It's rare that the service is pretty good, but the sanitary environment is not ideal. I had gastrointestinal discomfort at night after eating, and suffered from vomiting and diarrhea!

Placed an order at this McDonalds for TakeAway. Upon delivery it turned out to be incomplete and incorrect (did not receive fries and burger not as requested). I then contacted them by telephone, and the other person on the line suggested that I kill it myself, because they no longer have anyone to deliver. There were also no refunds or other options, either from asking or suggesting it yourself. Too bad this happens

This McDonalds gives a whole new meaning to the saying: “From the outside, yuck, from the inside,” a whole new meaning. Which Mcces doesn't have terminals these days?! And it can't be that in 2024 you'll still be hit on strangely if you want to eat a vegan burger. Never again.

Refused to serve us breakfast menu 3 minutes past the 10.30 cut off time. Manager rude.

Yesterday at 12:15 a.m. we went to the Mcces to get something to eat. There were 5 people in front of me. At 12:45 a.m. I left voluntarily. There were still 5 people standing in front of me!!!!!!! Seldom seen such incompetent staff. Even if you order via Lieferando, there is always something wrong with the order. Juice shop!

A classic McDonald's. Staff was friendly. The order was also processed quickly. The burgers were cleanly constructed and were still very warm as were the chicken nuggets.

I wrote my review 5 years ago, unfortunately nothing has changed. It is unreasonable to sit outside or eat on the tables. The tables are so dirty that you lose your appetite.

Everything was delicious and clean, but I'm very angry because I ordered my own mc sundae chocolate. I told the lady who served me clearly, but she made one with caramel. I hate caramel.

It's very nice here with plenty of seating options on 2 floors as well as outside.

NO internet at all (redeeming coupons etc with the app is practically impossible) and no terminals for ordering.

I bought a box of 20 St.Chicken McNuggets there with a voucher and ate exactly that for dinner at home last night. I didn't feel any deviation from the typical taste of this product and can say that it is one of my favorite McDonald's products. This morning I have the worst diarrhea in years. My explanation lies in the unsanitary habits of the staff - they were definitely not of local origin and clearly not distinguished by their clean appearance. When I bought it, I ignored these impressions, but it turned out to be a big mistake. I will remember not to shop at this McDonald's branch in the future.

I really like this Mc Donald’s. It’s open the hole night and often saved my as** from starving. The waiters were really nice but sometimes they hit me. Just the music in the Restaurant is so loud I couldn’t even heard the voice message I get from my 14 years old gf (i‘m 26). This I why I (German: meide) this restaurant. By far the worst Megges I've ever been to. Employees very unfriendly - bad German, uncomfortable atmosphere, very uncleaned, sticky tables, Nuggets were extremely disgusting, burger tasted disgusting - I specifically ordered without tomatoes - so I could get a fresh one. Burgers have been sitting in the package for a long time, totally sticky. It's not even listed in the MC app. To do better and put in something different

Honestly...I just want a damn McSmart menu with 2 chicken burgers and iced tea. And what are they giving me!?!? First, Sprite instead of iced tea and then cheese burger instead of chicken burger??? And then the employee complains to me!!! What a cheek. Unfortunately I only noticed this after I had already left. Better not go there...

I bought a strawberry milkshake, to my surprise it looked quite pale and didn't taste like strawberries at all. The guy who helped me made me a new one, but it's completely the same. Another employee arrives and tells me that this is what a strawberry milkshake looks like and gestures with his hand for me to leave. What bad service, I wasn't being rude, I just said at the end that the machine could be working incorrectly and the only thing this employee does is wave his hand at me because I seem very annoying? What a lack of respect

Probably one of the worst branches: long, hectic waiting times, a burger was bland, the Big Mäc came without sauce. Ambiance underground.

Worst McDonalds experience in years! There are no order terminals or app orders in this MC, you have to order at the counter, no problem in itself, our service was unfriendly and disinterested. Special requests are not possible for the burgers. If everything isn't ready you won't get it and you have to wait at the front. The waiting time was long even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant The food itself was the usual McDonald’s quality.

