When we had to wait a little too long, we were offered a milkshake on the house. Very accommodating and the food was, as always, great. Would love to come back.

Music playlist is an imposition. I don't need German rap at loud volume to eat. You don't necessarily have to eat texts like "I'm disappointed in myself", "kanacke", etc. The employees here urgently need to be trained. Drinks are too sweet or too watery because of the machine. Otherwise bright and clean restaurant and nice to sit outside.

Food totally over salted and inedible. Unfortunately I ordered it to be picked up and didn't notice it until later. The drinks are also set incorrectly. Don't taste good.

Largest usury branch in Freiburg The wrong burgers are prepared and handed out without batting an eyelid. The additional supplements are also not taken into account. You have to look at everything very closely every time, so open every bag/packaging/burger/wrap/bucket and look at it very closely

Chicken I think was good. But the sauce was sticky and tasted like fish. I think it was cum. but you never know. It was still delicious😄 There was what I thought was pubic hair in my burger but this one was delicious😇

We like going here because we like eating chicken. Order online at the terminal. Preparation is quick. The ambience is good, although I liked it better before when there were separets and it wasn't so open.

For fast food it is rather expensive and the taste is average if at all. Tried it once! But I won't go there again.

Forgotten drinks, forgotten fries, Twister completely flat, there was almost nothing in it apart from a bit of chicken. Tastes sticky, not fresh. The branch in Freiburg is not recommended.

Unfortunately the worst kfc I've been to so far. I waited 15 minutes for a cheap burger for around 2.50 euros and got a 2cm by 4cm piece of chicken on the burger. I'll never go to KFC. I complained to the checkout and he said it was fine.

Long wait, but you get hot food which is really not the case with many chains.

All in all everything is good. The food is tasty, the employees are polite and helpful. We like to come back again and again.

The worst KFC I've been to in my life, terrible service and extremely slow, more than 20 minutes of waiting when the place is half empty, for a supposedly fast food place...it certainly has been a disastrous experience. I will never return.

I really wanted to go to KFC. So my friend took pity and went with me and warned me beforehand. Phew, I'm definitely not going again. The chicken pieces were a lot of batter, flimsy. The burger from the bucket menu was a flimsy bun, a small piece of chicken, a dollop of sauce and nothing else! No salad etc. Overall, everything behind the counter was dingy; the young, employed men preferred to flirt outside or play on their cell phones. Thanks, but no thanks.

Staff throwing fries at each other. A clear no go! You definitely need a lot of time and patience if you want to order there.

Mirinda only had slightly yellow colored water with no taste, tables were smeared with leftover food, and the burger wasn't really my thing either. Only the coleslaw was somewhat acceptable.

Today at 7:10 p.m. I was placing an order at the drive-thru and accidentally ordered two Pepsis when I only wanted one. I wanted to cancel this as soon as I placed the order, but according to the employee this wasn't possible. I then said that I didn't want to place the order then. The employee said "OK" and asked me what else I would like to order instead, and after I placed my order again, the amount for the extra Pepsi was still charged at the checkout. The employee told me that cancellations or corrections were not possible I will also inform the HR department about this.

A lot has changed for the better at KFC since my last order. The food was delicious and cleanly prepared, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The corn on the cob was also a worthwhile side dish. I would be happy to order there again.

We were with a total of seven people in this branch of the fast food chain called Kfc and all in all our impressions were rather disappointing. For the younger readers: "Valla Billah Infinity Minus Aura" Half of our order was muddied (probably in the dirt). When we asked, we received our missing orders after all. The only positive thing was the helpfulness of the employees. You could tell from the taste of the food that it was fast food. However, we waited so long that I don't want to describe this meal as "fast food". Incidentally, iced tea is not recommended at all unless you have the deepest desire for diabetes. Ultimately nice staff but everything else cannot be recommended.

Unfortunately, KFC is getting worse and worse. Permanent price increases and a lack of quality and quantity. Definitely very overpriced for what is on offer.

Terrible experience. We placed our order and never received our food even after 2 hours of waiting and 2 phone calls. At the first call they told us the delivery will be on its way, and at the second call (after 30 minutes and while our order was "delivered" in the app) they told us to wait after we said our address. We had been waiting for 12 minutes on hold. In the meantime we were in contact with lieferando and they had to cancel our order since they couldn't contact the restaurant as well. Never heard back.

We ordered at 8.30 pm. The delivery person received the order 1 hour later. Went from the store to Haslach, then to Stuhlinger, back to Bruhl and then the status of the delivery changed to "Delivered". We initially contacted the store 10.04 pm to make sure everything is ok and the person who picked up the phone asked us to wait. 30 minutes later the order was still not to be seen. Then we turned to Lieferando for assistance and they could not reach the store at 10.30 pm and prompted us to try on our own. We called in and the person at the phone asked us to hold for a moment, and never came back to the phone (12 minutes), while we could hear voices in the background until we gave up. All in all,

Freshly remodeled, clean, very nicely furnished. Food tastes good and fresh again. Drinking range is not that good.

Inappropriate music when there are children in the restaurant! (RAPPING / OFFENSIVE WORDS) NO GO! When requests for changes were made, the staff changed the music to English (RAPP) which was also offensive. VERY Pity.

Very easy to drive to, plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, a store with an ordering machine again.... personal contact is missing. Restaurant very clean, in a familiar atmosphere....

