Mr. Hekmatullah gets 5 stars from me today. I'm totally satisfied.

Not recommended. Long waiting times, lukewarm food, bored employees.

Had to wait half an hour for an appointment,came to grab in the meantime a snack, the food made by Chef Sándor was good and properly prepared and served, only one thing caught my eye, since it was raining outside coming into the building the floor was very slippery so take care with it, don’t fall 😅😁

A few weeks ago I overslept. I rushed to the bus stop when a nice gentleman stopped the bus again so that I could get on in time and still get to work on time. Today I was having lunch with friends at the KFC on Tullastrasse when I recognized the burger maker Ali Balhas on a somewhat shabby piece of paper. Thank you for everything. The food was OK too.

We were just on our lunch break at KFC Freiburg when I recognized the burger maker Ali Balhas. He had saved my cat from a burning tree the week before and then revived an old lady! And all barefoot!! Absolute man of honor, would love to come back.

Waiting times in the drive are far too long. Over half an hour until we had the food. That simply doesn't work.

Got yelled at because I asked if I could have 100 burgers

KFC, it happened relatively quickly for me too. There is a deduction because the waste company Remondis (presumably) causes a sulfur smell (inducing vomiting), which, depending on the wind, makes sitting outside not recommended.

We've been there 4 times in total, each time there's a different drama either missing something that you're treated extremely rudely or the store is extremely dirty. It's really sad because we've already left a lot of money there. We entered the store in a good mood and ALWAYS left in a bad mood

If you absolutely need chicken and there is no alternative, then you can take the 10 crispy bucket, a few goodies or the coleslaw (price/performance). I often feel like it, but then I regret it almost every time. Therefore 2 stars. KFC makes the worst fries by far :D Check the order, often it is not 100% correct.

Tasted very good Chicken was very crispy and golden in color just as it should be, the fries were also fresh and nice and crispy, thank you Mr Chef Abdullah. Very satisfied 5 🌟

We ordered to pick up (for almost €50), unfortunately some side dishes were missing and two burgers. Unfortunately they were too far away to make it worth driving back... very poor performance with 6-7 people alone in the shop, at the time they were alone in the shop with no other customers. You can do without it for that price… once and never again. No wonder there's nothing going on there!

My absolute favorite restaurant. I go there whenever I have the time and the desire. It's always a great experience, and nothing beats the taste of KFC. Better than any other fast food place.

I want to clarify that I am a fan of KFC, the crispy pieces are very small, it is not worth eating here! They put too little food for the money I ask for!!!!!! Fix the situation, you don't even deserve a star!

Unfortunately the mashed potatoes were expired, tasted very sour and caused stomach problems afterwards. When I called to inform the employee, he said "that's not possible". Otherwise it was ok.

Chicken dry, tiny and lukewarm. Fries cold. Mashed potatoes taste like cardboard. Served only upon request, I then received 2 unfriendly ones. Toilets street festival level. That was really the last time I was here.

There is always a "strong" smell outside the building, probably due to the garbage disposal directly across the street...

There’s nothing to say about the taste of KFC’s fried chicken, but at least German fast food restaurants have no service at all and you have to wait all the time.

Maybe in drive. But inside and especially the bathrooms you really have to feel disgusted. There is no service. Your number will be shouted when the order is ready to be picked up. Do this 2-3 times in a row as if you were disturbing. It's a shame about the food because the chicken isn't bad, but for the rest, NEVER AGAIN!

Chicken parts and pieces oversalted and hidden under an incredible amount of breading. Not my taste. But my little boy is into it.... Note: Education, being a role model - so important. (What did I do wrong??? Sobs.....)

6 nuggets were limp after a complaint and they said they were like that, fries were without salt and the milkshake was full of ice crystals so it was completely watery Never eaten so badly

Unbelievable in the Freiburg industrial area...next to a chemistry shop! 17-02-2025 In the entrance 4 self-service terminals, you can then scroll up and down the confusing menus like an idiot, at the end you show your debit card, a receipt comes out, like on the authority then your number is called up🤣 Now the food: I'll post a photo...incredible amounts of breading, rotten tasting meat (bacon burger, chicken parts box, fries) the whole thing just under 30€ 》》》 the rest of the day: stomach cramps nausea! and the customers like this: waxy-faced overweight people with disabled children....eat till get sick! never ever if you want burgers in "FREI"BURG: GO TO FREIBURGER!! in SCHiFFSTR opposite Schwarzwaldcity! only honest, delicious shop! avoid 5guys too! kajo! I will never eat in any fast food restaurant again. Normally I don't eat anything in such restaurants anyway. My gut feeling told me beforehand that I wouldn't do it. It's a shame about the money.

I've never experienced anything so cheeky, Staff he, very dark-skinned, at the checkout today, wearing a black cap. Try to keep the change consciously and without asking. I'll never go there again, sorry.

After the unnecessary renovation, it's somehow uncomfortable there. The food is of the usual quality, but overall is very expensive. Always enough parking spaces in front of the house.

