Very dirty. 8 employees, but it was not possible to open another station. Instead there were three of us at a checkout because there was probably a bigger problem that couldn't be solved. That's why I can't say anything about the food because we left after 20 minutes without eating.

Went there in the afternoon without a lot of customers. You had to look for a clean table, the storage trolley was full and there was leftover food under the table

Bring something to eat and drink, it takes longer with the mcdrive than a water birth

I am really very disappointed with this McDonalds. We had breakfast yesterday and ordered and paid for 12 mini pancakes with chocolate sauce, we were told they didn't have any and we only got 2 cups of chocolate sauce, no alternative, we didn't get the money back either. The hot chocolate was simply slapped onto the tray without any effort, no spoon, no saucer. The entire rim of the cup was dirty with chocolate splatters from the machine which didn't look appealing. Instead of a butter crosiant that was ordered, a sunken Franzbrötchen was simply placed on the tray without a plate. That was really very disgraceful. If I could I would give zero stars. We would have expected much more for the price. This has never happened to us in other branches.

It's just a McDonald's... Ice cream machine often works when you weren't there...

Every time there are long waiting times at the drive-in counter even though there is no customer in front of you. Especially when the weather is bad, it's better to leave you standing in the rain at the ordering terminal.

McDonald's Nothing special and the staff here is a bit underground at times.

We had a slightly larger order of €37.40. Including McFlary. Well, the ice cream was missing. We were already too far away when we noticed it. That was over €4. This is more than just annoying!

Small and cute, I also found it extremely interesting when entering Mc Drive and yet well thought out so that there were no traffic jams. Great food, courteous employee who asked at the counter whether the drinks should be with or without ice cubes. Really a nice experience. Thank you for that.

Very bad service....poor knowledge of German.......always forget to pack something in the MC drive very annoying....milk shake...there is never any. Worst service ever

Unfortunately the food wasn't so good, it was cold because you wait from these stupid numbers and they appear briefly and are immediately deleted again. It's a shame it was much better last time

Half of the things were grayed out, there was almost nothing you could order. I've never experienced anything like that! There's not even soap in the toilet! It doesn't even have a soap dispenser on the wall! Brutally. Underground!

Absolute schlimm, halbe stunde auf einen mc sunday gewartet, nach einer halben stunde einen saueren joghurt mc sunday bekommen (normalerweise mit vanille eis) und das eis war fast geschmolzen

The food was soggy and cold. Everything was dirty and disorganized. You waited forever for food.

If you turn left at McDonald's there is a subway right at the roundabout (tastes better and looks healthier)

Super nice staff, especially the boy with the tattoos on his neck, good food and quickly, rarely seen at the surrounding MacDonalds, gladly again 👍🏻

According to an employee, the shake machine hasn't been working for half a year - what kind of shop is this? (It feels like she went maybe 3 times in the last 10 years) Facility itself is ok - if it were clean. Compared to other Mcs branches, it's far behind...

Dirty shop, wait 1 hour and still no food there!!! I would love to put sausage on the counter.

We often go to McDonald's in different cities around the area or while traveling. Unfortunately, things are often not good in Bad Saulgau! Currently with the following defects: Fries not cooked through and unsalted! Nuggets not fresh. The wrap was completely without sauce or just at the bottom - it was so dry and hard to eat. Cheeseburger too dry too. I already complained there and then got free food - today I didn't feel like doing that because other guests quickly look at you crookedly. In the future we will consider whether we should travel here specifically - because the money is too good for me.

So the staff leaves a lot to be desired in places. The employee takes away the trash cart and you have to wait until he brings it back before disposing of the trash. A second cart as a replacement would be a better solution If it hadn't caused problems, I would lather it with mayo and ketchup. Employees are the level of how you pay them. There are very nice employees... and rubbish where you hire people out of pity.

Far too long of a wait from the mc drive until anyone even came

No matter how often you come here, something is always forgotten. Today we made a big order for the whole family, we were in a hurry and lo and behold, we simply forgot the 6 nuggets. I'm not allowed to write what I want to say

This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. By far the dirtiest store I've ever been in. Shame on you!! No customer deserves that. EVERY table is dirty, sticky, the toilet is DISGUSTING and the floor is disgusting. For heaven's sake!!

Ridiculously half the order was missing and burgers were swimming in ketshup. Food in such a juice shop was cold and you can't even count them. Incompetent employees there and the atmosphere isn't the best either

Das Personal benötigt eine Schulung für das Anzeigesystem. Bestellungen werden nach dem diese aufgegeben wurden zwar als in zubereitung angezeigt. In kürzester Zeit werden diese als Abholbereit angezeigt aber es wurde noch nicht mal angefangen diese zusammenzustellen. Dann verschwindet die Nummer auch noch. Sobald die Bestellung dann tatsächlich fertig ist wird diese aufgerufen anstatt dass diese Korrekturlesen auf dem Display dargestellt wird. Auf den Hinweis dass das Personal dieses falsch bedient wurde mit einem schnellen Ja beantwortet und dann schnell zum nächsten zusammenstellen gewechselt. Ich habe mehrere Gäste beobachtet welche dadurch verunsichert bzw. irritiert sind weil sie abgewiesen wurden als diese auf Grund der Anzeige zum abholen gegangen sind. Update: Es hat eine weile wieder funktioniert aber heute wurde jede Bestellung sofort auf Abholbereit gesetzt... Wenn es so ein System gibt sollte es auch funktionieren. Zusätzlich ist der Türdämpfer an der Eingangstüre seit mehreren Wochen defekt und ein PC von den displaymodulen Hängt beim Bootvorgang fest. Diesmal war sogar eines der 4 Bestellterminals außer Betrieb.

