McDonald's in Baden-Baden

Waited 40min for the "fast" food

One of the worst visits to a McDonald's about a month ago. I then wrote a complaint email. There was no response to that either. Fits this branch. I would advise everyone not to leave any money there.

Only a few ordering kiosks were working. Luckily, it was quiet since the McDonald's is a bit hidden. All frozen drinks like milkshakes and such, as well as ice cream, were unavailable.

Crowded. Follow the wrong signs from the autobahn and you arrive at the backend of a dodgy hotel with a McDonald’s paper sign taped next to the door. Follow the run down hallways and stairs. Wouldn’t have gone in at night. Somehow you can also arrive at the top: how, who knows.

I'm waiting for the checkout, if there's no ordering, I call the boss, there's no one there, catastrophe. I often go to MC, but it just doesn't work here, thanks

Ice machine broken, no coupon available and no rewards redeemable. Juice shop.

I can only agree with most of them. Actually I would like to give 0 stars. 1 ordering machine didn't work, all the others didn't work, a huge crowd of people waiting and bored staff behind the counter. Nobody was willing to open the counter to serve the people. We and a few others then left again. This is how you get rid of customers, congratulations.

They won't take your order at the checkout, one machine doesn't work, and there are 10 people in the second line. Wouldn't hurt to check out this franchise

One star is still too many, here there is only one terminal In a company where 30 people are standing in front of you and you can't go any further, you ask the cashier if he can accept it and he says no So it was the customer service that should be reconsidered so 0 stars

The worst McD I've been to so far. The employee at the till was trying his best. Broken monitor, broken ordering panel, the second one without functional cc reader so you had to pay at the till anyways...

No ordering possible at the counter and all HS terminals except one with a queue of 20 people... I'll pass

2 of 4 ordering machines were defective, resulting in a 15 minute wait for the order to be entered. Personally, people were not ready to take an order, despite the fact that some people were standing around doing nothing. The ice cream and milkshake machine is once again (or still) broken. We live 1km away as the crow flies, come here about once a month and were so disappointed with the branch this time. More than usual. This year I haven't had any ice cream or milkshakes here yet. Bland fries, ordered normal chicken nuggets and had the inedible ones at the bottom of the take-away bag (of course I only noticed this when I got home because I thought I could trust the employee).

Ordering disaster... you can only order from the machine and then only one works and it doesn't even work properly...

Ultra long waiting time just to be able to get the order out because two of the four order machines are broken. Dirty tables, poor lighting, depressing ambience. Typical German rest area.

Garbage. 1 of 4 kiosks are working. 3 registers at the counter, yet they are so lazy and rude that they tell you to wait for the one working kiosk. Lazy because there are 50 + people waiting for the kiosk.

All ordering posts defective except two. Lines from here to Basel. They don't order at the cash register.

Only 2 of 4 ordering stations open and all ice cream sold out. And the waitress has never heard the word speed either

No order at the counter, long line in front of two order terminals, two broken terminals, broken dessert machine. Espresso coffee burned with 15 cl water...in short, to be avoided.

Tasteless meat...I don't think they had seasoned anything. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days🤢

Food is ok, but only to take away. It's dirty here, there's nothing going on and all the tables are full of leftover food, even the restaurant floor is sticky from the entrance to the counter. Bad condition.

There were only 2 order stations, of which only 1 was available, and therefore the queue for the order station was very long, we had already been waiting for 20 minutes, and then suddenly everything was sold out. We couldn't order anything, only drinks, but of course that was of no use if you were starving, this was very bad….

Avoid McDonald's at the Baden-Baden service area: every second order machine is broken, hence a long queue. However, you are not prepared to accept the order manually. When I complained about this, there was no response at all, then I ignored it. Very bad service!

Ordered McPlant based Nuggets, but received chicken Nuggets. Went back to the staff to ask for the plant based Nuggets. Unfortunately the staff didn't want to change the nuggets and just threw them away... Don't recommend this Mc Donalds!!

Two signs telling customers to order at terminal, queues there and the two lazy guys are standing behind the counter, having almost nothing to do. I could have asked, they could have removed the signs. Left after few minutes.

All but one terminal were not operational. The employee did not want to accept an order at the checkout and refused with an unfriendly comment.

