McDonald's in Baden-Baden

Sehr abgelegenes MC Donalds in einem wirklich unschönen Motel. Man findet kaum den Eingang. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Lange Wartezeit. Sehr unsauber auch für eine Fast Food Kette. Würden wir nicht noch mal besuchen.

Das war der schmutzigste und ekelhafteste McDonald’s, den ich in meinen zarten, 50 Jahren erlebt habe.

Habe beobachtet wie ein Verkäufer Essen in denn happy Metal geschmissen hat und es denn Leuten gegeben hat Finde ich unverschämt und macht man nicht (Brille 6.6 19:30 Schicht)

Ehrlich gesagt, wenn sie hier so arbeiten würden, wären sie gefeuert. (Obwohl es in Europa üblich ist, sich Zeit zu lassen.) 15 Minuten Wartezeit sind unmöglich. Der Mitarbeiter unterhielt sich lieber mit Freunden, anstatt zu arbeiten, und lief in alle Richtungen. Das einzig Positive war, dass sie den kalten Fisch ersetzt haben.

Erstklassig, super schnell und die Bestellung entsprach genau meinen Wünschen.

Der McDonald's an der Autobahn ist nicht besonders gut; da wird immer nur am Fließband gegessen und alles schmeckt schlecht. Wenn du die Möglichkeit hast, fahr lieber in die Stadt zu dem McDonald's, der ist fantastisch.

Update 2026 – ein weiterer Versuch, und der McDonald’s ist immer noch unauffindbar: Die sprichwörtliche Effizienz der Deutschen stößt direkt hinter der Grenze an ihre Grenzen. Ich habe für meinen Freund bestellt gehabt bei euch und ihr habt in jeden Burger, überall Salz und Pfeffer reingemacht, auf die einzelnen Pattys beim Bicmac, auf jedes Brot, in den Salat. Nichtnur das ich für das leider verdorbene Essen gezahlt habe, das üble ist auch noch das mein Freund(für den das Essen war) eine Pfefferallergie hat. Ich schreibe diese Rezession aus dem Krankenhaus da ich ihn hierher bringen musste, es ist alles videografisch dokumentiert und wird zur Anzeige gebracht. Ich kann den Unmut und die Hintergründe überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, ob es daran lag, das ich 15 Minuten vor Ladenschluss etwas ZUM MITNEHMEN bestellt habe? Es ist egal. Ich hoffe meinem Freund geht es bald besser, wir sehen uns vor Gericht, Verbraucherschutzzentrale wird ebenfalls informiert und ich empfehle jedem wärmstens, den Laden echt zu meiden.

Keine Orginal Mc Donald Kaffee, kaffe nur aus einem Vollautomat extra Shot auch nicht möglich. Volker Preis bei minderer Qualität.

Nach diesem Restaurantbesuch gebe ich garantiert nie wieder einen Cent bei McDonald's aus. 2. April 2026. Ich stand eine halbe Stunde am Terminal an; es gab nicht genügend Sprachen. Als ich endlich bestellt und bezahlt hatte, gab es keinen Beleg, und ich stand ohne meine Bestellung und ohne Geld da. Ich behielt 13 Euro. „McDac's“, sagte meine Familie. „Meine Familie ist nicht mehr euer Kunde.“ Kolchose.

Habe per App Essen zum Abholen bestellt. Zuhause gemerkt, dass Pomes und Soße fehlen.

Ich bin schon öfter hier, da sich dieser McDonald’s an einer Autobahnraststätte befindet. Das Essen ist normalerweise gut und wird warm serviert. Leider ist die Umgebung insgesamt nicht sehr ansprechend, insbesondere der Außenbereich, der oft nicht sehr sauber ist.

