You immediately feel welcome and notice that the store places great value on a pleasant customer experience. The decor is simple but stylish - perfect for grabbing a quick snack or sitting down comfortably. *Eat:* Now to the most important point – the *Çiğ Köfte* itself! It's just fantastic. The *freshness* and *spice* are unbeatable. The *meat* (or the vegetarian version, which I often use here) is perfectly seasoned and the consistency is just right - not too firm, but not too loose either. The *spice mixture* is a dream – intense and harmonious at the same time. You can immediately tell that the emphasis here is on *fresh ingredients*, because every element tastes the way it should.