Standard McDonalds branch. No ordering terminals, so long queues. Often there are problems understanding when ordering. I recommend checking your order as soon as you receive it.

Couldn’t find some one speak english

In 2024 a McDonald's with no limit to order is nonsense from team members who understand nothing and the ultimate.. no game for the children!!! On Google they show us a play area but it is closed, non-existent!!! never seen that, a McDonald's without a game air, it's nonsense, we're at McDonald's or not!!! 😡 In short, I don't recommend this McDonald's and I won't go again!

Unfortunately struggling with extreme gastrointestinal issues for the second time after eating there. Should have known better. Had a menu with Big Mäc + Royal TS and fries/Cola. In both burgers the lettuce was completely soggy and the burger bread was no longer soft but much too crispy. Both indicate that the burgers and salad were simply heated up again...Result: stomach pain, nausea and vomiting!!! Thanks for NOTHING and for the second time!!!!! Hopefully there will be an inspection soon! - Not like that!

This MC is simply the last piece of junk. Try it yourself. Euro burgers are always rock hard from the bottom. Every time I say please have a fresh burger. My recommendation is to go to the city and you can get everything fresh there. But here everything is hard as rock and if you say please I don't want to eat stones, I'll pay for them, give me a new burger that looks like you're saying I want to buy it in the store, they never sell anything old except fries

McDonad's including McDrive. The technical equipment is more of a thing in the past, as no terminals are available for ordering here. Only possible directly at the checkout. Quality of the food is variable. Sometimes lukewarm because it is produced in stock. Cleanliness also fluctuates. Parking is available directly on site.

Came in this morning. There was only one person in front of us. Still waited forever until someone felt obligated to serve us. Then it felt like another eternity until at least part of the order was ready, and the rest was then brought to our table. When that didn't work, I went to the counter again; they had actually forgotten it... The whole thing is beyond words for me...

Absolutely bad service. Rewards system only works to collect points but not to redeem points. Supposedly outdated system. Waiting time and incompetence at the drive-in counter.

Rarely seen such a dirty shop. We had to wipe our table ourselves...It was just awful how the table looked above and below the table. If it looks like that at the front then I don't want to know what it looks like behind the scenes.

Bitte hier nichts kaufen!!!! Das Essen ist nicht frisch und sehr schlecht, und mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich,lange wartezeit... Die Tische sind klebrig/fettig. Bitte wechseln das ganze Teampersonal und machen das Essen frisch, der Toilettensitz ist kaputt, alles ist klebrig, die obere Etage ist voller Fliegen... dieser McDonald's ist hygienisch nicht akzeptabel. Der Kaffee war sehr heiss und läuft aus dem becher, weil der neu arbeiter voll gefüllt hatte.

Ewig auf den Kaffee gewartet. Keine Bestellung über Bildschirme möglich, also an die Kasse. Bedienung hat mich offensichtlich schwer verstanden und ich Sie weil sie so genuschelt und leise geredet hat. Tische und Stühle waren verdreckt und offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Muffin war schon ewig alt. Das Geld auf jeden Fall nicht wert...

Die Männer-Toilette war komplett blockiert. Ein Mann litt unter Krämpfen und äußerte seinen Unmut, aber niemand kam ihm zu Hilfe, bis das Toilettenbecken überlief.

Locale non particolarmente curato, pur essendo abbastanza nuovo è un po' lasciato andare e non molto luminoso. Donuts e torte non mostrano una grande freschezza e si sente che sono avanzate dai giorni precedenti.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, können sich nicht klar ausdrücken, McFlurry löffel waren leer! Zudem war mein Mac flurry nur zur Hälfte befüllt . Außerdem hat mein Mac Smart Menü 0,25 € mehr gekostet, ich konnte nach dem Pfand jedoch nicht abgeben!

