By far the best pizza delivery service in Rastatt! We order here regularly. The Italian desserts are also super delicious. You can tell that fresh ingredients are used. The only small point of criticism: the yogurt salad dressing could be spicier.

!!! Impudence!!! Ordered via Lieferando with a delivery time of 25-50 minutes. Called after 90 minutes and asked and was told the food was on the way (400m away). After another 30 minutes I called to cancel the order, I should be passed on to the boss. After briefly describing my concerns, I was cheeky and said that when I asked for compensation in the form of a drink, no decision could be made, it was probably not the boss after all, so I was being lied to and would argue stupidly. It's a shame for the boss that he has such staff.

Food is uniquely delicious but delivery times are extremely long. We have ordered several times and the last 3 deliveries took over 1.5 hours. We will not accept this again and will not order again. The stated delivery time is not met. A pity. The dishes are highly recommended.

We have been customers since you opened and have passed on our enthusiasm for your pizzas (by far the best in the area) to friends and acquaintances. You are welcome to take a look at our order history. Even after your bumpy start at Lieferando due to increased workloads, correspondingly long delivery times and sometimes incorrectly delivered food, we continued to order from you. Unfortunately, when it comes to orders recently, the quality of the pizzas has noticeably decreased. So when ordering today I took the liberty of expressing the wish that the pizzas should be prepared as they were in the beginning. We then received a call from an employee who wanted to explain what this request meant. The meaning is self-explanatory and the employee still repeated several times that nothing had changed in the quality of the pizzas and that they should have complained by phone immediately after receiving the pizzas and asked why this was not done, so there was nothing he could do. He started arguing, even though we weren't even complaining, just expressing a completely legitimate request. We didn't complain about anything, didn't voice any complaints, didn't get anything for free, just a high quality pizza. It's really a shame, there's another way to appreciate it! We ordered yesterday and a delivery time of 60 minutes was given. After more than 1 1/2 hours we called and they said it had to come any minute... after a total of 2 hours the food came. What annoys me the most is that there was no apology on the phone or from the driver. Pizza was ok, pasta too dry.

No more! It couldn't be more unfriendly. I ordered pizza there online and specified the time as “as soon as possible” with the hope that it would be quicker than a fixed time. The email said it could take about 45 minutes, which isn't a big deal. After an hour I called there and was treated very unfriendly. I asked whether the order was already on the way and how long it would take. The time that I could have specified beforehand had already passed by 10 minutes. I explained this to the man on the phone. He reacted immediately unfriendly. I was advised to select an exact time period next time. But that wouldn't have helped, as even this period was missed by almost 20 minutes. This makes me wonder whether the term “as quickly as possible” was not understood. In any case, the incompetence of the impudent man cannot be surpassed. Punctuality is not a priority here either! He said if I wanted quick food I should go to McDonalds. Well, at least the staff there would be friendlier. Hope this teaches the man not to treat his customers like that. The customer is king is a complete stranger here!

Yesterday on April 20th, 2024 at 3:20 p.m. me and my extremely hungry colleague stood in front of locked gates. It had to be a mistake... No, that wasn't a mistake, that was a tough calculation. My colleague even had the Google search query from around 3:00 p.m. (!) open, which showed that the restaurant opens at 3:00 p.m. At the same time, I started the search query from my smartphone and lo and behold: I get 5:00 p.m. 🤣 My colleague looks at me in disbelief and can't believe his eyes.... he reloads his search query and suddenly it says 5:00 p.m.!!!!! Nobody believes us... the opening times were changed to 5 p.m. shortly after 3 p.m. Guys, you make really good food but that's not possible. Both of us also traveled over half an hour from outside.

Why do you put sour seafood on a pizza. Awful. I've never had a sour seafood pizza in all of Italy.

After a 1.5 hour maintenance... it was worth it. It tasted good...that's why 3 stars.

The homepage is a disaster! When ordering online, €131 is displayed and you do not receive a confirmation by email. 148€ will then be due upon delivery. When someone called, the criticism was not accepted at all... What a shame!

Ate truffle pasta in Rome last year, it couldn't hold a candle to Casa Sizilia's pasta. Always very friendly suppliers, always worth recommending!!

