Waiting time until you're retired even though the shop is actually always empty and you just want a coffee... but there's a reason for that... I'm not coming back either!

Very unfriendly service - I asked for some drinking water for my baby and was told there was no drinking water. Changing facilities can only be found upon request and are so small that I got my changing backpack completely wet in the sink when I turned around. There is also no shelf or anything and you have to have everything on the floor (changing backpack, etc.). Since it is shared with a toilet it is not really clean. Never again for us and our families.

The employee at the drive-in was very unfriendly and had no manners. We waited for half an hour and ended up going to McDonald’s.

This branch is simply a disaster. I was here in the summer and there was no ice cream and now tortillas are on offer and we stand in the driveway for ages to be told at the counter they don't have any. Thanks for queuing. And instead of waving the cars aside that are waiting for orders, it always piles up in various places

Unfortunately there are not enough employees to take the orders. 31 min waiting time. Never had to wait so long for a single Whopper. I was able to watch two employees waiting at the front of the kitchen to process 18 orders. Hope they get more help in the future.

I sometimes got the wrong food and the fries were already cold when I got them. And there was food on the floor everywhere and it was just dirty. What happened to Burger King?

Toilets could be a little cleaner, otherwise everything is good.

I was there alone as a woman (50 years old) and was treated completely stupidly and underground by a group of young German men!! I have nothing against foreign workers, but they hardly speak any German there, so you can't ask them much. The whole store was very dingy and dirty. Here they obviously save on everything in order to be cheaper than the competition with the capital M. The milkshake from Burger King has no strawberry taste whatsoever, it is just disgustingly sweet. Will definitely NEVER enter this store again because I felt very uncomfortable and would rather pay a little more for a clean and decent environment!!!

We got the wrong food and the onion rings were inedible. They've probably been fried three or four times or are simply long past their expiration date. The garbage carts were also not emptied as garbage fell onto the floor and other guests simply placed their trays on other tables.

Terrible Citizen King. It takes ages every time in the drive in. At least. 20 minutes. In the end, one of my 2 crispy chickens was a chicken nugget burger... Shouldn't be that difficult.

Completely dirty and untidy there. There are lights from outside so you think the store is closed. I almost slipped in a pool of cola that no one cleaned up. Cola cup in the urinal. Not recommended.

We had to wait a long time to order at the terminal at 6:46 p.m. and get the menu at the counter at 7:12 p.m. In addition, a burger had completely fallen apart and the paddy resembled a puzzle. The food was good, but it took 25 minutes for 2 burgers and the service laughed about it. Luckily it was just a rest stop on our route and we don't have to go there anymore. So if you're looking for "fast food" here, you're in the wrong place.

I have NEVER seen such a disgusting and dirty chain restaurant! The toilets and the floor were completely covered in pee, you couldn't enter them without stepping in puddles of urine. EVERY table, without exception, in this branch was dirty and we didn't know where to sit. And it was really so dirty that it was disgusting to even eat there! We communicated both to the employees, and their reaction was “yeah, okay”. Neither the toilets nor the tables nor the garbage was removed. We then ordered our food and jokingly said “we don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like”. Yes, we would have saved that better. The burgers were NOT ENOODABLE. They were so full of sauce, the cheeseburger tasted like bread with pure mustard and you couldn't eat the chicken burger without someone being overwhelmed by the mass of sweet and sour sauce. The fries were cold and disgusting. The best comes at the end, we didn't eat the chicken burger either but left it back because there were 3 HAIRS on it. We were not offered any compensation and there was no real insight either. We left our food as is. It really disgusted and annoyed us so much that we couldn't continue eating. We then looked for the address to write a complaint and then looked at the reviews. So this problem is apparently known. There are a lot of reviews about how disgustingly dirty this store is, how disgusting everything tastes there and everything is cold and so on. Why is there no action here? I don't think it would be a bad idea to send the health department there. Disgusting. I would never set foot in this store again, it was really an impertinence. If we had read the reviews beforehand we would not have entered this store in the first place. But we didn't expect that a Burger King branch could be so disgusting. Well, in hindsight we were smarter and if we had read the reviews we could have saved ourselves the stress and our money.

the dirtiest BK I've ever been in, not a single table was clean (there were only 8 guests in the room) - the men's toilet was incredibly dirty. The sink hasn't seen a cleaning rag in a long time

Staff very unfriendly. Had the chili chesse fries and was the biggest cheek…. Portion was way too small and there wasn't much of the sauce... Really outrageous. Never again!!!!!

Food was okay, what you can expect at bk. However, I noticed a few things that I don't really like. There is no men's toilet, the tables are dirty as is the floor and the trays are stacked up. It works better then you feel good too

Unbelievable – made a stopover on the way back from vacation. Entered the Burger King at 6:05 p.m. - placed the order at 6:24 p.m. after customers were stuck at the three machines with decision-making questions for over 15 minutes. Placing the order at 6:24 p.m. - I got my food at 6:50 p.m.! It was a Whopper menu, a macaroni burger and six chicken nuggets. Actually nothing difficult. 5 points for the one gentleman in the preparation who whirled. Five points also for the lady who served the drive in line. She was also quick and couldn't be disturbed. Otherwise, there was a palpable slowness and running around, looking at board, bag, board - in the end the fries were missing and the burger was cold. Never ever!

