Waited 5 minutes at the drive in, you can't seem to get anything to eat by honking and talking. Burgerking 5m further looks forward to seeing you. After 3 minutes I had my food...

Every time I order and pick up my order at Mcdrive something is missing (always) the order has never been 100% correct. That's just a disgrace. Then hire people who at least put in a little effort. But if the staff prefers to chat with friends or family in front of the Mc Drive, it is clear that they are not doing their work properly. Next we come to cleanliness, all I can say is that I don't eat inside anymore because it is sometimes excessively dirty, tables not wiped down, food leftovers under the table, benches smeared so catastrophic conditions. We don't even need to start with the toilets, every motorway toilet is clean.

Been there again for years. Never again. Only 2 vegan burgers on offer, everything dirty, staff unfriendly. No thanks!

Soooooo, Megges bedeutet ”FastFood“, leider mussten wir fast 30min auf unser Essen warten und wir waren nicht die einzigen. Jemand hat sich beschwert weil er sein Essen nicht bekommen hat, hinter der Theke war seine Bestellung der Mann an der Theem meinte das er das Essen gleich bekommt 30min bekam er das Essen noch immer. Häufig werden auch viele Sachen vergessen, die Burger sind zwar allgemein nicht so schön aber hier werden sie ohne Liebe gemacht. Richtig viel Gemüse in der Burger Box, sodass auf dem Berger keins mehr ist. Oft werden auch Sachen vergessen.

Ständig unzufriedene und wütende Mitarbeiter, besonders der kleine Kerl, dunkel, Horror, Horror, Horror!!! Ich höre die gleichen Bewertungen von meinen Freunden! Sie niesen auf ihr Essen! Wie so? Essen war ok, das letzte Mal jedoch schon etwas kalt, aber sonst halt wie McDonald's so schmeckt. Service und Ablauf sind topp. Fehler bei der Bestellung werden ohne Probleme schnell korrigiert. Wer während dem Besuch jedoch auf Toilette muss, dem wird das Essen schnell wieder vergehen. Da ist's eiskalt im Winter und Hygiene Fehlanzeige.

Bestellung unvollständig und asiatische Dame sehr unmotiviert unfreundlich und langsam und wirft mit den Sachen um sich. Wieder ein Fall von wenn man keine Lust hat entweder überhaupt zu arbeiten oder diesen Beruf mit Menschen auszuüben sollte man es lassen

Mussten im Drive in sehr lange warten. Das Essen war nicht vollständig da alles in eine Tüte gepackt wird, schlecht zu kontrollieren da diese voll gestopft wird und ich nicht alles im Auto ausleeren will um die Bestellung zu kontrollieren sollte eigentlich immer Passen. War schon Lange nicht mehr bei McDonald's essen , die Preise sind ganz schön in die höhe gegangen Zutaten und Qualität leider nicht alles beim Alten schade.

Ich habe was zum mitnehmen gekauft. Erst zuhause festgestellt, dass einen Burger fehlt in der Tüte. Bezahlt habe ich dafür. Echt ärgerlich.......

Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen war sehr schnell fertig was man ja jedoch kennt. Selbst wen was,, fehlt" bekommt man es direkt.

McDonald's bietet meiner Erfahrung nach den besten Qualitätsstandard. Auch in diesem McDonald's ging es mit dem Essen sehr schnell, Service freundlich und unkompliziert, Essen lecker, aber das "Schönste" McDonald's vom Ambiente her ist es nicht, dennoch vollkommen akzeptabel.

Viele Leute, viel Verkehr, wenig Parkplätze direkt am Restaurant, viel Müll von Besuchern die zu Faul sind eine Mülltonne zu suchen.

Die elektronische Bestellung hatte einen Fehler wir könnten den Bestellvorgang nicht abschließen. Am Tresen war es dann doch möglich zu bestellen.

