Genau das was von einem BK erwartet wird. Was nicht okay ist: Keine Seife auf den Toiletten und der Geruch dort ist unerträglich. Der Getränkespender läuft anscheinend mit Windows 95.

Getränk Automat ist seit mehreren Monaten defekt. Gertänke schmecken abgestanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert.

Hab mies Durchfall und Blähungen gehabt danach

Es sehr gut und sauber, es hat auch sehr gute Atmosphäre.

Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, der Service ebenfalls. Ein großes Lob an die berufstätige Frau, die ihren Namen nannte Savka Mitrova– sie ist wirklich die Beste!

Abgesehen vom Zustand insgesamt ist die Sprecheanlage im Drive eine Katastrophe seit Monaten.

Getränk nicht Mal bis zum strich gefüllt. Essen unordentlich zusammen geworfen. Keine Karten Zahlung am Drive in möglich. Nicht nochmal.....

Frisch zubereitete Burger, freundlicher Service, die Tische sollten aber öfter gereinigt werden.

Eigentlich eine gute Filiale, nur die Kundschaft kann sich hier absolut nicht benehmen. Ist schade wirklich, keiner räumt anständig sein Zeug weg zur Last der Belegschaft, die sehr bemüht ist dennoch ordentlich zu arbeiten.

Absoluter Sauladen. Keine Kasse geöffnet. Essen kam nach über 20 Minuten und dann war es auch noch kalt. Nie wieder.

Wenn das Vegetarische mal wirklich vegetarisch ist, dann ist es lecker, aber meist ist es nicht vegetarisch, vor allem bei der Tortilla. Wenn man etwas Vegetarisches kauft, dann sollte es auch vegetarisch sein.

Schlechteste Burger seit jemals

Dir Pommes waren einfsch nur ekelhaft, nicht lange genug in der Friteusse und haben nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Die Burger waren kalt und geschmacklich auch nicht gut.

Das Lokal ist nett, aber in letzter Zeit etwas teuer geworden. Wir waren zum Beispiel mit Kindern unterwegs. Wir waren zu fünft: zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Wir haben kurz angehalten und wollten nur schnell was essen – zwei Burger und Chicken Nuggets. Ich war überrascht, als man mir 103 Euro berechnete. Das finde ich ganz schön viel für Fast Food.

Drive in Burger Zeugs zum mitnehmen geholt. leider erst Zuhause bemerkt, dass die Hälfte fehlt. anrufen bringt nichts, die sind völlig überfordert, da geht keiner ans Telefon.

Man musste extra nochmal zurück weil sachen gefehlt haben. Man sollte besser drauf aufpassen und genau auch die sachen rein machen die man auch bestellt hat und nicht nur die Hälfte.!!!

Vielleicht unser meistbesuchter Ort 😅… immer frisch und schnell 😋 und hilfsbereites Personal… wir hatten bei über 30 Besuchen keinerlei Probleme.

Nie wieder habe den King des Monats bestellt und habe ihn als Plant-based erhalten auch war keine Soße und kein Salat. darauf!!!

Ich weiß nicht ob das Glück war, aber unsere ordentliche Bestellung war fertig, sobald wir uns hingesetzt haben. Echt lustig, hat uns stark beeindruckt. Das Essen war schön warm und vor allem lecker. Ganz besonders dieses neue Tender Chicken mit einem GANZEN BECHER VOLL KÄSE! Sehr cooles Konzept. Auch das mit den drei Mini Bürger die halt genau so groß sind wie normale Bürger fand ich witzig. So muss echter Service sein 👍

Es ist ein Schnellresteraunt wie jedes andere. die hygienischen Zustände sind dort, wie auch in vielen anderen Fastfood Restaurants nicht unbedingt lobenswert. Der Besuch dieser Etablissements sollte nicht an hohe Erwartungen geknüpft sein. Trotzdem ist es immerhin eine Abwechslung zum Speiseplan, für mich eher eine Ausnahme.