Schwer zu finden und haben keine Toilette

Auf mein Essen habe ich lange warten müssen. Im Abholbereich warteten noch viele andere Gäste. Das Personal zeigte sich nicht besonders engagiert. Und es hat im Abholbereich unangenehm gerochen. Und zwar nicht nach Essen. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Das ist eine reine Touristenfalle an der A5. Ein einfacher Kaffee kostet hier 4 Euro – das ist Wucher, wenn man bedenkt, dass man ihn in anderen Filialen für einen Bruchteil dieses Preises bekommt. Wer bei McDonald's schnellen und effizienten Service erwartet, wird bitter enttäuscht sein. Warum ich es nicht empfehle? Absurde Kaffeepreise: Solche horrenden Summen für Kaffee zu bezahlen, der wie aus dem Automaten schmeckt, ist reine Abzocke. Die Preise steigen Monat für Monat, während die Qualität rapide sinkt. Für denselben Preis bekommt man in einem professionellen Café erstklassigen Kaffee mit Stil serviert. Hier zahlt man für einen Markenbecher und die Beschwerden über den Service. Unerträglicher Kundenservice: Das Personal behandelt den Kunden, als wäre er ein Eindringling und ihr schlimmster Feind. Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich, kennen keine grundlegenden Umgangsformen und blicken einen mit äußerster Verachtung an. Als ich lediglich nach dem Angebot fragte, bekam ich nur ein Grunzen zu hören. Kein Lächeln, keine Professionalität – einfach nur respektlos. Chaos und Inkompetenz: Der Service ist langsam, unorganisiert und vermittelt den Eindruck, als hätten die Angestellten noch nie eine Kasse gesehen. Minutenlang auf einen einfachen schwarzen Kaffee zu warten und dabei die gelangweilten Gesichter des Personals zu beobachten, ist schlichtweg unverschämt. Fazit: Dieser Laden ist der Inbegriff von schlechtem Service. Überteuerter Kaffee, der nicht einmal die Hälfte wert ist, und eine Atmosphäre, die einem den Appetit verdirbt. Wenn Sie sich weder die Laune noch den Geldbeutel ruinieren wollen – machen Sie einen großen Bogen um diesen Ort. Tragisch ist noch untertrieben.

Essen ist halt wie bei jedem McDonalds aber es war sauber und vor allem die Mitarbeiter am Tresen vorne waren total freundlich zu unserem Kind.

Trotz Navi haben wir uns verfahren...Ein Schild am unteren Eingang hat uns etwas durcheinander gebracht. Als wir angekommen sind, gab es genug Parkmöglichkeiten.Essen und Bedienung waren sehr schnell..

Ich war am Freitagnachmittag dort, um mir ein leckeres McDonald's-Essen zu gönnen – der Service war eine Frechheit und der McDonald's war der langsamste, den ich je erlebt habe. Ich habe sage und schreibe 30 Minuten auf die Speisekarte für einen Big Mac gewartet. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Hier gibt es keine klassischen Gerichte oder Hamburger. Es wirkt wie ein experimentelles McDonald's-Restaurant. Es gibt Würstchen, Pommes und ein paar „Salate“. Nicht das, was ich gesucht habe.

Der mit Abstand schlechteste McDonalds, bei dem ich je war! 2 der 4 Bestellterminals ausser Betrieb und an der Kasse darf man laut der super genervten Mitarbeiterinnen nicht bestellen, obwohl man am Terminal seinen Sanifair Bon nicht abgeben kann. Unfassbar schlechter Service!

Die Sitznachbarn stinken bisschen aber sonst oke

Das Essen war in Ordnung, das, was man von McDonald's erwartet. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger – einfach eine praktische Möglichkeit, unterwegs etwas zu essen zu bekommen.

„Auskunft über Allergene? Gibt es nicht! Gehen sie halt wo anders essen.“

Der Kaffee in diesem McDonald's war ungenießbar. Wir machen auf unseren Reisen durch Europa regelmäßig Halt bei McDonald's, um Kaffee zu trinken, und die Qualität und der Geschmack sind normalerweise sehr gut. Der Latte Macchiato und der Café waren jedoch beide nicht gut. Ich würde den Kaffee in diesem McDonald's nicht empfehlen. Er ist den Preis definitiv nicht wert.

Sehr lange Wartezeiten, von mehreren Bestellterminals funktionierten nur drei, eines davon war sogar defekt. Für eine zentrale Autobahnraststätte ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Vor mir dauerte allein das Einlösen von Coupons bei einer Kundin über zehn Minuten, während sich nichts bewegte. Erst nach längerem Anstehen fiel auf, dass Bestellungen ausschließlich über Terminals möglich sind – keine Kasse mehr. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters bzw. Supervisors: unfreundlich, pampig und völlig desinteressiert. Auf eine sachliche Nachfrage kam nur: „Ich bin der Supervisor, was soll ich machen?“ – so spricht man nicht mit Gästen. Auch das Essen war enttäuschend: Der McRösti, auf den ich mich gefreut habe, war qualitativ und geschmacklich nicht zufriedenstellend. Unorganisiert, unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert – McDonald’s kann das deutlich besser. Hier leider ein kompletter Reinfall.

Worst McDonald's in the entire EU, blows eggs

Around 9 p.m., the employees turned on some music. One of them was cleaning the cooktop with cleaning fluid, while food was still on the same cooktop. This is a case for the health department.

I never write reviews, but this was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was cold and dry, the nuggets tasted rancid, and they were strangely fuzzy. I still have a stomachache eight hours later. At least the food was ready quickly.

Located on the A5 highway from Frankfurt to Basel, near Iffezheim city, just after the gas station stop. It’s the same familiar McDonald’s food chain, but this one stands out for its large seating area both inside and outside. The prices are reasonable and not high for a highway location.

