Very bad service. I Call to order food . He said it takes 1 hour.. i waited and food didnt came. I call them but they are cancelling my call. BAD RESTAURANT HARAM HARAM HARAM

After almost 2 1/2 hours of "delivery time" and countless phone calls, the food, or rather some of the food (fried potatoes and dip), arrived. Somehow communication was difficult. Shame about the money.

We ordered from Chicken Time via Lieferando because we didn't have any food at home after vacation. Unfortunately, we were then informed that the beer we ordered was sold out. Instead of 2×beer there was a gas as compensation instead of a Capri Sun there was a vitamin drink from Gut und Günstig. Unfortunately the flatbread was more like a pancake. The delivery person then called us and said that he would be there in 20 minutes was already after the time announced in Lieferando, another 40 minutes later we had cold food at home. If I had still had food at home the order would have been returned. The driver assured us that the orders within Freiburg would arrive on time. Anyone who knows something about Freiburg can do their part.

We ordered today at 2:58 p.m. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews beforehand. After about an hour we got a call saying that the food we wanted wasn't available and whether they could bring us an alternative. We said yes. At 4:30 p.m. there was still no food. When asked, they were very unfriendly. The food finally arrived at 4:50 p.m. It was lukewarm. The fries were a mud party at its best. The supposed crispy Chrispy chicken was an imitation of the same. The salad was anything but a salad. All in all, the food was simply inedible and absolutely terrible. We were really happy and the replacement meal didn't even come close in price to what we wanted. They're ripping us off and giving us the worst of it. We will never order from the underground restaurant/delivery service again. Absolute disgrace.

After 2 hours 20 minutes and several calls about where our food was, it still came... but it didn't knock us off our feet ....prefer to cook yourself....it's also much quicker

Never eaten so badly! Ordered via Liferando, then it didn't come and didn't come. We called and were initially lied to that the food was already on its way. 15 minutes later we get a call saying that part of the food we ordered wasn't available (chicken wings for two people) and whether it was okay if we got chicken nuggets instead. These arrived about 30 minutes later (by the way, they weren't chicken nuggets but breaded chicken wings). Conclusion: We were incredibly hungry and hardly ate the food because it was so terribly soggy. Feels like you threw €45 in the trash.

You could at least let us know if it takes longer

An absolute disgrace! I order from *Chicken* Time because I want CHICKEN, and what do I get? A lousy burger that was just disgusting! After an incredible 100 minutes of waiting, every single one of the three specially ordered dips was missing. The only reason to order here was the chicken - and that's exactly what they didn't have! An imposition, never again!

Simply miserable and unfriendly at that. Apparently there wasn't even chicken. Just mangy.

The purest catastrophe!!!!! Ordered two pizzas...one of them was missing two ingredients like asparagus and pineapple!!!! Totally burnt and inedible!!!! I advise everyone to order from there!!!!!! It's wasted money!

I would prefer not to give any stars because the service is so terrible! I can't give a rating for the food because my food didn't arrive. Apparently they didn't get the order. I waited two hours, then called and was told that the boss would be there shortly and would call me back. Half an hour later there was no call back and I called again. He said “Boss is not here” - I said I wanted to speak to the boss, then he said “I am boss, we are all boss”. They probably wrote these 5 star fake reviews themselves. I was lied to on the phone, called brother, asked what my problem was and simply treated with disrespect. Extremely dubious and anti-social. This store should be closed!!

Never order food from Chicken TIme via Uber Eats, They accept your order and prepare the food for 2 Hours (or thats what I thought so). Then cancel it. If you contact uuber eats to resolve this they will refund the money and not answer anything about why the order was cancelled in the first place.

We ordered on Lieferando, the wrong drink arrived and fries came instead of rice. Big Chef Burger was ordered, chicken burger was delivered upon request because the other one was no longer available. The Big Chef Burger was still billed. So overall we paid more than we got and then we also got the wrong food.

