With the ordering terminals it has become more confusing for visitors. In the past, if there was a long line, you could make a decision and go. Now you pay and then wait forever. Waiting 12 minutes is certainly not usual and the employees were visibly busy, but when the fries and chicken nuggets have already been put out and then the burgers take a long time, it's not so nice.

We had to wait 1 1/2 hours and the people behind the counter move so slowly that the dust is already settling on their uniforms!!! “Fast food” is written in very small letters here and whispered even more quietly.

NEVER take food without checking it. Out of 100x, 99x is always missing something! Very often problems with the ordering technology/screen. Orders are often simply deleted and you wonder after 2 hours when it's your turn...

We go there every year after the festival and always look forward to the food. This time, however, 2 wrong burgers were served and chili cheese nuggets were simply forgotten because there wasn't much activity. Otherwise like any other Burger King

Omg. How stupid has this become?? First place an order at the machine, then take a number like you would at the employment office. Then wait a long time. Then pick it up. And if you take away the classic approach, i.e. go to the checkout to order, then you'll be kicked in the face. Takes much longer than before. You really feel ripped off. But young people might like that. Everything that has to do with automation and dehumanization seems to be good. Everyone complains when a good kebab costs 7 euros. But if a King Selection Burger 🍔 with cheese and bacon with average taste costs 9 euros, then that's suddenly okay?? A good kebab is homemade, this one is industrially prefabricated.

I really liked everything. I recommend it to everyone. but one minus: we marked the menu, then we needed to change it a little, we couldn’t, we canceled and went in a new way, and the same menu cost a euro more, be careful.

The BK is in a great location, but the parking spaces are very tight. In addition, this restaurant is absolutely slow and in my opinion cannot be considered fast food. There really needs to be some improvement, as people get annoyed waiting 15 minutes or even longer for a king menu of the month.

Eternal waiting times at the drive in. There were 2 vehicles in front of me - 25 minutes later I had my food. Not the first time that I had to wait so long here. On top of all that, I got a cold cheeseburger. In the future I would rather go to the competition.

Filthy self order facilities, unfriendly and overwhelmed staff, food prepared without gloves (after wiping the sweat off the forehead), raw burger bread, undercooked nuggets, wrong order given out. Definitely do not stop there, the food really is inedible.

Unbelievable – made a stopover on the way back from vacation. Entered the Burger King at 6:05 p.m. placed the order at 6:24 p.m. after the three machines stopped making decisions for over 15 minutes. Placing the order at 6:24 p.m. I received my food. 6:50 p.m.! This involved a Whopper menu, a macaroni burger and six chicken nuggets. Actually nothing difficult. 5 points for the one gentleman in the preparation who whirled. Five points also for the lady who served the drive in line. She was also quick and couldn't be disturbed. Otherwise, there was a palpable slowness and running around, looking at board, bag, board - in the end the fries were missing. Never ever!

We waited over 20 minutes from Essen. The devices you ordered didn't work either. The food was really bad. Fries and nuggets kept warm. I recommended!

Sorry, many items sold out, in the 30 degree heat the ice cream machine isn't even working. The lady at the checkout seemed listless.

The location at the truck stop is actually ideal. After a business meeting, I wanted to pick up something to eat on the way home (I always fill up next door). It was around 5:00 p.m. on a weekday and the store seemed completely understaffed. There was a wait of about 25 minutes at the drive counter for 3 cars in front of me. In addition, from my point of view, my order was not completed correctly. The two cheeseburgers were almost cold and appeared hastily thrown together. At least the drink was cold, as I ordered. I don't know if they had a bad day, the experience wasn't that great.

Worst Burger King, clearly falls short of previous experiences at other branches. A lot of things were not available, some orders were incorrect, the display board didn't work, the toilet was dirty, the board drop-off cabinet was full to the brim. Employees seem very stressed.

Dirty. The woman at the checkout constantly has to remind them that there are no fries so that someone will make an effort. The burgers we bought were cold. Everything outside was littered, tables full of leftover food, packaging on the floor because the dish rack was overflowing. When someone strolled out, really in walking mode, they came to exchange without an empty car. Pure disaster. The entire staff needs to be replaced. Even if it's not a dream job, you've still signed a service contract that you have to fulfill.