Wir waren gerade wieder bei McDonald's und die Kassiererin am 1. McDrive-Schalter spuckte 3 x aus dem Fenster als sie mich sah grinste sie nur frech. Als Kunde stellt sich mir die Frage, wenn sie gelangweilt oder genervt ist spuckt sie uns dann auch in's essen? Jemand der so ein Spuck-Drang hat ist in einem Restaurant vielleicht nicht ganz so gut aufgehoben. Dank der Bestell-Terminals läuft das aufgeben der Bestellung angenehmer ab. Bestellungen immer noch oft unvollständig. Bestellnummer wird nach kurzer Zeit als fertig gekennzeichnet aber die tatsächliche Wartezeit sind meist noch bis zu 10 Minuten länger. Das Personal ist sehr langsam und teilweise wenig freundlich. Essen okay.- danke für Ihre Antwort, leider bemerkt der Kunde nichts von der Mühe. Wir besuchen das Restaurant mehrmals im Monat und es verbessert sich einfach nichts. Es ist ja nicht das einzige McDonald's Restaurant in Deutschland Welches wir besuchen. Aber bei allen das schlechteste.

Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich. Auch das typische MC Donalds Ambiente ist gegeben. Allerdings ist es sehr dreckig. Ob Tische oder Sitzbänke. Es mangeld sehr an der Sauberkeit. Zudem ist die Schnelligkeit über den Drive In verbesserungswürdig. Alles im allem ist noch Luft nach oben.

При наличии небольшой загрузки. 5) Меню в основном стандартное - новинки унылые и сезонное меню вы здесь не увидите. Такой невкусный MacDonald я пробовала только здесь. А, Ваша линейка Vegan 🌱 это совсем не вкусно, кроме соуса ничего не чувствуется. Господа, у Вас явно проблемы с менеджментом на всех уровнях. Вашими сетями руководят некомпетентные люди у которых отсутствует критическое мышление, дисциплина и фантазия. Очень грустно.

Die Wartezeiten sind sehr hoch, Parkplätze oft unzureichend, so dass die Straße drumherum zugeparkt wird und sehr oft muss ich Abstriche bei meinen Bestellungen machen, weil Mal wieder etwas nicht vorrätig ist. Besonders beim Eis wird ständig nur eine begrenzte Auswahl angeboten und es scheint, als wäre das der Restaurantleitung egal.

McDonald's halt...am Personal am Tresen kann aber noch gearbeitet werden. Absolut unfreundlich und klatscht das Essen in die Tüten. Bei jemandem, der ein weißes Hemd trägt und repräsentativ sein sollte, bin ich was anderes gewohnt...so nicht...

Ich habe einen Anruf gemacht und mein Freund hat dumme gerschäuche gemacht und ich wollte mich dafür entschuldigen aber die Mitarbeiterin hat uns gesagt dass sie unsere Nummer hat und da habe ich mich bedroht gefühlt

Ich musste erstmal beweisen das mir 2 Soßen fehlen als ich 1 min nachdem wir die Bestellung bekommen haben wieder kam, eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin behauptete dann das es nicht sein kann und alles in den Tüten sei, als ich sagte das dies nicht so ist wurden mir die Soßen alles andere als freundlich in die Hand gedrückt und behauptet ich würde lügen, allein das ich wegen ZWEI SOSSEN DISKUTIEREN UND MICH RECHTFERTIGEN MUSS ist mehr als lächerlich. Solche Mitarbeiter haben nichts im Kundenkontakt verloren!

Wollten im Drive-In einen Code durchgeben, und eine Asiatin die gebrochen Deutsch spricht (was mir ehrlich völlig egal wäre ABER…) macht meine Freundin ernsthaft dumm an weil Sie den Code nicht versteht, sie soll „richtig sprechen“ und „aufhören so undeutlich zu sprechen“, wirklich an Dreistigkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Dann gibt sie uns absichtlich zu wenig Rückgeld in ganz vielen Euro- und Centstücken und guckt richtig aggressiv ins Auto, würde mich ernsthaft nicht wundern wenn Sie uns noch ins Essen gespuckt hat, mein Appetit ist auf jeden Fall weg. Das ist das mit Abstand krasseste was mir bisher beim Essen holen passiert ist. Die Asiatin gehört gefeuert, das ist einfach unglaublich wirklich, geht lieber zum Burger King der ein paar Häuser nebendran steht, da würde sowas niemals passieren… Bin mehr als sprachlos, was für Menschen arbeiten denn hier????
