Tastes like you're used to from BurgerKing. The lady in service should do something with stones instead. Apparently she couldn't speak except for the price of the order. Even then she was overwhelmed with the change and stood motionless until I told her how much change we would get.

It’s a burgerking, though i have to say its very thematic looking. A little alpine village on the inside of a building.

As always with Burger King, it could be quicker. Were there with a larger group. Eating together is not possible at Burger King! The first ones were finished and 3 people hadn't even had their food yet! It's a shame, but unfortunately it's normal at Burger King!

Things used to be better here. You can see that savings are being made. TV removed, extinguisher in the wall, etc. Wooper was cold.

We waited 20 minutes for our food and after that half of the order was still missing. When we asked about it personally, they ignored us.

I've never experienced anything like that. Pictures say more than words! Staff totally bored 🥱 and unfriendly. Everything was dirty! The appetite is gone. In the evening we had a stomach ache 😕

I waited over 20 minutes for a small order in moderately crowded conditions and had to vomit several times immediately after eating and continue driving with severe stomach pain. My best Burger King experience yet 👍🏻

It was all just terrible, no idea where to start. 1. Lackluster service, making conversation difficult 2. Long waiting time 3. Lukewarm old fries 4. Lukewarm woppers 5. it looks dingy and is not inviting. The branch probably has its good years behind it. However, the manager is required here. Please BK don't write me any apologies or excuses. Just do your job so that people can enjoy eating with you again. Thank you very much!

We waited 40 minutes for the food and it was only prepared when we asked. The food itself wasn't tasty either and was cold.

Autokhof is super, 15 euros, 10 for food in a restaurant, payment by card, DKV including, you can pay in cash at the entrance to the security guard, there are a lot of places for TIR, the service staff is very polite, and a bonus, the toilet is free)))

Disgusting! All the tables were dirty and greasy, and there was food from the previous guests on the floor. Even though there wasn't much going on! Ordering also took quite a long time...

The food today was absolutely standard! The burger was nicely constructed, everything was fresh and still hot, no soft fries. Unfortunately, it is a hygienic imposition how the young, provocative Muslim woman almost constantly throws the ends of her headscarf across the room over her shoulders, which slip off her shoulders and alternately end up in the food checkout etc. Unfortunately, this is no exception today but normal on every one of my visits here.

I was always happy here, but on my last visit (with a really hungry stomach!) the sign said "from 11 a.m.", but when it still wasn't open at 11:15 a.m., I unfortunately had to satisfy my hunger elsewhere. Really disappointing!

One of the best Burger King's I'll ever go to

Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of our restaurant in Ellwangen has decreased enormously. When it comes to cleanliness, it is anything but pleasant. The staff (although not all) are unfriendly and rude towards the customers. I ventured to visit twice in a row and sometimes received cold and unloving food. In the future I will look for another branch.

Unfortunately, the quality of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, unfriendly, the poor guys at the counter are overwhelmed because they are understaffed. During the ordering process, I stood around for what felt like 10 minutes until the order was taken, I assume by the branch or shift manager, who then watched the people ordering at the terminal instead of helping out with the distribution. This one was also kind of unfriendly. My last visit to BK, I'd rather go to the competition from across the street.

Stood at the drive-in for ages as the only car. After 5 minutes I drove next door to McDonald's because no one thought it was necessary to take the order.

You can't even wash your hands without paying extra for the toilet. Burgers were cold, terrace door doesn't open from outside

I wanted to quickly go to Burger King after work, was there 15 minutes before closing time and the terminals were switched off in front of my eyes. At the checkout it said, “Unfortunately, card payment is only possible at the terminal.” When asked if these could be turned on again, the only response was “no, sorry.” I was happy to take a 20-minute detour to do this.

It's worth a stop because everything here has been beautifully decorated inside, there's Burger King and another restaurant. However, there are two small drawbacks: 1.) Toilets cost €1, even for guests at Burger King or the restaurant. 2.) The Burger King playground doesn't exist, there are still the rubber tiles where the playground used to be, but that's it.

It was a nice stopover, but it left a bad aftertaste that we had to wait a little longer than usual (in a comparable business) for our food. The team seemed friendly and tried hard, but there is potential for optimization in the work processes!

The Burger King used to be exemplary. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated significantly. Even freshly prepared food tends to be cold. You wait quite a long time and after 10 minutes you feel more inclined to complain and wart again. Will not visit this location again.

