McDonald's in Ellwangen (Jagst)

After 10 p.m. on a Monday night, it's no longer worth going. The food is cold, and the burgers have so much sauce on them that the burgers practically float in the wrapper.

Despite rush hour, food was delivered mega-fast to the table, the entire meal for 4 people was still nice and hot, tables were wiped down and disinfected promptly, toilets were extremely clean. Respect. All McDs in the Frankfurt metropolitan area can go to school!

Even though it wasn't busy, the tables were very dirty and the drop-off truck was overcrowded. The food came quickly and was tasty, but could have been hotter. Unfortunately, the drinks from McCafé were served in paper cups, even though we ate on site. And unfortunately there are no gluten-free buns here either, although they have long been a given at other McDonalds. Too bad.

The cleanliness in the restaurant is exemplary - you simply feel comfortable here. Everything fits together perfectly, which is why I always enjoy coming here. Clear recommendation!

Good for children, as there is a special room for them to play

Completely satisfied. We (3 people) had lunch there on a trip. For dessert there was the delicious cake. The lady at McCafe was extremely friendly. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Finally a McDonalds where you don't have to wait forever. Less than 5 minutes after ordering via the app, we had the food for the four of us, so I was flabbergasted... Service was very friendly, the atmosphere was fine and the quality of the food was typical McDonald's, not a treat for the palate but you know that beforehand.

Burger very good as always, unfortunately the seat in the disabled toilet was loose and I almost fell 🤔

The food came very quickly and was of normal McDonald's quality. The dining area is rather small and was a bit cold. Please avoid the table next to the children's area as it can get very loud there. The toilets weren't very clean, there was toilet paper on the floor. The staff was friendly.

Edit: Many deficiencies have been corrected and the employees make a friendly impression again! ------- Employees hardly speak German. You have to repeat yourself 5 times and then you get the wrong food. ‐----------- Service has improved significantly over time, but has become a bit run down in some corners inside.

Today is an unlucky day. cold fries, fried in old oil. The staff is busy chatting and you can forget the essentials like napkins, there are only empty containers! Dear employees, I hope I will eat better next time 😉

It was very cold in the dining room. Unfortunately there were garbage bags to the right of the service counter. Couldn't enjoy table service. Since the numbers were behind the counter.

McDonald's, we were actually the only ones here, the food was ready as soon as we ordered, but it looked like they had no time to prepare it at all. Five people stood behind the counter and waited for something to happen. The ice cream maker wasn't broken.

I actually wanted to buy laxatives at the pharmacy, but the burgers from McDonalds were enough and I also saved money.

There is NO children's slide here! 10 minutes waiting in line at the McCafé before you get noticed, even though it's not full, then with 3 items you forget one. Only available upon request. Staff doesn't understand German well. Fries and ketchup take 20 minutes! Way too long!

Some were mixed with meat into the Plant Chicken. I'm horrified. Unfortunately I can't go back because I ordered takeaway.

Avoid it, because if you are given a spoiled food there is no solution and you will be told that you are aggressive, you have to find a reason for your incompetence, the area manager is no more sympathetic. Burger King is right across the street...

Unfortunately, I can't understand all the bad reviews. I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a little kid and I've never had a complaint about it. I think the employees do their job well, of course they sometimes forget to give something, but that can happen to anyone. The food has always been good too.

Cappuccino at Mc Cafe is still one of the best. The waitress was probably stressed or not in a good mood. But it was also very hot.

You know McDonald's and you know what you want. Clean, fast and nice staff. As it should be.

The table service was relatively fast. As i could not find a gluten-free sandwich, l went for the frozen yoghurt - that was really good. Others ate the regular stuff. The restaurant was crowded, the toilet could be better - but not an easy thing to manage next to the highway.

Ordered McPlant nuggets, there was a normal nugget in it, returned it, got new ones. All well and good, but they were no longer 20 nuggets but suddenly only 17. Thank you very much for that. Juice shop

Somehow I have to go to McDonald's once a year, hope dies last... and I usually regret it as soon as I eat. I have no idea how that's good...Fillet-o-fish, dude, how bad is that? And what have they done with the McRib in the meantime? It's inedible... or these chicken molded meat mushy things with sugar sauce in little plastic pots? Phew, nope... It won't work for both of us anymore...

Unfortunately the toilet is very dirty, people just stand around.

Generally everything is good. The toilet was clean but the food was very bad. It tasted like it had been there for an hour. Also, the chicken in the chicken burger was half the size of the picture. I wanted to go in but it was raining so hard that I went ahead and ate it. Please check your food before you leave the store.

