Hotalo Asia Fast Food Restaurant in Baden-Baden

Davor war es ein super Restaurant man könnte sich selber den Teller voll machen. Danach gingen die Preis hoch und man konnte sich nicht mehr selbst servieren und das Personal gab viel Reis und Nudeln um zu vermeiden das man was anders in größere Portionen nehmen kann. Jetzt ist es noch schlimmer nur kleine Portionen von allem, nur drei kleine Stückchen Fleisch im Teller und wenn man mehr fragt, wird unfreundliche gesagt es geht nicht!!! Ich bezahle doch nicht für nur Gemüse und noch blöd angemacht zu werden. Zusammenfassung : Essen Null und Personnal unfreundliche, hier nimmt man den Kunden für ein Idiot, wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Postbankkarten werden nicht akzeptiert.

Sehr arrogante und wütende Frauen. Das Essen war für 11 Euro eine Katastrophe. Ich bekam vier kleine, rohe Blumenkohlköpfe, drei winzige, verkochte Brokkoliröschen und fünf kleine Stücke zähen Tofu (außen weich, innen weich) mit einer dicken, schwarzen Zuckersoße. Der Reis war okay. Es ist eine reine Abzocke. Ein Werbegag für Baden-Baden. Diese Leute sollten schleunigst verschwinden. Es war reine Geldverschwendung, nie wieder! Für 10 Euro bekommt man nebenan in Edeka frisches Essen.

Die Qualität des Essens war miserabel, viel zu teuer für die gebotene Menge und Qualität. Man muss sogar extra für Gabel und Serviette bezahlen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Eigentlich ein guter Laden, wenn man mal schnell etwas Snacken möchte sind die Reis- und Nudel-Boxen praktisch. Aber warum der Preis für eine Box nun von 6€ auf 7€ angehoben wurde obwohl die Mehrwertsteuer für Gastronomie im selben Zeitraum von 19% auf 7% gesenkt wurde, ist mir nicht ganz klar. Für sowas gibt es nur 1 Stern.

Enttäuscht!!!! Eine Riesen Frechheit ist, egal ob du einen kleinen oder einen großen Teller nimmst, es wird gegeizt und man bekommt nicht mehr als 3 Teile(z.B. Frühlingsrollen und Frittierte Hähnchenteile). Hauptsache viel Reis oder Nudeln wird draufgemacht, da es ja billig ist. Auf Anfrage ob man bitte mehr auf den Teller bekommt, wurde nur eine Frühlingsrolle draufgemacht 😡😡 Früher durfte man selbst schöpfen, jetzt wird vom Personal geschöpft und gezählt. Egal ob kleiner oder großer Teller, der Inhalt bleibt gleich. Geschmacklich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Früher war es leckerer und frischer. Kleiner Teller 9€ Großer Teller 11€ Wir kommen nicht wieder…

Kann nicht empfehlen, ist das Geld nicht wert.

Das Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Die Mini Frühlingsrollen hatten keine Füllung und auch kein guten Geschmack. Das Hauptgericht Reis mit Hühnerfleisch und Currysoße war geschmacklich unterirdisch. Hinzu kam, dass nur sehr wenig Reis und die kleinen Hähnchenstückchen konnte man an einer Hand abzählen. Auch sehr wenig Gemüse. Mit Getränk bezahlte ich für alles 16 Euro. Angesichts der Portionsgröße, des Geschmacks viel zu teuer. Daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Essen mittelmäßig. Kundenservice eine Katastrophe! Als ich nachgefragt habe ob ich doch einen Teller haben könnte, da meine 80 jährige Oma Probleme hatte aus der Nudelbox zu essen wurde ich abgewiesen mit den Worten „ich habe Sie vorhin schon gefragt ob Sie lieber Teller oder Box haben möchten, jetzt dürfen sie keinen Teller mehr haben.“??? Was ist das denn für ein Service?! Einen Teller auszugeben auf den wir die Nudelbox hätten kippen können hätte doch keinerlei Umstände gemacht! Aus Prinzip einen Teller zu verwehren nur weil zuerst gesagt wurde dass er nicht gebraucht werde?? Für mich unverständlich. Der Kunde an erster Stelle ist hier auf jedenfall nicht auf dem Programm. Menschlichkeit wohl auch nicht.