Delicious! I am very satisfied and would happily order again! The pasta and pizza were really very good, although the pizza could have been a little more seasoned for my taste. However, the tomato sauce was particularly tasty and complemented the taste of the pizza perfectly. I would particularly like to mention the friendly and courteous service. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The delivery time was also okay, my order arrived on time. All in all, I will definitely order from you again and will of course recommend you to others. You're doing a good job! Keep it up!!!

Finally a real Italian with good pizza. The price is also completely reasonable. Fast delivery, no excessive minimum order value.

Bought arancini today, unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations. As Italians we are very disappointed, no comparison with our original arancini from our beautiful Sicily. You can't call them arancini, I would call them lump balls.. sorry

We were very happy with the food. It was prepared very quickly. The taste was absolutely fine. The staff are very friendly on site and the price-performance ratio is okay. Just keep it up again. The delivery service is also fine, everything is warm.

We have already ordered several times and have always been very satisfied. Today, however, we were disappointed. The delivery time was twice as long as stated - that can be a fact Happen on Sunday evening. However, what is a no-go for allergy sufferers: ingredients on the pizza that are not on the menu. But the crowning glory was the hair in the salad.

Feedback and response. The salad was fresh.......then I don't want to see sslat from them that is 1 day old. My order was included in the collection for Mercedes-Benz Rastatt!!!!!!! There will be no more food for me from their house. That was beyond disgusting!!!!! Had an Italian salt to pick up. This was by far the worst salad I have ever eaten. Several lettuce leaves that were already rotten were used. The yogurt dressing had no taste. Just tasted like yogurt without any spice. Couldn't eat the salad and had to throw it away. It's a shame about the 10€.

Nach dem Essen der Trüffel Pizza ins Krankenhaus gekommen wegen Lebensmittel Vergiftung das Essen vom Kumpel war ok meine Pizza leider nicht geschmeckt hatte sie werde kein fuss mehr in den Laden machen

Heute leider ein absoluter Reinfall gewesen. Nach 1,5 (!) Stunden kam das Essen an. Die Pizza war inklusive Karton durchweicht und ungenießbar, alle weiteren Gerichte waren nur noch lauwarm bis kalt. Geschmacklich waren wenigstens die Nudeln noch in Ordnung. Bei dem Preis einfach nur sehr ärgerlich!

Ein nettes kleines Geschäft. Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Personal 👍🏽 werde auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen 👌🏼

Das Essen ist super lecker! Sei es Pizza, Pasta und Salat. Bis jetzt hat das Essen immer geschmeckt, der Service war immer freundlich und der Lieferservice ist auch top!

Also ich bewerte sehr selten auf Google, aber endlich gibt es eine tolle Steinofenpizza die zu mir nach Hause kommt. Jede Pizza sieht anders aus weil sie handgemacht sind! Bisher waren alle Bestellungen super lecker und frisch. Bei Vorbestellungen waren es immer +-10 Minuten. Und wenn es doch mal länger ging, war der Telefonkontakt immer freundlich. Das passiert und ist normal, gibt immer Umstände warum das Essen mal länger dauert. Bitte das Niveau halten!!! Und was cool wäre: wenn man die Nudeln mit Saucen frei kombinieren könnte :) Macht weiter so!

Die Jungs und Mädels von Casa Sicilia machen definitiv die beste Pizza in Rastatt. Der Service ist klasse und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Weiter so!!!

Update: Zwischenzeitlich habe ich noch einige Male bestellt, leider war die Lieferzeit jedesmal total lang. Teilweise mehr als 1,5 Stunden, an unterschiedlichen Tagen und Zeiten. Zweimal angerufen um nach der Bestellung zu fragen, jedesmal wurde sich nett entschuldigt. Leider hat es sich nicht gebessert und wir werden erstmal nicht mehr bestellen. Schade, da die Pizza der Hammer ist. Was ich aber nicht verstehe ist, warum für die Extrazutat Zwiebeln 2,50 Euro verlangt wird. ‐----------------‐-------------------‐------------------ Pizza sehr sehr gut und 5 🌟. Lieferung in 35 Minuten 👍 Tiramisu war glaube ich aufgetaut und etwas wässrig - bisschen mehr Cremigkeit wäre gut gewesen. Werde mit Sicherheit wieder bestellen.

