Burger King in Freiburg im Breisgau

One of my favorite Burger Kings :) I rarely go there because it's our trusted Burger King when traveling to and from Switzerland :) The food is always great, the service is friendly, and it's always been very clean. Top-notch.

After eating it I felt really bad and will not eat there again

No surprises....everything ok: food, drinks, waiting time and service.

My visit to the Burger King on Tullastraße was very disappointing overall. The biggest problem was the restrooms: They were in an absolutely disgusting state. The floor was sticky and dirty, the toilet bowls were unkempt and heavily soiled, paper was lying everywhere, and the smell was almost unbearable. It seemed as if the place hadn't been properly cleaned for hours, if not all day. This is an absolute no-go, especially in a restaurant, and immediately conveys an unhygienic overall impression. The dining area itself was also not particularly inviting, generally unkempt and not very comfortable. The only positive thing about my visit was the King of the Month Chicken Chili Cheese, which tasted really good. That's why it gets two stars – without the food, the rating would have been even lower.

Uka is the nicest and his service is really incredibly fast and reliable

Very clean and everything freshly prepared by friendly staff. By far the best-run Burger King in Freiburg and the surrounding area.

It is estimated that every second order there is something missing or the wrong product in the bag. It is best to check on site whether the order is complete or correct!

They don't know any protocols, have no idea about gluten-free products, and simply tell you that there are no gluten-free burgers – they don't know what the issue is. A real health risk for people with food allergies, celiac disease, etc. Instead of being trained and knowing what the dishes contain, they refer you to the allergen menu – even though they work in a restaurant! And the fact that they don't even know what gluten is is simply disgraceful. Those who work there should be truly ashamed of themselves. -

Good evening, I wanted to comment on the Burger King Freiburg on Tullerstrasse. It's been a disaster lately. You either wait 20 minutes or longer, or a few things get forgotten. It's really horribly slow. I just waited 15 minutes for my food, and they just serve other people and ignore others, which I find really unfortunate. The manager was very nice and gave me my money back after I asked for it. I just wanted to say I can't recommend it to you. Avoid the Burger King Freiburg on Tullerstrasse. Don't go there. They even say, "Go to McDonald's," which is really crazy. I'll be commenting on YouTube on my big YouTube channel and on Instagram. Well, what can you say, it's just a fast food restaurant. The food is ok and after ordering on the huge screen, the food comes very quickly. You can fill up your drinks yourself and it tastes very tasty for fast food, of course not 5 stars but that's not a bad thing. Ordering is also possible for the district, e.g. via Lieferrando. The staff is just there and does what they are paid for, friendliness is not their top priority, but it is also not exactly expected.

We were there today and were very surprised how a Burger King can be so dirty. The tables, aisles, touch screens - really disgusting. There were leftover food on the floors, completely sticky surfaces and the touchscreen at the drinks machine was impossible to touch and here too the surfaces were full of rubbish and sticky. By the way: We'd rather not even talk about the toilets 🤢 The food was okay, but of course you also wonder what the cleanliness is like behind the scenes. To make matters worse, the one colleague behind the counter annoyedly informed the customers that their number had already been called out for a "long time" when they weren't actually there right away. All in all we won't be coming back.

I really like this Burger King. You get top performance there, which I unfortunately miss in comparison to other Bürger King branches.

I would say this BK on Tullastrasse is definitely the best in Freiburg, the food is always freshly prepared, which means you get something warm with crunchy and fresh ingredients. I know this from other BK restaurants, where the opposite was always the case, cold burgers with mashed lettuce, not good at all. But this BK is really trying hard, that's not the case here! I also have the feeling that they work very neatly and cleanly here, but unfortunately I don't know whether that's ultimately the case. My recommendation if you want to eat something there, definitely the Crispy Chicken (with extra onions), but for me the best burger there was always the Crispy Chicken BKS, a 10 out of 10, it's a shame that this burger is currently no longer available there, please definitely bring this legendary burger back. For dessert I can recommend the HotBrownie with ice cream. 1 STAR deduction for ambience because there is always this unpleasant smell that is not appetizing. The smell is not from BK, but from the facilities outside that surround the BK. Otherwise really a top BK in my opinion!

Delivered after 1.5 hours. Unfortunately half of it is forgotten. Can't be reached by phone because only the BK service number is given, which doesn't want to help you since a part has already been delivered. Never use the BK Freiburg Tullastrasse delivery service again!

It's just Burger King, you get what you expect, but it's one of the better ones

Started drivin at 23h from Barcelona on Friday n visited this place on Sunday at 2am. Got no Cash at all or ATM card to pay... Only got my Mobile Bankin App to pay but unfortunately they don't have any option for me to Pay for my Food through my Mobile Bankin app. Still they understand my situation n the boss man n all the fellow workers workin there last nite decided n gave me 10-15€'s worth of Food for Free... I asked them many times to give me bank account details so that I can transfer into their a/c but they refused to do that. They just don't want me to pay for my food .... Hatts off to all the people workin there last nite, you all are awesome human beings, really appreciated n will forever remember this. Please, keep up the good work. If the Higher ups from Burger King are readin this then please give all the workers who were workin there last nite a Raise in Salary or Bonus bcoz they deserve it... N please keep up the good work. We had to wait 2 hours for food and then it was totally cold and the burgers were mashed. Definitely not recommended. After 1 hour 15 minutes of the first call, I was told it would take at least another 25 minutes due to a large order. Finally it was over 2 hours.