Dieses Restaurant ist vergleichsweise in der Zeit stehen geblieben. Speisen werden auf Vorrat produzierte mein Burger war fast kalt . Bestellung nur an der Kasse möglich ( keine Terminals ) , Obere Etage mit Vorsicht Rutschgefahr gesperrt. Laut MC Donalds App nimmt der Franchisenehmer nicht an Aktionen Teil ( ging irgendwie trotzdem ) , Herrentoilette muss offenbar im oberen Bereich sein dieser war aber gesperrt. Tisch wurden in 30 Minuten kein einziges Mal gewischt ( obwohl wenig los war Samstag bei Regenwetter ca. 20:30)

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit bei MC Donalds gearbeitet als Schichtführer. Da waren noch Vorgesetzte von Mc Donalds die getestet hatten wie schnell man an der Kasse war .Die Einhaltung die Zeiten der warmen Speisen wurden ebenso von den Schichtführer kontrolliert. Wenn ich aber das Ganze beobachte wenn ich mal dort bin,schneidet dieser Store sehr schlecht ab. Zu langsam das ganze hauptsächlich im Mc Drive. Zu lange Wartezeiten,teilweise mit 2 Autos vor der Sprechanlage. Die Abfertigung ist nicht mehr was vor einigen Jahren war. Schade. Habe das Gefühl es wird nicht mehr so angeschaut. Und nebenbei teilweise statt das bestellte Mayo ,Tomatenketchup in der Tüte,oder süss sauer für Chicken McNuggets statt die bestellte Currysauce.

Praktisch gelegen zwischen Fitness und Aldi, so kann kein anderer Burgerbrutzler zu dem Standort Co existieren. Auch gibt es eine flotte von MC Lieferdienst Fahrzeugen.

Mancano i terminali touchscreen per fare le ordinazioni automatiche e i prezzi sono un po' alti per il servizio offerto. Ad ogni modo i dipendenti sono gentili e disponibili, c'è molto spazio per accomodarsi, è un locale abbastanza tranquillo. Bagni spaziosi puliti e senza codice.

Alles gut, Bestellung innerhalb einer Minute erhalten, Essen wie von McDonalds gewöhnt, Restaurant sauber. Hab nichts negatives bemerkt, wie in den anderen Bewertungen erwähnt.

Ich habe eben was im Mc Drive bestellt für meine Kids die Frau am Schalter sehr unfreundlich kein willkommen bei mcdonald's oder sowas einfach null Bock einstellung dafür kann mcdonald's nichts dafür aber ich werde nicht mehr dort hin ...

Gibt bessere, dieser iet halt für mich der nahegelegenste. Am Drive in wird nur „Bestellung bitte“ geschnuddelt. Kein Willkommen oder Hallp. Drinnen sowieso nicht. Selten kriegt man alles- die Hälfte ist gefühlt immer aus oder Maschinen defekt. Langsam geht’s auch. An der Cafetheke steht man gern auch mal endlos weil da keiner Bock drauf hat?! Würde woanders hingehen wenn’s was in der Nähe gäbe.

Personal immer überfordert. Wenn hier ein paar Leute mehr sind kommt das Team nicht nach. Die Wartezeiten überdurchscnittlich lang und die Bürger werden übel zusammengeklatscht. Keine Ahnung was die mit dem Essen machen vor der Ausgabe aber es sieht immer nicht schön aus. Nach ein paar anläufen war das nun der letzte Besuch in dieser Filiale

Ich habe auf dem Weg in die Schweiz einen kurzen Stopp in Freiburg eingelegt und habe hier gegessen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war in dem McDonald’s nicht viel los. Vielleicht auch deswegen war alles was ich bestellt hatte heiß, frisch und lecker. Das einzige, das mittlerweile etwas komisch vorkommt - es gibt keine Bestellterminals und man bestellt noch „Oldschool“ am Schalter 😅

Mann kann nicht Coupons einlösen.

Oft zu lange Wartezeiten....Mitarbeiter wirken teils motivationslos und gestresst... Im Mc Drive wurde schon öfters mal was vergessen einzupacken....