I've eaten better at Burger King, 🍔. The ambience is getting old, no one cared about the trash, the carts were full, so you had to put things on the tables, even though there wasn't much going on, it wasn't a nice picture to eat. I think they simply don't have enough staff, yes staff costs money, but given the prices that shouldn't be a problem.

This was by far the worst Burger King. The employees prefer to talk to each other instead of charging the customer and then the food. It took over 30 minutes to finish and then it was dry, cold and old. No thanks!

I've never experienced anything so bad. I was there during normal opening hours in the evening. The branch manager stood at the checkout and said it was closed. I should kindly order from the machine. After a long discussion and threatening gestures (he would call the police) from the branch manager, his cash register was finally opened. Food was worse than bad. There is no decency there!

I can only agree with my predecessors. Total chaos at the counter. Waiting time for food 30 minutes or longer. The burgers have been sitting for so long that they have to be cold when you eat them. We stopped after more than half an hour and drove off. Burger King should really consider training its employees so that they can be deployed flexibly. And one employee doesn't have to run the whole store alone.

Got really bad. Ordered 4 menus, waited 20 minutes. Consequently all burgers were cold. Additionally, meat paddies on the Big King XXL were charred. There are chips and leftover food on the floor everywhere. Tablet carts are all full and no one cleans up. Dirty on every table. Toilet disastrous, sink looks like toilet. Disgusting. Worst shed in the region!

for the fourth time, the gas mixing ratio of the drinks machine is throttled, you pay money for a cola but you get stale water cola.....don't set foot in there anymore.....you don't have to bother... waste of money.

We were just passing through there. When my girlfriend and I entered the store and saw the piles of garbage, I ordered. After I ordered, my friend decided that she would rather use the MC Drive and took my car and drove off. When I opened the packaging of my ChillyCheese Burger, I was met with an unpleasant smell. I ate it anyway, and if I notice my stomach turning, I'll post an update here.

This is the biggest dirty shop, why is there a drive in if you can't order anything there...just because the employees aren't able to do their job properly...Staff and friendliness leaves a lot to be desired...Never ever again I go to a Burger King!!!!

Everything was ok, the food was very tasty, but I waited a little long for the service.

We had a double Whopper and a burger with bacon, onion rings, chilli cheese fries, chilli cheese nuggets and two cokes. Cola without ice, even though ordered with ice EVERYTHING was cold!!! The onion rings mushy The meat was grilled to death. Drier than the Sahara. We complained about the onion rings and the double whopper. The reaction was absolutely unfriendly. But got new ones. Also muddy. Meat hot, but grilled even deader. You can't drink that much to wash down a burger like that. Simply bad!! Never again Burger King Bad Rappenau!!!!

The food was very good, the bathroom was clean and customer service was good.

We were at this Mc Drive today at 9:30pm. There were 2 cars in front of us. Waiting time: 20 minutes until we could place the order. Another 10 minutes until the food is served. Only a few customers inside. Three people in service. They should have helped in the kitchen so that they could process customers from the Mc Drive queue more quickly. Inefficient workforce planning

If there were minus stars, I would give them. Waiting 35 minutes for food, 20 orders open or in preparation in some places. Waste is also not cleaned up so that the garbage is already piled up on tables and chairs. Last but not least, my wife and daughter vomited all night long. Coincidence???

I just ordered King of the Month, there was no mayo or ketchup with the fries - I wasn't even asked, there were no napkins in the bag and the hamburger was cold, so I went back and explained the problems, I think they have them I didn't really understand it, well whatever - it's done.

Quick stop during the car ride, but won't be here next time. Get a small coke and fries instead of a big one. Children didn't get a squeeze bag in the kids' menu because they supposedly had to choose between fries and squeezes. My husband ordered Plantbased and obviously got meat. When I ask the manager, I just shrug my shoulders. Let's put it this way: Because of all the through traffic, they think they can do it with one.

The worst store I've ever experienced. jur opens at 10.05 when you shake the door, the terminals for ordering have not started and the employee at the checkout prefers to fiddle with everything possible rather than serve. We then drove again without eating 🤷‍♀️

Burgers were all cold! Fries were completely without salt! And even the drinks somehow lacked carbon dioxide.