An employee works here who clearly doesn't want to work. What a bad mood :(

Top. I really liked the nice lady. Finally having fun at work. She was happy to invite me to come back but unfortunately I'm traveling around the world. Otherwise gladly. So, best regards to the staff, also to the lovely little Pole.

Facility and environment is cold

Service: A very nice employee was at the checkout and a stroppy, bad-tempered man was making food. The woman was very nice, so you can rate this positively. However, the man was very unfriendly. Eat: The vegetables were actually fresh, the fries were good, but Plantbased was swapped for meat. There wasn't much going on, but I can only hope that this mistake wasn't intentional. Conclusion: That was the last visit, there is a McDonald's right next door where these problems don't occur. I hope that this review was helpful for some and if Burger King directly or the franchisee reads this, it would be nice if points such as the confusion between plant-based products and the impact of the employees were taken seriously.

Absolutely unfriendly employees, I wanted to place an order using a coupon, since this is not possible at the terminal if I want cheese onion fries, I wanted to do this at the checkout, but the employee there insults me stupidly. Never again!!!!!!!

If you come with 79 people and are not served, it is no longer recommended!!! The staff is even asked to stop taking a bus to the branch

When it came to service, I was careful with the asterisks... well, what can I say? I order using a touchpad, pay for it and then pick it up from the counter......where is there a SERVICE????? Inside it just looked normal, nothing out of the ordinary, so yes it was clean and it didn't smell unpleasant either. The goods, i.e. the product ordered, looked nothing like the photo. Not close, I don't expect miracles, but for the money the product should at least look close to this!!! To be honest, even the cheap salad was a joke, but that's the least the staff can do about it! As I said...my opinion!!!

Thanks to the nice team. We were there shortly before the end at 6:20 p.m. Instead of throwing away the remaining food, we were offered the 4 remaining burgers for free. Here we stop again...

Worst Burger King ever! No personal ordering possible at checkout. Two of the four order machines were defective and the remaining two had massive problems with the touchscreen interface. All in all a disaster!

Unfortunately it took a little longer today. In addition, you cannot redeem the voucher at the self-desk after using the toilet. Redeeming at the checkout takes additional time.

Four people are standing behind the counter, they don't know what to do with themselves, they're not structured in the slightest or in any kind of white hand in hand, all the people wait forever and nothing happens. 1 person in the kitchen, the rest are standing at the front where one would have been enough

We stopped there after our skiing holiday and were very satisfied. It tasted good, you can order digitally or in person, the employees are extremely polite and super helpful. We felt really comfortable and will definitely stop there again next time after our vacation!

I was at this Burger King on Saturday. After eating a plant-based burger and ice cream there, I suffered from severe food poisoning all weekend. I didn't eat anything else that day so it's definitely from that food. I have rarely felt so bad and I can only advise against visiting this branch.

Very strange shop. First you have to find it, the entrance is completely hidden behind the gas station. And then you notice that it's already closed at 7 p.m. on Friday evening. What kind of Burger King is that?

By far the slowest and most incompetent employee I have ever seen. I ordered exactly one burger and it sat in the warming counter for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the employee was unable to prepare more than one order at a time, let alone change the order. Sometimes he just stood there and waited for that ONE burger that was missing from the first order instead of assigning the 20 finished burgers to the other orders. The colleague who was always jumping back and forth between the counter and the kitchen really worked her ass off to at least somewhat compensate for her colleague's incompetence. Long wait for food on site and not especially at lunchtime. Quality?! The fries still worked, the nuggets were clearly in the deep fryer for too long. Not exactly a recommendation!

Bad staff Rubbish information about their dishes. Quickly get annoyed and roll your eyes if you don't order standard. Toilets not clean. A coffee took 15 minutes. Comparison to Burger King the day before near Nersingen Everything was great. Just depends on the staff.

Hello BK, My review is based on my last visit (late 23). The order was wrong, the fries weren't fresh and the cleanliness of the place was subpar.

Great service, smooth process. The burger was great. As always, everything was great with every visit.👍👍👍

Rude, no deposit cups available, even though paid for.

Burger King has changed significantly since the previous manager left. With a new woman in charge, everything is going much better. Customers receive their food immediately and are even informed if certain menu items take a little longer. She also brings the food to the table personally, which was not the case before. These changes have resulted in a significantly improved customer experience.

Cold, uncomfortable, dirty. The order took an incredibly long time, but at least it was correct. You could tell that there weren't enough staff, but those who were there set records in slow moving. Small orders were given priority; apparently both employees hoped that the other would try our family order.

1 hour waiting time because there weren't enough poor service workers on duty; Saturday 2 p.m. In addition, incorrect information about the order for cash payment/collection resulted in the loss of an order.

