Update 09/04: jr whopper were lukewarm even though we ordered extra ingredients?? New bonus system can only be used at the checkout, even though there are self-service terminals??? When I asked how you could book it into your account, they said it would only work if you asked. Why don't the employees point out the new bonus system to us??? Do only what is necessary and nothing more... Bad.... New BK, I think it tastes better than in Karlsruhe?? It's bigger now than it used to be, you're served quickly, and the food comes quickly. Ambiance is nice. There are finally enough parking spaces now, compared to before...

In itself a very solid shop with a nice and competent team. The food is good as you would expect from Burger King (depending on your tastes). But what disappointed me a bit was the place and the restaurant itself. The toilets were reasonably clean, but there are always a few people who are just very untidy.

If you like BK you will find it here. Ordering and processing the fast food was as quick as usual, the food tasted as good as always

We were tourists, When our machine didnt work and the machine told us to order at the desk she looked as if it was our fault. When it was clear our German wasnt all that good, she didnt make an effort to speak slower or try to speak English I normally love bk and in Belgium its normal that the workers are polite

Unfriendly man, a little older, is extremely annoyed and lets the customer feel it. In addition, the fries were still raw and the bag to take away was incomplete!

You actually expect more quality from Burger King. There isn't really any cleanliness here either, the floor is dirty and sticky.

Everyone there should be ashamed!!! I tried to order 3 tablets and there was an error in each one. Hardly anyone could speak German. Nobody could really help. We didn't order anything and then we left. We don't go there anymore.

Although the young man in service was really nice and actually gave good advice, instead of vegan burgers I was foisted on the meat version and in charred form too. The burger roaster apparently told the young man this so secretly that I noticed it well. Actually, I should have returned these disgusting burgers straight away, but I didn't feel like arguing and so they're now lying here in the trash can at the hotel. Sad... After the many disgusting scandals, I finally decided to try it again and then this confirmation... I'll stick with McDonald's if it has to be fast food.

Never again have I ordered a double wopper cheese with extra cheese, the extra cheese was missing, only discussions with the staff and in the end I paid for 4 cheeses and only received 2. Dirty shop

I currently regularly order a King Fusion every two weeks, usually on the weekend, and I have to say that I have regularly been disappointed when it comes to the amount of ice cream. Only a third was filled. In my opinion, it's a complete impudence for the price quoted!

Warning: Don't order more than one burger or something similar unless you really have a huge hole in your stomach. At first I thought: "7€ for a burger... more expensive than MC's". But when I saw the burger, I thought the €7 was almost too cheap. The taste was also convincing. A burger fills you up quickly and easily. Not like at Mc's: 4 burgers, you're full and you're sick. Service was very friendly. Ambience was okay, but nothing that would completely blow my socks off. I can really highly recommend it!

Maggots in the catering area (see picture) the health department should take a look. I don't come here to eat anymore

It's easy to reach, but the staff is usually unfriendly and often sick at work. (doesn't work at all) it's a shame actually

Like everywhere else the same munch. It won't really fill you up, but it's cheap.

The food is really great! The location is also very good, everything is clean, etc. The service is always friendly. I ate here again on Saturday morning and the little Asian girl with short to medium length dark hair served me extremely friendly!

It says on google maps that it's open at the moment. We drove all the way there to have a snack but it was closed. Smh. Edit: OK, they appologized and I am adding a photo of the notice that is now on every table. Cool. 😁

Actually, I was always happy with this Burger King, but now you're often served some kind of inferior rubbish. Today 05.01.24 9 p.m. some disgusting burger buns that don't look like the normal ones from Burger King. They looked and tasted like they were pulled out of the trash can.

The better McDonald's :) Service is also top and faster than its competitors.

Small Burger King at a gas station. There are only a few parking spaces. And therefore few seats. Therefore a point deduction for the ambience.

Mein Besuch bei Burger King war äußerst erfreulich. Die freundliche Art und der hervorragende Service von Mitarbeiter 38 haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und lecker, und die Mitarbeiter sorgten dafür, dass wir uns willkommen fühlten. Wir freuen uns auf weitere Besuche und bedanken uns herzlich bei Mitarbeiter 38 und dem gesamten Team für ihre hervorragende Gastfreundschaft.

Ein BurgerKing wie man ihn kennt. Alle Burger wurden frisch gemacht.