For anyone thinking about eating here: look for something else for the price! - I got one burger too few from the counter - The lights flicker in the restaurant - Burgers with almost no sauce and only bad sauce - Far too expensive - Only the wings are actually good - Relatively too little meat in the burger As an experienced connoisseur, I can only recommend looking for something better.

Eat top service, good but it stinks so much outside because of the biogas systems

I would like to give minus stars for the ambience. Unless you think it's great to go out to eat in thick winter jackets at a room temperature of around 13 degrees. Several guests have complained. The food is okay, but expensive even for fast food standards. The employees all seemed quite annoyed...

Basically like all fast food restaurants. One of three fast food chains in Freiburg's "Fastfood-Street-FR-Nord" I personally think the menus are better than the competition

During my recent visit to your restaurant, I noticed a lack of friendliness from the staff. Their attitude felt unwelcoming, as if I was a burden rather than a customer. Additionally, the food served was cold, and when I asked for something freshly prepared, I was told that wasn’t possible. I hope you address these issues to improve the customer experience.

The food came incomplete and not fresh. We also complained because we only got one drink out of two. The staff were unfriendly. No toilet paper in the toilets Lousy.Due to the incomplete order you should count your food

Total disaster, restaurant ice cold and it took over 30 minutes to finish the food. At least it tasted good.

Unfortunately, we have forgotten something every time we order. Sometimes “just” all the sauces but entire parts were missing. But rarely was everything complete. Too bad.

Food takes a long time, there was no carbonated drink available and the iced tea (the only non-carbonated one) had no taste left. This has been the case several times in the last few weeks. There was not a word about it anywhere. And you paid the full price.

It wasn't good! The drinks were bad, the milkshakes were strange, the tables were dirty and the service was poor.

Food was very tasty. Drinking (Cola Fanta Sprite) doesn't taste like it does at Ikea. It was also very cold in the restaurant.

Toilet cleanliness disaster. Despite the renovation, who arranged the plumbing like this? Urinals so close to each other without a partition and everyone at the entrance can look directly at them 😀 ... A visit to the toilet completely ruins the whole visit.

The drink machine hasn't been working for 3 weeks. Portions were cold and small. The chicken wings tasted like they hadn't been cooked the same day. Too cold, dry and tasteless If they don't change something quickly, it's no longer worth visiting!

I was there last night. A total disappointment. Drinks machines were broken due to a defect, but you still pay for them with the food. 1 of 2 burgers was ice cold and was then warmed up a bit when the same burger was mentioned. But even after this action there was nothing more than lukewarm to speak of. The fries were medium warm and there wasn't really much going on at that time. You just get the impression that you don't really care and that you should just pay and leave.

Drink like water parking lot stinks

We had to let an employee (who had just arrived to start his shift) hit us stupidly in the parking lot for no reason. He claimed that we would throw dirt out of the car into the parking lot and "clean" the car. We asked him if he had seen it, and of course he said no because it wasn't true either. When we asked what his name was, he didn't want to tell us, which I found ridiculous. Customer service is unresponsive and does not answer. That doesn't work at all. We often went to the KFC but not since then, neither in Freiburg nor in any other KFC.

What can I say ? It’s KFC , their hot wings is a no brainer ! Loved it. They are not that spicy as expected but still delicious.

Unfortunately, the service stands out in a negative way here. There's always chaos here and sometimes, at times when there's a bit more going on, 4-6 people just stand around and wait. Customer friendliness is not taken into account here. After the service team If you forget to spend something, you'll just be made a fool of for it. When I asked if I would get a lid for my drink, it was thrown at me without comment and without even looking at me. That doesn't work at all.

KFC is a total failed restaurant, no Pepsi, no ketchup.

Order placed at 7:30 p.m. The order was apparently supposed to be there at 8:15 p.m. We called at 8:30 p.m. and asked where it was, they said it would come 30 minutes later, i.e. at 9:00 p.m. They neither came to meet us nor answered any further calls. We called 8 times... I wanted to say I'd go pick it up but they probably have other interests...

No drinks... didn't get anything as a replacement

I am VERY disappointed with the Super Deal Box. We had the box twice. First of all, there were no more drinks except water and iced tea. The iced tea tasted disgusting. Pure syrup. The fries were soggy. There wasn't even mayo or ketchup with the fries and the 2 bites. The burger was the saddest highlight of my life!!! I think the picture attached says it all!!! I can't put into words how sad I was about these boxes. I have never seen anything like this or eaten and drunk such bad food. Definitely disproportionate to the price.

Food wasn't good. No love for any products. The wrap had a small leaf of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. The hot wings actually only consisted of breading. When my husband paid for the order, the employee was on his cell phone. Every table was completely dirty even though there were almost no customers at the time.

