Doesn't accept coupons or vouchers... Only write this when you're already in the drive-thru... People are waiting behind you... Incredible waste of time

Well first of all I think it's a disgrace that McDonald keeps them out of the collection points, you can't redeem them or anything else that's cheeky, you can collect them but you can't redeem them?? Not all vouchers work, not all McDonald's should have the same vouchers and no longer support this store

Good day I can only advise against eating here! Everything is much more expensive than in other McDonald's in Germany. A McSmart menu with double cheeseburgers is advertised all over Germany on television, radio and other media that costs 4.99 euros, here it costs 5.70 euros. When I asked why this was the case, I was only answered in an unfriendly manner: the entrepreneur sets the prices. Then you don't need to advertise in Germany with a different price. Then the French fries are too salty again. Ambiance is therefore 1 star because the toilets are dirty. Best regards Steven Gerlach

Coupons or vouchers were not accepted! The quality of the products purchased was not good. Cold fries, crappy burgers, almost no sauce on the ice cream, etc. This place won't see us anymore. One of the worst McDonald's I was a guest at. Underground!

The service is just all over the place.. ordering a mccafe, getting a regular coffee from the counter?!! Ordering a meal to dine in, putting a number stand on the table. Service comes in, takes away my number, then calls my order number and puts in on the counter. Just great…

Probably the worst McDonald's I know! It is located right on the highway and is highly frequented! This Mac abuses the entire franchising to maximize profits, I'm not even sure whether the "head office" knows what this operator is doing. The Mac almost always has the interior area completely closed, even though, as already mentioned, it is located directly on the AB exit and is approached non-stop. For 95% of our visits, driving through the drive is the only option. The children are always extremely disappointed that they can't go to the playground or use the internal children's area. Of course, the operator saves on staff, cleaning the interior is no longer necessary, as are costs associated with the sanitary facilities. AND of course you save on having to dispose of the rubbish. This is then thrown out of the window by people about 500 meters away (park and ride under the motorway). If I were the city, I would force MAC to pay for the cleaning! All discount campaigns will be rejected. If you order in the drive and have paid, you are not allowed to continue driving to the issuing counter. Only when the food is 100% ready can you continue driving. The result is eternal queues when diving and parking chaos in front of the subway and gas station! (This cheats the statistics between ordering and preparation, as it looks like the customer took so long to order and pay and not the team with the preparation) The list is forever, but I think, as I said, the operator is doing it bypassing the “franchisor”... And he gets away with it! People passing through don't notice this, they usually never come back, but as a resident you quickly notice this systematic approach!

Real joke from a fast food shop. Everything that could have been done wrong was done wrong. 0 hygiene, lazy, unfriendly. And they don't accept coupons!! Never again absolute cheekiness!!!

Coupons are not supported - this is incomprehensible given the margins that can be achieved with such a branch. But apparently there is no need for it here. Then just the next branch along the route...

The internet says it's open until 2 a.m., and by 1 a.m. there was already no one to be found. Sitting inside is never possible after 7 p.m. for whatever reason, and the burger buns are often rock hard. Not recommended…

Very often something is forgotten. Employees aren't even able to speak German properly. The food is usually not fresh, just 🐵 people who work there don't get anything done

Dirtiest McDonalds I've ever seen. All tables dirty. Garbage and leftover food all over the floor. During the entire stay, none of the employees even came around to at least clean the tables or empty the overfilled tray trolley. It was really disgusting. Other families were also running around looking for a reasonably clean table. Never again.

As always, the toilets are very dirty and otherwise the corners have not been cleaned or renovated properly. Otherwise everything is ok. And staff friendly.

Were there at 9:40 p.m. and the restaurant was already closed

Worst McDonald’s in all of Baden-Württemberg. For unknown reasons, the restaurant simply closes the indoor area every day at 8 p.m. and only drive-in is possible. Unfortunately, this is nowhere and is very unusual for a restaurant of this chain right on the motorway. In addition, this branch does not participate in any coupon promotions (not even at McDonald's Monopoly!!)

Today I stood in front of a closed door for the second time. Opening times do not match those stated online. I don't understand why you can't simply enter it online? It's a matter of five minutes.

Strange opening times, the drive is open every day but if you want to sit in the restaurant you can only do so from Thursday to Sunday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. The prices are higher than in other branches. There are also no super saver menus, e.g. Big Mäc with a drink and fries on top of that n Mc Chicken and the restaurant also doesn't take part in raffles, so you can collect Monopoly but you can't redeem it

Wow, that was bad. First you don't get enough change and then the "burger" also contains bad-tasting carbon, which I threw in the trash after two bites. McDonald's is already overpriced enough and then you spend €11.60 on a bad tasting burger.

