Da Niki in Rastatt

My airpods were stolen here, probably by the staff who were extremely unfriendly. No recommendation!

A real treat for gourmets! The Gaspacho was a masterpiece of Mediterranean cuisine, fresh and aromatic. The Rigatoni alla Chef was a surprising and delicious creation that blew me away. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation are second to none. A must for anyone who loves Italian cuisine! A special thank you goes to the attentive service, which made the meal even more enjoyable! I'd love to come back!

Unfortunately my Airpods were stolen here. I can clearly remember placing it on the chair next to me with my hat and my child's hat. When we first arrived everything was empty and the probable owner was extremely unfriendly. The pizza master, visibly tired from his work and pissed off, seemed like a man who, for whatever reason, would have liked to spit in our food. But the waiter was so great that he made up for it all. The food was good too. A few more guests came and sat at least one table away from us. Our table was right next to the back passage to the kitchen and toilets. We left the table once to use the toilet. The atmosphere in the restaurant was generally very tense and strange. When we wanted to pay we had to do so at the entrance, probably to the landlady, whose husband was sitting at a table directly in front of the counter, grumpily scrolling on his cell phone. I'm not saying I would put my hand in the fire for this, but with 95% certainty my Airpods (the regular ones, in a generic white case) were on the pizza box we were planning to take home. I had to turn around to pay, and then I went through the few things I had with me in my head - cell phone, wallet, Airpods. And they were missing. The landlady was visibly irritated by my searching look and asked me if I was looking for something. After I said that my headphones seemed to have slipped off my hat (on which they were lying), everyone suddenly became very unfriendly. The nice waiter almost quickly pulled me to the table and back to make sure they weren't on the floor. The bosses grumbled at me that I probably hadn't had them there at all. Gaslighting his father in modern German. I remained absolutely polite with these people, but as a guest I didn't feel comfortable there at all and I was really annoyed when I left. I called again when I got home and was brushed off again by the unfriendly boss. She acted like she was actually taking down my number and I could practically hear her sneering grimace. On the second call a day later to ask if they hadn't shown up, she mockingly threw me in the head. The cleaning lady (who I didn't ask for) hadn't found anything and almost slammed the phone on me. I, a foreigner myself, as a mother who never treats herself anyway, had these Airpods and they were very important to me. They were one of my basics and I always had them with me. I need her. I've never had to leave someone a review like this before, it pains me that our experience with this place was so unpleasant. I'm glad that the regular guests feel comfortable here. For the first time guests - hopefully the people there will try harder for you than they did for us. I wouldn't say anything bad about the restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if asked. Made me really sad.

Best Italian restaurant nearby, great pizzas and pasta dishes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were at Da Niki last night and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the service attentive and friendly. We would particularly like to highlight the "69 Tagliatelle al Salmone" - simply heavenly! The salmon was cooked to perfection, the sauce was creamy and perfectly seasoned. The other dishes at our table also looked delicious and our friends really enjoyed them.

As always, everything was very good. We recommend the mixed starter plate (enough for two people). All other dishes are of your own free choice. But important: always reserve in advance! Then you are sure to have a table.

In my opinion one of the best pizzarias in the area. Reasonable prices that are still payable. I always enjoy coming to Da Niki and occasionally bring my friends with me.

We had dinner with the family yesterday. We were warmly welcomed by one of the waiters and shown to a free table. I ordered a Hawaiian tarte flambée and unfortunately got the wrong one, namely one with salmon and onions. I accepted it because I noticed at the next table that a guest also got the wrong meal and the waiter complained that it was the right order and that the guest was wrong. And definitely not in a nice way. The food was okay, but nothing special. Since we could see into the kitchen from where we were sitting, we saw the waiter in question eating the leftovers from the guests' plates that he had just cleared away. In my opinion this is not very hygienic. Unfortunately we won't eat here again. Very unfortunate.