Ordered food online at 9 p.m. - paid with credit card, no confirmation email came, app downloaded - ordered again, no confirmation email again...called after 1 hour, the young man apologized that it was very busy and my food would be out in 20 minutes goes, but he has my order twice and he can't cancel it, I asked him to only bring the food once and I would write to support. Another hour later I got a call, he's standing in front of the house but his name isn't on the doorbell - he was in the wrong part of town! The food arrived after a total of 2.5 hours, it was warm and, as before, he was super nice and apologized 1000 times... so far so good... but I've been writing to support for 3 weeks now and even though I... Yes, confirmed by the employee, I ordered twice and also sent in the bank statements, they say they can't see any bookings and now I'm being completely ignored! Unbelievable and that for just under 25 euros! Really ridiculous!

We have eaten here regularly until now, but lately we have been very disappointed, even though everything has become much more expensive, the quality of the food has deteriorated and the staff have become extremely unfriendly.

A poor little baby mouse that was running around outside was carefully shooed away until it was almost gone. Then another employee came out with a headset who thinks he's something and stomps on her several times and crushes the poor thing. Laughs and feels like the boss and runs back in, probably with mouse juice still on his shoe. Simply ridiculous and heartless.

Large parking lot and the drive-in is very fast. I wouldn't like to eat in a restaurant. The chicken is typical KFC - not particularly healthy, but always tasty. In Germany I have definitely visited much worse KFC branches than the one in Freiburg.

Wow I haven't rated the store yet. Well then... SUPER STORE and after the renovation it's even nicer than before ❤️

Tuesday and Thursday there are special discount on hot wings or crispy. At least you got something OK to eat during late night.

We ordered chili cheese and it was a normal zinger that tasted really sticky. The fries still looked raw. The chicken was standard as it is at KFC but not at all digestible. We probably waited 30 minutes for this.

Something for children is missing, at least a slide or a small playroom.

Food cold… Corn on the cob with butter ordered and paid for. The listless cashier succinctly said there was no butter even though the fridge was full

Price performance is right, the place is clean, cool music, food in a relaxed atmosphere! Parking was found quickly, the food was delicious. Gladly again! :)

There were crumbs and chips on all but one table. The same thing under the tables. And there were two guests in the entire store. Even in the half hour we were there there were no other guests. But the salesman preferred to be busy with his cell phone instead of quickly getting out the broom and sweeping

Freshly prepared hot and delicious. Almost like before. Clean restaurant. It's a shame there are no dishes, that would be good for the environment.

The food is quite good, but unfortunately the staff is completely understaffed. It can happen that you are the only car in the drive-in and still have to wait 10 minutes until someone answers the intercom.

While we were there, it was just being renovated and the technology was a bit snags. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly, the food was delicious as usual and both the inside and outside areas were well maintained!

My first visit to KFC in general. The food was delicious and the chicken was crispy as promised, the service was friendly and the German language was better than in other fast food restaurants. Unfortunately the tables were a bit dirty, so I passed this on and he (I think it was even the shift leader himself) immediately started cleaning the tables. Mega plus point - just please keep it :)

It's a shame for the children (2,4,8) that the outdoor playground was dismantled after the renovation when we visited. Otherwise everything was delicious as usual.

KFC Freiburg has had a new and attractive interior design. An allyoucan drink buffet is located in the immediate vicinity of the service counter.

Cold sandwiches, dirty place, and poor service. It's a shame because in other KFCs the food is good, more cleaning would be enough (floor full of oil and equally dirty tables)

In summary: Gladly again We really like the vegetarian products at KFC and this location is really nice. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly and it has long opening hours. That's great. The music was youthful and a little louder than usual in other restaurants: we liked that!

They did newer it so that means you don't have the old one which was dirty now you hot a brand new kfc and they doing great don't forget to use Coupons and have a special meal

The quality and taste of the food is really bad. This specific restaurant can't do anything about it, it's just appalling what society eats. I like other fast food restaurants, but this is absolute trash.

What KFC does is done well and if you're looking for quick schnitzels and fries, there's a good selection here with plenty of space to eat, of course that's how it is at the moment and I hope that KFC takes it to heart to keep the store clean too to be maintained in all areas

Ambience quite ok, staff unfriendly. I witnessed and saw 5 KFC employees hitting and kicking a man in front of the store. Incredible loading never again.

The staff is friendly, but doesn't understand German well, but the food is good. The cars are often too full. And there are always too few staff at the counter where you pick up the food you ordered. My friend and I ordered two different buckets that were made together so we didn't know which was which. Fries were cold.

We were here to take something with us, we ordered directly on the computer, we waited for probably 25 minutes (but it was also full), and as a small compensation we were given 3 cookies for free, thank you for that. But I found what we were able to observe from the "front staff" in the 25 minutes to be very borderline...Orders were left at the front, half-finished, some for minutes and they were nicely cooled down...parts of other orders were pushed to the next one in order to complete them do it (you can do it, except that it was all cold). The real kicker was when the lady at the front simply scraped the fries that had already been on the tray for 10 minutes off the tray and out of the bag and tipped them back to the fresh fries in the storage and mixed them once...sorry, but that's okay Just not at all...the things I'm talking about were lined up openly on the "counter". Our chicken pieces were good, luckily we didn't have any fries... I wouldn't have taken them anyway. Prices are pretty hefty and depending on the waiting time it's no longer fast food...tables etc. were pretty dirty...lots of crumbs etc. Under the tables...but it could have just been a snapshot, as mentioned it was very full. You can do it, you don't have to...keep an eye on how the stuff is straightened...