Wie immer war es gigantisch. -Super schnell - ganz Frisch +++ und während der Wartezeit konnte man super beobachten wie das *BK-TEAM* unter Führung von Frau Paul perfekt in Harmonie und Einklang dafür sorgt schnellstens sein Essen zu bekommen 💚

Ich war heute ausnahmsweise in einem FastfoodRestaurant essen und habe selten ein so sympathisches und gut gelauntes Service-Team erlebt. Absolut perfekt. Vielen DANK 🙏

Burger King será siempre un b²uen restaurante de comida rápida, supera en creses a la competencia, así colones ve en publicidad las hamburguesas, así nos las dieron, así saben, además las vegetarianas son ricas. Pienso que son de mejor calidad las de Londres que las de aquí.

Ik was niet weg van de frieten... de sfeer in het restaurant was koud, weinig decoratie. Personeel was vriendelijk en ook de ijs achteraf was meer dan in orde.

Ich gehe bereits schon jahrelang zu diesem Burger King und bin stets zufrieden damit und gehe immer wieder dort hin. Dort gibt es nun auch die Automaten zum bestellen aber für die etwas ältere Gäste ist auch noch das normale bestellen am Schalter möglich mit Barzahlung.

Kann man schnell und satt essen.

Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich glaube ich wurde selten so freundlich bedient wie am gestrigen Sonntag Abend. Die veganen Burger waren top. Hier komme ich gerne noch einmal hin.

Wir waren am 10.08.23 dort Essen. Das Ambiente und das Essen war gut, gehen eher selten zu Burger King. Aber werden nun öfters kommen da wir dort die aller Netteste und Sympathischste Servicekraft erleben durften, daher die vollen 5 Sterne! Die Servicekraft an der Kasse mit den längeren blonden Haaren war noch am Einlernen, aber sowas Freundliches mit einem Lächeln erlebt man sehr selten irgendwo als Kunde. TOP ! Das einzige Kriterium ist, dass auf meinem King's Bacon & Cheese die Rote Zwiebel Marmelade gefehlt hat, habe es aber erst spät gemerkt da ich diesen Burger zum ersten mal gegessen habe und eine Reklamation dann unnötig wäre da ich schon so gut wie fertig war mit dem Essen.

Schön umgebaut, scheint alles sauber von vorne betrachtet. Personal ok, leider waren die Bürger und auch die Pommes NICHT heiß. Ich finde so lauwarme Pommes u Burger einfach ein Zeichen dafür, dass sie nicht richtig oder frisch zubereitet werden. Obwohl dies auch auf einem Plakat im Laden stand. Wir bereiten jeden burger frisch zu, deshalb sollte man Verständnis haben wenn es ein wenig dauert. Ich hätte gerne noch 5 min länger für einen heißen burger gewartet. Vllcht beim nächsten Mal

Toile d'araignée dans les lampes , Toilettes plein de pisse et fuite d'eau qu'on marche dedans. C'est pas la première fois il est déjà arrivé que l'eau des toilettes arrive jusqu'à dans la salle et ça sentait mauvais.

Bei Bürger King schmeckt es einfach richtig gut

Ich wollte eigentlich an diesen neuen Displays bestellen, weil ich ne angststörung habe, aber die Bedienung meinte ich könnte auch an der Theke bestellen. 😒 Jedenfalls hab ich mich selbst mal wieder überschätzt und viel zu viel bestellt und jetzt ist mir nach 2 Burgern, 6 ChickenNuggets und einem Eis verdammt schlecht. Die nächste Zeit verbringe ich jetzt erstmal auf der Toilette aber immerhin kann ich dabei eine Krone tragen.

Vies eten, alsof er op gekotst was. Onaardige slechte service, geen cola. Helemaal verschrikkelijk. We gaan nooit meer naar de Burger King!

Ist halt burger King aber ist mit Abstand der beste in umkreis mitarbeiter arbeiten Jahrzehnte lang also das sagt mehr als tausendworte und ein Mitarbeiter hat in sein Fingernadel ein kulli da mit hakt er die Bestellungen ab ist aber momentan der einzige Burger King denn ich vertrau

In dieser Filiale gibt es keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sehr sterile Einrichtung. Die Tomaten auf dem Burger waren nur geviertelt und von schlechter Qualität. Der Burger war durch diese Tomaten matschig und durchgeweicht. Ungenießbares, eckelhaftes Grünzeug war auch drauf. Mit Sicherheit kein Salat, eher Unkraut. Pommes waren gut.