If you're looking for specific Happy Meal characters, you should go elsewhere. Selecting “Toy of your choice” at the ordering terminal means that you get something and if you ask for a different figure at the counter, you are harshly turned away.

There has probably never been a more boring selection of burgers at McDonald's. I guess I have to go to the competition again. The simpler the burgers, the faster it works. At least that

Man merkt, dass die Qualität bei MC Donalds immer mehr nachlässt. Tischservice war zwar schnell, aber was man dann bekommt ist ein Witz. Die Burger sind flach gedrückt und oftmals kalt. Frisch zubereitet sieht anders aus. In den Getränken zu viel Eis, was sich ohne Strohhalm schlecht trinken lässt. Strohhalm gab es nicht. Boden ist dreckig . Personal steht gelangweilt rum .

Mc Fish was old. Fries lukewarm, double cheeseburger old. Sorry, bad McDonalds. Positive: Toilets were clean.

The restaurant is right at the entrance to the Autohof. So there are plenty of parking spaces available. The order goes to a self-service terminal where the products are listed and you can then choose. The service is very friendly and sometimes brings the food to you

Eintypischer Mc Donald's welcher für den Andrang zu dieser Zeit nicht so gut gerüstet ist. Zu wenige Bestellterminals und lange Wartezeit beim Tischservice. Das Bestellterminal ist zudem sehr langsam, wofür dieses Restaurant jedoch nichts kann

At the time it was organized, clean and a friendly stuff greeted me... The food was ok. I liked the pommes a lot and the new pizza snack was ok. Ok because the taste was kinda blend for me.

Beim Big Mac hatte was gefehlt, ich glaube es war Ketchup...., sonst okay, auch die Wartezeit.

Trotz dessen das sehr viel los war waren die Burger eher trocken und eher schon länger in der Aufbewahrung.

Na ja, schon ein komischer Service. Kunden die später kommen werden zuerst bedient. Spricht man dies an, kommt eine fadenscheinige Ausrede, so von wegen Drive in hat Vorrang. Komisch, es war ein Kunde neben mir an der Theke...

Im MC Drive wurde ein vollständiges BigRösti Menü vergessen... Eine sofortige Rücküberweisung konnte nicht erfolgen...

McDonalds und das ist auch schon alles.

Die WC Anlagen waren überraschend für ein McDonald's verschmutzt. Viel Personal stand herum und unterhalten sich, anstatt die Kunden zu bedienen.

Wow....eine Lautstärke wie auf einem Basar.Die Angestellten unterhielten sich von Theke zu Theke sehr laut....man meinte man sei in Anatoliien auf einem Fischmarkt und die Weiber geifern sich an.Nicht gerade einladend sind die Toiletten, aber das bekommt MC nie hin

Haben dort gefrühstückt. Hatte mich eigentlich auf ein Frühstück gefreut, womit geworben wird. ....Fehlanzeige....Rührei mit bacon, statt auf einem Teller, wie beworben, in einer müllverursachenden Pappschachtel, mit ebenfalls müllverursachenden Besteck. Das Rührei war ok, bacon in der einem Pappschachtel, zwei ministücke, a 4 cm, in der anderen Pappschachtel, dafür vier.....yeah.... Frühstücken werde ich da, bei McDonalds, nicht mehr. Da suche ich mir demnächst nen Rastplatz mit entsprechendem Frühstücksangebot.

War alles gut, per Handy bestellt, essen innerhalb von paar Minuten auf dem Tisch.

Kommunikation sehr schwierig, da kaum deutsch gesprochen wird! Spielzeuge in den Happy Meals nahezu jedesmal nicht vorrätig! Preis-Leistung grenzt an Unverschämtheit!!!

Mussten lange auf das Essen warten. Personal hatte viel zu tun, aber freundlich. Pommes waren nicht so gut, labrig.

Spontan zum Abendessen als Zwischenstopp von der Autobahn angehalten. Das Essen haben wir gleich vorab per Handy bestellt und war direkt fertig als wir ins Restaurant gekommen sind. Nach Bestellungen per App haben wir uns direkt an den Tisch bringen lassen, super Service. Es war sauber und nicht zu viel los (14.10. 21.30Uhr).

Ich sag nur Big Tasty Bacon.😍😍 Kleine Anmerkung der Kinderspielplatz ist schon länger am reparieren und daher zu.

Die Sauce macht den unterschied, ansonsten sind alle Burger gleich.
