I really didn’t like it. I ordered myself a large salad for 5 euros. They didn’t bring a fork. They didn’t give us any sauces. The milkshakes had only ice. The salad was cut coarsely, it was difficult to mix and eat. The ice cream was not like ice cream, like chocolate mousse. Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day.

The employee gives me the wrong order and I ordered another toy

I needed to wait for 30 min After the payment my Fries were cold and I ordered 20 Nuggets but got half Nugget Like I wanted and other half spiecy Nuggets and to top it of I couldnt get them to Make only Nuggets hey just sayed Go away

McCafe serves cold cappuccino and strawberry cake with barely any strawberries. Furthermore, the service is totally awkward.

Well, it's a bit confusing, but the staff is friendly and always helpful. The outdoor area leaves a lot to be desired. The food, however, is good.

McDonalds...what more can you say? You can do it...but given the prices you can almost go to a good burger restaurant.

This is the least inviting McDonald's I've seen in the last 30+ years on earth. I actually like going to McDonald's and I've been to far too many of them, but everyone who can should avoid the one in Cannstatt train station. Besides, it's called a burger, the citizens are you my dear reviewers, you don't even know the difference.

Drinks warm, apparently there are no more ice cubes and the cola came warm in the cup. When I asked where the ice cubes were because the drink was warm, I was told there was nothing we could do. Wouldn't be a bad idea to point this out so you can choose something else. The water from the refrigerator was cold from my daughter. Very unfriendly, you shouldn't upset the customers you have, otherwise soon no one will come

You need to pay more attention to the place as far as cleanliness is concerned

Everything else is more important than the customer at the checkout. Understaffed and stressed employees. It's a shame, it could be better.