Leider kein Frühstück obwohl immer gut besucht. Qualität der Burger ist Mal besser Mal schlechter. Aber immer genießbar. Recht freundliches Personal

Ich glaube das war das langsamste Fastfood Erlebnis das ich je hatte... Zu wenig Personal an der Kasse zu wenig Personal in der Küche und die die da waren waren extrem relaxed obwohl 20+ Personen Schlange standen um ihre Bestellungen aufzugeben. Auch das erste MCD Restaurant seit langem wo es keine Displays zum Bestellen gibt.

Tische waren teilweiser noch dreckig, die Burger empfanden wir lauwarm und schon etwas ausgetrocknet.

Ich muss nie wieder hinfahren.....

Beim mitnehmen Bestellung immer auf Vollständigkeit prüfen fehlt regelmäßig immer mal wieder was

Gute Umgebung denn nebendran ist ein Lidl/Aldi (ich weiß es nicht genau) wo man Getränke kaufen kann wenn man die überteuerten Getränke von Mc nicht kaufen will. Das Gebäude generell ist Sauber und gut strukturiert aber was ich schade finde ist das sie im 1 O.G den "Spielplatz" weggemacht haben wo früher ein riesiger Basketballplatz war und ein "Parkour" Abteil vorhanden war denn ich als Kleiner (derzeit bin ich 16) immer gerne Benutzt habe. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen selten richtiges Deutsch und oft kommt es zu Verständnisproblemen weswegen der Manager eingreifen muss.

MC Donald's feo feo y sucio, será por estar en una estación, pero otros en lugares similares están mejor. No dispone de máquinas y creo que tampoco de MC café. Es un sitio triste en un local muy pequeño y mal diseñado en su planta calle.

Freundliches Personal, gute Sauberkeit. Hier geht man gerne hin. Darüber hinaus hat diese Gastronomie den angenehmsten McDrive.

Ich fühl mich fast bescheurt nem fast food restaurant ne Rezension zu geben, aber dieser Mces war einfach der Beste bei dem ich jemals gegessen hab. Die pommes waren einfach bomben Knusprig und lecker.

Die Filiale wird leider gefühlt immer schlechter...teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten sowohl an der Theke wie auch im McDrive...sehr langsam in der Bedienung und leider oft auch ein paar Verständigungsprobleme. Ich habe auch in letzter Zeit das ein oder andere Mal lauwarm bis kalte Speisen erhalten....Ich gehe mittlerweile lieber in andere Filialen....aber das ist nur meine persönliche Meinung und Erfahrungen

Tische und Stühle waren verschmutzt. Ebenso der Toilettenraum. Portionsgröße deutlich kleiner als gewohnt. Dafür haben die Preise angezogen. Im Kindermenü standen einige Optionen nicht zur Verfügung. Wir hatten zu dritt, drei verschiedene Menüs. Keiner von uns wurde satt.

Essen ist typisch MCD, der Service leider nicht. Beim letzten Besuch war es auch ziemlich schmuddelig. Obwohl nicht viel los war waren die Tische nicht geputzt. Der Handyempfang ist schlecht, WLAN ist auch nicht besser. Punkte aus der App können nicht eingelöst werden.

Hatte mir einen McFlurry Kitkat original bestellt und habe leider nur verpulvertes Kitkat bekommen anstatt wie auf der angezeigten Werbung Kitkatstücke und war sehr enttäuscht darüber anstatt zu auf eine andere Option aufmerksam zumachen von dem man auch das bekommt.

Einer der dreckigsten Mc Donalds , unfreundliches lustloses Personal. Die Einrichtung zum Teil beschädigt und heruntergekommen.

Wollten ein Cookie und ein Cappuccino aus dem McCafe im laden wurden wir nicht bedient und im McDrive gab es keine Coockies obwohl es auf der Karte steht und sie im laden gesehen haben

Unhöfliche Mitarbeiter, Essen oft lauwarm, der Belag auf den Burgern wird von Mal zu Mal weniger.Einfach nur schlimm.

