So by far the biggest impudence I've experienced is a cold burger, cold fries and employees who don't understand German Then the shift leader named beqa with his last name came behind the cash register on his cell phone and got cheeky and said if I had a problem I should please come after work It's just a shame that the other shift leader with a full beard is standing there in the drive-in and playing around on his cell phone. I think an internal control like that wouldn't be bad @Burgerking Germany

Great Burger King in Freiburg, located a little outside. Lots of parking spaces, fairly new restaurant, well filled when we visited, but orders were processed quickly. Food was completely good, tables were cleaned regularly. That's how it should be everywhere!

Do me a favor... Either install a clever intercom system or leave a dictionary next to the cash register... I'm neither a racist nor do I have anything against others, but having to repeat everything 4 times every time is really annoying. Starting with 6 numbers for a code...

Waiting more than 10 minutes for a burger has nothing to do with fast food. Many tables are dirty and everything else seems rather dingy. Won't go here again.

This Burger King looks tidy and clean. There are many ordering machines, which is a real advantage when there is a lot of traffic. Food is the same like everywhere else.

I've enjoyed going here for years. The food tastes good, nothing falls apart and, thanks to coupons that are almost always available, it is always relatively cheap.

The fries were almost raw and the paper cup became so soft that you could hardly hold it. Was at the drive in as I have done so many times, but it was never THAT bad 😕.

The last time I ordered, I was delivered a donut that was no longer intended for sale. According to the label, it was thawed more than two days earlier and should have been destroyed a few hours before delivery. I realize that the donut doesn't have a watch on it and will suddenly go bad - so I ignored that and ate it. Today I dared to order a donut again for dessert. This time only remnants of the sticker were visible; it had probably been removed. Knowing this from last time, it leaves me with a very uncomfortable feeling and I don't dare eat it. I am afraid that food safety is not taken very seriously, at least with the product.

Maher and served and even though it was extremely stressful he tried so hard and smiled. He tries to make everyone happy. I haven't seen such great staff like him in a long time.

Well made, modernly equipped and the quality is completely ok.

It was packed at lunchtime, but service was quick and error-free thanks to the electronic ordering system. The app on the cell phone provides good offers, had two chili cheeses for 2.69 - everything was great!

The only Burger King I celebrate and leave. First of all, the staff has always been nice and helpful. The food was always warm and tasty, everything was great for me personally. Keep it up!

After almost two hours there is still no order. Called customer service; But this couldn't really help me either. The driver has apparently been on the road for half an hour. With a journey time of max. 10 minutes, I'm wondering what's taking so long. Actually, I shouldn't accept the order anymore.

You order at a machine where you have to click through a complicated menu, then get a number and wait for it to appear on the pickup monitor. Then you can pick up your tray at the counter and find a place. The employees put the food on the tray and place it on the counter. The whole process is very impersonal.

Too long a wait for a fast food restaurant

The best fast food chain. And the wopper is really great. The burgers can be customized. And don't forget to download the app. The fact that all burgers 🍔 are now also available vegetarian is world class. Ordering via the terminals is easy; there is now a function for using coupons.

We visited this establishment three times. We ordered food to go. Twice they didn’t deliver the potatoes, but the third time they gave me one extra. Convenient product order counters due to the ability to select a language. Relatively clean. I liked the food.

Fast service and clean restaurant

Super clean, a neat restaurant not like French fast food. The burgers have the same face as the advertisements to say German excellence.

Went through the drive in 3 times in 3 months and each time something was missing. Now explain to your child that the chip makers forgot the toy. After a break of a few months, we went back and every now and then the nuggets in the drive were missing from order. In the meantime, you can at least get good service again when eating in a restaurant.

I really enjoy going to this Burger King branch. Food always tastes good and fresh. The employees are friendly and quick. In addition, the branch is very clean and well maintained, there is absolutely nothing to criticize. Except for sometimes a bit dirty tables and full dish trolleys, but that's perfectly fine when there's a lot of activity as long as the rest fits.

Very long waiting times in the drive

We ordered around 12AM and it said it was gonna come in 17 hours on our order tracking services so we called them after 50 minutes, the guy was rude, only said wait and hung up even though we were being nice about it… Im disappointed and i don’t wanna be getting burgers tomorrow on 5pm or smth☠️

Cool atmosphere / retro but also modern design, noticeable clean and the quality of the food (we had fries, plant based whopper, a salad & coffee): it was fresh, fries and burger bun were crispy and the coffee really smooth. Always a good go to!

The food was really bad. A beef burger was completely cold (even the cheese was 1:1 out of the package), the chicken burger was all kind of a mush/mass of unidentifiable things. Even for a fast food restaurant that was bad.

The King burgers in Germany are great!

Aside from the fact that they packed us completely wrong burgers, they also tasted terrible!

