Burger King in Waghäusel

I've never experienced something so outrageous in my life. Ordered Junior Meal twice. The nuggets and fries were ice cold and hard. I don't want to know how long they've been standing. We were wondering why it happened so quickly. We didn't receive the two menus in a child-friendly box as usual, but instead packed them in a normal bag, which the children were initially sad about. After they could no longer eat the contents, the disappointment was even greater. There were drinks for the children in paper cups. Cola, Fanta or iced tea. No high c and no fruit tiger. NEVER AGAIN

What happened a year ago was now happening again: Cola lukewarm and with very little carbonation: the burger was okay, but the fries had probably been lying around for a long time and were bone dry. I was given a new cola each time, but it didn't improve. Sorry, but this BK is really not recommended.

Worst Burger King in Germany. Inside everything has been made new and nice. Service staff OK. Burgers terribly bad. The meat was reheated several times and dried out. Fries okay.

I ordered something on Lieferando yesterday at 9 p.m., it worked great as always. Now I've been laying there all night vomiting! I've never experienced anything like that! How unhygienic you have to be!!!!

I would like to praise an employee named Halin. The service from him was very funny, kind and respectful! D

Ordered via Lieferando at 8 p.m. 2 hours later they call me and say the kitchen is already closed and if I want to cancel my order. When they said no, they said they would deliver in 30 minutes. 1 hour later I got the message that it had been delivered, even though the food never arrived. Never again. Such bad service, never seen before

The food was Burger King standard so ok! But!! Saturday lunchtime at 1 p.m., three tables with customers, no clean tables and the tray cart full to overcrowded. This is not standard! The staff wasn't visible the entire time we were there, no customers had to wait (probably no one wanted to come in) but it would have been good to tidy up the shop a bit.

I can agree with last Friday's recession. I experienced it life. The old man stood in front of me, the coffee was delivered incorrectly and there were endless waiting times, even though there wasn't much frequency. My order was also incorrect several times and the young man at the checkout was completely overwhelmed despite the low frequency. Afterwards there was a loud argument between the woman behind the counter and the young man, who was completely overwhelmed by his job. He didn't know much about the menus and was haphazard, hectic and unfocused. In addition, sometimes quite unfriendly. I have decided to avoid this branch in the future. I have never experienced such a catastrophe with a competitor, even though there was a lot going on.

Latte macchiato only tasted like water and if we hadn't said anything we wouldn't have had a latte either, we would have had coffee with milk, cold burgers, pickles that had been voted out were on it, our cola had been in the cup for so long that it almost dissolved when we ran out. We were yelled at when we complained that we waited 30 minutes - not a big order and the place really wasn't full. You still have to listen to the fact that he's alone and can't do anything about it. The colleague who obviously didn't do anything just said she didn't like technology when she was asked to look at the coffee machine... we used to be super happy but today was a complete disaster. The poor old man who came after us was quickly fobbed off and his questions ignored…. It's a shame - a real shame

Went there again today after a long time... Nothing has changed 😞 Fries were cold and very dry... Of course returned and asked for new ones. Answer: We just made them fresh, that can't be right. The new portion was surprisingly hot and not dry. Does it have to be that way? Is there no quality control? That was definitely my last visit here!

I prefer BK over MD, it always tastes better to me. Clean and good service. Adam

Craziness! Order via Lieferando. After waiting for over an hour, confirming in the app that it had already arrived and calling directly on site, I was lied to on the phone that it was on the way! 5 minutes later the order was canceled! Unbelievable... I will never set foot in there again and I recommend everyone not to! The order was placed at 9 p.m. So that means it's now after 10 p.m. and there isn't much choice left to order elsewhere... Thank you for nothing

We have now waited longer than 20 minutes just for the order! And then they don't even have the menu.!!!! We were super angry, just because of the waiting time. The best were The two workers in the kitchen. They're just chatting around and chatting while the person at the checkout probably does their best, but it's not coordinated. Better go somewhere else, not recommended.

By far the worst BK I have visited. Waited a whole 25 minutes in the drive for 1 burger, with only one car in front of me and the inside area closed. The employee is totally rude and unreasonable!

Nice facilities and much quieter than other branches. Food as always, good burgers, you'll definitely be full.

So that was the best visit to a Burger King branch of my life. Very pleasant, helpful staff, there were only two workers here and they handled everything calmly. and the food was better than other Burger King branches! I'm not exaggerating! excuse my German. Greetings from the Czech Republic!

The food was ok, it was freshly prepared and we had to wait a few minutes. But that didn't work at all, it was freezing cold in the restaurant, it was 14 degrees. I've never felt so frozen when eating.

The restaurant is actually okay except for the very long waiting times (up to 30 minutes). But almost everything was wrong with the last order. 3 out of 5 burgers were wrong and one was completely missing. The sauces were also missing. There was also an extra portion of fries. A dry portion of fries would have been better with ketchup etc. This branch used to be my favorite branch. I'll probably go to another one in the future.