Meine Erfahrung im Burger King Albstadt war insgesamt positiv. Das Restaurant wirkt sauber und modern, die Bestellung ging schnell und das Personal war freundlich. Die Burger waren frisch zubereitet, heiß und geschmacklich typisch gut. Auch die Wartezeit blieb trotz Betrieb angenehm kurz. Für einen schnellen Snack oder ein unkompliziertes Essen zwischendurch definitiv eine gute Adresse.

(Drive In) das schlimmste was ich bisher erleben durfte

Sehr,sehr kalt im Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Personal war heute 5.2.26 21Uhr unverschämt. Hat die Kundschaft angepflaumt das man die getränke nicht nach füllen darf. Wo für ist es den sonst da?

Sehr schlechte Qualität hat nicht geschmeckt Essen war kalt Getränke ohne Kohlensäure

Mit dem Essen waren wir zufrieden, jedoch war der Service leider sehr enttäuschend. Insbesondere der Mitarbeiter mit dem blonden Zopf trat uns gegenüber respektlos auf, was unseren Restaurantbesuch deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Schmuddelig, klebriger Boden und völlig egal wann Man hin geht, die Mitarbeiter sind grundsätzlich unfreundlich und überfordert. War früher echt mal toll, mittlerweile ist es heruntergekommen und offensichtlich geht es immer weiter bergab. Beschwerden über Essen oder falsche Bestellungen bringen nichts. Ich werd nie wieder hingehen. Paradebeispiel dafür wie man etwas völlig runterwirtschaften kann.

Das Essen ist noch in Ordnung, alles andere ist heruntergewirtschaftet. In den letzten Wochen ist es jetzt öfter vorgekommen, dass das Essen länger gebraucht hat. Ich rede nicht von einer großen Bestellung, sondern nur ein simples Menü. Hat die letzten Male mindestens 20 einmal sogar über 30 min gedauert. Das ist für so ein fast food restaurant zu lang! Die Kinderecke ist ein Trauerspiel. Jetzt im Winter wenn es früher dunkel wird, ist dort gar kein Licht. Die Kinder spielen also im Dunkeln. Edit: Die Geschwindigkeit der Essensausgabe hat wieder zugenommen.

Was sind das für Preise für ein Doppel Whopper Menü und einen Crisppy Chicken mit Käse musste ich 23,50 bezahlen und geschmacklich war es auch nicht das Geld wert. Alter da kostet ein crisppy chicken mit Käse einfach mal 7,10

Das Essen war den hohen Preis nicht wert, es war teilweise ungenießbar. Tische und Stühle waren sauber, Service war in Ordnung. Der gesamte Gastraum entspricht auch nicht dem Preisniveau. Ich vermute, dass hier seit der Ersteröffnung nicht viel investiert wurde.

Es war sehr kalt als wir dort waren. Die Kinderecke ist einfach nur ekelhaft und es regnet rein. Auf den Toiletten war eine defekt und die Seife wohl schon länger leer! Absolut keine hygienischen Umstände dort!

Der Service ist etwas langsam, aber das Essen ist großartig und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.

1,20€ für extra Bacon und 1,20€ für extra Käse und dann bekommt man einen Burger wo kalt ist und keins von beidem drauf ist - Super gemacht !!! Schlechtester Burger King überhaupt!

Das Essen schmeckt gut so wie in vielen anderen burger king Restaurants aber das person hier hat gar kein bock auf die arbeit was man ihnen dann auch immer anmerkt anhand der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung.

Unprofessional, never again. We ordered takeout from the restaurant because the drive-thru was blocked by a truck. The fries were cold, unsalted, and tasted and looked like they were from the day before. The nuggets were also cold. The drive-thru was blocked, and the employees had no idea how to order a simple menu. They stood there stupidly and without a plan in the kitchen, where you could even see them, for a 30-minute wait and cold, bad food. Insane! Preferably zero stars, never again.

