The best falafel we have ever tried! We decided on the falafel sushi plate. Before you order you are always given a fresh falafel ball to try, so you are immediately impressed by the taste. Super tasty, fresh, simple and a real taste explosion. Definitely coming back!

The Trattoria Nobile in Mühlhausen is located in the middle of the parking lot that connects Netto and KFC. The restaurant makes the most of its location and offers a pleasant atmosphere amidst concrete and cars. You have to get that done first! The restaurant actually only offers outside seating. Inside there is a counter and the wood-fired pizza oven that is often mentioned on Google Maps. The seats are covered with the option of opening the roof. When the weather is good, this is a blessing. We were there at lunchtime and it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly and professional. We ordered spaghetti alla Genovese with homemade pesto and an extra portion of burrata, as well as a pizza funghi. After a short wait, we received our dishes and unfortunately discovered that the taste didn't match the look. Both were nicely prepared, but tasteless. In general, we couldn't understand the hype and the extremely good reviews. The pizza was bland. The mozzarella hardly had any taste of its own, the tomato sauce was very mildly seasoned and almost impossible to taste. Only the mushrooms were noticeably fresh and tasty. The aroma of the wood-fired oven was quite nice, but the high, uncontrolled heat had also burned a small portion of the pizza. Too bad. The pasta wasn't anything special and the homemade pesto didn't taste like much either. The burrata, which tasted good, was placed cold on the pasta and cooled the entire dish down, so that it ended up being colder than lukewarm. Since this was the waiter's recommendation, we couldn't imagine that anything should have been noted. The price is slightly higher here. We paid just over 36 euros for two dishes and two drinks. Overall, we were full, but nothing more. It wasn't bad, definitely not, but it wasn't good either. Trattoria Nobile does a lot right, but there is still room for improvement.

In terms of price, I would say it's very cheap for what you get, like the lunch menu for around 8 credits, for example. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants/takeaways.

After entering we were greeted very friendly and the nice employees served us perfectly throughout the evening.💗💗💗 The menu is manageable, but guarantees freshness and quality and everyone from our family found something.👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The dishes were extremely well prepared with great attention to detail - the chef seems to have a lot of fun with his work - we have previously seen this kind of effort in much more upscale restaurants or price categories.🍽 Price/performance ratio is very good, especially for the children there is a very fair tariff for the same dishes as for the adults.👍 There are also many details that show that the owners are passionate about it, including unobtrusive, very good background music.🎶 In addition to the food, we would also like to mention the delicious cocktails.🍹 We felt very comfortable and come back regularly!🤗

Das Essen ist immer grosses Spitzenklasse. Unsere Freunde und die Familie war begeistert. Das eingespielte Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Hier wird man noch per Handschlag vom Chef begrüßt. Auch dieser hat immer einen lustigen Spruch auf den Lippen.Ein großartiges Speiselokal das ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen werde.

Fantastic risto in an unfantastic place. At a sports field in Ketsch I would expect Bratwurst and beer, and no truffle gnocchi. But Italian cuisine is full of surprises. The Risto is definitely not a pizzeria or a standard trattoria, but rather upper middle class and worth the prices. The focaccia alone is worth the visit! And when it comes to wine, you can also trust the staff's recommendations. ....and mine too, by the way. Go!