Unfreundlich absolut das unflexibelste MC das ich je besucht habe absolut nicht zu empfehlen Personal sehr zickig und sehr unfreundlich Warum man in jedem anderen Mc Donald extra Gurken und extra Sauce auf deinem burger dazu bestellen kann aber nicht bei euch konnte mir keiner sagen lediglich die Aussage das geht einfach nicht ! Getränke waren auch falsch statt einer Sprite habe ich ein Sprudel Wasser bekommen ... die Pommes waren alle sehr braun gefleckt... ich sagen als Kunde hab ich mich total schlecht behandelt und hab das Gefühl ich hab das Geld in Müll geworfen um solch eine Erfahrung nicht erneut machen zu müssen gehe ich da nie wieder hin oder womöglich doch lieber zu Burger King

Das ist ein Rollstuhlgerechter MC Donalds mit WC. Essen halt der Kette entsprechend, hier in guter Qualität.

Das Angebot war leider sehr überschaubar. Unter einem Brunch verstehe ich etwas anderes. Auch beim Auffüllen hat man sich viel Zeit gelassen. Die Gemüsesticks waren vertrocknet. Vorlegebesteck war entweder nicht da oder sehr unansehnlich. Und man war auch überhaupt nicht flexibel das unser jüngster kein Heißgetränk haben wollte. Als Ersatz wurde Leitungswasser angeboten. Alles in allem stimmt Preis Leistung nicht zusammen.

Ein schönes Früstücksbuffett mit großer Auswahl und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist durch die Bank weg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Sonnenschein ist es toll auch draußen zu sitzen . Kann ich wirklich empfehlen .

Alles in allem enttäuschend. Vor allem von dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Freund und ich waren da, er hatte das Buffet und ich Sachen extra bestellt, weil ich kein so grossen Hunger hatte. - Es gab Trockene Brötchen, - das Birchermüsli war total überzuckert (das hatte ich separat bestellt, kam in super kleiner Schale für 3,60€), - der Obstsalat schmeckte alt (auch separat bestellt, Mini Schale und 3,60€), - die Eier waren nicht richtig warm und bereits vorgewürzt Mit einer Flasche Wasser kamen wir dann insg. auf 30€ für ein echt enttäuschenden Besuch.

Die Backwarenauswahl ist ok. Kleinigkeiten und schnelle Gerichte gibt‘s auch. Diese sind frisch, jedoch für normale Qualität deutlich überteuert. Da kann man Mittags in Freiburg besser und günstiger essen.

Die Kaiserin ist eine Bäckerei die verschiedene Frühstück und Brunch Optionen anbietet. Die Backwaren sind frisch, lecker und es gibt viel Auswahl. Mit unseren für zwei Personen bestellten Kaiserbrett kammen OSaft, frische Früchte, Käse und Fleisch Aufschnitt, Lachs und sogar 2 Gläser Sekt! Die Portionen sind perfekt. Es fehlt für mich nur ein bisschen mehr Gemüse auf dem Brett. Die Location ist neu, modern und mit entspannte Atmosphäre.

Leider sehr teuer im Vergleich zu Bäckerei-und Cafeketten. Die Preise sind überwiegend nur in der gefalteten Speise- und Getränkekarte an den Tischen. Insgesamt ist die Preisgestaltung nicht gerade transparent. Oft genug fehlen die Preisschilder und es ist nicht so toll, jedes Mal fragen zu müssen was das kostet. In vergleichbaren Cafés stehen die Kaffeepreise überwiegend an einer Tafel über dem Tresen. Die Preise der belegten Brötchen liegen im obersten Beteich in Freiburg. Dass diese beim Verzehr im Lokal dann um einiges noch teurer sind, merkt man oft genug erst beim Bezahlen. Ebenso bei den Getränken ist der Preis ganz weit oben. Eine Apfelschorle in der Flasche kostet in einer Filiale gleich mal 3 Euro! Und das bei Selbstbedienung und wieder selber abräumen. Das Personal ist freundlich! Danke! Die Einrichtung ansprechend. Das sind die Pluspunkte.