That was the worst meal we have ever ordered, the chicken tasted like nothing, and the potato wedges made it clear that everything was fried in the same fat... the delivery time was exceeded by 30 minutes. We will never order there again in our lives, unfortunately we had to throw everything away because it was so inedible... It's a shame about the money and the animal that had to die for it

Disgusting customer service. The delivery person couldn't find my house, the food took 90 minutes to arrive and the delivery person actually told me not to order from him again. 60 minute delivery time announced. After more than 2 hours and many attempts, I finally got someone on the phone who said the food would be there in 20 minutes. Actual arrival after 3 hours and 15 minutes. We weren't there anymore for a long time. What a juice shop. At least we had chosen cash, so we didn't lose any money.

Some of the food is barely edible but the service is terrible. We ordered two menus and instead of 40 minutes as promised, they arrived after almost 2 hours (on a Thursday and not a public holiday). Then the drinks were also missing, the driver didn't know anything about it. When we called the store we were lied to (we wouldn't have ordered) and then simply pushed away (we weren't complaining or complaining, we just wanted clarification). Unfortunately, the employees are as unfriendly as they are incompetent, no recommendation.

I placed an order at 10:00 in the evening. It should be delivered at 10:45pm (max). I called at that time and was told they were busy but the order was on the way. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I called again at 11:45 p.m. and was told that my order had not yet arrived. I was made to look like a liar, yelled at me, and told me that my order would not be prepared (I had previously been told that it was being delivered). The worst thing is not the delay in the order, but the lack of respect and the shouting.

The worst Yufka I've ever eaten. It tasted like cinnamon, the meat wasn't crispy at all and there were more pickles in it than salad. Never again and for 8 euros.

I came in and told him I wanted chicken wings. Made me download the wish app for a discount and then cancelled my order as I was in store telling me should just get the whole chicken even though I did not want it. Food is not that great. I ordered Grill chicken but it was not fresh. They serve halal food.

Ordered 3 meals today, waiting 2 hours is not okay when 60 minutes is mentioned. My pizza was pretty cold even though we were only a 2 minute walk away, and the taste only got a maximum of 2 stars. In addition, 2 out of 3 dishes were wrong, soft cheese was forgotten…. The mixed bag is also only the cheapest frozen product. E.g. the chicken wings are completely tasteless and without any spices.

Food came at the right time as requested. However, ordered a kebab box, ice cold kebab really modest to eat, who doesn't love cold kebab meat. The flatbreads we ordered, 3 pieces in total, turned out to be baked Yufka dough pieces, see picture. We ordered kebab sauce twice and garlic sauce once, but we got cocktail sauce twice and ketchup once. The fried chicken was really the best of all. The chicken wings fried to death and far dry. All in all, I won't be ordering anything from here anymore and I also advise everyone else not to get anything from there. It's just sickening when you actually wanted to order there and get something like that!!!!

One of the only restaurant to make broasted fried chicken like KFC midtown in Freiburg. I ordered fried chicken and pizza. In other restaurants you have to pay for the condiments and salad, but they offered it with the order free of charge.

It tasted sour and burnt, and in general the food seemed old and most likely warmed up. Unfortunately, I recently received a legal complaint and threat via Google regarding my previous review. Here I can only advise the owners, instead of threatening to hire lawyers, to revise the entire concept and apologize to each and every one!

Unfortunately disappointing. We wanted to treat ourselves to something new for lunch and try something new. But nothing came of it... Despite ordering early at 10 a.m. and delivery at 12:15 p.m., nothing came after 50 minutes of (wasted) waiting! When I tried to reach someone by phone, after a few dialing tones, all I got was “this line is not busy”. In the end we resigned ourselves to continuing to work hungry because there was still no food at the end of the break. Once and never again!

Caution! Legally delete bad reviews in order to get a better star rating again. We were happy for years and then the quality got worse and worse. Now, when it was no longer acceptable, a year-old review was appealed to by a lawyer (how can you still have evidence?) and thus deleted!

I ordered at 12 p.m. The food should have come at 1:30 p.m., but at 1:40 p.m. we see in Lieferando that it will take another half an hour. We then called and canceled. The phone call was very friendly, but waiting over 2 hours was too much for us. So if you want your food “quickly”, you’re unfortunately in the wrong place here.