I'm extremely disappointed. I've been a customer for 25 years. I won't be going back to the store. They're out of deals at 5:30 p.m.

This Burger King has deteriorated exponentially over the years. The owner should really scrape together a few euros from his multi-million dollar bank account and invest a bit. The Burger King is very dated, dirty, and it smells so strongly of feces every time you enter the restaurant (restrooms are right at the entrance). Furthermore, it is always woefully understaffed. The employees can't even help it, as they simply can't do better with such a small number of them. On our last visit (which will be our very last), we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our order (it was busy, but there were only three employees, who had to take turns at the cash register, serving, and drive-thru). When our order finally arrived, we were hardly surprised that everything was the same temperature (burgers cold and drinks warm). An absolute no-go for the now hefty price of €13 for a meal...that was definitely our last time there. I'd rather go to McDonald's...

We visited the Bürgerking in Albastadt and were extremely disappointed with the quality and service. First, we had to wait a long time for our order, which already spoiled our first impression. When we finally received our trays, they were still wet – that's simply unacceptable. The burgers and fries tasted far from what you'd expect. On top of that, the drinks machine was dirty and the ice didn't work. Finally, the water in the drinks was unpleasantly warm. This was the worst experience we've ever had at a Bürgerking. We will avoid this location in the future due to the significant lack of quality and hygiene. A complete disappointment.

I am writing this text with a stomach ache. Last time my son vomited the same thing. The young people who work there (90% of the employees are under 20) are extremely overwhelmed and can hardly speak German. You also get hit on stupidly and treated rudely. Dirt, dust and cobwebs everywhere. As we ate, an employee walked through the yard collecting the trash. We were still joking.. He should clean in here first before he cleans outside.. unfortunately no one thinks about it. The “Children’s Corner” Start before dirt! An imposition of the first order!! We were definitely there for the last time.

Second deduction: very long waiting times! We ordered something to take away (2 people)... 35 minutes after ordering we were able to receive the food.

Tables are dirty, you can't find a table that is filled with leftover food or dirt, even the floor was dirty. We had to wait half an hour for our tortillas, everyone else who came after us got their food before us, when our tortillas came with one jalpenos fries and one curly fries, they were cold... I don't know what happened to this burger King has happened recently because a few years ago it was cozy and attractive and we enjoyed going there but lately it has become very unpleasant there.

I am only evaluating my experience on the day we visited the restaurant. On September 13th, 2024 we went to Burger King Albstadt to have lunch there. We came in and had to sit down first because our child had to eat. Shortly afterwards we noticed that the entire restaurant was ice cold. The heating didn't work! It was warmer outside than in the restaurant. When I picked up our food at the counter, I noticed that the employees were talking about how cold it was in the restaurant and that the operator there wanted to save energy costs, which is why he didn't turn on the heating. I then asked the staff, who told me that the heating was on but wasn't working properly and that the bosses already knew about it. At that moment I knew this was a white lie from the staff. It cannot be that the operators leave their guests out in the cold. We will not visit this BK again.

What I didn't like at all was how it was 30 degrees outside. And it has been for days. The umbrellas are closed AND the chairs are leaning against the tables. This is clearly an indication of laziness! Tables are often not cleaned, especially when the shop is almost empty. Really annoying. Some of the staff would have to be replaced. Not all of them are unfriendly, but 9 out of 10 are. I don't have to say anything about the food and ambience. This is Burger King standard. There is room for improvement. Lots of it.

I was recently at Restaurant Kommunal in Albstadt and unfortunately my visit was disappointing. The fries were soggy and the chicken wings were raw inside. That is not how it works. The restaurant seemed dirty and it was pretty cold in there, which wasn't exactly comfortable. The service was present, but rather bored and not really friendly. Overall not a good visit. I wouldn't go there again.