When we came there, the first thing we were wowed by was this huge beer garden, which we liked. With 12 people, we have plenty of space to sit. Unfortunately, when it came to the drinks service, we noticed that everything was very chaotic. We couldn't all eat together because the food was brought at long intervals, and some of it was delivered incorrectly. Service made an effort, but you got the impression that they were working without a plan. The food itself was amazing. We ordered different dishes and they were all delicious. We will definitely go there again. I wish the owner a lot of success. My tip ; He should train his staff and develop a service plan

I should have read the reviews first... Most of the food was good, especially the salad dressing. However, the calamari was horrid -- IQF, artificial. Worse yet was the rudeness of the waiter... No hello, no pleasantries... just "weiter bitte" to each of us. When I gave him a look, he realized how rude he was, but that didn't change anything. Worse yet was the cashier - they only take German EC cards and are more than happy to have a family walk at 23:30 to a cash machine, just so they can save a Euro or two on card fees. What sent it from bad to disgusting is the fact that she said that nobody takes credit cards in Germany. Um... We shop several times a week in Germany and EVERYONE takes credit cards now. Don't be cheap. Let people know when they enter that you don't take cards. And certainly don't lie about it.

For me the best pizza in the area. Short waiting time and always very good quality. The welcome is always friendly and therefore a very good recommendation for me.

The three of us had dinner, pizza was very tasty, 1x gnocchi was also very tasty. Service was friendly, the beer garden is very nice with old trees. Unfortunately no pictures, we were too hungry 😬2x pizza, 1x gnocchi, 1 small salad, 1 shandy, 1 juice spritzer, 1 large bottle of water, 2x espresso €70 was ok.

We had dinner there with a group of 6. It took a long time before we were even noticed (even though we were a large group). After we sought the attention of the waiters and waitresses several times, we were finally noticed. First we were able to order drinks as usual and then another very young waitress came and did it! Explicitly! asked if we wanted to order our food, we answered yes. 3 pizzas, a schnitzel and two pasta dishes. After a good 30 minutes the three pizzas arrived and the pizza eaters started eating. After waiting for about an hour, we again pointed out to the waiter and waitress that we were still missing three dishes and two waiters then looked at us in surprise... when we asked what was going on, they said that the dishes had been forgotten. Then the older waitress was so cheeky and told us we shouldn't have ordered before she took our order. What's the joke? Are the other waiters present as decoration or why was our order taken? When I go out to eat locally, I expect a friendly smile from the waiters, no matter how stressful or busy it is. If I want to get evil looks, I go to the registration office but not to a local?! Why do waiters look at you with annoyance when you want to order something to drink? One thing is certain, this hotel will no longer have us as guests.

We've ordered pizza to pick up twice so far and everything went smoothly. The pizzas are very tasty and definitely recommended. The price-performance ratio is right here. I'll order a few more times here :)

Very tasty pizzas. Ordering and collection are very uncomplicated. Very nice owners and courteous staff. The pizzas baked in the stone oven have plenty of toppings and are very affordable. The only point of criticism is the parking options. Otherwise a great pizzeria and can only be recommended!

We had a very good meal at Da Niki. The portions are the right size, the taste of the dishes is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The service was also very good. We arrived there shortly after 7 p.m. on Wednesday without a reservation and had to wait about 10 minutes for a free table. The fact that the restaurant was full at this time, in the middle of the week, showed us that we had made the right choice. Despite the large crowds, all employees were calm and friendly to the customers and to each other. Only the ambience could use a few sprucing up. But what the staff and delicious food absolutely make up for.

82 Combinazione ordered, "3 different pastas gratinated with cheese, tomato bechamel sauce" but one of these types of pasta is tortellini filled with meat, which was not edible as a vegetarian. I then called and asked: the only answer was: we've been doing it like this for 15 years, no one has complained yet, I'm sorry. And I could have asked. Only if something is declared as a noodle do I see no need to ask whether there is any meat in it. No compensation was offered, and it's a shame to justify a mistake with "it's always been that way."

Despite a reservation, we only just got a seat. It was noticeable that the employees were overwhelmed (obviously too few). Uncomfortable atmosphere as the guests looked at each other to see if everyone really had to wait that long. After 20 minutes only drink orders were taken. Someone else would come for food. After requesting 3 times, after a total of 40 minutes, still no one came. We then got up and asked the service how long it would take. A stressed employee simply replied “I don’t know” as he walked past. We then canceled our order and left.

