The rancidest McDonald's I know, but the tuning meetings are always very interesting

Terrible staff, ordering in the local language is so nerve-wracking that you're actually hungry afterwards. The food isn't bad. Everything is usually completely dirty and you rarely leave the restaurant without sticky shoe soles. There are no machines, so you have to order in front, it's always a new mystery as to whether you actually get what you ordered

Very unpolite stuff!! Extremely rude guy from Pakistan who gave very aggressive comment just when we were just asking politely for the ingredients of the McFlurry.

It’s dirty, sometimes they don’t salt the potatoes, and during rush hour there are so many people that sometimes there isn’t enough space

Another Macdonalds in an emblematic location but it's the only positive thing. Not very clean place and not very friendly staff. Pity

Nice service! Food was freshly prepared and even served. Very patient and super clean sanitary facility. Great ambience with Telekom WIFI, but unfortunately no sockets.

As always at McDo we had a special burger which was very good. Shared the table with a nice person.

No straw, not even a lid. How am I supposed to drink the Coke with ice without having the ice in my mouth?

Actually no stars The guy who took our orders interrupted me the whole time and yelled no before he even heard what I wanted was a bicmac without onions and pickles btw. Then he yelled at me because I mixed up someone else's order because it had exactly the same thing in it. He also entered the coupons manually without a code or number, which is why I didn't get any points on the app The burgers also gave me an immediate stomach ache! I'll never come back, especially after the other reviews, some of which are really disgusting.

The branch manager is the best of all, the mustache fits even the half-bald guy, please give me a promotion!!!! When finally CEO💪💪🫦?

Whenever something new comes out, this MC only makes me sick 2-3 days later with an answer. System doesn't work.

How can it be so difficult to pack an order correctly? Every time we order something, something is missing or it is delivered incorrectly! Sorry but if you can't get it baked in the delivery service then just leave it be!

This it's the worst McDonald's I ve been so far the cashier's are rude also they know 0 English which is basic in the modern world also for not speaking German they denied me the water for some reason when it was behind the cashier (and gave me cola instead when I don't like it. I only have eaten here because I was leaving Freiburg the next day.

Always very dirty, very bad food

I wanted to test delivery via McDelivery and Liferando and was extremely disappointed!!!! The delivery time was significantly longer than stated, one hour 25 minutes instead of 40 minutes, then the delivery was not complete and the supplier had unfortunately already left. I tried to call the branch directly, after several attempts someone answered who barely understood and spoke German and just told me "it's gone, it's gone" and hung up! He didn't want to know what was missing to try to help, nor did he say goodbye. Really not customer oriented and very annoying!

Food edible, unspeakable waiting times, dirty tables, full clearing carts and - I can only agree with the other reviewers - extremely stupid, unmotivated employees.

The food in the bottom drawer, ice cream mc flurry with twix, rock hard little cookies that will make you break your teeth. I wanted to order something at Mc Cafe, it wasn't open and I was refused to buy anything there. Extremely stupid employees and extremely unfriendly. Bottom drawer.

Old, rock-hard burgers are sold here for expensive money. The employee literally said to me: I would have to decide for myself whether I still wanted to eat it! I kindly asked for 2 fresh burgers, I was laughed at by the entire staff! This is an absolute disgrace, you should be shut down! I feel cheated out of my money 😡 Ice cubes in the drink upon request are only laughed at, of course there were none in the cup... It no longer surprised me that the fries were old and sticky. From now on only to the competition, where every order is freshly prepared👑

It's a standard McDonald's. Food is quite ok. You don't have high expectations. I couldn't redeem my coupons. Nice view on the upper floor.

Terrible service, the manager of the place treated me terribly, he treated me terribly for the simple fact of not knowing German, I tried to ask him a question and he didn't even make an effort to understand what I was saying, he was always on the phone. They treat foreigners very badly at that McDonald's, I don't recommend going.

The staff doesn’t understand the instructions. I ordered a chocolate Mcflurry but they gave me a vanilla mcflurry.

Please get the terminals to order. Stressful, little space and poor communication means you don't pack what you ordered. As always, it tastes good, what should you rate?

Very bad service. Employees who don't speak a word of German, let alone understand it. Orders are not recorded completely or incorrectly. You don't even get an apology for it. There is still a discussion with the guest. This branch can take a page from other branches! Sad!

