Fresh & clean – but a design flaw in the handwashing area For a quick stop on the highway, this is a really solid branch where almost everything is just right. 🍔 Food & Atmosphere I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the food – it was excellent. The dining area also seemed very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. You feel more comfortable here than in many other fast-food restaurants on the highway. 🚽 Restrooms Generally clean, but there's one major drawback: the sink in the restroom. The faucet has an integrated dryer (blower), and this combination only makes things worse. Instead of properly washing or drying your hands, water often splashes everywhere. This is unfortunately a complete design flaw and quite unhygienic/annoying. 🏁 Conclusion If you want good, fresh food, this is the place to go. A solid Burger King, as long as you don't get too annoyed by the faucet.

I recently visited Burger King and had a truly great experience. The restaurant was clean, the order arrived quickly, and the food was fresh and delicious – just as you'd expect. I'd especially like to commend Kamal, the employee. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, and his positive attitude made the entire visit even more enjoyable. Employees like him are rare and definitely deserve recognition.

Appalling! Three people in the restaurant and they couldn't manage to prepare a hot meal. Everything was only lukewarm. I was there around 11 a.m. and ordered a Big King meal to eat in. First and last time.

I ordered a kebab-style burger, and honestly, it was my first time ordering again after a very long break (I’d had a bad experience before). But this order completely changed my opinion! The burger arrived warm, the fries were perfectly crunchy just like when you eat at the restaurant. They even called me to let me know there was a small delay because no one was available to deliver at first, which I found very professional and considerate. And the best part? I received a small pack of gummies as a gift how thoughtful is that?! Also, a huge thank you to the delivery person he was super nice! I totally forgot to tip him, and I feel so bad about it :(( I’ll make sure to next time! Highly recommend great food, great service, great attitude!!

I've been to this Burger King in Bad Rappenau five or six times. The food is of the usual quality and taste, just like any other Burger King. I noticed on all my visits that there are only two employees working there. The restrooms have been decent on all my visits. All in all: Burger King standard. I can't say anything bad about this place. It loses one star because everything could be a bit better compared to other Burger King locations.

He was rather annoyed, and I suspect he really enjoys his job, which he still has despite his attitude and even gets paid for. As I sat at the table, I saw the pile of trash at the tray counter. Then I understood why my food was simply handed to me. When he had to prepare something more for customers, he ran out, took two trays, emptied them, and put the food on them. He didn't see any cleaning. I have children who like fast food, but I'd rather drive further away than go there again, and I certainly won't recommend it. I've read other people's messages and wonder why they're not being taken seriously and why something is being done about it? Then they should just close the branch; that would save even more people from this experience. Oh, I've never had such a bad meal at Burger King.

I'm not one for complaining, but today was absolutely nothing. The food was practically cold, the temperature in the restaurant itself was subzero, the restrooms and tables were dirty and almost disgusting. I'm sorry, but that was our last visit to you...

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 9:26 p.m., we were standing at the drive-thru. We couldn't place an order because the staff, speaking broken German, ushered us in. Before we did, the man at the counter in the drive-thru was saying goodbye to his colleagues and their shakes. The drive-thru is working, but work is only being done inside. Too bad, then we'll have to eat the salad at home.

I paid for my order at the terminal and was then told that some products were unavailable. I wanted my money back, but this wasn't possible for technical reasons. I was told to fill out a form and then my money would be transferred back to me. That was over a month ago, and I haven't received anything yet. I've never experienced anything like this before.

First of all, the second slice of meat was forgotten... when I complained, the burger was immediately taken in my hand and said, "Yes, there's one missing." They quickly put a smear on the same burger and gave it back to me. I find that unhygienic. Burger King Germany should thoroughly investigate the store and how they operate here. The service was abysmal.

Drive-thru – first of all, the speed of service is nowhere near comparable to the competitor's M, meaning you end up waiting for 20 minutes before you even place your order, and another 25 minutes before you arrive for pickup... There, you're told to drive to the parking lot to wait, then get cold fries, and there's even a burger missing from your bag. Never again

Here, it takes forever, no matter when! The food quality isn't great anyway, but it always takes forever at the drive-thru. You always have to plan on waiting 20 minutes.

The food was okay, but when I tried to return my reusable cup, I was ignored. I waited 5 minutes, during which time there were no other customers, no other orders to be prepared. A shop with mixed experiences that has just reached its lowest point. The food is okay, the service a guide to how to effectively discourage customers from coming back. The intercom in the drive-thru doesn't work properly, so you have to shout your order in a loud bass voice to get through to the staff. The employee who takes the order, however, is rude enough to take out his anger at my wife for the order to be corrected (because he misunderstood it) in an aggressive and rude manner. Good job!

Unfortunately, the last double steakhouse burger only had one patty on it, for whatever reason. I usually like going there (25 min drive).

I have to complain about the chain here. The app said they had tortillas and churros, but there were none in the store. The ice cream machine was broken, just like at its competitor's. But after we had to rearrange everything, the food was okay. Unfortunately, I don't have a King in my area, so it was rather disappointing and not worth the extra trip.

And after waiting 20 minutes, the onions were missing from the burger. My experiences... Something is often missing. Many items are "sold out" instead of where they were. 30 degrees in the shade and the ice cream machine is "broken." Once, a replacement order simply wasn't brought when something was missing. By far the most unprofessional store.

Ordered a Bacon King at Burger King today. I know the burgers don't look like the photo, but it was a disgrace. The bacon was almost raw and the meat was drenched in mayo. When I mentioned it to the cashier, all I got was "I'm sorry." No offer of compensation or anything like that. And that's for the price. Next time, I'd rather get two kebabs for that much money. The worst BK branch we know. Were on the way back from vacation and wanted QUICK! make a stopover. Anyone who expects “fast food” and cleanliness here is definitely wrong here. There's a long wait for the food, as the staff spend a lot of time with themselves and their friends who are probably present in the dining room. The first table chosen for four people was smeared sticky and the seat was dirty with leftover food. We took action and reported the situation. Until we left, no one took care of the cleaning. Definitely our last visit to this branch.