Vorneweg: Wir lieben Burgerking und folgendes liegt wohl an der Filiale dort.!! Das ist aktive Rufschädigung für das Unternehmen. Mir ist nicht klar, wie die Ihre Lizenz behalten dürfen? - Wir haben keinen sauberen Tisch gefunden, selbst der an dem wir assen, musste vorher noch von uns selbst abgewischt werden. Er hat wenigstens nicht geklebt. Der Mann ist regelmäßig durch das Restaurant geschlichen, oder noch langsamer um nicht arbeiten zu müssen. Keiner der vor Schmutz starrenden Tische oder auch der Boden scheint ihm dabei aufgefallen zu sein. - Pommes waren nicht fertig und nicht gesalzen - Burger hatte seltsamen Geschmack - Country Potatoes waren einfach ekelhaft mehlig und sind fast auseinandergefallen - Kommunikation mit dem Personal war nicht möglich. Eventuell kein Deutsch oder Englisch? Wäre gut wenn wenigstens erkenntlich wäre in welcher Sprache Kommunikation möglich ist. - Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Personals vergleichbar mit Schnecken. Habe in der Gastro noch nie so etwas gesehen. Never ever again dort.

Falsche Bestellung Personal unfreundlich

Ist in Ordnung. Nur sehr teuer.

Am 1 December 2023; 12.45 Uhr kann man im Restaurant nur am Automaten bestellen auch wenn ich es ohne Brille nicht lesen kann bekommst du keine Hilfe am Tresen und die Frau ist auch noch frech. Außenstehende helfen mir bei der Bedienung des Automaten und ich stelle fest dass an den Sitzgruppen von vier Tischen drei Tische dreckig sind also am besten bestellst du außen über den Drive, bezahlst Bar und fährst schnell weg.

Einfach nur schlecht man wartet 30 min auf sein essen das ist nicht normal die leute die da arbeiten sind unfreundlich manchmal vergessen die auch sachen das geb ich mir nicht mehr und falls ihr diese Rezension löschen wollt ich schreib eine neue viel spaß mit dem Dreck selber essen

Öffnungszeiten anscheinend wie man aktuell lust hat einmal 18 Uhr dann 19 Uhr usw... Aber die Konkurrenz gegenüber will noch Geld verdienen... !!!

Meiner Meinung nach sollte es selbstverständlich sein, dass Menschen die mit Lebensmitteln arbeiten sich regelmäßig und besonders nach dem Toilettengang sich die Hände waschen.

Ich muss sagen, das ich schwer enttäuscht bin. Hungrig sollte man dort nie hinfahren, da man nie weiß, ob man bedient wird. Die Öffnungszeiten, die angegeben sind, stimmen nicht und auch die, die vor Ort da stehen, stimmen nicht überein. Man wird vom Personal weggeschickt, weil man zu beschäftigt ist mit aufräumen, obwohl noch 4 Stunden vor angegebeben Ladenschluss ist. Von meiner Seite aus, nie wieder.

Dreckigste Filiale die ich je gesehen habe. War aber auch schon anderst. War heute auf Wunsch meiner Tochter dort, mussten ewig warten obwohl nichts los war, zwei Kunden waren vor uns. Die Sitzplätze draußen waren voll mit Müll, auf, unter und neben den Tischen. Selbst der Wagen wo man die Tabletts reinstellt waren voller Müll. Zum Glück hatte ich für mich nichts bestellt und wir konnten schnell weiter. Zu allem Überfluss haben sie auch noch das Getränk zum jr. Meal vergessen.Für uns war es in dieser Filiale das letzte mal. Ich habe mich nicht einmal getraut Fotos zu machen so dreckig war es. Man kann nur hoffen das es in der Küche nicht genauso aussieht. Nein, danke sowas brauche ich nicht vor allem nicht in Zeiten von Corona. Ich kann mir nicht erklären warum Google diese Bewertung entfernt hat, auch schlechte Bewertungen sollten geteilt werden dürfen damit die Nutzer informiert sind.

Bin nach längerer Zeit (3Jahre) mal wieder hier her zum Essen und siehe da alles genauso schlecht wie immer wollte ursprünglich einen Whopper essen ja geht nicht weil Herdplatte defekt! Gibt nur Hähnchen weil Frittiert ok 5 min gewartet Long chicken bekommen war OK nicht das was ich ursprünglich wollte konnte man aber Essen, dann die Pommes kein Salz drauf🙄 Kommt schon wenn ich schon warte könnt ihr doch ein bisschen Salz auf die Pommes schmeißen. Solange ich denken kann ist immer irgendwas hier im BK am Personal kann's nicht liegen weil hier kommen und gehen viele Leute evtl sollte sich ja das Management Fragen wo man etwas ändern könnte.

