A clean McDonald's where the employees are very careful about wiping tables and cleaning the floor. The restrooms were also very clean. There's also a play area for children. The food was freshly prepared, but the syrup was gone from the drink; we "only" got sparkling water. Exchanging drinks wasn't a problem, though, and we got a new one. We definitely recommend this McDonald's.

Dear McDonald's Team, Today, July 7th, I was at the drive-thru at the Ellwangen (Jagst) branch. There, I received a drink (Coke) whose lid was obviously not properly attached – probably due to the thin cardboard holder or improper handover. Before I could even put the cup down properly, the Coke ran all over my clothes and into my car. My pants and T-shirt are soaked, and my car is covered in sticky Coke (including the seats, center console, etc.). I documented everything (photos attached). Unfortunately, I didn't take a receipt with me – I even gave the employee the change. No appropriate help was available at the branch itself – my complaint was met with only an incomprehensible "Sorry" and an offer of a paper towel, which was, of course, completely inadequate in this situation. This is simply rude and unfriendly to customers. I expect McDonald's to address this matter and offer me a solution, especially for the cost of cleaning my clothes and car.

A well-visited McDonald’s Drive Thru not far from the Tesla Supercharger in the same area. Since they also have McCafé, we parked and went in. We were looking forward to good, artisanal coffee, served in porcelain cups. We were therefore surprised when our coffee was ready after just a few minutes, even though no one had used the coffee machine. Instead of real coffee, we got an unidentified, pale liquid in paper cups. An espresso without crema is not an espresso. We probably got two presses of a simpler automatic version and for two cups we paid over 8 euros, which is more like fraud. Bad McDonald’s, and then it didn’t matter that the table was well-tidy and clean.

I'd like to experience ordering from a store where there's nothing to complain about. It's a bit like good weather. You just have to get lucky with that store.

Cleanliness in the toilets and dining area could be improved, otherwise quite ok

I've now ordered Big Tasty Bacon without bacon for the umpteenth time, although it was declared as such on the packaging, and wonder of wonders, there was bacon under the cheese🫣, and that wasn't the first time 🤨 People, if you don't feel like doing extras, then just say it doesn't exist.

Super clean and very friendly staff. The tables were wiped after each guest, and we received a friendly welcome at the door. We've rarely had such a good McDonald's shine.

We had Big Morning for breakfast. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good.

Small MC. Limited parking on-site, but plenty of space was available next door at the discount stores. The restrooms were very clean. The food was typical of the MC and freshly prepared.

The waitresses pull faces like they've had three days of rain, chew gum with their mouths open, and roll their eyes. I've rarely seen such a bad-tempered waitress. The women's restroom is abysmally dirty, and the soap was also empty 🤢 I wouldn't stop here a second time.

I ordered a latte macchiato for 4.99! Instead of a latte from McCafe, I got an inedible muck from a fully automatic machine because they were apparently too busy! There wasn't a single customer at McCafe, but there were two bored employees. I had to get the lid and sugar from McCafe. Never again!

Anyone who still eats that shit shouldn't be surprised that they're fat. These fast food chains need to be abolished. And there are fewer and fewer German staff. Given the hourly wage, that's no surprise

We ate here today and were really pleasantly surprised. Despite the crowds, the entire restaurant was very clean and tidy. You can immediately tell that the team here is passionate about what they do. The employees not only work quickly and efficiently, but also continually ensure that everything stays clean - and with a smile on their faces. This care and friendliness creates a very pleasant atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire team – you are doing a great job! It's nice to see people doing their jobs with such commitment and conscientiousness. We'd love to come back!

The best McDonald's in months. The food is hot, the fries are fresh. 🙏 It's okay. The fact that McDonald's is getting more and more expensive... And the burgers are getting smaller... It's not your problem. You are just a branch company.

Nice, clean, good parking, very close the highway, super quick food preparation. One star less for ordering and paying for caramel latte macchiato and getting no caramel. Noticed to late, to far from the place. Other than that - everything was nice.

