Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 were quite ok but the pizza with rocula, ham and parmesan had rocula and the parmesan was completely missing. The other pizza was also supposed to come with rocula and cherry tomatoes. There were maybe 8 rocula leaves and maybe 4 slices of tomatoes, well we won't be ordering there anymore.

Dear team, Yesterday evening I ordered a pizza from “Pizza Express” via Lieferando. The stated delivery time was 9:28 p.m. However, after the order had not arrived at 9:45 p.m., I called the restaurant to ask. Unfortunately, I was treated extremely rudely on the phone and was only told that the driver was “coming soon” and that I should be patient - at this point I had already been waiting for over 20 minutes. The delivery finally took place at 10:00 p.m. Shortly before, I received a call informing me that the pizza was now being delivered. The driver was very unfriendly when handing me over and claimed that he had been waiting for me for 30 minutes. I cannot understand this statement because my contact details (email and telephone number) were correctly entered when I ordered and they could have easily contacted me earlier. I am disappointed with the way this was handled and with the lack of communication and I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action.

Unfortunately the meat was dry and the duck wasn't crispy. The worst thing was the driver - he couldn't find the address and called me. I told him the address again, then he said it was at the side entrance. He hung up with the words “Come down now.” When I got downstairs he shouted at me that he had been looking for half an hour. Then he took the food out of the box, put it on the outside mailboxes and said "it's hot" and ran away. I could then see myself getting the hot aluminum containers up and I burned my hands in the process. NEVER AGAIN ROYAL!!! One star is too much for this non-service! Update: I just called there and the man on the phone was just as rude.

Bad delivery time, up to an hour is ok but not 1.5 hours if a maximum of 50 minutes is set. But food tastes good.

A disaster. I'd rather not give the restaurant a star, but that's not possible. Food doesn't taste good, waits are long. Order somewhere else or not at all. :)

Ordered food at 5:55 p.m. - estimated delivery time: 6:54 p.m. It's now 8:57 p.m. and still no food. After the first call they just said “yes, the driver is on the way and will be there in 1-2 minutes”. That was at 8:15 p.m. On the second call there was suddenly no more order. Such a juice shop! Complaint about Lieferando is already out!

The pizzas in the photo are supposed to be the large pizzas measuring 32cm. Please don't order there. Not only were half of the pizzas missing, but they also had the wrong toppings.

Please don't. We ordered four pizzas. The pizza delivery guy told my colleague that he was number two. Not only that the driver seemed a bit confused and didn't speak German. The FOOD was terrible, pizza is purely a matter of taste, but there was no sense of taste. The base was like a mixture of pancakes and flat cakes, and the topping was very unappetizing. Despite being very hungry, I lost my appetite with this FOOD. I have never seen such a R*TZE. Attached are pictures, the cheese on the 4 cheese pizza was like rubber/rubber, you could even hold the pizza vertically without the topping coming off, not to mention that the number of FOUR types of cheese is DOUBT. It has to be said that I have actually eaten in a lot of R*nz stalls, but that has caused a breaking point. Please do not order. The staff is already feeling sick, let's see what happens. The name Pizza Blitz is out of place, snail would be more appropriate.

The shop is rancid, the supplier with the bald head is so rude, the first and last time it's just a waste of money, not recommended

The worst salad in a long time, peppers are completely missing, I found 6 kernels of corn, freshness so-so, turkey dead, dressing from the bag. For €7.90 it's a disgrace. Picked up my food, the place looks shabby, like a back yard in the Bronx, don't want to see what the kitchen looks like. Absolutely NOT recommended!

The delivery was fast and the drives was friendly. The pizza was burnt on the outside, almost soggy in the middle, very bland with almost no taste. I would not order again.

Highly recommend I had Butter Chicken. It was very tasty. Also I have tried almost every item on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. You can't dine in, only takeaway or delivery are available. The owner of this place are also very nice people.