Man könnte öfters die Tische putzen. Im Restaurant war es kühl und Lüftung hat stark geblasen. Die Mitarbeiter angesprochen - nur mit der Schulter gezuckt, sonst keine Reaktion.

Essen ist ok habe schon besser und schlechter bei MCD gegessen. Service ist top die Angestellten sind sehr bemüht das alte Image zu verbessern. Ich hatte Probleme mit der Bestellung es wurde zu wenig ausgegeben als bestellt und leider auch falsche Essen. Das richtige wurde ohne wenn und aber geliefert, und das falsche wurde uns auch überlassen, würde ja eh entsorgt werden. Von den Bestellterminals war einer defekt. Die Tische sind leider immer sehr dreckig und auch unter den Tischen sammelt sich so manches an. Hier ist der Service nicht bemüht die benutzten Tische und Fußböden zu reinigen.

Edit, 07.01.2023: Wieso läuft bei -3°C die Klimaanlage? Egal, an welchen Platz man sich setzt, überall strömt einem kalte Luft von oben ins Gesicht. Haben überlegt, raus zu sitzen. Dort war es mit Sicherheit 1-2°C wärmer. Das Essen wäre bestimmt auch wärmer gewesen, wenn es bei der Raumtemperatur nicht auf dem weg zum Tisch am Tablett festgefroren wäre.

Meiner Meinung nach ist der McDonald’s in saulgau einer der besten in dem ich war, weil hier das Essen super schmeckt und das Personal sehr nett ist.

Burger waren mehrmals in Folge zu kühl und Käse nicht geschmolzen.

Das Essen ist Fastfood, was nicht unbedingt sehr gesund ist. Durchaus bieder McDonald’s inzwischen auch vegetarische oder vegane Alternativen an, diese sind allerdings auch nicht sehr viel gesünder. Alles in allem, ist ein Besuch bei McDonald’s zwar mal drin, aber es sollte nicht zum alltäglichen werden. Eine ausgewogene Ernährung ist empfehlenswerter und der Besuch einer Filiale einer solchen Fastfoodkette sollte immer eine Ausnahme bleiben.

Seit Corona hat sich die Sauberkeit stark verschlechtert nicht einmal mit Aufforderung putzt der Mitarbeiter noch den Tisch. Ich habe das dann halt selber gemacht. Werde mich von diesem Restaurant wohl verhalten. Noch hier sollte es möglich sein den Tisch nach jedem Gast abzuwischen.

McDonald's ist leider nicht mehr das was es ursprünglich einmal war. Problem ist leider, wenn man über Lieferando bestellt, extrem überteuert 🤷. Muss nicht sein. Essen wird schnell pappig, wenn es abgekühlt ist. Pommes kann man leider nicht mehr genießen. Burger fallen auseinander 😕😐😑.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles okay typisch McDonald's Tische wie immer nicht abgewischt.

Was soll man da sagen, es ist halt MC Donald, ein Kind unserer Generation, wir müssen da ab und an einfach hin. Sauber Laden, tolle Innenausstattung haben die mittlerweile,freundliches Personal und es war sehr lecker 😋 😋

Überfüllt, Tische nicht sauber, kein Tischservice.

Waren nur schnell dort um ne Kleinigkeit zu essen. War soweit auch alles ok. Was gar nicht ging war die Raumtemperatur. Es war gefühlt drinnen genauso kalt wie aussen. Entweder muss man Heizkosten sparen oder die Heizung ging einfach nicht. Sorry, aber so werden wir da nicht mehr hingehen.

Manchmal dauerts am Drive in sehr lang

Sehr wenig Soße auf dem McRib und McCrispy. Haben wir schon deutlich besser bekommen bei anderen McDonalds

Auf meinem mc Rib war etwas zu wenig sosse, Toilette war auch nicht gerade die säuberste und das Rückgabe Regal für die tablets mit dem Müll war voll.

Bin so gerne hier bei Mecces, hier kann man einfach die Sehle baumeln lassen & außerdem kann hier so tun als wäre ich ein wichtiger Influencer. In Wirklichkeit bekomme ich hier große Portionen und schnurre mir Strom. Einfach toll hier in Bad A.....

Burger waren gut aber ich verstehe nicht warum es immer keine Milkshakes gibt!!

Der Laden ist nicht Hygiene frei. Im Sommer zu schwül, wozu habt ihr Klimaanlage drin, solltet ihr mal einschalten! Draußen zu wenig Sonnenschirmen! und komischerweise, jedes mal ist bei euch Schecks nicht zu haben, aber wenn, dann sind die zusamen vermischt... Könnt schließen.... oder verbessern.. es gibt ein sprich wort.. "wie der Herr im Haus, so der Hof"

Nix neues außer das der Big Tasty Bacon wieder da is was McDonald's nicht schlecht hinbekommen hat ich finde das es einer der besten Burger ist.

Ist ein Typisches Schnellrestaurant der MC Marke nichts wirklich besonderes. Das Personal ist stark gemischt zwischen echt freundlichen und kompetenten Leuten aber auch das komplette Gegenteil ist dort vertreten.
