Typical bella Italia. A little change from pizza. Small side effect: Thanks to the sourdough used in pinsa, it's less heavy on the stomach than pizza.

La Pinseria has a lovely ambiance. But the seating is too small. There were six of us at the table, and the two outside seats had to sit at the corner. There wasn't enough room for food and drinks either. The chairs were uncomfortable, but looked modern. The service staff was very friendly but overwhelmed by the number of customers. It took a while for drinks and food to arrive. On the plus side, you can park for free in the Solitude parking garage. The food was okay. The pinsa was good. The side salad had too much sauce and was somewhat overpowered by it.

This is our second time here, and the gluten-free pinsas are truly amazing. I've never had anything so gluten-free and so fluffy anywhere else. The chef told us that the dough has to rest for up to 80 hours. Simply amazing!

Food and waitress great! But to be honest, €7.50 for a portion of fries is almost outrageous. What really bothered us was that “chef Franco” told us three times that we had to leave a review on Google. Personally, I can’t stand it when it’s “forced” on you.

We went to eat here on the recommendation of Carlos (Harbr.) and we can recommend this restaurant. The Pinsa (spicy Sabrina) and the Insalata Tonno were very tasty. The service was very friendly and quick.

The gluten free pinsa was really tasty. A fluffy and crispy dough with delicious grilled vegetables and even vegan cheese. I have never tasted such delicious gluten-free dough - absolute recommendation! But the normal pinsa was also very tasty.

Very tasty pinsa. The gluten-free version is also super delicious. It costs an extra charge, but you can tell it's homemade and just as big and well-filled as the normal one. I've also been to restaurants and, despite the extra charge, the dish was only half the size of the one with gluten. I'd love to come back!

The Pinseria in Ludwigsburg is really a hit! We have rarely eaten such delicious pinsa. The dough was totally airy and crispy and the ingredients were super fresh. We were in Ludwigsburg over the weekend and happened to end up in the Pinseria on Friday. It was a great decision! The Pinsa tasted so good that we went back again on Saturday. Really recommended if you want to try something other than pizza. We'll definitely be back! 👍😀

We came here because of the excellent rating, unfortunately it didn't do it justice. The service staff is very friendly but massively overwhelmed by the number of customers, but it could have been due to illness at the time. The atmosphere is very colorful and modern. I liked it a lot. Unfortunately, I had the constant fear that the wobbly chair would give way to my 120kg. The pinsa was ok. However, the burgers I ordered were missing 2 ingredients listed on the menu (tomatoes and onions) and I don't understand the concept of the burger. Why 3 different salads, enough sauce so that the bottom of the wonderfully crispy pinsa roll is completely soaked, the Parmesan shavings that lay dry in the lid and were insulated from the hot patty by a 5mm layer of lettuce. Sometimes less is simply more. Unfortunately, the fried patty didn't convince me either, so I expect more when I'm leaving almost 20 € for a citizen with fries. Oh and speaking of fries, they are awesome, have a great taste and are super crispy.
