Super Pizza-Service in Stuttgart

Lieferando does not deliver the order and does not care about refunding the money.

RIP-OFF AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered 2 weeks ago via Lieferando. My order was paid for via PAYPAL. Since it was already quite late, I was called by the delivery service and was told that the delivery could no longer be made. I was also assured that the delivery service Super Pizza-Service Lieferando would be contacted directly so that I could have my money transferred back to my PAYPAL account the next day. After a week I still had no money in my account. So I called the delivery service again to ask why I hadn't received a refund yet. Again I was assured that it would be taken care of and that I would receive my money as quickly as possible. Today, two weeks after not receiving the order, the third conversation with the delivery service as there is still no money in my account. This time a very unfriendly employee brushed me off and kept telling me I had to take care of it myself and he couldn't do anything because the boss wasn't there. In my opinion, the employee was just too lazy to write down my order number again and contact Lieferando/pass it on. No excuse or anything like that for chasing my money for 2 weeks!! It was made out as if I had made the mistake. The statement was made: ''I don't know what my colleagues told you, but that's not true that we're taking care of it. It's up to you how you get your money back. '' The best example of how you can lose customers. I will no longer order from this delivery service and will now try to get my money back via Lieferando.

The pizza delivery guy was nice and the pizza was okay, unfortunately I can't say anything more positive. When we ordered it was stated that delivery would take 25-40 minutes. After sending the order it was already 50-70 minutes. We then waited 80 minutes... After 105 minutes we received a notification that our order was on the way... The pasta... inedible: overcooked pasta, not really warm, cream sauce a finished product, totally bland and tasteless, salmon totally overcooked and dry and just disgusting A PITY

An hour late. Hamburger was burnt, fries were soggy. I threw everything away

Rarely do I throw away food. But from the sauce that tasted so bad, to the soggy spring rolls and totally dry rice... it was inedible.

Had an upset stomach afterwards. Never again
