McDonald's in Rastatt

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Takes forever, the terminals work poorly, the atmosphere is very unpleasant.

You wait 15 minutes for your food, even though there's nothing going on. People who order after you are even more likely to get their food.

Visited many times before whenever we visited Rastatt, but this time experience was not a pleasant one, due to less staff, we experienced a long waiting time, most of the things were finished and hence we had to wait longer.

I actually just wanted to treat myself to something at McDonald’s in Rastatt today. According to the sign, my menu was supposed to include a figure - but it was just some cheap add-on. Okay, maybe I misunderstood. But hey, does that mean you have to talk to someone so unfriendly and haphazardly? I felt zero respect as a customer. The tray was completely disgusting, greasy, just disgusting. Such a basic thing, and even that is too much to ask? Not in the mood for the store, honestly. Before that it was always okay, standard. But today it was just bottomless. And you really can't expect something like that from such an established fast food chain.

Worst McDonald's ever... Staff super unfriendly and super slow (if I were the boss here 👿).... McDrive is ALWAYS missing something... looks like it's on purpose (side income???)

So the mcs makes a very bad impression. Far too warm in summer and far too cold in winter. Of the 6 screens, 3 are broken, including the one where you should see the number to pick up. This one has been defective for about a year and no one seems to care.

I don't think we've ever had such a bad visit to a McDonald's, we ordered normally online but then saw the new HappyMeal and wanted to order that, the lady didn't ask us at first if we wanted something with it (actually standard procedure in every other McDonald's) then I told the woman that she closed the window halfway through???? She didn't talk to any other customers because there was no one there, well it should be fine then suddenly she says a different price than expected (43 instead of 35€) and closes the door again. I look at the receipt, drive up and ask really nicely. I mean, yes, that can always happen. It turns out they have the Minecraft menu instead of the Minecraft happy meal, I say hey sorry, we wanted the happy meal. The employee calls the shift manager and I describe the same thing to him, then the good gentleman starts saying that this wouldn't work and was impossible???? I say no, that's just not true, well short story long story he gives me my money back instead of just giving me a happy meal??? Because he can't seem to change half orders? He then only gives me 30€ (i.e. our online order) I say excuse me, I paid 43, but he NO THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE, runs to the checkout and suddenly it's very possible that he was absolutely rude, something like that doesn't work, it wasn't even our fault that the woman couldn't listen for 3 seconds but simply closed the window and then tried to deceive me and then came tumbling along 3 times even though beforehand you were convinced that it would work completely differently... Well the Mc Donalds in Gaggenau is always competent and from now on our go to McDonalds even if the journey takes 10 minutes longer.

This place is simply the lowest point of the universe. How McDonald's could fall so low is a mystery. The food was as cold as an ex's heart and tasted like the sole of a sneaker after a marathon. Someone literally stomped on the table leaving dirty marks and the staff just stood there blinking and didn't even try to intervene. There it is apparently considered a new form of entertainment. And the icing on the cake was the scene where one of the employees started making racist comments towards the customers. I was in shock. This is just disgusting. And none of the team tried to apologize or clarify the situation - on the contrary, everyone watched with a smug grin. This McDonald's is a symbol of decay and indifference. I don't advise anyone to go there, even if you're starving. It would be better to eat a pack of salt - it's more pleasant.☠️

I love McDonald's a lot especially the new M-burger with beef is my favorite. But this branch urgently needs to check its ventilation and air conditioning system. The smell of burning inside is almost unbearable and it smells really bad. Believe me, if it weren't so bad, I wouldn't be writing this.

The food tastes quite good, the last time I ate there was the day before yesterday. The tables are mostly clean. Unfortunately one screen one screen didn't work. However, I had to wait over 20 MINUTES for my order (Big mac).

It's been a long time since I've had cold food and only got half of the order. It was improved, but the fresh burger was still lukewarm. Sure, lunchtime and stress, everyone understands. But if it feels like three school classes are being processed, then everything should be warm! If you get the chance, sweeping and emptying the trash cans in the toilet would also be an idea.

Fast food, but the fries are usually only lukewarm because there are probably too many prepared, but the burgers were ok.

Ordered an mcsmart menu and a simple hamburger on drive in. I received a meat that was so salted that my tongue got swollen, also i think they were also re-heated, fries was hard like bone and very oily, also re-heated i think... After years used to grab a byte from McDonald's now im very disappointed...too bad that for one restaurant I have to be careful with the food i buy next time...