After 1 1/4 hours of waiting, we called and asked when the food would come. After three attempts, someone answered. They said the driver was already on the way. We should be patient for about 10 more minutes. After a total of two hours we called and canceled the meal. The whole store is brimming with incompetence and I'd rather not know what the food would have tasted like when I read all the reviews here afterwards. So, lucky again. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, the ambience is very unpleasant, the display glass has been glued several times and the toilets are more than unclean. There was no kebab bread, so we used flatbread (yufka), it was freshly baked and was good, but the meat was a bit "cool", we just changed the skewer and cut it from the old one that we had in stock. At this point there was no yogurt or garlic sauce, just curry or barbecue sauce, which unfortunately didn't taste right for me and otherwise everything was rather "neutral" in terms of taste. Conclusion: it was a large portion, but not enjoyable. I probably won't eat there anymore.

Das frittierte Hähnchen ist einfach lecker und eher juicy muss ich sagen. Die waren frisch aus dem Topf gekommen nach ich die bestellt hab. Deshalb dauert vllt bisschen Zeit zu warten. Aber wirklich lohnt sich!

Leckeres Fast Food und sehr freundliches Personal

Habe mir vor Ort nen Döner geholt. Der Mann hinter der Theke war wirklich Freundlich was aber nix daran ändert, dass der Döner echt nicht wirklich gut war. Das Brot ist quasi beim ersten bissen komplett gerissen, weil es so lappig war, das Fleisch war allerhöchstens noch lauwarm und es war viel zu viel Soße drauf. Was aber auch fairerweise dazugesagt werden muss, der Döner war ziemlich groß für 6,1 €. Am Ende macht es satt aber begeistert war ich nicht.

Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Essen nach 1,5 Stunden immernoch nicht geliefert, no go

Leider fast zwei Stunden (40Minuten waren angekündigt) gewartet was mit einem hungrigen Kind echt anstrengend sein kann. Dann lieber gleich sagen dass es deutlich länger geht oder anrufen!! Essen jedoch wie gewohnt OK weshalb es auch drei Sterne gibt

Schnelle Lieferung über Lieferando - Essen war OK Wir waren sehr überrascht, über die schnelle Lieferung. Der Halloumi-Salat hatte ein leckeres Dressing (keine Dönersoße), jedoch war der Eisbergsalat nicht mehr ganz frisch und hatte einige braune Stellen. Die Bemerkung "bitte ohne Oliven" muss wohl untergegangen sein. Verhältnismäßig wenig Fleisch war im Yufka und geschmacklich nur so durchschnittlich. Am besten überzeugen konnte die Hänchen-Pfanne, hier wären auf der Karte allerdings hilfreich was diese beinhaltet, also außer Hänchen... Wir haben auf Reis getippt und lagen damit richtig, zusätzlich würde es mit einer Käseschicht überbacken.

Ehrliche und fleißige Leute. Das Essen ist gut, das Hänchen ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Warmes essen schneller Lieferung und lecker

Na ja hatte schon besser gegessen. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass man für einen gemischten Salat über 5 Euro bezahlt und das Dressing nicht separat bekommt. Da bestelle ich nichts mehr.

Zur Selbstabholung nicht geeignet wenn man ein Auto hat. Die Haehnchen waren essbar. Das sind plastktueten auch und wenn man ein knusprigen Chicken will muss ich warten bis zwei draußen vorbeilaufen. Pommes gut ungesalzen

Döner Pizza schmeckt mir nicht dort Fleisch kommt erst danach drauf wird nicht mit gebacken.

Essen kam eine Stunde zu spät das Hähnchen war total labrig. Die pide war gut. Auch schade das keiner ans Telefon geht und keine Entschuldigung kommt dass das Essen zu spät kommt

Bester Hähnchen laden meeega lecker schon oft bestellt und immer wieder gerne Super Service, Preis Leistung gut ❤️
