V-Bandits in Ludwigsburg

Wir waren hier zu viert, haben unterschiedliche Essen aus der vielfältigen Karte bestellt und waren rundum begeistert!!! Der Kaiserschmarrn zum Abschluss war der absolute Hit!!!! Megalecker, wir kommen wieder. Unsere Hundis waren sehr willkommen und wurden auch noch verwöhnt- toller Abend!

So gutes und leckeres veganes Essen zu bekommen ist das Eine. Die liebevolle Atmosphäre ist dazu die perfekte Ergänzung für ein wunderschönes Besuchserlebnis. Danke für immer wieder wunderbare Stunden in dieser "Seelentankstelle".

Geschmacklich gut, aber nichts besonderes. Einige Gerichte sind etwas unkreativ, mehr an Fastfood orientiert und es gibt wenig Gemüsebeilagen wie z.B. gebackenes oder gebratenes Gemüse. Auch warum man das Beyond Burgerpatty, was ja Fleisch nachahmen soll, verwendet weiß ich nicht - es gibt viele andere tolle Gemüse-, Soja- und andere Patties. Dafür preislich wirklich sehr teuer und die Portionen klein bei erstaunlich langen Wartezeiten. Der Service ist nett, aber nicht super gut. Für uns war es leider nicht überzeugend und wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Wirklich gutes und abwechslungsreiches veganes Essen! Und sehr nette Leute. Es ist etwas klein, daher kann es in der Hauptverkehrszeit etwas dauern, aber es lohnt sich :)

Gestern sind wir zufällig in diesem tollen und ganz besonderen Restaurant gelandet. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und auch Hunde sind nicht nur erlaubt, sondern herzlich willkommen. Unsere Nelli bekam sofort Wasser in einer schonen Porzellanschüssel und einen großen selbstgemachten Bananenkeks. Das Essen ist extrem gut und auch der Cappuccino war besonders lecker. Lisa, die Chefin ist so nett. Wenn wir nicht so weit weg wohnen würden, würden wir jede Woche dort einkehren. Aber auf der nächsten Reise ist ein Besuch schon fest eingeplant! Danke an Lisa für solch einen besonderen Ort! So etwas findet man heute nur noch selten! ❤️

Selten sind wir mit Hund so freundlich empfangen worden und haben so lecker gegessen! Es gab oben drauf sogar selbstgemachten Hundebiskuit... danke, Lisa!

Supernettes Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal, auch wenn man sich nicht vegan ernährt findet man zig leckere Speisen, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Zu 100 % zu empfehlen ❤️

Ein toller und entspannter Ort, komplett vegan! Es gibt eine feste Immerlein-Speisekarte und tolle abwechselnde Gerichte. Lasst Platz für den Nachtisch (leckere Kuchen 🍰 oder teilt euch noch einen Kaisi 🤩). Getränke m. M. n. recht teuer.

Ich war am Sonntag dort. Mein Essen war lecker und auch das Lokal ist nett, freundlich und gemütlich. Besonders zu Erwähnen ist aber die Inhaberin. Mit ihrer unkomplizierten, freundlichen, offenen Art fühlt sich der Besuch in einem Restaurant an wie ein Besuch bei Freunden. Und vegan aus Liebe zu Tieren -kein Trend sondern ein Herzthema. Ich bin sehr froh, dass es ein komplett veganes Restaurant in Ludwigsburg gibt. Die Gerichte sind lecker und vielseitig, der Service ist sehr bemüht und herzlich. Ein rundum gelungenes Wohlfühlerlebnis!

Ein wunderbares Konzept, komplett vegane Restauration anzubieten. Gerne hätte ich mehr als vier Sterne vergeben — für fünf hat es leider nicht ganz gereicht — daher würde ich auch gern Zehntelpunkte vergeben und wäre dann schlüssig auf 4,4/5 gekommen.

I've been vegetarian many times, but never before has it captivated and thrilled me like this. It was amazing; I couldn't tell the difference when eating a burger. Everything was incredibly delicious. I'd love to come back again! And the pumpkin soup was sooooo delicious, with the perfect spicy touch!

Unfortunately, the restaurant is closing soon. 😥 The food is absolutely amazing, vegan 🌱, and practically everything is homemade – made with love. Super warm and friendly. Highly recommended! The restaurant is located in a side street, very close to the beautiful market square.

Very, very tasty! I had a vegan mozzarella salad, which was amazing! Great dressing, a little pesto... really great.

Very delicious food, great service! Dogs are also absolutely welcome, which is very nice. We sat outside, but unfortunately, a few posers drove by in their cars/motorcycles, so it was a bit noisy at times, but otherwise very nice. You can also pay by card, which is very convenient.

This was my second time there, but unfortunately the Beyond Burger wasn't as good as last time (lacking flavor, too much sauce). My wife's meatballs were supposedly good, though. Portions could be larger for the price. Drinks were unfortunately even more expensive than last time for 0.2l and 0.3l (very overpriced). Service was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. What was also annoying was that they didn't have a handle on the bon bon vouchers (I received one voucher without a code... this time you could only redeem a maximum of €5 from bon bon in V Bandits...). As of now, there won't be a third visit. What a shame.

I wish I lived in Ludwigsburg and could eat here more often. It's incredibly delicious.

Delicious, vegan, charming and dog-friendly restaurant!