McDonald's Rastatt Unfortunately, I have to say that my recent visit to McDonald's was rather disappointing. Even though the drive-thru wasn't very busy, we had to wait in the parking lot for our food - every time, even though the place wasn't even full. It often takes 10 minutes or more for the food to be ready, which is really frustrating at a fast food restaurant. The staff seems friendly, but the waiting times are simply too long and make the visit less pleasant. Especially when you consider that you're expecting fast food and don't get the impression that it's really quick. It would be nice if there was more efficiency and less waiting time here. For a quick snack, McDonald's is still fine, but if you're really hungry and want to save time, you might consider going somewhere else.

The service here is amazing . Nice people . 0 thoughts of racism or any other kind of discrimination. The personal here has been very patient and they have a very good sense of humor. 5 stars for sure.

The work ethic of the employees is reflected in every order. It’s very dirty, every time you come to this place you have to wash the tables and chairs yourself in order to sit clean. They forget to put in lids, straws, napkins and order details. You will never see a nice smile or hear an apology for bad service. They can also yell and be rude. Also, the employees walk around with long hair waving it everywhere over the food, it gets into the food and it’s unsanitary!

After several attempts to change the drink to the correct one, I gave up because no one wanted to talk to me at the cash register. The worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at, I waited 45 minutes after ordering, and when I got it, 3 products were missing, and when I came back to complain, the employees didn't recognize anything because I didn't have a voucher anymore and they behaved execrably, plus Mcflurry stole from the quantity, it was half of what it should have been, it's a disaster, a mess and unethical staff and I'm good, I won't eat anymore and I don't recommend it either.

Neat and modern McDonalds, which is rather small. There is an indoor playground. We stopped here because it was close to the motorway on the way to Basel. As always, very good offers with coupons, especially the spicy nuggets with sweet chili sauce is a highlight, but various other offers with points are also perfectly fine. We also got a good cup of coffee from the Mc Cafe, absolutely solid. As is now usual, table service. The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is the route to the McDonald's at the back via Lidl.

This evening my friends and I came for dinner. In the menu we ordered we emphasized that we wanted fries without salt. Every time we come to McDonald's in Rastatt, we order fries without salt because otherwise we don't get Frisak fries, they are always brought to us by those who have been there for a long time. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and timely. But unfortunately the burgers and the netted potatoes were completely cold. Not even the cheese had melted on the burgers.

Get a free hair with your fries! SWEET! Not a big deal because they'll give you new fries. Be vigilant for there could be a hair in there aswell. It's all fine because you can ask for your money back. Except they don't do that, the "manager" claims. They can give you something else. I personally chose the ice cream and preferably the white one because the hair would stick out in it if it's there. There could be nails in there tho, or something else entirely. GULP. Just avoid it in a big goat circle! Just go to Lidl and buy the cheapest bread and cheese slices, it amounts to pretty much the same thing. The staff was cool tho. Honestly we should kick McDonald's out of the country. Let's just move it to Sweden or somewhere norther. They got room for it anyway. Cheers.

Today 20.09.2024. my boyfriend and I went to mcdonalds in Rastatt at this location: Ettlinger Str. 3, 76437 Rastatt, Germany. We found black hair in our fries and went to show the young employee at the desk she apologised and gave us new fries then in the new fries we found again long black fried hair stuck to the fries. We asked for a refund and the young lady wanted to help us but was denied by her boss so they didn't want to give us the money back. We talked to the manager: older lady with gray long hair and she said its impossible even tho we showed it to the younger employee. The manager denied us the refund and didnt let us talk to her boss. We insisted on the refund 4 times but were denied all 4 times. Also they didn't change the oil where we got 2 fried hairs with fries but instead they kept putting new batches of fries in the same oil and kept giving it to other customers which is so unsanitary. Please help us resolve this issue and you should probably do a sanitary check at that location

Every time I order and pick up my order at Mcdrive something is missing (always) the order has never been 100% correct. That's just a disgrace. Then hire people who at least put in a little effort. But if the staff prefers to chat with friends or family in front of the Mc Drive, it is clear that they are not doing their work properly. Next we come to cleanliness, all I can say is that I don't eat inside anymore because it is sometimes excessively dirty, tables not wiped down, food leftovers under the table, benches smeared so catastrophic conditions. We don't even need to start with the toilets, every motorway toilet is clean.

I passed by last night and a young man in green with glasses, very natural, very friendly, very professional, came to advise me and help me with my orders. We were here early in the morning for breakfast. There was 1 other customer and yet it took more than fifteen minutes for our food to arrive. Bacon and cheese sandwich was no longer warm, neither was the wrap and the pancakes were just cold and hard. The coffee was the only thing that was good and tasty