Normally after the first few visits there would be 3-4 stars. The food was initially very, very tasty. Unfortunately it has weakened significantly over time! After today's meal I unfortunately have to downgrade the whole thing to 1 star! The service wasn't top notch right from the start, but today really exceeded everything. They were unfriendly... not just to us, but to all the guests in the surrounding area! If you don't feel like doing your job, it's better to leave it alone! The food was disastrous! Pizza wasn't baked through (wife has a stomachache and I'm writing this part from the toilet with a stomachache)! I don't even want to talk about the starter, otherwise I'll get even more sick! When we were asked and we replied that it wasn't for us (because of seafood = octopus and whatever), the waitress went on in an insulted manner without saying anything, let alone taking the plates away! The atmosphere is nice, but that was my last visit to Da Niki!

I love this restaurant. All their food is delicious and the meat is of extraordinary quality. We bring all our friends and family here when they can organize their drive from France, and recommend it to anyone that brings up good dining in a conversation. The seasonal patio is also gorgeous, dogs are welcome, and the staff is competent, attentive, and kind. If I could give more stars, I would!

Nice restaurant, food was absolutely delicious. You sit relatively tight, which isn't so nice if you want to have a conversation.

Insgesamt zu acht (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) waren wir bei Da Niki, unsere Freunde waren hier schon öfter, für uns war es das erste Mal. Das Restaurant fühlt sich vom Ambiente sehr warm und herzlich an, die Speisen (Pizzen, Pasta und Nachtisch) waren lecker und normal bepreist. Leider hat uns die Tatsache, dass wir drum gebeten wurden, unseren Abend und das Essen früher und schneller zu beenden, das buchstäbliche Haar in die Suppe gespült. Hintergrund: Bei Reservierung direkt für 17:00 Uhr wurde uns gesagt, dass im Verlauf des Abends eine größere Gesellschaft kommen wird (20 Personen) und wir bis 19 Uhr (oder war es sogar 19:30 Uhr) fertig sein müssten. Für uns war das kein Problem und deshalb kamen wir pünktlich um 17:00 Uhr, wurden dann aber um 18:00 Uhr darüber informiert, dass die Gesellschaft bereits früher da sei und wir uns beeilen sollten. Der Wirt hat sich dafür entschuldigt, doch trotzdem ist das keine Art dem Gast gegenüber und entweder durch schlechte Organisation oder Absprache oder was auch immer verursacht. Als kleine Entschuldigung hätten wir immerhin einen Espresso oder einen der Nachtische aufs Haus erwartet, gegeben hat es jedoch nichts. Ohne das ärgerliche Hinausgebetenwerden wäre ich bei der Bewertung bei 4 oder sogar 5 Sternen gewesen, was für uns aber auch Grund ist, nochmal hinzugehen und dann hoffentlich in aller Ruhe und ohne Zeitdruck den Abend verbringen zu können.

My stepson had dinner there with some friends on Friday evening. It was a nice evening, but unfortunately he had to go to the emergency room on Saturday with food poisoning. Two of the colleagues had it similarly bad. Well then, enjoy your meal everyone!

Mein Stiefsohn war am Freitag Abend mit ein paar Freunden dort essen. War wohl ein netter Abend, leider musste er dann am Samstag mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung in die Notaufnahme. Zwei der Kolleginnen und Kollegen hatte es ähnlich schlimm erwischt. Na dann allen einen guten Appetit!

DaNiki great wood-fired pizza and pasta specialties. If you order or come here, you certainly can't go wrong! The service is great and so is the food - the beer garden is very shady and pleasant in summer I really enjoy eating here.

The food there tastes very good and fresh at fairly fair prices. I have always found the employees to be very friendly and warm in a familiar atmosphere. Orders have always been ready quickly and on time (30 minutes max). For me the best Italian far and wide :)

Schönen Abend im Ristorante Da Niki gehabt. Waren das erste mal dort, wir wurden sehr nett von der Bedienung begrüßt und hatten auch schnell unsere Getränke. Die Pizzas haben sehr lecker geschmeckt und hatten eine gute Größe. Hand gemacht und im Steinofen, so wie es sich gehört. Das Ambiente ist schön und macht einen renovierten Eindruck, lediglich die Geräuschkulisse ist etwas laut. Aber alles in allem sehr schön. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Kleiner Minus Punkt ist, dass es länger dauert, bis man bezahlen kann. Scheinbar dürfen die Bedienungen nicht abrechnen, was bei einem vollen Lokal zu Wartezeiten führt. Sonst gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln.