Hello a friend and I yesterday, December 29th. Ate at KFC around 5 p.m. Where: Freiburg im Breisgau Food: chicken nuggets, veg nuggets, mashed potatoes, fries, cabbage salad. Symptoms: My boyfriend vomits at 6pm and throughout the night, also with diarrhea. I also feel nauseous and have had multiple vomiting and cramps since 9pm last night. Suspicion: food poisoning

Absolute disaster! Shop is almost always dirty (floor sticky, tables dirty). Once again the drinks system is broken and you don't get a drink, although of course you paid for it and there are drinks in the back fridge! Waited over 30 minutes for food in the house even though there was nothing going on! If the beverage system fails, you get drinks in bottles or come up with something new. Fobbing customers off with lies is an absolute disgrace! The food is far too expensive for the quality offered.

Today KFC waited a long time until someone was at the counter, 1 second each time please and then 5 minutes later the same thing again. Drinks have a technical problem. Drinks won't be available again until the new year.

drive took 10 min to order and 10 to take it. first guy does not speak english at all. a second one was ok. Food is OK!! Pire and salad were good surprise! Enjoy

Food was ok, but sometimes cold. We waited half an hour to order, which is too long for a fast food restaurant. There's a terrible smell in the area, so you can't eat outside! Addition: I reduced everything to 1 star! Reason: there were no drinks in the branch on December 28th! So far it's OK, but they haven't even tried to compensate for this with closed bottled drinks! We decided to go to the drive in and pick up little things, but after waiting for 15 minutes they didn't even take our order! I don't think this kind of behavior is normal for a fast food restaurant. Never again! Unfortunately we don't have any other branches nearby. But it's better to take competitors who are on the same street than come past here!

I was there for the first time. I've never eaten anything so dirty and inedible. Fries were soggy, burgers had less filling than on a butter pretzel, staff were unmotivated and the shop itself was filthy, from the tables, chairs, tablet carts to the floor. It is very surprising that the store is still allowed to sell food. NO WAY!!!!!

The staff is friendly, but doesn't understand German well, but the food is good. The cars are often too full. And there are always too few staff at the counter where you pick up the food you ordered. My friend and I ordered two different buckets that were made together so we didn't know which was which. Fries were cold.

Food is cold and sometimes you wait 30 minutes for a burger, even though there are only 4-5 people in the store. There were no drinks today either. Ambiance is ok, the lighting flickers and is not epileptic friendly, but ok for dancing. Stinks bad outside, not so nice. 2/5 I'll come back here if I have to.

The food was good and was good value for money. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no long waiting times. The only disadvantage was the slightly dirty sanitary facilities. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Were here again today after a long time and what can I say.... It was a big mistake to leave money here again and... Service very unfriendly... Food was cold... Zero insight, because if you order warm food you would like it to be warm!! AND simply put cold dishes in a microwave for a moment - people!! This doesn't make the fries crispy... the way you want them, they can just be soggy. And you pay really good money for that 😕 (for 2 over 30 euros) Our last visit... No wonder there was so little going on... Very disappointing

The staff was so unfriendly and annoyed, you really felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The toilets were super dirty and full of feces. The table was completely sticky and dirty, I was really disgusted and when I asked if it would be cleaned, I was first laughed at and then thrown a rag at me! Really crazy!!! I hope I don't get food poisoning, but I really wouldn't be surprised by that juice shop!!

Order has been paid. When the food was delivered it was not complete. I tried calling but no one answered the phone. I hope you will improve. ….. After an incident occurred where I didn't receive all the orders. After 3 days. KFC service contacted us and compensated for the incomplete orders by sending the orders to us. I respect how you listen to consumers and make improvements.

At 2:40 p.m. there was ONLY 1 employee in the restaurant. The food wasn't almost. Occupational safety does not exist.

My first experience at KFC truly exceeded my expectations. The crispiness and flavor of the chicken was the best I've ever tasted. The spicy and filling taste of the Zinger Burger made my meal unforgettable. The French fries we ordered were hot, crispy and perfectly cooked. Even though it was my first time, the friendly service and quick service from the staff made me feel comfortable. I also noticed the cleanliness and orderliness of the branch, which made my dining experience even more pleasant. KFC impressed me on my first visit and I will definitely be back. For anyone looking for a delicious and special meal, I can only recommend KFC!

Great food but it Takes too long to get here from Hbf freiburg.

The smell in the men's room was so unbearably disgusting that I almost stopped eating. 5 employees and an order that we waited 15 minutes for. The cheese fries are dry because the cheese sauce is more of a decoration than you can really enjoy them. It used to be much better. It's a shame we'll probably avoid KFC in the future as their competition will probably try harder.

Catastrophe, cold fries, after complaining we were given the old things back a little warmed up. There was a mini chicken portion on the Chrispy Chicken Burger, really cheeky. Tables dirty. Drinks refill empty. Well, half a star, because when we were finished eating, an employee took pity on cleaning something up.

We ordered the food, it came an hour late, cold and also the wrong food and half the order again. Never again KFC Freiburg.

Disaster! Everything was dirty and the staff was absolutely rude! The health department has to close the shop.
