McDonald's in Langenau

Had to wait 30 minutes at McDrive. We had already ordered in the app and paid via PayPal. At the counter we were told that it had not been paid, even though we had all the receipts from PayPal and McDonalds with payment confirmation online. The employee at the checkout (who, like most other employees in this branch) didn't understand a word of German, called his superior. He said we would only get the food if we paid again. He gave us a piece of paper that we should fill out and then send to McDonalds with all the receipts in order to get our money back. Now we had to pay twice for ours Pay for food. Then almost half of it was missing from the order, which we discovered at home. Despite contacting McDonalds several times, we have received no refund or response for our missing order. There was only an email from head office that it would be forwarded to the branch. To date she has not reported this. Of course you can also make sales this way. Simply let the customers pay and only give half of the order to the customer.

Oh dear, I know many branches, but this one was below average on my last visit. Poorly signposted. Rat in the parking lot. Toilets unusable. And the food was a little worse than usual, although I couldn't say exactly why. And sometimes only lukewarm. Waiting time too high despite moderate utilization. A personalized boss off duty sign makes you look like you care, but that's not the case.

Unfortunately I have no idea! Small cappuccino cup (added value) is sold here as a regular latte macchiato (picture on the right!). Sorry, but that doesn't work at all! No return despite complaint. Please urgently train the staff!

Despite Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant being full, the service was quick and everything was fresh and tasty.

I was parked in the parking lot for more than 2 hours despite the fact that we were in the restaurant. After a while we received a fine of €45 for exceeding the parking time. They'll probably never see me again

Every time you place a drive-thru order, something is missing. If you order a burger without bacon you get it with bacon every time!!! The app points were redeemed and still outrageous money was collected. The HR manager and the staff who don't understand German well have no idea how to deal with customers!! Normally a zero star rating!!

The toilets (men's) are very dirty and only seem superficially cleaned. The tables in the restaurant were also dirty. The food is what you expect and are used to.

Waited forever for the food, asked again after 30 minutes. The order was simply pushed out of the system - certainly to improve the statistics. It's stupid if the order is simply forgotten. Underground, unfriendly. The food would be of similar quality. Better go somewhere else.

Fries very dry, toilets dirty, service poor.

This McDonalds is basically in a good location (directly after the motorway exit), but unfortunately you can see in everything (building, toilets, outside area and inside) that nothing has been done for many years. As with (almost) all branches, the food is ok and freshly prepared. Some of the seats in the outdoor area are damaged and can no longer be used. Almost all of the chairs are worn out and some of them can no longer be used safely. The tables are not cleaned properly inside or out. The WiFi works perfectly for this. Some of the staff don't understand German either. When children have a question, not everyone can give an answer, so parents (in the best case scenario) have to solve the problem. Some service staff clearly ignore you! So there definitely needs to be more training. The parking lot is very small and narrow. Motorhomes or vans actually have no chance of stopping here, as they have to take up between 2-3 parking spaces so as not to be directly on the road. The McDrive is very narrow and not passable for every vehicle (of course trucks are not included here!). All in all, you can take a break here for a short time, but there are also better alternatives or you can drive a few kilometers further to the nearest McDonalds.

The nuggets were dry and the special requests for my cheeseburger were ignored. Staff was totally distracted at the checkout. I could understand if this behavior was exhibited when the store was full, but it wasn't that day.

The best fries I've ever eaten at Magges. The staff is courteous, very friendly and kind. Everyone has a smile on their face. If I could it would be 1st place for the entire team in Langenau. We were there for breakfast and placed our order at the order terminal. After 20 minutes we asked when our order would arrive because there wasn't that much going on. There were 10 people in the store with us. When breakfast arrived it wasn't complete but it was brought shortly afterwards. Personally, I will no longer eat breakfast at McDonalds. That's just not for me, I'd rather go to a baker.

I wonder what the IQ requirement is for the employees at this branch...if you can't handle the simplest request like 'without syrup', then I don't know...it took half an hour to even understand a simple order of 2 shakes.

It's a shame that the drive-in is simply ignored 15 minutes before closing

I ordered the Tom Kaulitz menu (McPlant Burger and McPlant Nuggets), it said McPlant on the bill and the same on the packaging, but the burger had a beef patty on it and there were chicken nuggets instead of the McPlant nuggets. A very cozy place. Delicious food. The order was made without errors. Clean room and tables.

Absolutely horrible, filet o fish (€5.29) warmed several times and tough, hamburger patty far dry and apple turnover was old and also tough. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!

Man kann hier ungefähr nichts bestellen, da nie was verfügbar ist. Kein veganes Angebot etc. Gar nicht erst von der Autobahn abfahren! Edit: ich hatte die Rezession vor dem Essen bereits abgegeben. Es war einfach NOCH schlimmer als anfangs gedacht! Der mit ABSTAND schlechteste McDonalds der Welt! Wallah geh hier nix kaufen!

Essen passt soweit immer in Geschmack und Zubereitung, aber der Drive-In ist mehr ein Glücksspiel, fehlt eigentlich immer irgendwas.

