McDonald's in Albstadt

I went to McDonald's for the first time in ages and wanted to treat myself to a strawberry milkshake. Unfortunately, the machine was suddenly empty. I should have waited half an hour. I didn't want to and couldn't. The alternative wasn't an option, so I asked for my money back, which caused quite a bit of confusion. After a moment's thought, the cashier reluctantly gave me the money. I took the opportunity to go to the bathroom, and what can I say... simply disgusting. Unfortunately, I can't think of any other word to describe it. The floor was sticky. There was dirt, dust, cobwebs, and spiders in the corners. The furniture is really worn out. McDonald's is now a definite no-go for me.

Today I bought 3 sour creams, 2 BBW sauces, a hamburger, and a cheeseburger. Then they made a joke about a spoon or straw. I think it's ridiculous that someone asked such a stupid question and ended up laughing so stupidly. I'm allowed to eat whatever I want, and if I wanted a spoon, I would have asked for it myself, not the salespeople who were laughing so stupidly!!!

Good store. But orders are occasionally incomplete. You should definitely check before you leave. Staff are mostly friendly.

My friend ordered a Double Big Mac, but he got a regular Big Mac. The manager said he made the order himself, and I quote: "I know your tricks, walk further away (only more aggressively)."

Recently, there was a situation: a person ordered a double Big Mac and was brought a regular Big Mac instead. Moreover, when the person first asked for a new order, the administrator accused the person of throwing away two schnitzels and simply asking for a new bite. After the second person arrived, the administrator said that 30 minutes had already passed and he would do nothing, although in reality it had been 15 minutes.

Delicious food You get strange looks when you're there with several people and bring the food to the table for them. The woman who calls everyone "darling" is very nice.

The last time I was at McDonald's, you pay so much money, and every time something's missing, the staff is completely incapable of doing their jobs properly. The supervisor just watches and says nothing. And the employees weren't stressed at all. And then you have to put up with insults.

A typical, fairly modern McDonald's with a somewhat odd parking lot layout. As for the food, you get exactly what you expect, as long as the employees understand your order. You're better off avoiding the restrooms... The porta potties at festivals were sometimes more decent...

Simply outrageous! Wanted to buy a Happy Meal toy for €3, like in other branches. It is clearly displayed in the app - but the employee stubbornly refused to sell it without any explanation. Zero knowledge, zero service, zero interest. This is how you lose customers, and you completely deserve it!

So far one of the best McDonald's branches I've had the pleasure of visiting! Really huge praise! I've only been there in the morning and everything was clean and modern! The food was brought to your place because there wasn't much going on yet ;) Super beautiful, really! The employees are extremely nice and have a smile on their faces, that always gets me excited and makes me so emotional🤗 Welcoming and familiar :|) That's how it feels! The order has never arrived incorrectly, nothing was missing! That's what you call decent :) The food is warm, well seasoned and delicious, just as it should be! Huge praise!

Today at the drive in I was very positively surprised; for the first time in a long time I was greeted and served in a very friendly and courteous manner. The young man at the counter was so nice. As a service worker, that's exactly how I imagine good service. A big compliment!

Smaller MC Donalds but with MC Drive. Food came relatively quickly and the table order with the number worked. The only thing that worked at the table was that there were guests who probably didn't want to go there because unfortunately the men's toilet wasn't clean... but it was fixed immediately after the boss/employee announced a shortage. They are funny service employees who can also entertain children. Overall, the MCD was still recommendable.

Unfortunately disappointing! I went to McDonald's today and found that there was no drink selection - just water. So normally I don't like to give negative reviews but this time I had to because something similar happened within 2 months. I was at the drive in and there was no vehicle in front of me. I waited at first, no one spoke to me even after several minutes, so I honked briefly and there was no response and it was almost 10 minutes. Then I just drove up because I thought maybe the system was going crazy. Then even though she saw me and there were hardly any customers there, she ignored me at the window for 2 minutes and then when I asked if the system was broken or why no one had spoken, I think she could have said please for a moment, she did didn't answer and was so arrogant and unfriendly, really abnormal. 2 months later, almost the same thing happened again with a friend, even though it was a different employee. The employees at the drive in are so incompetent and unfriendly, really abnormal. So if you don't feel like working, you should look for another job.

Table service is not welcome here. According to an employee, this is not done in this restaurant. It was not communicated that this would not work. After waiting for a while, we were presented with that information instead of the food and the employee disappeared again. The experience is different during the day and night and depends heavily on the employees...

The gentleman who served us food could have been a little friendlier. Fries were cold - the rest was good! The toilets were very disgusting and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant also needs improvement. There's dust on the sockets at the tables, someone in charge has to see that!

Order machines are stuck or not working. The service was terribly unpleasant. I was chatting with another employee when a McDrive service representative came around the corner with a headset. Definitely a dirty place, the floor is sticky everywhere, the tables are always dirty, there has been so much dirt on the edges of the sockets for months, not to mention the windows which are cleaned maybe once a year and finally in the bathroom A terrible stench rose from the ground lily collecting dirty water.

Absolute juice shop... Never experienced such unfriendly service staff in our lives! When our vouchers were not accepted at the order terminal for a while, an employee shouted to us in an extremely annoyed tone that it was now time for work - instead of helping because the device was obviously not working. Later, other guests, !children!, were insulted by him and finally the lights were turned off in our face - an obvious eviction, even though there were still around 15 guests in the store. The service is really slow. No matter how many times I come to this McDonald's — waiting is a minimum of 5 minutes. Recently I received a fish-burger, which was a bit messed up, a lower bun was covering the fish only begging from the middle and it made eating really uncomfortable.

Früher waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Jetzt sind die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und verstehen einen fast nicht mehr. Oftmals ist es sehr dreckig. MC ist halt wie überall sehr teurer geworden und Qualität naja

Naja nicht gerade der freundlichste laden aber wenn es schnell gehen muss drückt man auch mal ein Auge zu 😉

Statt Big Rösti Cranberry und Raclete haben wir 2 normale bekommen aber trotzdem die beiden teureren bezahlen müssen und kalt waren die auch schon, der Milchshake war einfach nur Milch ohne Shake und Mittel statt groß wie er eigentlich bestellt worden war. Der Service wird in letzter Zeit so viel schlechter und zugleich wird der Laden immer teurer, ich rate allen davon ab hier etwas zu bestellen oder zu essen wenn euch die unglaublich unverschämten Preise nicht abschrecken dann geht lieber nach Balingen wenn ihr unbedingt bei MC Donalds essen wollt, da bekommt man wenigstens noch einen besseren Service als der in Albstadt-Ebingen.

Schön gelegene McDonald’s, mit E Ladestation. Die auch das leistet, was auf ihr drauf steht. Das Restaurant ist sauber das Personalfreundlich, was will man mehr!

Leider war das Essen unvollständig, obwohl extra per App vorbestellt. .
