Burger King in Rastatt

Wir waren nach einem Festival dort, um was zu essen leider wurden Fehler bei der Bestellung gemacht wir haben ein falsches Produkt zu einer vergießen Bestellung bekommen leider mit Fleisch, nach Nachfrage und Beschwerde war das Personal leider nicht einsichtig eher bockig schlecht drauf und es wurde uns vorgeworfen der Fehler läge bei uns. Daraufhin musste die Geschäftsleitung eingeschaltet werden, diese war einsichtig aber wirkte auch eher genervt und schien so als würde sie ja sagen müssen ohne jegliche Einsicht. Schaden sind bessere Filialen gewohnt.

Normaler BK. Parken mindestens 10 Plätze. Toilette in Ordnung.

Diese Filiale hat sich durch ihe freundliches Personal sehr abgehoben von anderen Filialen die wir schon besuchten. Auch ein Sonderwunsch wurde beachtet. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und die Tische, sogar auch die Sitzbänke, wurden regelmäßig geputzt und waren sehr sauber.

Guter Burgerking und nette Kassiererinen, nur diese blöden Automaten zum Bestellen sind total bedienerunfreundlich und meistens klappt es auch nicht mit Coupons die online verfügbar sind

Finde es eine absolute Frechheit dass es hier keinen MC Drive gibt und ich ernsthaft meine Schuhe wieder anziehen musste um den Laden zu betreten. Dafür war der Mensch an dieser Kasse besonders nett und hat mir meine Chilly Cheese Nuggets geschenkt. Küss dein Auge Bruder ♥️🤞

Absolut unverschämt ich war heute bei BK in Rastatt zuerst wurden wir aufmerksam gemacht das die Tablets nicht gehen also alle 4 ausgefallen sehr komisch naja gut wir wollten uns den Appetit nicht vermiesen lassen darauf wurde uns dann noch gesagt das es kein trinken gäbe nur wasser nach dem ich dann fragte ob die Getränke dann aus den Menüs genommen werden war die Antwort der Angestellten Nein ich muss Wasser trinken bzw das Getränk normal bezahlen entweder mit wasser oder halt nichts aber zahlen müsste ich es sowas unverschämtes hab ich noch nie erlebt letztes mal bei BK.... kein guter Umgang mit Kunden!!!!! Wenn ich als Filiale ein Problem mit meiner Technik habe ist das euer Problem aber das Problem auf den Kunden umzulegen geht garnicht !!!!!!!!!

Zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Und dazu noch ein schmutziger Boden.

Ekelhaft! Kinderhochstühle vollgeschmiert, alles dreckig, und vermüllt. Hier will man nicht essen🤢

Guter Ort für einen Burger King. Allerdings gibt es jetzt keinen Spielplatz.

Schlimmster Burger King!!!! Nach 45 min immer noch nicht die Bestellung erhalten! Mitarbeiter schlafen ein beim Arbeiten!!! Wir wollten das dann stornieren weil wir keine Zeit mehr hatten, wurde auch verneint !!!

Kommt drauf an wer im Service arbeit

Wir haben 3 Burger bestellt... Beim Plant Based Cheeseburger wurde der Plant Based Bacon dazu bestellt, für 60 Cent, der war auch drauf, aber nur ein Bacon Streifen??? Und dafür 60 Cent....ein paar Tage zuvor war ich in einem anderen Burger King und da waren immerhin 2 drauf. Zusätzlich war der Burger kalt obwohl er vermeintlich frisch zubereitet worden ist? Bei den anderen beiden Burgern wurde der Salat abbestellt, war aber drauf, naja nicht so schlimm, kann man ja abmachen. Aber leider haben die Röstzwiebeln für 50 Cent Aufpreis komplett gefehlt. Es war auch nicht voll, wir waren die einzigen dort, es kann also nicht am Stress gelegen haben. Daher habe ich kein Verständnis wie man eine Bestellung so versauen kann.. Leider alles in allem eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir kommen wahrscheinlich nicht wieder.

Sehr gut essen wird schnell zu bereitet und warm gebracht man kann sich nicht beschweren es ist einfach eine gut burgeking Filiale welche auch bei den Aktionen mit macht

Ich habe für meine Familie essen bestellt dann sagen die das es zu viel ist vor alle. So respektlos.

Als Familie haben wir hier einen ausgesprochen freundlichen Service erlebt. nachdem wir unsere Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, haben wir diese wie selbstverständlich an den Tisch gebracht bekommen. Außerdem Hat uns die nette Bedienung gefragt, ob wir das Eis lieber später möchten, damit es nicht verläuft. So einen Service habe ich noch nie in einem Fastfood Restaurant erlebt!

Je nachdem, welche Mitarbeiter Dienst haben, läuft es super oder schlecht. Wenn es super läuft, passt alles. An schlechten Tagen dauert es ewig, die Hälfte fehlt und das Essen steht lange im Warmhalteregal

Sauberes Restaurant mit Sitzgelegenheiten auch draussen. Super freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, gerne wieder.