Hello, we got something again today because the children wanted the kids menu. Unfortunately the food wasn't very warm. Among other things, we also had chicken nuggets. 2x 20 pieces. The way they are now, they're actually good... if they're fresh. Unfortunately, some of the nuggets in the package tasted like they had been reheated. They were also much drier and firmer in consistency than the others. It's like mixing old and fresh nuggets. Unfortunately we lost our appetite 😔

Although there is little going on, there is a longer waiting time for food to be served/prepared. Well, you might think that everything would be freshly prepared (10:25 p.m.), BUT when I received my order (eating in the restaurant) and took the first bite of the burger, I unfortunately realized that Food could only be perceived as slightly warm. I always thought that food had to have a minimum level of quality before it could still be sold. That was probably not the case here. Perceived grade: 5

Visited this Burger King again after a long time. The drinks machine was broken, the empty tables weren't clean - although there weren't very many guests - the young woman behind the counter certainly didn't seem motivated. We ordered four chicken burgers - with hot sauce - there was nothing "crispy" about it given the amount of sauce that was slapped on the burger - making it downright inedible. However, the employees are not interested in whether the guest is satisfied. We ordered fries with mayo, but you have to put the mayo on the paper on the tray or on the paper on the burger. On the last visit, a burger was missing - it seems to be almost normal at this BK that you are obviously unable to count to four. It's just stupid when you're in a hurry and only notice that a product is missing when you get home. Unfortunately, this BK is not recommended.

Very loud, food factory, an ice cream machine was constantly beeping and no employee was taking care of it. The coffee was OK. In fact, I was there twice: the first and the last time.

I have no idea what was going on, but everyone's food was cold and their drinks were warm. I would say that there is something wrong. You don't expect much from a Burger King, but it's not that bad either.

Big thanks to the staff for the juiciest chili cheese I've ever eaten and saving my forgotten wallet :) Clean, tasty, friendly - I'll be happy to come back and recommend 👍

Also das ist der aller letzte Burger King in ganz Deutschland. Ich stand über 30 min im drive In und dann waren die Burger kalt. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht

Wirkt sauber und aufgeräumt. Waren am 02.01.2024 gegen 18:30 da. Einer der drei Bestellterminals war offline. Wartezeit am Terminal. Endlich die Bestellung aufgegeben haben wir realisiert: es sind noch 12! Bestellungen vor uns und die ersten stornieren nach über 20min Wartezeit ihre Bestellung. Der Chef des Ladens hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt, es täte ihm sehr leid. Aber es seien gerade alles Aushilfen und Neue und es geht nicht schneller. Mit ihm waren es glaub ich 5 Angestellte. Viele waren in Zeitlupe unterwegs und kannten offensichtlich den Ablauf überhaupt nicht. Bestellungen wurde nicht der Reihenfolge nach abgearbeitet sondern quer Beet. Die Schlange nach uns wuchs. Statt 12 wartenden waren es dann gleich über 15. Wir konnten nicht länger warten und mussten weiter zum reservierten Kinoplatz und haben unser Essen dann auch storniert. Da wir mit Karte bezahlt hatte mussten wir ein Formular ausfüllen um wieder unser Geld (in 4 Werktagen) zurück zu bekommen. Diese Stornoaktion hat dann nochmals 8min gedauert. Zum Kino haben wir es noch geschafft. Gerade so. Fazit: 30min für nix und wir müssen 4 Tage warten bis wir unser Geld wieder haben. Krasser Kontrast: am selben Abend in der Filiale Sinsheim: von bestellen bis essen hat es keine 2min gedauert. Update fast nicht ganz 4 Wochen: Ich renne meinem Geld immer noch hinterher. Der Burger King Kundenservice hatte mir geantwortet ich würde das Geld nach Prüfung binnen 10 Werktagen bekommen. Jetzt sind alles in allem schon 18 Werktage vergangen, in Summe nicht ganz 4 Wochen. Geschmack ist vielleicht King... aber der Service?! Welcher Service? Was ist ein Service überhaupt? --> Kennt man bei BK nicht.

30 Minuten gewartet und die falsche Bestellung eingetütet bekommen. Man zahlt für große Portion Fritten und kriegt Kleine, Burger wurde bereits kalt eingepackt, obwohl der Burger "personalisiert" sein sollte war dieser eiskalt (ich wohne keine 5 Minuten entfernt vom Lokal). Brötchen sind rissig und bröseln, Bedienung war offensichtlich überfordert, obwohl die Bestellung über das Terminal erstellt wurde.
