or the store itself, but after this second incident, I have to do something. It would be a shame, because otherwise I'm very happy with the food and everything is going well with the other drivers.

We ordered something during the night shift, and it arrived 16 minutes late, which was very annoying. On top of that, they promised us two bottles of Coke but didn't deliver. The pizzas weren't exactly a hit either. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.

Never again!! I was the only customer there, first it took them 10 minutes for me to even order a pizza and then more than 30 minutes for a small funghi pizza.. there is no excuse for this

Ordered at 8:10 PM. They said it would take 45 minutes. Now, at 9:30 PM, still no one has arrived. They didn't even bother to let me know they'd be late. Unbelievable how they treat their customers.