Es war ein schöner Abend mit tollem Essen. Das hausgemachte Tiramisu ist der Hammer. Ein bisschen laut insgesamt, aber das tut dem guten Allgemeineindruck nur wenig Abzug bringen. Komme gerne wieder!

Wir haben zu zweit jeweils eine Pizza zum Abendessen zur Abholung bestellt. Die Abholung hat gut geklappt nur Kreditkartenzahlung hat nicht funktioniert. Die Pizza selbst war gut nur uns hat ein bisschen Salz im Teig gefehlt. Wurden jedoch definitiv nochmal hier bestellen.

Sehr schöne Pizzeria. Das Essen ist lecker, der Chef ist sehr nett (alle anderen auch). Das Verhältnis Preis Leistung einfach unschlagbar. Einen Grappa gab es aufs Haus. Immer wieder gerne und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Leckeres Essen und Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Zunächst ist zu empfehlen, vorab zu reservieren; der Zustrom innen und außen ist enorm. Das liegt an der freundlichen Atmosphäre des Service-Teams und dem, was geboten wird. Da kommt man nicht zu kurz. Allerdings sollte bei den Pizzen auch eine kleinere Größe angeboten werden, damit nicht zuviel zurückgeht oder eingepackt werden muss. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt .

Uitgebreide kaart; eten was uitstekend. Kwaliteitswijn en ook goede koffie. On-Duits en dat is positief. Prijs vonden wij laag. Aanrader dus.

Die Pizzeria ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt einen wunderschönen großen Biergarten. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Geschmacklich, wie qualitativ sehr gut. Hier wird mit viel Herzblut gekocht und das schmeckt man. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sonderwünsche werden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Hier kann man richtig genießen.

Repas du midi pizza elles sont vraiment excellentes cuites au feu de bois, je viens souvent en Allemagne c'est la première fois que j'en mange une aussi bonne que ce territoire. Retour le soir pour y manger cette fois ci des schnitzel toujours pas déçu... et très bien accueillis. Les assiettes sont très bien fournies et un tarif très abordable,. Je les recommande vivement

Dessert, Kaffee und Service sehr gut. Das Tiramisu war köstlich, Espresso und Cappuccino auch gut und das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Also zu empfehlen sind eigentlich alle Gerichte aber besonders zu herzuheben wären einmal die rigatoni cardinale mit Steak Streifen und Ziegen Käse und die rigatoni Rucola mit Salami und sämtliche Muscheln Varietén die pizza ist auch sehr gut beste italienische Küche von Rastatt Service sehr nett und aufmerksam waren schon sehr oft zu Gast

War gestern zu einem Familienessen in diesem Restaurant. Sehr schöner Garten, der durch Schirme und große Bäume beschattet wird. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft und wird zu moderaten Preisen angeboten. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Gerichte am Tisch mit großen zeitlichen Abständen serviert wurden. Das Zeitmanagement könnte noch besser werden. Doch ist das Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Ich komme wieder!

Die Pizza Picante mit zusätzlich Knoblauch ist für mich ein absolutes Highlight und immer wieder einen Besuch bei Niki und seiner Frau im ehemaligen "Hasenwäldele" wert.

Wir hatten Pizza und Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten. Der Service ist sehr schnell und freundlich und das Essen war super lecker. Schon lange keine so leckere Pizza bzw. Pasta gegessen. Man merkt förmlich, die Liebe zum Lokal und die Kundschaft. Ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen. Schade, daß es nicht mehr solche Gastronomen gibt. Großes Lob!

Da Niki ist mein Lieblingsitaliener! Die Nudelgerichte sind der Wahnsinn und die Pizzen auch sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Nudelgerichte von der Saisonkarte.
