Lieferung kamm ersz nach 2 stunden und das telefonieren bei meiner nach frage wie lange es noch dauert war sehr frech gehalten vom Service essen kamm laufwarm an Also bestellen werde ich absofort nur wo anders

Wir hatten für unsere Veranstaltung mehrere vegetarische Partypizzen bestellt. Sie wurden heiß, pünktlich und, das wichtigste, sehr lecker geliefert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und das leckere Mittagessen.

Heute bestellten wir 1 Diavolo Pizza und XXL-Brokkolischnitzel mit Pommes und ein Liter Cola.Ich bezahlte alles per PayPal. Aufs Essen haben wir 1,5 Stunden gewartet.Alles war kalt,Pizza latschig,meine Schnitzel dunkel braun,Pommes hatten kein Geschmack,waren auch kalt,die Brokkoli Sahnesoße war Suppe und ebenfalls kalt.Die Cola wurde gar nicht geliefert,trotz diesbezüglichen Anruf bei Amigo,wurde diese nicht nachgeliefert,wie es mir am Telefon gesagt wurde.Nun haben sie 4 Euro an uns mehr verdient und wir bezahlten etwas,und bekamen es nicht.Das ist doch alles nicht nur unverschämt,sondern eine riesßen große Sauerei.

Ich habe einmal eine Pizza mit Lieferung um 21:00 Uhr bestellt, aber sie wurde um 19:30 Uhr geliefert. Glücklicherweise war meine Freundin zu Hause, aber später habe ich kaltes Essen gegessen und ihnen verziehen, aber das kann ich heute Abend nicht verzeihen. Ich bestellte nämlich eine Pizza am Telefon und die Mitarbeiter sagten mir, dass sie in 40 Minuten an meine Adresse geliefert würden, aber als ich nach 70 Minuten anrief, weil die Lieferung noch nicht angekommen war, sagten sie mir, dass sie es nicht seien habe meine Bestellung und dass ich gar nicht angerufen und aufgelegt habe, so unhöflich aufgelegt. Ich saß im Auto und fuhr hungrig und nervös zu ihrem Laden, um zu sehen, was das Problem war, weil solche Dinge jedem passieren können, dann zeigte ich dem Personal mein Handy, um zu beweisen, dass ich angerufen habe, und stellte mir vor, neben meinen gesunden Augen macht er mich wieder verrückt und sagt, wenn wir nicht geredet hätten. Im Grunde werde ich dort nie wieder in meinem Leben etwas bestellen.

Bestellen seit Jahren dort. Sehr leckeres Essen, Preis/Leistung top.

Essen kommt viel zu spät bei Lieferung Qualität in Ordnung

Rating -1 star! Not only did I wait 1.5 hours for my pizza, which I complained about over the phone, but the delivery was actually quite quick, but the base of the pizza was burnt and the topping on my "Tonno with Onions & Salami" pizza was bone dry!

Habe gerade mein Essen wegschmeißen müssen weil das sowas von eklig war Haare in den Pommes drinnen Ente hat nicht nach Ente geschmeckt Schnitzel konnte man gegen die Wand schmeißen eigentlich müsste dort mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei kommen dann würde der Laden dicht machen

Das schlimmste Essen meines Lebens!!! Katastrophal von Service und Essen!!!! Wir haben Burger Menü und eine Pizza mit Salami und Champignons bestellt das Brot von dem Burger war eher Hart und alt als frisch und weich das Fleisch gefühlt vom Rewe TK Ware und die Pommes trocken und alt als würden sie tagelang stehen!!!! Die Tomatensoße der Pizza war einfach nicht gewürzt oder zu wenig und etwas säuerlich im Geschmack und der Teig war matschig und alt nach dem ich angerufen habe und das erklärt habe kam von dem Telefonist ich weiß nicht ob es der Chef war einfach nur ein "Achso" und nix mehr es hat ihn null interessiert ich würde so oder so dort nie wieder was bestellen und Freunde und Familie auch nicht aber ein einfach es tut mir leid ich kann ihnen das nächste Mal etwas gratis dazu geben oder sonst was, ich würde sowieso da nicht bestellen aber sag doch irgendetwas tuh wenigstens so als würde es dich interessieren statt einfach nur ein Achso und tschüss!!! Nie wieder bei euch bestellen!!!