Unterirdischer Service, ich stand am Drive In und wartete auf die nette Stimme, ca. 10 Minuten nichts als Stille. Dann fuhr ich zur Speisenausgabe und weitere 10 Minuten vergingen (war sehr geduldig). Bin dann hungrig weggefahren.

Achtung keine kostenlosen Toiletten! Ansonsten durchschnittliches vor Ort

Schöner gemütlicher Bürger King mit freundlichem Personal. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, halten aber gern auf dem Rückweg hier nochmal an.

Es war nix los, als meine frau und ich diesen burger king betraten und obwohl alles frei war, mussten wir minutenlang suchen um den tisch zu finden der am wennigsten klebrig war... Sauber war kein einziger! Unser esser kamm zwar sehr schnell, aber irgendwas stimmte an dem essen nicht... die pommes waren eigenartig, die nugges hatten eine andere farbe und schmeckten nach fisch... Ich liebe eigentlich pommes aber dort habe ich sie nach 2-3 stück nicht mehr angerührt... Die sehen uns so schnell nicht wieder, da nebenan ein macdonnels ist.

Erst zu wenig zwiebelringe und dann auch noch der falsche Burger. Schmutz

In Kombination mit der zweiten Gastro etwas ungewohnt, aber gepflegt und sauber

Nach dem Summer Breeze sollte für einen Tag mehr Personal eingeplant werden. Wartezeit war unchristlich

Minpunten: Vervallen; vieze tafels; te weinig personeel; bloedheet; ice tea smaakte naar bellenblaas; er hangt een vreemde sfeer; kinderspeeltuin bevat geen enkel speeltoestel; Pluspunten: Goede filmset voor een psychologische Thriller; Meisje achter de balie was vriendelijk.

Es könnte hier mal bisschen was an der Innenausstattung gemacht werden und man muss auch sehr oft lange auf sein essen warten.

Ein absolutes Dreckloch, Boden ,Tische , Kasse und Sitze sind verdreckt und schmierig. Draußen ist alles kaputt, und eine Atmosphäre wie auf einer Bushaltestelle.

Wartezeit ist lang, aber damit würde ich noch klar kommen. Das Restaurant ist jedoch so schmuddelig, es war schon richtig eklig. Nie wieder.

Schlechter geht es nicht. 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. Alles verdreckt, es wird nicht geputzt. Hier sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt hin.

Leider kann ich mich den ganzen Rezensionen nur anschließen. Warten seit 30 Minuten auf unser Essen und haben bis jetzt noch nichts bekommen.

Es war eine angenehme warte Zeit an der Kasse allerdings muss man immer fürs Klo zahlen als man kann man ja auch so aber als frau nicht , möchte angemerkt haben das restaurant eigentlich ein WC bereitstellen müssten

Es war wenig los und das Essen hat 35 Minuten gedauert. Das personal war überfordert und hat sich nicht abgestimmt, daher ging es echt lange. Drive in war gesperrt.

Immer vor 30min vor Ladenschluss geschlossen öfters dive zu gemacht troz offen ist

Nach längerem mal wieder hier gewesen. Zum ersten Mal habe ich gesehen das hier inzwischen auch diese Bestellterminals aufgestellt sind. Trotz meiner ausdrücllichen Bitte das ich normal an der Kasse bestellen und zahlen möchte hat man mich zurückgewiesen. Das finde ich für ältere Menschen schon eine Zumutung. Entsprechend lange habe ich dann am Terminal verbracht um mich durchzuklicken. Natürlich hatte ich zum Schluss nicht das, was ich eigentlich wollte. Später beim Essen habe ich bemerkt wie sich ebenfalls ein Gast lautstark an der Kasse beschwert hat. Und oh Wunder, er konnte dort bestellen! Also nur wer schreit, wird erhöhrt, oder wie? Werde mir in Zukunft überlegen ob ich da nochmal hingehe. Essen war ja prinzipiell in Ordnung, aber Service geht anders.

Schon ein bisschen älter das Mobiliar. Aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Essen im Gegensatz zu M heiß 😉

Sehr schlechtes Essen! 30 Minuten Wartezeit, falsch zubereitet, schlechte Qualität und die Folge waren Übelkeit und Magenprobleme. Bin bedient!