Burnt meat tastes like it's burning. The employee has no desire to hear or respond to complaints. And the best part is the delivery person who comes and tells me this is what we have here, do you want it or don't you want it?

It's fast food if you don't have such high expectations you'll get your fill here. Burgers can be put together here, with more meat, more sauce or other possible selection options.

It's very clean there, significantly better than the competition. The food was ready quickly and the service was good. The only thing that's really annoying is the sound from the table when the food is ready, absolutely annoying beeping. This makes the stay unpleasant and you want to leave quickly

Always great to eat at Burger King in Germany. More choice and better burgers than in Switzerland and paid even less...;)

Dear owner, you are right, my recession affected another branch (I formally apologize for this fatal misstep), namely the one in Offenburg - unfortunately the query about recession came from Google recently and I left the Offenburg branch days late after visiting Freiburg - we are regular guests in Freiburg and of course everything was always great there.

Nach Bestellung ca.3-4 Min. gewartet bis das Essen herausgegeben wurde. Bürger super Pommes erheblich besser wie im Geschäft gegenüber(M..) saubere Räume. Ständig jemand da der Tische putzt. Sehr zu empfehlen auch wenn es zuletzt teurer geworden ist

Bestes Fastfoodlokal in Freiburg

Super Laden, bin echt von der Auswahl begeistert. Qualität vom Essen war sehr gut, Wartezeiten waren in Ordnung. Bin gleich zwei Tage hintereinander hingegangen weil es gute Angebote gab. Am besten finde ich das günstige Kindermenü (1 Euro) welches im Anschluss zu einem normalen Menü auswählbar ist. Macht weiter so!!

Wir essen immer gerne mal einen Burger leider keine Lieferung nach merzhausen was ein Witz ist und sicher ein Fehler

Der Whopper ist halt kein BigMac. Wer Menschen in Jogginghose treffen möchte, besucht diesen Burger King.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Jungen an der Kasse. Ist leider selten, und deshalb mal einen positiven Kommentar wert.

Schnelle Bedienung nettes Personal

Wir hatten kein Glück mit dem Essen gehabt. Das Fleisch war verbrannt und hat auch so geschmeckt. Das Bild vom Burger und der erhaltene Burger 🍔 hatten nicht gemein. Die Kartoffeln der Kartoffelecken war sehr trocken, kaum zu kauen und der Milchshake war Vanille statt Erdbeergeschmack und leider die Bedienung war schlecht gelaunt obwohl nicht viel los war. Für Mayonnaise in der Minitüte sind 50 Cent zu teuer, Tomatensauce auch 50 Cent. 🙄

Muy limpio, espacioso, iluminado y un personal muy atento.

Kleine Filiale, nur 1 Kasse. Essen war nicht heiß, eher lauwarm und man musste relativ lange warten.

Soweit ok, kann man hin und wieder machen allerdings kann man für das Geld auch im Restaurant essen gehen

很高级的一家汉堡王，可惜位置太偏了，弗莱堡市中心的那家太垃圾了。。。

Scheinbar werden nur die Pattys frisch angebraten. Mein restlicher Burger war komplett kalt. Speck wurde wohl vorbereitet und lag kalt auf meinem Burger. Der Raclette war nicht ansatzweise am Verlaufen. Das Personal hat mir freundlicherweise einen neuen Burger gemacht, leider mit dem gleichen Ergebnis. Die restlichen Burger waren ganz ok, wobei der Speck nirgends frisch gemacht war. Fazit: War definitiv schon mal besser und heute enttäuschend.

Lecker wie immer. Schmeckt gut. Restaurant ist auch immer sehr sauber. Gerne wieder

Essen wie immer frisch und lecker, nur muss man jedes mal ganz genau nachschauen was man bekommen hat, es kam bis jetzt 1 mal innerhalb einen halbjahres vor (von 5 malen), dass die Bestellung korrekt war, es ist sehr frustrierend.

Мне понравилось это фастфуд кафе. Чисто, приветливое обслуживание, есть электронное табло для заказа, хоть и выходной день людей было не сильно много. Удобно добираться машиной, автобусом не очень, так как он ходит не часто.

Großes, sauberes Restaurant. Die zahlreichen (funktionsfähigen!!!) terminals machen das Bestellen super komfortabel. Gerne wieder.

Natürlich wurden mehrere Sachen vergessen. Darf man ja gar nicht mehr anders erwarten.

Alles soweit ok. Nur etwas zu lange gedauert, bis dass Essen fertig war.

Der Service war Ausgezeichnet Danke nochmal an Herr Kuhmann So ein freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen Er war extrem freundlich hat spaß an seiner Arbeit und hat auch ein Lächeln und strahlen auf den Lippen gehabt ist selten geworden Heutzutage wird man nur noch mit einem Langen Gesicht begrüßt Falls der Herr Kuhmann noch nicht befördert wurde sollte er spätestens jetzt befördert werden Aufjedenfall super super immerwieder gerne :)