Very bad food. The pizza was far too mushy/soft, as if the base wasn't fully cooked. The casserole wasn't fully cooked either. The dessert was beyond outrageous: a small tub of tiramisu for €4.50, while at a well-known grocery store, the same tiramisu for four tubs costs just under €2. We've ordered there before, and the food was very good.

We've been ordering from there for years! We always buy two party pizzas! I can't say anything negative to this day! The pizza has never disappointed me. The dough has always been fresh, and there's plenty of toppings. The only downside is that we have to pick it up ourselves because we're not in the delivery area. But it's not a big deal. What wouldn't you do for a good, delicious pizza!

Yesterday I ordered a schnitzel with salad and fries and it was what was the bad schnitzel of my life di salad with small pieces of plastic and I will never order it again

Unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours, even though the food was promised in 30 minutes. The pizzas were rubbery and lukewarm when they finally arrived. The service on the phone was very unfriendly.

Frozen pizza for €2 tastes better. When I placed the order for 3 pizzas it said a delivery time of 25-30 minutes and it wasn't delivered. After 1:30 a.m. I called and asked what it was like, I've been waiting for 1:30 a.m., then the person on the phone said very rudely that it's busy, the driver came and hung up instead of saying sorry, we have a lot to do, which would be fine. After the pizzas were delivered after almost 2 hours, they were almost cold and rubbery. Will never order there again.

Very tasty food, we have been ordering here for years.

I ordered from them for the first time today, my children ordered a pizza and I wanted to enjoy a parmesan schnitzel. After all, it costs €15.50. When I started to eat and wanted to blow the spaghetti because it was hot, I noticed a very unpleasant smell. As you know when pasta is bad. Well, I tried it anyway because it's easy to make a mistake and I almost puked. I called immediately, I was not understood and I received no understanding. He says he can't deliver me a new one because they're so busy. I would receive credit for my next order. As if I would order there again.

Inedible... both pizzas were completely over salted. I also asked for a vegetarian version of a casserole. I repeated myself 4 times... Well... what happened? Ham! It wasn't the first time that an order arrived partly or completely wrong. The reason for the bad review is that the gentleman on the phone was incredibly unfriendly and very, very rude. That was definitely the very last time!

An absolutely disappointing experience with Pizza Service "Amigo". The last time we ordered, the family pizza arrived damaged - apparently the driver had dropped it, as it was completely displaced and inedible. Instead of pointing this out to us, the driver just delivered the pizza. This was particularly embarrassing because we had guests who then had to leave without eating. A call to service was equally sobering. Instead of offering a quick and satisfactory solution, all we received was the promise of credit for the next order. When we wanted to redeem it, it suddenly wasn't accepted. Neither money back nor a proper apology - the customer service was completely inadequate. I will definitely never order here again, nor will our eight guests who witnessed the experience. Very poor service and deplorable treatment of paying customers. If you order here, you should definitely check the delivery twice - you shouldn't hope for a guarantee of a refund or competent problem solving!

Cheater !!!!! If I could have posted a picture everyone would see why nothing should be ordered here! When you make a complaint you are comforted and it is credited to you with the next order. You think no, people the next time you order the boss is not available and the telephone operator tells you he can't do anything until the next time otherwise he has to pay for it out of his pocket so every time only with the next order. For me this shop is definitely closed, never sad for you again and I was a regular customer

The pizza just tastes good, fast service

Me and my boyfriend have been ordering Colorado American pizza from Amigo for a year now and it tastes fantastic! There's always a lot of cheese on it :)

I should have listened to the bad reviews. It has been reported several times that the employees and suppliers are unfriendly and I can only confirm that, the supplier was unfriendly and so was the guy on the phone. Pizza was ok but after I saw a hair in my pizza my stomach turned 180 degrees, the yoghurt sauce with it tasted spoiled and I left it alone. There are much better pizzas than Amigo, so trust me and please don't order from them, I will also inform the health department about it.

Pizza and food were very good, order arrived quickly and warm. as always very fast delivery. Prices are okay too, staff are very nice too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍

Bad customer service… I ordered an ice cream that wasn't exactly cheap and it was Häagen-Dazs Macadamia. Instead of calling and saying no, they just packed in any flavor. What really annoys me personally is that I don't like this variety, so I threw over 10 euros out the window... And the pizza isn't really tasty either because there's way too much cheese on it, the fries are also cold... that was the first and last time I ordered here... really very annoying 😡

This evening, as a long-time guest, I was unfortunately very disappointed. I ordered a family pizza and when I looked in the box I was surprised at its size. It was significantly smaller than expected - while the flyer stated that the family pizza should be 46cm, ours was only 42cm. Unfortunately, when we asked the staff about it, they showed little understanding and were unwilling to apologize. Based on this experience, I will place my orders elsewhere in the future.