The waiting times have always been a little longer, but the evening shift on June 16, 2019 made it. I stood at the drive for 15 minutes and watched as my food got cold and the drinks got warm. When I finally complained about it, I was approached by an employee. She can't help it and has only been an employee there for a week. The shift management does not have enough assertiveness to ensure that the preparation progresses faster. The next day I contacted the management about the “new” Employee A... want to complain, still waiting for a call back. It's definitely the last time I've been there and I recommend everyone to go to Hockenheim or Germersheim, where Burger King is still as it should be. If I could give negative points, this branch would get full points in this respect. Addendum: Today is August 15, 2019. I'm still waiting for a call back, but I've been put off twice more in the meantime.

I wanted to treat myself to a Whopper after work for once. Unfortunately, I was denied this because your employee prefers to stand in the kitchen and play games on her cell phone. I waited for 5 minutes and looked at her. No reaction. Then I spoke to the lady, no reaction either. Well, I finally left and opted for a delicious cheese sandwich. I don't have half an hour in the evening after the late shift, so it's bound to slip.

Taste is hairy! After my order was repeated correctly, I didn't get any sauces, got the wrong burgers, the crispy chicken was forgotten, and I repeatedly put a hair from the fries in my mouth. Something will probably be thrown into the bag and collected. The clown is probably the better choice, sadly.

The order was placed at the machine. That worked well. What struck me positively here is that the range of meatless burgers is very large. Since I didn't want to eat meat that day, I ordered two without and they tasted very good. What struck me negatively was that we had to go back to the counter twice because the order was incomplete. Nuggets were missing and a burger was incorrectly served. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though there wasn't much going on. The floor could have been cleaner. There weren't enough staff - just two men. Prices have risen significantly.

We've been going there for years, but since the renovation it's been a catastrophe in terms of taste, the burgers have been made carelessly, less content, the taste is pure catastrophe, it tastes like nothing, the cola has no carbonation, as if it had been left for a few days. It's a real shame, despite the complaint, no insight was shown. Wasn't our favorite burger now We were already surprised that there was nothing going on at around 6 p.m. Now we know why... Update: we were there again on January 7th, 2024 to give it a chance. Lo and behold, a lot has happened. They were still so good and tasty never keep it that way 👌

Cheeky service! I wanted to order online and it was hung up?! How can that be? So how something like that can be. Worst and unfriendly employee I have ever seen...

Food was okay. There were only leftover toys for the children. Heating was completely out of control. It felt like 30 degrees, several guests complained. Almost everything went wrong with our order. King Jr boxes without box and toys for the children. Wrong burger and missing nuggets. Had to complain about everything. Drinks were more than room warm and actually undrinkable. A pity.

Echt schade. Wollte nur Cola Light und 6 Chili nuggets. 3 zaeh und schmeckten so als waere sie zwei mal gebacken worden und eins war tatsächlich noch 1/2 gefroren.

Alles Top wie immer, schmeckt gut, schnell und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich

Die Sterne gehen an den Service, das Team ist immer in einer einlernphase, so wie sie sich eingespielt haben, werden sie komplett ausgetauscht, das geht schon über Jahre so. Lasst einfach mal ein Team da wo es ist. Dann werden vieleicht auch die Bewertungen besser 😉. Das ich heute statt eine Cola eine Sprite bekommen habe, welche ich absolut nicht vertrage und demnach im Menü Geldverschwendung war, ligt nicht daran das, das Personal schlecht ist, sondern das einfach daran das, dass Team neu zusammengestellt wurde und es etwas zeit Braucht bis sie sich untereinander verständigen und verbessern können. Jedesmal wenn das Team wechselt, ist das Problem der Verständigung was dann meist zu fehlerhaften Bestellungen führt. Lasst sie einfach mal da wo sie sind und zieht sie nicht ständig ab, dann wird das bestimmt mal was. Bis dahin seh ich schwarz bei dem Gedanken ob der Burger King hier noch lange existiert. Die mangelnde Kundschaft im Vergleich zu den vergangenen Jahren zeigt es ja.

Mein Partner und ich waren früher gefühlte Stammkunden bei BK. Die Burger sind halt einfach Bombe, genauso wie die Pommes. Leider kam es immer öfter und öfter dazu, dass IMMER mindest 1 Artikel vergessen wurde. Haben uns also dann dazu entschlossen nicht mehr dort essen zu gehen. Heute hatten wir zum ersten Mal wieder richtig Lust drauf, weshalb wir hin gefahren sind und was ist passiert? Sie haben wieder die Chili Cheese Fries vergessen, trotz dass es auf der Rechnung aufgelistet ist. Ich verstehe ja dass das mal passieren kann wenn Full House ist, aber wenn a) Nix los ist und b) das JEDES Mal passiert dann vergeht einem auch irgendwann die Lust. Bitte BK, ändert das unbedingt!!