Mürgers Bürgers, a wild expedition. Ordering at the terminal, as well as the completion of our order, was quick. I had a Fillie Cheese Buster and my girlfriend wanted a Royal Cheese, but we got two Busters. When I raised this with the CEO, we got a Royal Cheese that was brought into the world without honor and without love. The grill master claimed he hadn't made a mistake, so he was lying. My girlfriend is a Royal Cheese taster and only eats Royal Cheeses, but after this, she was very sad. The Fillie Buster and the pepper nuggets with the special sauce were still delicious. 04.09.25

I've ordered food for pickup from there several times. Once again, not all of the items from the online order were included in the bag. This time, two portions of fries were missing. So, make sure the ordered items are actually packed! Once you get home, you don't want to go back. The store couldn't be reached by phone.

Why only one star? Instead of the pineapple turnover, there was an apple turnover (which I don't like at all). They usually always give it five stars. Until it's perfect again next time, I'll be annoyed, and it'll stay at one star!

The coffee was very subpar, not up to McCafe standards at all. For that price it's better to make your own coffee in the parking lot on a gas stove. Tables dirty and unkempt. Choose another rest area.

Go back and follow up on the bill because I took my takeaway order and unfortunately I found it was missing a sandwich. I went back to the car and I also found it missing sauce and it was all paid for!! The staff were very cold and the service was slow, but we got over it.

I've never left a review for a McDonald's before. But it was important to me here. I've rarely had such delicious food at McDonald's, especially not in the last 10 years; it feels like it's only been going downhill. Often the cheese isn't melted, the burger is dry, the fries are soggy and unsalted, etc. But not here! The cheeseburger was sooo good, juicy, fresh, hot, and plenty of ketchup. The chicken nuggets were hot, fresh, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. We were really pleasantly surprised.

It was 38° outside and inside the AC was off and the doors were open, it felt like an oven, a real discomfort to have lunch in peace.

The poor reviews are well deserved. The service staff: a disaster. Unfortunately unfriendly and incompetent.

Warning - Mc. Not functioning here! Once again, there is no Mc. Flurry. There's a giant banner advertising Mc. Flurry hanging above the counter; it's 30 degrees outside, but the machine is turned off! A complete rip-off! Also, only three of the four order-taking machines are working. There's only one person working behind the counter while everyone at the front is waiting! It's a real shame; it would be better to just open a chip shop, which they might be able to organize. It's a shame that Mc. isn't interested; the reviews are consistently bad!!!!! It casts a bad light on the entire chain; it works elsewhere!

The food was delicious, but the vending machines took a long time and two were broken. We are lazy, lazy, even in Kassel they want us to pay and they want us to order from the vending machines.

Of the four machines, only two worked. The staff were unfriendly because they didn't take our orders. The food was excellent.

Vegetarian? Forget it. Fish burger? Tiny and expensive. Forget it. Paying with a smartphone or contactless? Forget it. Notices about what's allowed and what's not? Forget it. Unmotivated staff? They happen. Oh, by the way, a few kilometers across the border, in expensive France, there's a smart menu with two fish burgers, fries, and a drink for €5. In Germany, you get one fish burger, fries, and no drink for €5. Makes sense.

The first McDonald's I know with a tiled stove.

Fries, Mc Chicken, Cheeseburger old, dry, warmed up. Big Mc was okay. The cola was very syrupy. I wouldn't leave my money there again. The food ended up in the trash! 🤢

I've rarely seen such a small menu at a McDonald's. There was almost nothing available for breakfast. There is also what is probably McDonald's smallest indoor play area. The restaurant was clean and table service was very quick (we were the only customers). Next time I will definitely go to a different McDonalds so that I have a reasonable selection and my children have a reasonable play area.

No cleanliness, no service, non-functioning machines, a mess from the children's corner. Mainly they cheated the euro for the toilet.

Wanted to order at front desk and they declined. Had to use the TV stations where 20 pupils couldn't decide what they want to eat. Thank you for nothing.

One of the worst visits to a McDonald's about a month ago. I then wrote a complaint email. There was no response to that either. Fits this branch. I would advise everyone not to leave any money there.

Only a few ordering kiosks were working. Luckily, it was quiet since the McDonald's is a bit hidden. All frozen drinks like milkshakes and such, as well as ice cream, were unavailable.

Crowded. Follow the wrong signs from the autobahn and you arrive at the backend of a dodgy hotel with a McDonald’s paper sign taped next to the door. Follow the run down hallways and stairs. Wouldn’t have gone in at night. Somehow you can also arrive at the top: how, who knows.

I can only agree with most of them. Actually I would like to give 0 stars. 1 ordering machine didn't work, all the others didn't work, a huge crowd of people waiting and bored staff behind the counter. Nobody was willing to open the counter to serve the people. We and a few others then left again. This is how you get rid of customers, congratulations.