We had a family gathering yesterday and ordered 4 party pizzas. Everything cost over €100. What I found really stupid was that for that amount there wasn't a bottle of cola or soda from the owner as a "gift". I know many restaurants where you get a free bottle for ONE party pizza. The site also advertises “real Italian pizza”. As an Italian, I can only deny that! The pizza was very greasy. Oregano, basil and a little more tomato sauce, THEN it would be closer to a real Italian pizza. Conclusion: At the next meeting, we will order somewhere else.

Quality has continued to deteriorate. And the service has become really bad. I was delivered the wrong pizza. My request for the correct pizza to be delivered to me was not responded to. Someone just came to pick up the wrong pizza. The error was not corrected and no new pizza was delivered. The money was not refunded either. This is how you lose regular customers 👎

Schnelle Lieferung alles warm und auch lecker

Preis-Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht mehr.Die Portionen werden immer kleiner und geschmacklich ist das Essen nicht mehr so gut wie früher.Schade.

Die Pizza war Früher top aber jetzt kann man es leider nicht mehr essen da es einfach ekelhaft schmeckt .. Leute bitte schließt den Laden und lasst da ein Bäcker oder sowas ähnliches rein

Ich bestelle bei Amigo schon gefühlte 25 Jahre. Und werde weiter bestellen. Haben zwar paar mal wo anders bestellt, sind aber wieder zu Amigo zurück. Kann mich über nichts beklagen.

Ich bestelle seit vielen Jahren bei Amigo Pizza und ich bin geschmacklich sowie mit der Lieferzeit sehr zufrieden. Viele negative Bewertungen spiegeln absolut nicht die Realität wieder. Diese Bewertungen können nur so erklärt werden, das Konkurrenten diese abgeben um Amigo Pizza beabsichtigt zu schaden. Das kann ich mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit aus dem Grunde sagen, da ich viele Jahre bei Amigo Pizza bestelle und viele unterschiedliche Gerichte sehr lecker sind, die Lieferzeit top ist und wenn es in sehr seltenen Fällen mal Probleme gibt, was absolut menschlich und nie auszuschließen ist, ist Amigo Pizza sehr sehr fair. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung da ich auf Ungerechtigkeiten sehr allergisch reagiere und viele Bewertungen sind auf Ungerechtigkeit und Lügen aufgebaut! Es geht da nur darum, Amigo Pizza zu schaden, da die Konkurrenz in diesem Geschäft bekanntlich riesig ist! Insbesondere jetzt zu Lockdown Zeiten!

Ist okay, Pizza oft sehr fettig. Nette Leute Nudeln auch ok. Wer zu scheckig ist, sollte lieber nicht abholen.

Göttliche Pizza ... macht echt süchtig

Die Pizza kam erst nach 1,5 Stunden und war dementsprechend lauwarm. Der Kartonrand war (wie auf dem Bild zu sehen) durchnässt

Die Pizzen sind gut, manchmal ist der Boden etwas arg dunkel und somit schmeckt es bitterer, aber im näheren Umkreis habe ich bisher auch noch nichts besseres gefunden. Die Lieferanten sind zum Teil leider sehr unfreundlich und erwarten dann noch ein höheres Trinkgeld! Das ist unverschämt! Eigentlich sollte man gar kein Trinkgeld geben, schließlich zahlt man für die Lieferung auch mehr als bei Abholung!

Top service , heisses Essen , schnell und freundlich.

Zum einen hat das essen eineinhalb Stunden gebraucht und kam dann leider auch noch was kalt an. Schade schlecht schmeckt es nämlich nicht.

Die Pizzen sind sehr gut. Ich habe schon diverse Pizzen bestellt, aber am besten schmeckt die Pizza Salami mit Hinterschinken. Zum weiterempfehlen! Top-Service, geht auch ziemlich schnell!

Sehr nett und zuvorkommend, vor allem sehr flexibel, da ich falsch bestellt habe und die beiden Mitarbeiter das trotzdem noch bereinigen konnten. Herzlichen Dank nochmals.