Disaster!!! I am deeply disappointed and angry at the way I was treated - both by the delivery service and the store. I ordered food through Lieferando, which according to the description should be delivered to my front door. The delivery person called me and said he couldn't get to the front door because there was a ramp blocking the way to the student housing area. There are parking spaces directly in front of the ramp where he could have parked his car and made the delivery on foot in a few minutes. However, he refused to deliver the order. I then called the branch to find a solution. Instead of receiving support or understanding, I was accused of lying, even though I live here and know there are parking spaces! No solution, no apology – just disrespect. The icing on the cake was the unprofessional reaction of an employee (presumably a manager). Instead of helping me, he said he had to keep working and just hung up. This is completely unacceptable and an example of how to definitely NOT treat customers. This branch urgently needs basic training in dealing with customers. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Have food delivered. First: waited 2 hours! Secondly: wrong drinks, one drink was even completely missing. The store doesn't work at all. Delivery times always take extremely long, the food arrives cold and something is missing. If you're too stupid to deliver, you shouldn't offer this service.

How can one not offer live tracking, be late with its orders and at the same time have only an email address as a contact method? This particular location makes a mockery out of Burger King.

Enjoy your meal. You can refill your own drinks at the machine. Somewhat tight parking spaces. Some ambient smell from the organic plant, which is not far away.

Good fast food, clean restaurant

When we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a smile and warmly welcomed. the service 10/10 The food was brought to our table. The boys MAHER and TAISON Were very friendly and funny to everyone who comes here and sees the boys, everyone be friendly to them ;) I can recommend you all to come to this Burger King. Great Burger King in Freiburg, located a little outside. Lots of parking spaces, fairly new restaurant, well filled when we visited, but orders were processed quickly. Food was completely good, tables were cleaned regularly. That's how it should be everywhere!

Do me a favor... Either install a clever intercom system or leave a dictionary next to the cash register... I'm neither a racist nor do I have anything against others, but having to repeat everything 4 times every time is really annoying. Starting with 6 numbers for a code...

The fries were almost raw and the paper cup became so soft that you could hardly hold it. Was at the drive in as I have done so many times, but it was never THAT bad 😕.

The last time I ordered, I was delivered a donut that was no longer intended for sale. According to the label, it was thawed more than two days earlier and should have been destroyed a few hours before delivery. I realize that the donut doesn't have a watch on it and will suddenly go bad - so I ignored that and ate it. Today I dared to order a donut again for dessert. This time only remnants of the sticker were visible; it had probably been removed. Knowing this from last time, it leaves me with a very uncomfortable feeling and I don't dare eat it. You order at a machine where you have to click through a complicated menu, then get a number and wait for it to appear on the pickup monitor. Then you can pick up your tray at the counter and find a place. The employees put the food on the tray and place it on the counter. The whole process is very impersonal.

Too long a wait for a fast food restaurant

The best fast food chain. And the wopper is really great. The burgers can be customized. And don't forget to download the app. The fact that all burgers 🍔 are now also available vegetarian is world class. Ordering via the terminals is easy; there is now a function for using coupons.

We visited this establishment three times. We ordered food to go. Twice they didn’t deliver the potatoes, but the third time they gave me one extra. Convenient product order counters due to the ability to select a language. Relatively clean. I liked the food.

Super clean, a neat restaurant not like French fast food. The burgers have the same face as the advertisements to say German excellence.

Went through the drive in 3 times in 3 months and each time something was missing. Now explain to your child that the chip makers forgot the toy. After a break of a few months, we went back and every now and then the nuggets in the drive were missing from order. In the meantime, you can at least get good service again when eating in a restaurant.

I really enjoy going to this Burger King branch. Food always tastes good and fresh. The employees are friendly and quick. In addition, the branch is very clean and well maintained, there is absolutely nothing to criticize. Except for sometimes a bit dirty tables and full dish trolleys, but that's perfectly fine when there's a lot of activity as long as the rest fits.

Very long waiting times in the drive

We ordered around 12AM and it said it was gonna come in 17 hours on our order tracking services so we called them after 50 minutes, the guy was rude, only said wait and hung up even though we were being nice about it… Im disappointed and i don’t wanna be getting burgers tomorrow on 5pm or smth☠️

Cool atmosphere / retro but also modern design, noticeable clean and the quality of the food (we had fries, plant based whopper, a salad & coffee): it was fresh, fries and burger bun were crispy and the coffee really smooth. Always a good go to!

The food was really bad. A beef burger was completely cold (even the cheese was 1:1 out of the package), the chicken burger was all kind of a mush/mass of unidentifiable things. Even for a fast food restaurant that was bad.

The King burgers in Germany are great!