Service was quick, BUT the food didn't really taste fresh and mice were running around between the tables upstairs and then disappearing into the washroom on the upper floor. Never again!

Rancid employees, completely unfriendly, can't operate the devices and don't even let you choose between the sauces. Waiting time is 25 minutes

I've been to several McDonald's, but I've never seen people asking for money in the restroom to use the restroom while consuming it on-site. If you're on your way out and say so, you can leave a plate on a table at the entrance to the bathroom. They cleaned and disinfected the floor. No doubt it was flawless, but since there is no receipt I don't know if it will be legal or authorized by McDonald's

Food is the same as typical MCDonalds. Cleaning seems to be a big issue here, have been there two times and seems nobody cares about tables upstairs. Floor and tables are almost the same, full of stains and not cleaned.

Messy store, tissues used and left on the ground, Worker at Mc Cafe disappeared for 15 minutes and came back. Food was great. Washroom was paid and the guy sitting there was sliding some coins into his own pocket instead of going into the restaurant. He seemed friendly and was polite but ended taking the money for the washroom for himself. If there is a Mc Donald's worker reading this, out to catch that guy, he keeps a tissue on the table and under it he places the stolen coins for himself.

Received food from a stranger: I ordered a burger and nuggets and was told to wait. Suddenly the employee became very restless and ran after a family that was being served in the meantime. Because: he gave the family my order. So after 2 minutes he came back with my nuggets and burgers and handed them to me. When I asked him that other people had already had this food in their hands and that I wanted fresh/new food, he shrugged his shoulders.

I was told no happy meal after 6pm after having to queue for 15 minutes. There is no indication anywhere on the signs. Simply cheeky.

A disaster. What a shame what they do in the bathroom. It seems unacceptable to me that there are two people who are employees of you screaming like crazy and asking for money, even entering the women's bathroom to bang on the door.

So, The food is so old that the state is trying to take away his pension. It's also greasy, smells rotten and generally inedible. Employees as motivated as I am every Monday after a coal mine. It feels like the restaurant hasn't been cleaned since the 19th century. Ps. Greetings from the toilet.

This restaurant is garbage, they don't understand English and there are no gluten-free items, incredible.

Really, really rude staff. We asked for three McFlurrys but they didn't have them, they told us there was only Frozen Yogurt even though the noticeboard said otherwise. They didn't give us the receipt and the Nuggets ordered never arrived. They don't know how to speak English and are quite rude. I don't recommend this place at all. To improve!!!

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds ever! Very long queues to order, no touch screen order points, no possibility to order through the mobile app, staff do not speak English... Honestly, it's 2024, they need to do better.

Unfortunately very bad service not recommended!! The first time I ordered, I didn't receive a Filet o Fish that I had paid for. When I ordered a second time, I called and explained this, I was assured that the burger would be delivered. After a wait of almost 2 hours, the order arrived lukewarm and the burger It still wasn't there, I didn't get any money back or anything. Not recommended just because of the waiting time! Because at Lieferando, fantasy times are displayed that are not adhered to!

Outdated, no ordering terminals, GooglePay doesn't work. No ordering possible via app. This should actually be standard at McDonald's in 2024.

We got two ancient burgers, completely old buns that had already dried out in the package. Nobody can tell me that this is compliant.

At lest i comme minimun once per day to take food with me and a cup coffee to the workers are super unfriendly but i uderstand them maybe to much work maybe they’re mentality is like that hardly understand them with German language they speak „indian or maybe any other language „ but today was the top i just wanted a cup of coffee fast they had 20 minutes to close the shop after i got the coffee wanted to put some sugar to like usually and i leave they in a very strange way say shop closed Out Out Out all together strange and stupid, no culture!! but for sure that was last time i come there. Not exactly comfortable inside, but despite the location right next to the train station, the staff are always friendly and the service is good and quick. I would particularly like to praise the great opening times! Top

Quando ti trovi alla sera del 31/12 allo sbaraglio e vedi il McDonald's capisci che la serata e' salva, ottimi panini diversi da quelli in Italia.