Typical truck stop klitsch... no staff, endless waiting times at rush hour... it has nothing to do with "fast" food... burgers of the same quality as always Oh yeah.....who actually plans these mini little parking spaces surrounded by unnecessary concrete pillars that are only there to get even with the cars 🤨??

With the ordering terminals it has become more confusing for visitors. In the past, if there was a long line, you could make a decision and go. Now you pay and then wait forever. Waiting 12 minutes is certainly not usual and the employees were visibly busy, but when the fries and chicken nuggets have already been put out and then the burgers take a long time, it's not so nice.

Omg. How stupid has this become?? First place an order at the machine, then take a number like you would at the employment office. Then wait a long time. Then pick it up. And if you take away the classic approach, i.e. go to the checkout to order, then you'll be kicked in the face. Takes much longer than before. You really feel ripped off. The BK is in a great location, but the parking spaces are very tight. In addition, this restaurant is absolutely slow and in my opinion cannot be considered fast food. There really needs to be some improvement, as people get annoyed waiting 15 minutes or even longer for a king menu of the month.

Miserable in every way. Waited half an hour for a miserable menu in a dirty and unkempt Burger King “restaurant”. How can you serve pork like that? The staff should eat this garbage themselves….

Worst Burger King, clearly falls short of previous experiences at other branches. A lot of things were not available, some orders were incorrect, the display board didn't work, the toilet was dirty, the board drop-off cabinet was full to the brim. Employees seem very stressed.

The location at the truck stop is actually ideal. After a business meeting, I wanted to pick up something to eat on the way home (I always fill up next door). It was around 5:00 p.m. on a weekday and the store seemed completely understaffed. There was a wait of about 25 minutes at the drive counter for 3 cars in front of me. In addition, from my point of view, my order was not completed correctly. The two cheeseburgers were almost cold and appeared hastily thrown together. At least the drink was cold, as I ordered. I don't know if they had a bad day, the experience wasn't that great.

Dirty. The woman at the checkout constantly has to remind them that there are no fries so that someone will make an effort. The burgers we bought were cold. I've eaten better at Burger King, 🍔. The ambience is getting old, no one cared about the trash, the carts were full, so you had to put things on the tables, even though there wasn't much going on, it wasn't a nice picture to eat. I think they simply don't have enough staff, yes staff costs money, but given the prices that shouldn't be a problem.

I've never experienced anything so bad. I was there during normal opening hours in the evening. The branch manager stood at the checkout and said it was closed. I should kindly order from the machine. After a long discussion and threatening gestures (he would call the police) from the branch manager, his cash register was finally opened. Food was worse than bad. There is no decency there!

I can only agree with my predecessors. Total chaos at the counter. Waiting time for food 30 minutes or longer. The burgers have been sitting for so long that they have to be cold when you eat them. We stopped after more than half an hour and drove off. Burger King should really consider training its employees so that they can be deployed flexibly. And one employee doesn't have to run the whole store alone.

I was here for the first time today and ordered some take away. There were already a few people waiting for their orders. The two service staff were quick and very friendly, but couldn't keep up. Got really bad. Ordered 4 menus, waited 20 minutes. Consequently all burgers were cold. Additionally, meat paddies on the Big King XXL were charred. There are chips and leftover food on the floor everywhere. Tablet carts are all full and no one cleans up. Dirty on every table. Toilet disastrous, sink looks like toilet. Disgusting. Worst shed in the region!

You wait up to 1 hour for a menu that is probably not that demanding, it is busy but you should still manage to get a meal in 20 minutes at the latest. We were just passing through there. When my girlfriend and I entered the store and saw the piles of garbage, I ordered. After I ordered, my friend decided that she would rather use the MC Drive and took my car and drove off. This is the biggest dirty shop, why is there a drive in if you can't order anything there...just because the employees aren't able to do their job properly...Staff and friendliness leaves a lot to be desired...Never ever again I go to a Burger King!!!!

We had a double Whopper and a burger with bacon, onion rings, chilli cheese fries, chilli cheese nuggets and two cokes. Cola without ice, even though ordered with ice EVERYTHING was cold!!! The onion rings mushy The meat was grilled to death. Drier than the Sahara. We complained about the onion rings and the double whopper. The reaction was absolutely unfriendly. But got new ones. Also muddy. Meat hot, but grilled even deader. You can't drink that much to wash down a burger like that. Simply bad!! Never again Burger King Bad Rappenau!!!!

We were at this Mc Drive today at 9:30pm. There were 2 cars in front of us. Waiting time: 20 minutes until we could place the order. Another 10 minutes until the food is served. Only a few customers inside. Three people in service. They should have helped in the kitchen so that they could process customers from the Mc Drive queue more quickly. Inefficient workforce planning

If there were minus stars, I would give them. Waiting 35 minutes for food, 20 orders open or in preparation in some places. Waste is also not cleaned up so that the garbage is already piled up on tables and chairs. Last but not least, my wife and daughter vomited all night long. Coincidence???