Ich war heute im Hotalo Asia Fast Food Restaurant, wollte dort essen, bin aber letztlich wieder gegangen. Ich hatte einen großen Teller bestellt und wollte mir die gewünschte Menge an Essen zusammenstellen so wie es normalerweise beim großen Teller üblich ist. Die Bedienung meinte jedoch, ich müsse eine Frühlingsrolle extra bezahlen, obwohl man bei einem großen Teller laut Angebot pro Stück frei wählen darf. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde sie sehr unhöflich, was ich als Gast absolut unangebracht fand. Daraufhin habe ich das Essen nicht genommen und das Restaurant verlassen. Sehr enttäuschend ich hatte mich auf ein nettes Essen gefreut, wurde aber durch den unfreundlichen Umgang komplett abgeschreckt.

We were there today and stood in line for 10 minutes. Everyone was taken except us. After my husband pointed it out, we were loudly insulted in front of all the customers. We just wanted to spend our lunch break there and get something warm to eat, and then we lost it.

Fast food. They serve small and large plates. A small plate costs €8. The taste is mediocre, even though the vegetables are freshly prepared. There's plenty of seating. The interior isn't very inviting; all the other restaurants are closed. On the plus side, there's no parking fee.

The food is tasteless, and the portions are too small. I'll never go back to this restaurant.

The shrimp with rice was far too sweet. The service wasn't very friendly.

The food tastes good, yes, but I've been coming here for years and it's getting smaller and smaller. Inflation aside, rice is hardly worth anything, so you can fill your plate for a 10-euro plate, definitely not enough. I visited Hotalo Asia Cuisine in Baden-Baden's Cite Essen shopping center. I was surprised by how friendly the staff were. The food was very tasty and of very good quality. The plate was fine, but there could have been a little more on it, and there was still enough food on the plate. Conclusion: Based on my visit to Hotalo and my knowledge of quality restaurant testing, Hotalo was in good condition. The food was very good, and the staff were friendly to the guests. The plate portion was okay, could have added more. Ask explicitly for it, and they'll add more. Conclusion: Regarding the reviews on the site, I have to say that the statements are completely untrue. The staff were unfriendly. The staff served in street clothes. If you don't like it, you can eat somewhere else. Other statements are baseless. Conclusion regarding the unfair and absolutely disrespectful people who intentionally gave bad reviews because they demanded or expected a 5-star menu for €10: This is a false perception of what they take for granted for the requested food. This is completely baseless. The people affected suffer from taste confusion.

VERY STIFFY and the staff is also unfriendly. You feel very uncomfortable ordering something because you don't get what you want.

I'm curious when you'll notice that the customers are staying away. We used to eat here often [2 years ago] and were always satisfied. But today for the first time again. An impudence. Food is put on the plate by the staff. When I asked if I could have 2 more small spring rolls? Came the answer, plate already full. I then read the last reviews. OK. There are plenty of other Chinese locals.

This restaurant is absolutely not recommended, although the food is edible, it is definitely not a feast for the palate. If you value friendliness, this is definitely not the right place. For me it was a complete disaster!

We were last there years ago and had positive memories of it. Then yesterday the disillusionment. Fried noodles didn't taste good at all, totally greasy and there was simply no seasoning and soy sauce, spring rolls were just a cheap frozen dish, sauce for dipping costs extra, the service was totally unfriendly and the tables were dirty

Very unfriendly service (the only one in street clothes), is not allowed to put my box on a plate, only if I pay for it. In addition, the portions are far too small for the price. I'd rather go to the all you can eat buffet and pay 12.90 euros at Colala right in front of the Cité. At least the waitresses are friendly and polite.

My friend was cheated out of €3.50. They simply said he hadn't paid yet. The woman at the counter is also extremely unfriendly.

Food totally overpriced for a plate of noodle with a side dish. The request for 4 spring rolls was rejected because too much had already been ordered and the plate was already full. I just ordered some more noodles. Noodle + a spoonful of beef strips = 9 euros??????