On Monday evenings after 10 p.m. it's no longer worth going there. Food is cold and there is so much sauce on the burgers that the citizen almost swims in the packaging.

Despite rush hour, food was delivered mega-fast to the table, the entire meal for 4 people was still nice and hot, tables were wiped down and disinfected promptly, toilets were extremely clean. Respect. All McDs in the Frankfurt metropolitan area can go to school!

Even though it wasn't busy, the tables were very dirty and the drop-off truck was overcrowded. The food came quickly and was tasty, but could have been hotter. Unfortunately, the drinks from McCafé were served in paper cups, even though we ate on site. And unfortunately there are no gluten-free buns here either, although they have long been a given at other McDonalds. Too bad.

The cleanliness in the restaurant is exemplary - you simply feel comfortable here. Everything fits together perfectly, which is why I always enjoy coming here. Clear recommendation!

Good for children, as there is a special room for them to play

Completely satisfied. We (3 people) had lunch there on a trip. For dessert there was the delicious cake. The lady at McCafe was extremely friendly. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Finally a McDonalds where you don't have to wait forever. Less than 5 minutes after ordering via the app, we had the food for the four of us, so I was flabbergasted... Service was very friendly, the atmosphere was fine and the quality of the food was typical McDonald's, not a treat for the palate but you know that beforehand.

Burger very good as always, unfortunately the seat in the disabled toilet was loose and I almost fell 🤔

The food came very quickly and was of normal McDonald's quality. The dining area is rather small and was a bit cold. Please avoid the table next to the children's area as it can get very loud there. The toilets weren't very clean, there was toilet paper on the floor. The staff was friendly.

Edit: Many deficiencies have been corrected and the employees make a friendly impression again! ------- Employees hardly speak German. You have to repeat yourself 5 times and then you get the wrong food. ‐----------- Service has improved significantly over time, but has become a bit run down in some corners inside.

Today is an unlucky day. cold fries, fried in old oil. The staff is busy chatting and you can forget the essentials like napkins, there are only empty containers! Dear employees, I hope I will eat better next time 😉

There is NO children's slide here! 10 minutes waiting in line at the McCafé before you get noticed, even though it's not full, then with 3 items you forget one. Only available upon request. Staff doesn't understand German well. Fries and ketchup take 20 minutes! Way too long!

Avoid it, because if you are given a spoiled food there is no solution and you will be told that you are aggressive, you have to find a reason for your incompetence, the area manager is no more sympathetic. Burger King is right across the street...

Unfortunately, I can't understand all the bad reviews. I've been going to this McDonald's since I was a little kid and I've never had a complaint about it. I think the employees do their job well, of course they sometimes forget to give something, but that can happen to anyone. The food has always been good too.

Cappuccino at Mc Cafe is still one of the best. The waitress was probably stressed or not in a good mood. But it was also very hot.

The table service was relatively fast. As i could not find a gluten-free sandwich, l went for the frozen yoghurt - that was really good. Others ate the regular stuff. The restaurant was crowded, the toilet could be better - but not an easy thing to manage next to the highway.

Somehow I have to go to McDonald's once a year, hope dies last... and I usually regret it as soon as I eat. I have no idea how that's good...Fillet-o-fish, dude, how bad is that? And what have they done with the McRib in the meantime? It's inedible... or these chicken molded meat mushy things with sugar sauce in little plastic pots? Phew, nope... It won't work for both of us anymore...

Unfortunately the toilet is very dirty, people just stand around.

Generally everything is good. The toilet was clean but the food was very bad. It tasted like it had been there for an hour. Also, the chicken in the chicken burger was half the size of the picture. I wanted to go in but it was raining so hard that I went ahead and ate it. Please check your food before you leave the store.

If you're looking for specific Happy Meal characters, you should go elsewhere. Selecting “Toy of your choice” at the ordering terminal means that you get something and if you ask for a different figure at the counter, you are harshly turned away.

There has probably never been a more boring selection of burgers at McDonald's. I guess I have to go to the competition again. The simpler the burgers, the faster it works. At least that