Burger King ist mein Ersatz für MD... Nachdem ich Plastik in meinem Hamburger gefunden habe, mache ich mir jetzt wirklich Sorgen, wenn ich in Cafés oder Restaurants etwas esse, das gemischte Speisen enthält. Glaub mir. Einmal im Monat gönne ich mir so ein Essen, und es ist immer gut: sehr lecker, frisch, sauber, nicht überfüllt und schnelles Personal. Ich esse einen langen Hamburger und ein Getränk mit Gewürzen.

Da ich meine Meinung scheinbar nicht ehrlich abgeben darf kann ich nur noch sagen, meidet diesen Laden! :) , Essen ist kalt und es fehlt so ziemlich alles was man bestellt, darauf kann man verzichten.

In der App und bei Google waren sie geöffnet, aber nein, sie waren immer noch geschlossen.

Mitarbeiter sind nicht angenehm. Ich komme nicht mehr.

The fries were good, but they deliberately served me the food without the cheese dip I ordered because they were out of it. I only got my money back after asking for it. The burgers were soggy. The coupon code didn't work because it wasn't "available." But when I created it individually and paid €8 more, funnily enough, it was all there.

Drove there for nothing. Even though it was supposed to be open on a Sunday, at 9:00 PM the lights were off and it was closed. Turned off the highway for nothing. Unreliable store.

The food wasn't tasty. The wings looked like they'd been double-fried. There was no Coke Zero, none of the advertised special burgers, and no tortillas.

The employees are simply too slow! Other branches are much faster!

The burgers 🍔 were freshly prepared and tasty. Cleanliness is good. There's no drive-thru, but there's plenty of parking.

This Burger King is truly amazing. The staff is friendly, and the food was all fresh and still warm. The staff regularly walks around and cleans the floors. One of the best Burger King restaurants in terms of taste. Truly top-notch. 👍👍👍😁

All the order terminals were broken. Thank goodness!! I hate those things. The order was taken personally at the counter and processed immediately. Special requests were no problem either. Very friendly staff. Everything was good.

Next to a gas station Long service for no apparent reason Thin, dull fries are much better at BK in France The drink had a weird bleach/chemical taste - one of us couldn't even drink it because the taste was so strong 2 stars just for the employees who do their best (I guess?)

Unfriendly, and we were told we'd get a tortilla, but strangely, it wasn't there anymore. The food wasn't that good either, and the restroom smelled really bad. And apparently, they didn't serve coffee anymore, either. On top of that, the person didn't want to give me my change.

Update 02/28/25 Similar problems with the masturbation terminals, codes are not accepted, but it works at the checkout. Apparently the salad at the jr whoppers is proportionate to size, so big and cold that they let the burger cool down so much. I guess I'll have to come to terms with it. No matter where it was, the same problem. Therefore, no more deductions for preparation. The long-standing staff also knows me, which was nice. There are hardly any discussions here like in other BKs when it comes to redeeming codes. Everything was satisfactory. My kids were happy and so was I, keep it up in Rastatt Update 9/4/23: jr whopper were lukewarm even though we ordered extra ingredients?? New bonus system can only be used at the checkout, even though there are self-service terminals??? When I asked how you could book it into your account, they said it would only work if you asked. Why don't the employees point out the new bonus system to us??? Do only what is necessary and nothing more... Bad.... New BK, I think it tastes better than in Karlsruhe?? It's bigger now than it used to be, you're served quickly, and the food comes quickly. Ambiance is nice. There are finally enough parking spaces now, compared to before...

Hung over the toilet the whole time, FOOD POISONING!! Do your health a favor and don't eat there. In addition, the employees at the checkout are incompetent and you don't understand them.

Beautiful is different, but unfortunately cleanliness is not very important here. Staff often annoyed and extremely long waiting times.

When I was there there was almost nothing going on. Two employees stand bored at the cash register instead of cleaning the dirty and sticky tables. When I wanted to hand over my tray, they didn't accept it, but instead pointed me to the storage compartments. Absolutely underground.

Never again at Burger King Rastatt in the evening!!! I was at BK Rastatt on January 10, 2025 in the evening around 8 p.m. What kind of clientele is in there is really bad that you lose your appetite. Lots of young teenagers in sweatpants who spend their citizens' money because they look like they don't work or have an education. And the really bad thing was, every second word was Digga Digga Digga!!!! My goodness, the poor youth these days, is that the first word you learn when you go to secondary school or to Germany? I really couldn't hear it anymore, Yo Digga the burger Digga tastes really good Digga!!! Boy boy boy, where is this going to lead? The future of Germany does not look rosy. My food was tasty, except for the price of 20€ for 1 person Digga :-D

I ordered large fries with a sauce here. But I only got small fries without a mess. After discussing with staff and they convinced me that I didn't order a snack lol. In addition, the seller was tired and speaks German poorly.