The worst restaurant in this chain so far. The toilet smelled of urine, the parking spaces are too small for motorhomes, the exit is not signposted. The restaurant does not participate in the chain's coupons. For me a reason to drive again and join the competition.

On many days the restaurant is closed and only the drive-in is open, but this is not stated anywhere online. There's probably no breakfast either.

Four of us ate, all four were disappointed. Dry burgers, the taste of the potatoes (fries) really not great, all lukewarm.

It's just annoying when you order chicken nuggets and veggie nuggets are packed... Ordered via app and checked - I ordered chicken niggets. It's not the first time here... You really have to check everything every time :( :( :(

This Mcces can't even tell the difference between coffee and chocolate. It's a real shame, I was really looking forward to an iced coffee shake and I got a really disgusting chocolate shake. And I paid almost €5 for that?! I was able to throw it in the trash immediately afterwards. Very disappointing...

The staff is always friendly and tries to prepare and deliver the order as quickly as possible. The coffee at McCafé is the real reason I go to McDonald's.

Very friendly older lady with light, shorter hair was very committed to helping us with our question despite the full house. Unfortunately it is closed Monday and Tuesday, which may indicate the difficulty in finding proper staff, as there would be no shortage of demand. A dip was forgotten when ordering. Poor opening hours, apparently only drive in in the morning... unfortunately not possible with a truck

Already on the second visit the door was locked during the opening hours that are posted on the internet and no one was inside or approachable and they don't take part in any promotions - no wonder the BurgerKing next door is doing so well.

No coupons, no table service, we won't stop there on our next trip... The only positive thing for us was that there was almost nothing going on, Friday evenings at 6 p.m.…

My favorite McDonald's - right at the Supercharger Unfortunately, at peak times it is often very crowded and loud - but always fast and the food is usually warm (as warm and good McDonald's food can be...) MC breakfast is now available again

No coupons and no table service probably make this restaurant one of the worse franchise locations. What's more, there were codes stuck to our packages that had long since expired. And: the prices are higher than usual! Examples: McSmart menu 6.30 instead of 5.99 euros, and McSundae an incredible 2.20 (!). With a voucher it would have been 1.49, very annoying. This is no way to gain customer loyalty

When I asked why no table service was offered, the only answer was from the gentleman at the food counter (cheap workers). After the food was served, we took the table that was relatively clean (other customers cleaned themselves) because they were all completely dirty, and the food was cold, of course, like the last time we visited about 5 years ago. As is well known, the food is returned by the customer themselves, but what if all the trolleys are completely overflowing with waste? A lady (who spoke German best) also made derogatory comments towards other customers. Since the owner, Mr. W., is incapable of criticism and called me an ass...... on the phone in 2019 when I complained at the time about why no vouchers were being taken (he supposedly uses this to pay Christmas bonuses and vacation bonuses, which I pretty much missed), that was now definitely the last visit. An email was sent out earlier to Mc Donald Germany and the WKD in Heilbronn in the hope that the store would be closed soon, luckily for the customers it is now only open 3 or 4 days a week. Similar conditions prevail in Sinsheim, but this is because the franchise entrepreneur Mr. W. also runs this store. It's better to drive a few km further to Rauenberg if you don't want to catch any illnesses!

Necessity does the trick... You can forget vouchers from the app if the branch doesn't take part. MC's menu at least offers vegetarian food. The branch seems to be reluctant here too and doesn't offer Plant Nuggets in the menu (in principle there seems to be, at least the app offers vouchers for it). Otherwise, house alarms are skillfully ignored, just like the failure of order terminals.

Went there to eat but what really annoyed us was that they didn't accept any coupons from the McDonald's app upon request, why was that just the way it is here or ask the other employees. Either it should be consistent or just discontinue the app

Dieser McDonald’s nimmt nicht an der Coupon Aktion teil. Die können mich … Es ist eine Schande, daß einzelne Betriebe nicht teilnehmen. Bei der Konkurrenz wurden gerade einigen Betrieben der Vertrag gekündigt. Wäre vielleicht auch hier eine Option.

McDonald's closed at lunchtime and drive only open

We wanted to have lunch at this McDonalds after a long drive. Unfortunately, we found out on site that it is completely closed Monday - Wednesday. Unfortunately, this is not noted on Google. Only Mc Drive was open, this was not an option for us. It also said outside that no coupons and vouchers can be redeemed.... What kind of McDonald's is this? Is close to the highway and has opening times like this. It doesn't work at all!
