I've been to many McDonald's, but none are as bad as the one in Bad Rappenau. (MC-Drive). I live nearby and keep trying, but I'm always disappointed 😞. The food is cold, the fries are raw, and the burgers look and taste terrible.

It's just McDonald's, but unfortunately the fries are always a bit too cold (lukewarm). I've been there 4 times and they're too cold for me. Otherwise, typical McDonald's. Staff are generally friendly.

We waited a total of 1.5 hours for our food, only to then have to pick up the missing items one by one from the front. Other customers had waited so long that they left the store without food, even though they had already paid. Others had waited 45-60 minutes. The only reason given was that the staff had rejected the order at the terminal (!?), which meant the order wasn't processed. The restrooms were completely filthy. If they worked, it was a miracle. The terms and conditions weren't posted. The claim that they're in the office or available online is unacceptable. Therefore, a complete lack of transparency! Only the Youth Protection Act was posted.

Since McDonald's was remodeled, there's actually a reason to go there every now and then. You can now use coupons, and the new employees are almost all relatively friendly. Unfortunately, you always have to check your order on the spot, as there's ALWAYS something missing (sometimes even large items like drinks, a box of 20 chicken nuggets (however that works), fries, etc.). Once, we got just regular water instead of a Sprite, or regular chicken nuggets instead of the garlicky ones, despite the correct packaging, and unfortunately didn't notice until we got home. Despite that, the employees don't make a fuss (apart from a few exceptions) and kindly give you the missing items without any problems, sometimes even making amends :) Above all, I'd like to praise the fact that if you change your order (e.g., burger without cheese), it has always been taken into account. I'm definitely glad that things have improved a bit.

The staff can't quite prepare an order. There's always something missing. Be sure to check at the drive-thru to make sure everything you ordered is there. Otherwise, a typical McDonald's restaurant with a McCafé.

Very dirty, not just the restrooms where it stank. As if they hadn't been mopped all day. The tables weren't wiped either. The tablet return tray was overflowing, so that the tablets piled up on other tables. A standard restaurant of this chain with online ordering kiosks. Surprisingly clean and well-maintained for a branch on the highway.

I was there today and got the whole order wrong. The milkshake had the wrong sauce in it and a little bit of the new Grimis shake. On top of that, I didn't get my net café at all and they gave me two wrong sauces, even though it wasn't very busy.

Today I went to MC in Fürfeld-Badrappenau with my family. Unfortunately, I have to say that our visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered at the cash register/counter as usual, but the service staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Several orders were being processed simultaneously, which resulted in all the orders getting mixed up. What was particularly annoying was that our special requests, such as gluten-free food, were completely ignored, neither recorded nor implemented. After waiting 32 minutes, we received our food, which was already cold. The staff showed no understanding or sympathy for the inconvenience. Overall, this visit was extremely frustrating, and we will definitely not be returning in the future.

This is a good, bright McDonald's, and they even have flower vases on the table 💐 Very clean tables, and even the floor wasn't covered in fries, as I've sometimes seen in other branches. Everything was cleaned, and the restrooms were clean too 👍🏼 The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Table service was quick and flawless. Our daughter was also served friendly when she exchanged her Playmobil animal from her Happy Meal because she preferred a different figure. Everything was great!

Things have improved a lot since my last visit. All terminals are open. Burgers are well-made, but the fries are unfortunately under-salted. Table service was excellent this time. Food was served quickly, despite the large number of customers. I was able to swap toys for Happy Meals without any problems. Parking is still difficult.

That's a disgrace and a complete rip-off!!! And I've never experienced anything like that at a McDonald's before. We've been here several times. Sometimes the fries were cold or soggy with frying oil. We overlooked that. Once, the burger wasn't assembled properly. Ingredients were forgotten. We overlooked that. But now, it's the last straw. I'll never buy anything here again. I prefer to go to the McDonald's in Neckarsulm. A mile away. At least they're competent and make everything fresh. But if you do order anyway, check your order beforehand to make sure it's complete and that the food tastes as ordered. You can't rely on that here! It's important to note: Coupons aren't accepted. I recently made a quick stop at the McDonald's branch at Autohof Wilhelm-Hauff-Straße 45 in Bad Rappenau to eat some ice cream and stretch my legs. The restaurant was already well attended and correspondingly full. Unfortunately the seats were not in a clean condition. Many tables and chairs were dirty, probably due to the large number of guests. It seemed like the staff didn't find time to clean regularly due to the high frequency. The sanitary facilities were also in a mediocre condition. One of the faucets was broken because the button to operate the water was missing. In addition, the hand soap was empty and the trash can was overflowing with paper. This suggests that staff may have been overwhelmed or understaffed. The ice cream I had tasted okay and met the usual expectations. Overall, the visit was mixed. The cleanliness and condition of the facilities left something to be desired, which is probably due to the high crowds and possible staff shortages.

Probably the worst McDonald's I know! It is located right on the highway and is highly frequented! This Mac abuses the entire franchising to maximize profits, I'm not even sure whether the "head office" knows what this operator is doing. The Mac almost always has the interior area completely closed, even though, as already mentioned, it is located directly on the AB exit and is approached non-stop. For 95% of our visits, driving through the drive is the only option. The children are always extremely disappointed that they can't go to the playground or use the internal children's area. Of course, the operator saves on staff, cleaning the interior is no longer necessary, as are costs associated with the sanitary facilities. AND of course you save on having to dispose of the rubbish. This is then thrown out of the window by people about 500 meters away (park and ride under the motorway). If I were the city, I would force MAC to pay for the cleaning! All discount campaigns will be rejected. If you order in the drive and have paid, you are not allowed to continue driving to the issuing counter. Only when the food is 100% ready can you continue driving. The result is eternal queues when diving and parking chaos in front of the subway and gas station! (This cheats the statistics between ordering and preparation, as it looks like the customer took so long to order and pay and not the team with the preparation) The list is forever, but I think, as I said, the operator is doing it bypassing the “franchisor”...