Neue Einrichtung, aber elektronische Speisen Anzeige wechselt viel zu schnell, man kann gar nicht in Ruhe auswählen.

Food was good as usually. But delivery service was beyond my expectations tonight. It was VERY fast and it was assistant manager himself delivering the food. Very polite guy. I just hope he will stay working there because this Burger King needs more people like him!!

Als Vegetarier habe ich mittlerweile eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten . Bin gehbehindert und das Essen wurde mir an den Tisch gebracht , allerdings war auch nicht viel los . Ansonsten alles sauber und gepflegt . Bis auf die Tatsache dass auf der Toilette die Flüssigseife aus war , keine Beanstandung .

Seht gut, habe noch sehr spät über Lieferando bestellt, trotz das Abends viele Bestellungen reingegangen sind wurde das Essen pünktlich geliefert, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Das Essen ist wie in jedem anderen Burgerking auch. Der Service ist super freundlich und hier ist auch meistens sehr wenig los. Da es hier keine Klimaanlage gibt läd es aktuell aber nicht wirklich zum bleiben ein.

Muss jetzt erstmal einen Lob aussprechen. Die Burger King Filiale hat sich regelrecht verbessert. Die Hamburger sind echt heiss und lecker und die Pommes sind super knusprig besser als bei MC Donalds

War nach einer Weile mal wieder dort. Toll die Inneneinrichtung ist endlich modern und nicht mehr kaputt. Dafür sind jetzt einige Mitarbeiter nicht an einer Kundenbedienung interessiert. Andere sind sogar unfreundlich. Nunja. Der Burger war zumindest warm und die Pommes heiß. Das kann der BurgerKing in Bruchsal in beiden Punkten besser.

Ein Doppelwhopper-Menü mit extra Käse + Bacon, die dazugehörige Pommes mit Mayo und eine Sprite war die Bestellung am Self-Order-Terminal. Zuerst einen einfachen Whopper bekommen. Danach einen Doppelwhopper ohne extra Käse + Bacon, erst der dritte Versuch glückte. Ihr zahlt für eine Scheibe Scheiblettenkäse 1 € extra und für die paar Streifen Bacon, ebenfalls 1 € zusätzlich. Der Käse war nicht verlaufen und meine Pommes mittlerweile kalt geworden! Mein Fazit = für über 10 € trotz Gutschein einen Service erhalten, das man glaubt das Personal dort macht dies zum allerersten mal.

Schade, das Personal braucht zu lange, unser Essen (Pommes) war schon kalt. Einiges wurde vergessen. Vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass zu wenig Personal vor Ort war

Der Laden versagt von A-Z die Burger sind kalt, das Brot ist hart und schmeckt nach Zwiebeln obwohl in den Chlli Cheese Burger keine gehören. Cola ohne Kohlensäure. Die Pommes sehen aus wie Reststücke. Das Geld ist es zumindest bei diesem BK nicht wert. Ganz egal ob zum Mitnehmen oder vor Ort essen es ist immer das selbe. Lächerlich..

Was soll man sagen ist halt ein Bürger King. Personal war leider unterbesetzt deswegen hat der Kassierer gleichzeitig auch noch den drive gemacht.

Lange warten und Ketchup war aus, auf den Bürgern war nicht mal der Käse geschmolzen und waren nur lauwarm.

Essen wie gewohnt bei BK. Allerdings ist es heute 18.12.22 extrem kalt. Wir sind mal gespannt, wann der Inhaber merkt , das hier schon seit Jahren vieles nicht rund läuft. Vileicht sind es aber auch die Anweisungen des Arbeitgebers, warum vieles nicht rund läuft. Wir geben die Hoffnung nicht auf das auch dieser BK zu einem richtigen BK wird.

Der Umbau des Gastraumes hat positiv auf mich gewirkt. Der Raum hat nun ein sehr viel helleres Ambiente erhalten und die Sitzgruppen wurden umgestaltet. Bei unserem Besuch waren zwar die Angebots-Werbemonitore noch nicht aufgehängt, wir wussten aber durch die BK- App schon grob was wir bestellen wollen. Bedienung war freundlich bei der persönlichen Bestellung an der Theke. Die Speisen waren frisch und auch Eis gab es noch trotz später Bestellung 15min. vor Toresschluss. Toll ! War ein guter Besuch.

Bardzo miła i szybka obsługa. Jedzenie i ceny, jak to w Burger Kingu. Bardzo dużo miejsca parkingowych, darmowe ładowanie pojazdów oraz dobrze widoczny i łatwy dojazd.

Alles gut. Übliches Fastfood. Bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, Freundliches Personal Rollstuhlgerecht, kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Anwesen zum Teil sogar überdacht Auch food zum mitnehmen/MC drive