Das Restaurant ist leider nicht wirklich optisch einladend. Es wirkt kahl und steril. Es darf kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt werden aufgrund eines Toilettenproblems (?). Für mich gehört Wein einfach zur italienischen/sizilianischen Küche dazu! Das Essen ist grandios! In keinem Restaurant hier in der Umgebung gibt es Cornetto, Arancini oder Canollo! Die Arancini werden vermutlich mit Weihwasser gemacht - denn sie schmecken göttlich! Pizza oder Pasta, wirklich super! Pizza machen sie meiner Meinung nach noch besser als die Pasta! Das Foccatia würde ich dort nicht empfehlen, es war irgendwie eigenartig und für mich kein traditionells Foccatia! Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich nur empfehlen! Man kann auch ohne Probleme das Essen abholen und die Lieferung ist auch in einem absolut akzeptablen Rahmen! Die Cornetto haben wir für den nächsten Tag zum Frühstück mitgenommen! Vegetarische Empfehlung; Es gibt eine wild gemixte Karte die einem extrem viele Möglichkeiten gibt, ein vegetarisches Gericht zu finden! Am besten finde ich das sie Arancini in gleich zwei vegetarischen Sorten anbieten! Die Canollo ist auch ohne Gelatine (man hat extra nachgefragt) !

Liebes Casa Sicilian Team. Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll 😍 Komme leider erst jetzt dazu, eine Bewertung abzugeben. Ich habe das 4. mal bei euch bestellt. Die Dame am Telefon - SUPER SYMPHATISCH! Die Lieferzeit - absolut im Rahmen, da alles frisch zubereitet ist! Im Durchschnitt zwischen 45min, höchstens 1. Stunde. Und das auch nur weil die Lasagne frisch zubereitet wurde, oder ein Grillhähnchen. Ich (Mama), Oma und meine 2 Kinder von 1 und 2 1/2 Jahren sind begeistert! Und glaubt mir, meine Töchter sind wählerisch 😜 Ich habe noch NIE in meinem Leben so eine Pizza gegessen! Mega Teig, frische Soße, qualitativ super frische Zutaten! Euer Grillhähnchen ist der Wahnsinn! Das Tiramisu ein Traum! Wegen euch haben wir 2,3 kg mehr auf den Hüften 😂 Preislich minimal höher, als das was man von anderen lieferservices gewohnt ist - da ist das Essen aber Qualität nicht annähernd so gut wie bei euch! Wir werden immer und immer und immmeeeeer wieder bei euch bestellen! Würde am liebsten 10 Sterne geben. Unser absolutes Lieblings Restaurant. Pizza war gut, der Salat war allerdings relativ langweilig und geschmacklos. Das Pizzabrot war leider wirklich zäh und teilweise komplett hart, konnte man nicht essen. Lieferung war allerdings sehr schnell.

Das beste Schokoladeneis, das ich jemals gegessen habe und die Pasta-Gerichte sind auch jedes mal absolute Spitzenklasse. Die schnelle Lieferung und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter setzen dem ganzen noch die Krone auf. Bitte weiter so! :)

Guter Pizza und Pasta Lieferservice in Rastatt. Im Innenbereich ebenfalls einzelne Sitzgelegenheiten. Qualität der Gerichte und Preise sind ok. Parkplätze sind im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus vorhanden.

Jede Bestellung war top, auch die hähnchen, alles sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet, lieferzeit ist auch angemessen kam immer alles frisch an...einfach toll😍

In letzter Zeit werden die Lieferzeiten nicht mehr eingehalten… Zwischen 30 Minuten bis 60 Minuten ist die Realität Schade

Bester Pizza Lieferdienst in Rastatt

Lieferzeit ok. Pizza ist gut. Allerdings sehr viel Käse. Ich mag das, sollte man aber wissen. Der Teig ist wirklich sehr fluffig. Kein Knusperrand. Für mich ebenfalls kein Abzug wert. Aber: Tomaten-Mozarella war leider ein totaler Reinfall: Mich würde interessieren wo man zur Sommerzeit so farb- und geschmacklose Tomaten herbekommt!?!? Zusätzlich so lieblos angerichtet, dass es schon an Frechheit grenzt. Sorry, aber für 9,50€ sowas abliefern, da muss ich Punkte abziehen. Eines Italiener nicht würdig. Wenn dann nur nochmal Pizza bestellen, da die Nudeln mit Gambas leider auch eher mittelmäßig waren, da leicht verkocht.