Personal: unmotiviert Burger: kalt, Fleisch furztrocken, Brötchen brüchig und süß Bestellte Chicken Nuggets: Man gab uns vegane Nuggets mit Fazit: „Schuster bleib bei Deinen Leisten“! Vielleicht sollte BK sich mal wieder auf sein Kerngeschäft mehr konzentrieren. Vegan wird immer weiter ausgebaut und gehyped, dagegen werden gute Sachen immer mehr aus dem Sortiment genommen(Fish King, Chicken Wings). Schade, wir gehen zur Konkurrenz!

CPN with Burger King is an interesting solution

This is not a restaurant as is always said. Me and my girlfriend went to Burger King today, December 2nd, 2024 at around 6:30 p.m. and ordered something to eat and then we were there for about 1.5 hours and also charged our cell phones and shortly before we wanted to leave We were then thrown out even though we ate something and behaved like normal guests. I think if you run a restaurant like this then something like that shouldn't happen. The food wasn't that good this time either because it gave us diarrhea and that's why we stayed so long because we kept having to go to the toilet. Other guests at this time behaved like pigs and threw food at each other and shouted loudly - they weren't even warned - at McDonald's it's much better and friendlier. As we came and went we noticed that the tables were very dirty and that they weren't cleaned well. Some of the rubbish on the tables from the guests in front of them wasn't very appetizing.

Would nominate Burger King for the best in Germany. The food is always made fresh, the tables are wiped regularly and the staff are ALWAYS very friendly - which rarely happens these days. Everything in McDonalds just tastes like cardboard, which is why it's the only fast food restaurant I still go to every now and then and you're never disappointed! Big compliments to the team, please keep it up!

In itself a very solid shop with a nice and competent team. The food is good as you would expect from Burger King (depending on your tastes). But what disappointed me a bit was the place and the restaurant itself. The toilets were reasonably clean, but there are always a few people who are just very untidy.

If you like BK you will find it here. Ordering and processing the fast food was as quick as usual, the food tasted as good as always

We were tourists, When our machine didnt work and the machine told us to order at the desk she looked as if it was our fault. When it was clear our German wasnt all that good, she didnt make an effort to speak slower or try to speak English I normally love bk and in Belgium its normal that the workers are polite

Unfriendly man, a little older, is extremely annoyed and lets the customer feel it. In addition, the fries were still raw and the bag to take away was incomplete!

So, with all my love, something like that just doesn't work. Ordered 3 drinks, Cola twice and iced tea older behind the counter! You ask him very politely which of these would be the best! “THAT’S WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT!!!!!!!! Logical thinking would be appropriate!!!!! So I think you have missed your job or are simply very unhappy with your life!!!

You actually expect more quality from Burger King. There isn't really any cleanliness here either, the floor is dirty and sticky.

Everyone there should be ashamed!!! I tried to order 3 tablets and there was an error in each one. Hardly anyone could speak German. Nobody could really help. We didn't order anything and then we left. We don't go there anymore.

Although the young man in service was really nice and actually gave good advice, instead of vegan burgers I was foisted on the meat version and in charred form too. The burger roaster apparently told the young man this so secretly that I noticed it well. Actually, I should have returned these disgusting burgers straight away, but I didn't feel like arguing and so they're now lying here in the trash can at the hotel. Sad... After the many disgusting scandals, I finally decided to try it again and then this confirmation... I'll stick with McDonald's if it has to be fast food.

Never again have I ordered a double wopper cheese with extra cheese, the extra cheese was missing, only discussions with the staff and in the end I paid for 4 cheeses and only received 2. Dirty shop

I currently regularly order a King Fusion every two weeks, usually on the weekend, and I have to say that I have regularly been disappointed when it comes to the amount of ice cream. Only a third was filled. In my opinion, it's a complete impudence for the price quoted!

Warning: Don't order more than one burger or something similar unless you really have a huge hole in your stomach. At first I thought: "7€ for a burger... more expensive than MC's". But when I saw the burger, I thought the €7 was almost too cheap. The taste was also convincing. A burger fills you up quickly and easily. Not like at Mc's: 4 burgers, you're full and you're sick. Service was very friendly. Ambience was okay, but nothing that would completely blow my socks off. I can really highly recommend it!

The food is really great! The location is also very good, everything is clean, etc. The service is always friendly. I ate here again on Saturday morning and the little Asian girl with short to medium length dark hair served me extremely friendly!

It says on google maps that it's open at the moment. We drove all the way there to have a snack but it was closed. Smh. Edit: OK, they appologized and I am adding a photo of the notice that is now on every table. Cool. 😁

Actually, I was always happy with this Burger King, but now you're often served some kind of inferior rubbish. Today 05.01.24 9 p.m. some disgusting burger buns that don't look like the normal ones from Burger King. They looked and tasted like they were pulled out of the trash can.

The better McDonald's :) Service is also top and faster than its competitors.