The food was ok for the price. Unfortunately everything is self-service and the atmosphere is more like a canteen.

We've been eating there every three weeks for a very long time and it was OK every time, but on November 27th. a catastrophe, we were the only customers at that moment, but no one took any notice of us. After asking several times whether we were going to continue, an employee took pity on us. The order was taken (grumpy) we paid and had to sit down, it was over 20 minutes before we were called, the plates were ready but after the first forkful the food was cold so we went back and asked and we never expected such a reaction The plates were taken from their hands and they went into the trash. After 35 minutes the new food was brought to us, lukewarm, and we lost our appetite in the meantime. Such a bad manner in which the staff behaved that day is outrageous. We really hope that this day was an exception.

Nach dem Shoppen kann man sich gut stärken... Also, ich war nicht zum ersten Mal dort... Für den Magen der Asiatisch mag, kann ich es mit guten Gedanken empfehlen....

Die gebratenen Nudeln und der Bubble Tee sind super, aber da es kein Sushi mehr gibt, kommen wir kaum noch her

Günstiger schnell Chinese. 5 euro für gebratene kleine Portion Nudeln mit 3 gebackenen Hähnchenteilen find ich ok. Ambiente is so lala aber ausreichend. Freundlichkeit nicht bei allen Angestellten gleich, sind aber nicht unfreundlich. Schmeckt gut.

Großer Teller für 8€. Sollte von der Portion für einen normalen Erwschsenen zu satt werden langen. Ich finde die Portion einfach zu klein, dan noch spöttig anlachen, dass das doch ein großer Teller sei. War in der Vergangenheit gerne dort,ab jetzt eben nicht mehr. 16€ plus getränk um satt zu werden. Kann es mir nich erklären.

Ich habe nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt habe (fehlende Zutaten ) und die Bedingung ist leider sehr unfreundlich (hatte zudem airpods im Ohr ).

Hatte einen Bubbletea. Angesichts der Bezeichnung Bubbletea muss man eigentlich erwarten, dass Bobas im Tea sind ansonsten würde man nur Zuckerwasser/Soda bestellen. Nein, Bobas kosten hier extra, was einem leider nirgends offensichtlich vor Bestellung dargelegt wird. Der unerwartet teurere Tee war gut, nicht besonders Spektakulär, vor allem nicht für den Preis. Würde eigentlich lieber 2.5 Sterne geben,.

Wir waren nicht überzeugt. Hatten Ente süss-sauer, Curry und Frühlingsrollen. Wir fanden es sehr lieblos und geschmacklich so lala. Konsistenz der Saucen war eigenartig. Frühlingsrollen werden auf den Teller geworfen mit Sauce drunter. Es ist ein Schnellrestaurant okay. Fleisch ist reichlich drauf. Dosenkarotten habe ich auch noch nie beim Asiaten gesehen. Die Nudeln waren auch nicht der Brüller. Für schnelle Kalorienzufuhr geeignet. Mehr aber nicht. Das haben wir schon besser gesehen. Besser den Nachbarn besuchen mit dem Weiderind.

Das beste Essen das ich je gegessen habe, ich würde es jedem empfehlen👍

I'm living near baden baden and love to go there from time to time. you can choose from a medium variety of foods, which in my opinion is very much enough for a small restaurant like this, and dine in a fairly large area. staff doesn't talk much and i also prefer it that way! :)

Das Essen war lecker, aber selten eine so unfreundliche Bedienung (Dame) erlebt.

Uns schmeckt es sehr gut. Es ist halt eineuropäisiertes Standardessen, wie in jedem Asiarestaurant. Wenn man authentisches Essen möchte, dann muss man schon wo anders hin gehen, mehr zahlen und am besten einen Chinesen fragen, wo es das gibt.... Für eineuropäisiertes Essen sehr sehr lecker und schönes knackiges Gemüse. Mich nerven ebenfalls deutsche Gewohnheiten: Nichts zahlen wollen, den Teller bis zum Überlaufen voll machen und die Hälfte wegwerfen.Ich bin mal gespannt, wann Hotalo die Preise erhöht.