Zu diesem McDonald's musste ich einfach hin! Die Location ist ja sowas von ne 10/10! Beim Betreten aber der Schock. Nur eine Kasse geöffnet, eine lange Schlange bis zur Tür, und keine Selbstbedienungs-Computer. Die "Aussicht" beim Essen aber wiederum genial. Vorbeifahrende Straßenbahnen unter dem Martinstor. Für so eine Aussicht Zentral in der Altstadt würden andere Restaurants einen saftigen Aufpreis verlangen. Beim Essen sage ich nichts. McDonald's halt. Mein Burger wurde ohne tote Ratte oder Haare der Mitarbeiter serviert. Mehr Erwartungen habe ich bei McDonald's und Burger King nicht.

Abituata ai macdonald's grandi e con arredamenti nuovi mi ha deluso per gli interni.piccolo e angusto.situato in una posizione strana,sotto ad una torre molto importante per la città. Non pulito,nell'attendere l'ordine al bancone del bar ho notato che la ragazza che serviva chiedendo 5 minuti di tempo cercava i vassoi nel locale sporchi alla ricerca delle tazze da lavare per fare i cappuccini ordinati.non aveva abbastanza tazze a disposizione..e il locale non era neanche cosi pieno.non viene molta voglia di mangiare qui.nota positiva,bagni puliti gestiti da una persona all'ingresso a cui lasciare qualcosa di moneta.ben riposti visto che i bagni tenuti bene.

Also, wer Abführmittel braucht, ist hier richtig. War zum ersten mal bei Mc, da ich etwas warmes zum mitnehmen wollte und hab Durchfall dazu bekommen. Danke.

Es ist ein MC Donalds. Ich gehe gerne dorthin da er mitten in der Stadt ist.

Langsamer und schlechter Service(außer die Putzkraft an der Toilette) und die Auswahl(hatten keine Riffelkartoffeln usw.) ist schlechter als aufm Dorf.

Gehe hier nicht regelmäßig hin, aber, wenn man nach der Kneipe noch Hunger hat, eigentlich spät abends die einzige Möglichkeit noch etwas zu Essen zu bekommen...

Ganz in ordnung hatte dort aber mein erstes date mit meinem Freund deswegen 5 sterne. Plätze waren aber sehr dreckig und ein kind ist aufs maul geflogen vor uns.

Das Essen ist normal, meist ein bisschen älter und das Geschäft ist einfach immer dreckig. Und sie bekommen es wohl absolut nicht hin genügend Personal zu haben und das wenige Personal ist entweder unfreundlich oder sie können zu wenig Deutsch und verstehen die Bestellung nicht. Da bin ich froh, dass es die App gibt. Durch das Einscannen erledigt sich da einiges.

Es gibt gute Kassiererinnen, vor allem die Dame, die Farsi spricht, sie hat meine Bestellungen problemlos entgegengenommen und die Essen war fertig. Insgesamt ist meine Meinung positiv.

Leider war der Salat mit braunen Stellen befallen Salat hatte einen komischen Geschmack gehabt Der Laden gut aufgebaut aber lauter war er sehr verklebt und war nicht so sauber wie ich normaler weiße einen mecces kenne leider nur drei sterne

Essen war gut aber die brauchen viel zu lang und Arbeiter können kein deutsch lo

Leider ist hier keine Vorbestellung über die App möglich. Daher kann man in dieser Filiale auch keine Punkte sammeln. Das geht in Freiburg leider nur in der Filiale in der Tullastrasse. Die anderen Freiburger McDonalds haben das wohl nicht nötig, LEIDER. ☹️

Leckeres Essen und angenehmes Ambiente. Der neue BicMac ist sehr lecker gewesen. Die Pommes dazu waren auch sehr gut ☺️

Repas plutôt bon (si on aime McDo), servi, pour ma part, assez rapidement. Cependant le sourire et l'amabilité ne sont pas présents au menu ! Personnel très peu accueillant voire même parfois désagréable. Trouvez-vous plutôt un bon petit restaurant où se sont les serveurs qui viennent à vous et non l'inverse, je vous garantis que, même si l'ambiance ne sera peut-être au rendez-vous, elle sera bien plus agréable que dans ce McDonald's. Je déconseille si vous ne voulez pas être irrité en sortant.

Leider hat es mir bei der Bestellung ein Burger gefehlt und das erst Zuhause gemerkt. Außerdem viel zu lange Wartezeit für ein Fast-Food-Restraunt.

Como casi todos estos locales de la franquicia. Calidad normalizada y uno sabe que es lo que pide y va a obtener. En Freiburg me resultó cómodo, agradable y práctico.