Leider dauert es immer sehr lange 17min für eine Apfeltasche und Eis ist für ein Fastfood Restaurant einfach zu lange

Essen wie immer köstlich, das Ambiente passt, der Service ist wie in den letzten 50 Jahren, verbesserungsbedürftig.

War am MC Drive kann zum Ambiente also nichts sagen. Aber bei der Bestellungsaufnahme kam eine freundliche und klare Stimme entgegen. Auch das bezahlen ging fix sowie letztendlich die Produkte zu erhalten ging fix. Und die gesamte Bestellung war in der Tüte zu finden.

Sauber und ordentlich Preis wie in allen MC Donalds Filialen leicht gestiegen. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter OK

Wie immer bei McDonald's, es passt alles,auch die Pommes wurden ohne Probleme umgetauscht weil sie kalt waren.

Ich habe es mal wieder bei Mc Donald versucht. Kann leider nur sagen: Teuer, aber dafür schlecht! Der Mc Krispi hat nach Reinigungsmittel geschmeckt und das Sodbrennen hielt bis Nachmittag an. Selbst Kaffee gab es nicht. Ich war der erste Gast, 5 min nach Geschäftsöffnung. Vielleich war das auch der Fehler. Jedenfalls bin ich wieder geheilt

Wir haben im Lokal am Terminal bestellt und an den Tisch liefern lassen. Aber es wurde total falsch serviert. Wir waren vier Personen. Es wurden die falschen Nuggets geliefert, es fehlte sämtliches Ketchup und auch eine Pommes!!! Leider ist dies kein Einzelfall. Kommt oft in allen Restaurants dieser Kette vor. Ist wohl schwer gutes Personal zu finden. Aber von Entschuldigung und Freundlichkeit ist man auch Lichtjahre entfernt. Sorry das wäre das mindeste gewesen.

Tag1: bestelle mir ein Menü am Autoschalter, bekomme den Burger einzeln. Tag 2: 25 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet, und als ich dann Mal nachgefragt hatte, was denn so lange dauert, heißt es, in der Küche schlafen sie wohl noch. Salat zu stornieren geht wohl nicht. Aha. Und dafür mehr als 17 Euro bezahlt. Schwache Performance

Was soll ich sagen, ist ein normaler 0815 Mc Donalds. Diese Fastfoodketten sollte man generell nicht unterstützen, aber wenn es mal nicht anders geht, kann man sich mal ein paar Veggie nuggets und nen McPlant Burger geben. Schmeckt einfach besser als das nicht Vegane Zeug.

Ich habe in den ganzen Jahren meines Lebens gewiss oft bei McDonalds gegessen. Im Laufe der Zeit, insbesondere in den letzten 10 Jahren, hat die Qualität deutlich nachgelassen. Aber in diesem McDonalds habe ich heute einen unglaublich schnellen Tischservice erlebt und den besten BigMac gegessen seit vielen, vielen Jahren 😋😋😋. Es ist und bleibt ein Fastfood Restaurant. Jeder weiß was einen dort erwartet. Aber es darf ab und zu mal sein. Das Personal war nett.

Yet again, one more mistake on the order. It's not the first time, and i can imagine that it's not the last time, too. We ordered two big macs to take-away, without cheese, and yes, after the drive home we found that both were delivered with cheese. Dietary intolerance or just ignoring the customer preferences is no joke. Now we are going to have to make life much more difficult for the McD crew at Langenau, and from now on, get them to check every item before we walk away with our order.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich, aber schon bei mittelvollem Laden völlig überfordert. Wirkt unorganisiert. Cheeseburger war zudem trocken und Pommes waren viele von schwarz.

Leider haben wir ,wie fast jedesmal wieder keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Personal ist unstrukturiert und chaotisch. Essen ist lauwarm . Tablett Aufbewahrung ist wie immer überfüllt. Toiletten waren extrem verdreckt. Spinnenweben hinter der Türe. total verstaubte Toilettenpapierhalterung und auch der restliche Eindruck ist katastrophal.

Eten zoals gewoonlijk maar dan koud, honds brutaal gewoon asociaal personeel en zeer onvriendelijk tegen kinderen. Hygiëne zeer slecht in het restaurant om van de toiletten nog niet te spreken.

Bediening was wel goed maar sinaasappelsap kan je alleen kopen bij een kindermenu? Wat is dat nou voor een onzin? 🤔

Abbiamo cenato in questa struttura. Struttura con parcheggio e piccolo parco giochi. Il personale che ci ha servito, parlava solo lingua tedesca. Solo per questo abbiamo avuto un pò di problemini per farci capire.

Er Mc donalds altid det samme, nej, må jeg konstaterer, denne Mc donalds kender ikke til en Stor Cheeseburger Meny, deres borde var ikke ordentligt rengjorte, på toilettet lugtede der, og det flød med vand og pis på gulvet. Affaldet hang ud af skraldespandene i restauranten og gulvet var mega fedtet, to stjerner fra mig

Per quello che riguarda il cibo si tratta di McDonald's e tutti conoscono il genere; ma il personale è molto accogliente e soprattutto è vicinissimo all'autostrada 7 per Stoccarda aperto fino a tardi ottima alternativa