Fast, friendly, clean, everything was perfect

Spectacular, if I could I would give it 100 stars, my experience in this place was surreal on the positive side, a very pleasant place, in which the menu I ordered was fantastic, the flavor was all there, the fries were hot and the dessert was 5 stars, already in this place There is a shower with hot water, and very clean bathrooms! I'll be back...04/14/2024

Judge for yourself....there is no respect for the client, they stuffed the napkin in as if it were toilet paper after use, I even lost my appetite

Burgers OK. Not a single clean table, dishes full, restaurant empty. 4 men stand around and do nothing.

Terrible, food lukewarm and super unfriendly staff

Ordering is supposedly only possible at the machine, staff dozens of customers, very cheeky, disrespectful. I didn't order anything, loss of time. Very annoying.

It is not possible to pay by card at the terminal. You have to wait 10 minutes for the staff to accept your payment

Veggie statt fleich. Cola Zéro statt normal. Unangenehme Bedienung. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Alles war OK, ausser dass bei den Bestelltafeln ( nur digitale Bestellung möglich) die Reihenfolgen nicht geregelt sind. Wenn man nicht dreist genug war, können sich andere vorschieben, da von allen Seiten auf einen Bildschirm Leute anstanden. Es konnte nicht erkannt werden wo die Wartezone für die digitalen Bestellungen sind.

Die Mitarbeiter sollen aufhören ihre Finger abzuschlecken. 🤮🤮

Was soll man sagen es ist halt ein schnell Restaurant. Hier hält man sich nicht lange auf. Es ist ideal gelegen am Rastplatz. Außen herum könnte man bestimmt mit mehr liebe denn Garten schöner mache und müsste regelmäßig von Gärtner gepflegt werden. Drin ist es sauber. Die Touchdisplay sind stand 2007 und heute nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Da die Bezahlung per Apple Pay bis heute in keinen Mc Donald funktioniert. Sobald ich die Apple Watch dran hebe passiert nichts. Als Karte raus geht.

Tische schmutzig, auch sonst kein einladendes Ambiente, das kann McDonald's normalerweise besser. Pommes versalzen, soviel BBQ Soße auf dem Burger, dass sie sich überall rausquetscht, habe noch nie soviele Servietten & Handreinigungsgel benötigt um einen Burger zu Essen...keine Ahnung ob man den Serways Bon einlösen kann, habe es gar nicht erst versucht... Hoffentlich kann ich mir merken, dass ich hier nie wieder von der Autobahn runterfahre...

Seit dem sie umgestellt haben muss man für die Toilette auch bezahlen finde ich nicht so gut man kann zwar mit dem bon bezahlen aber wenn man auf der Durchfahrt ist ist es blöd

Zum Essen gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, MC halt wie man es überall kennt. Freundliches Personal und sauber war es auch.

Ich finde es sehr interessant während man sich durch das Menü am terminal hackt kann man sehen wie die gelangweilten Mitarbeiter am Tresen stehen und Däumchen drehen den bestellen beim Mitarbeiter is nich.Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice danke

Tische dreckig, Stühle und Bänke dreckig… die Fenster müssten dringend geputzt werden. Personal… geht so!

J'ai bien aimé la grande variété des menus et la qualité des burgers. Tout était chaud, bon et généreux dans les portions. Il n'y a pas de poetetos mais des frites gaufrette super bonnes.... sinon frites classique Restaurant positionné au niveau de la station service pratique pour faire une pause déjeuner.

Quality is similar like any other McDonald’s. Friendly people. You can only order via terminals. Not too crowded. Seats and tablespoons were a bit dusty. No free toilets.

Wie immer das Essen war gut und war schnell fertig und es war alles schön sauber. Kann ich nir empfehlen

Keine Strohhalme mehr! Das mit Eis versetzte Getränk so etwas scher zu konsumieren

Ein McDonald's Restaurant wie überall. Das Personal ist häufig überfordert. Bei Außerhaus Bestellungen werden oft die Soßen vergessen. Sauberkeit ist zu Stoßzeiten nicht unbedingt gegeben.

The place is bigger than expected. The food was good. Very few vegetarian options. The coffee was delicious ans so was the hot chocolate.

Wie gewohnt, hier hat alles geklappt. 5 Sterne kann ich nicht geben, aber 4 sollte auch passen. Leckere Burger zu einem guten Preis. Genug Tische frei und saubere Plätze. 👍🏻