Unfortunately, the visit didn't entirely convince us. The barbecue burger tasted okay, but the portion was rather small - especially in relation to the price. €9 for sweet potato fries is also quite steep. The waiting time was okay and the waiter was friendly, but the ambience was rather average. Overall, we don't recommend it - there are definitely better vegan alternatives in the area.

Have eaten here several times and it always tastes really good. The seasonally changing menu also makes it great to try out the many dishes. The service is always excellent, everyone is very accommodating and friendly. In my opinion the best vegan restaurant in the region!

A place to feel good and eat delicious food. We are regular guests and have always been satisfied with the service and taste. Today we were visiting in a larger group with many children - and the entire V-Bandits team made the day a special experience. Super friendly and helpful, very child-friendly and all guests enjoyed the food without exception (including all non-vegans, children and adults). You are a really great team, keep it up. We'll definitely see each other again soon!

Great food. Had a risotto and salad. Then Kaiserschmarrn. The ambience is the pleasant charm of an old city restaurant from centuries past. Spiced up by contemporary artwork on the walls. One star deducted because it's cold through the kitchen door all the time (winter) and our girls had to wear their jackets at the table. Apart from that, definitely recommended! Would love to come back here.

Short summary: Top restaurant with incredibly delicious food - not only very tasty in terms of taste and appearance but also very creative and seasonal! In addition, nice staff, great atmosphere and also love animals (dogs are also welcome). During a recent visit, it quickly became clear that the dishes were very creative and the changing menu was quite large compared to the "standard menu". Always a good sign for me - seasonal and varied! Almost all preferences are still offered - from burgers to gyros and delicious salads - all vegan, of course. As you can see in the pictures, the food was beautifully prepared (the eye can eat too!). Unfortunately there is no photo of the incredibly delicious Kaiserschmarrn - but you should definitely try it!! Apart from that, the staff was very competent, nice, happy to bring a dog with you (not a given!) and overall very welcoming. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone - you should just make a reservation - no wonder given the quality ;-)

As a sometimes meat eater, I can only say a huge thank you for the super delicious and fun evening...we made a reservation because we wanted to celebrate a birthday in a small group. The table was beautifully set for us. The service was A1 with stars and that The food is super super tasty...and it's all vegan...so trust yourself...it doesn't hurt and it's really a good thing...not only the owners benefit from the success of the restaurant, but also all the animals (especially the monkeys) .You can also go to the toilet in the hallway, there is so much interesting information about all the backgrounds!! Had a lovely evening with nice service and very good food. The sweet potato fries were the best we've ever had, so it's okay that we waited a really long time for them. The only thing that bothered me personally was the many PETA posters of animals with inscriptions like "I will be killed in a week". I'm absolutely pro-Peta and I think it's great that people are explaining this - but I think that the dining room where you want to feel comfortable and enjoy your meal is not the right place for it. People who eat vegan have usually already dealt with the topic and distanced themselves from meat consumption, so it was a shame for me to be confronted with the posters.

Unfortunately, unfortunately.. not like the last visit. The 1st star goes to the fact that everything at V-Bandits is vegan. The second one for the boss. She is super personable and you can tell that she cares deeply about the restaurant and the well-being of her guests. The third one is there, well for the first two reasons and because vegan restaurants are also very close to my heart. The food itself is also well made and nicely presented. However, during our visit yesterday it took an extremely long time (well over 1 hour). Unfortunately, the portions weren't very large, and the burgers didn't come with fries. The service hadn't made us aware of this when we ordered, as it would have been completely businesslike. The dishes are priced heartily, for example the jackfruit burger without fries is available for 13, a small arancini ball is also available for 13, and the “Gyros” (the taste highlight) plate - with a handful of fries in the case - costs a whopping €18 . When asked about it, the boss was extremely sorry and justified the situation with a concert nearby. The restaurant was overrun. Almost all the tables outside were empty at the time, but inside there were free seats the entire time. Maybe everything had been eaten empty beforehand and everyone was exhausted... it seemed like that. With the relevant information in advance, a little greeting from the kitchen, we would probably have been reconciled. So we just didn't really feel welcome. The waiter went for a smoke break in between and we had to wait a while or ask again for the bill. Both 'forces' were standing at the counter polishing glasses. We were looking forward to the dessert, but we didn't dare order it anymore or nobody came. On the homepage it says something like “we are magical and not flawless, just like you” uh sorry, but after this visit I find that a little disrespectful.

Even as a flexitarian, I found the food excellent. Service was nice but a bit unfocused. For me personally, the facility's furnishings are not structured enough and too practical.

The food was super tasty, absolutely recommended. Since everything is freshly prepared you have to wait a bit, which I personally didn't find bad as the food was convincing. The service was great. Very nice even with a short personal conversation. The menu is manageable up to 4-5 dishes. Go and try it, you'll be amazed!

I'm a herbivore visiting Stuttgart to see family for a few days and wanted to try the local vegan cuisine. V-bandits seems like a nice place to have a Sunday lunch so we decided to visit. It was just a short 20 minutes away. We reserved a table in advance but I think it would be fine to just drop in as well. Lisa and the other gentleman attended to us and were very sweet all throughout. Lisa also spoke English which was very helpful for me even though my family living here spoke German. They have a menu outdoors with their daily specials. We got the Da Vinci burger, Brizza (vegan pizza on a pretzel base), Thai curry, sweet potato fries, hot latte, hot mint tea, and couple of drinks. In additional, we got a couple of dessert items. The sweet potato fries were just too good. They had the correct shape, crispiness, and taste. The brizza was unlike anything I have seen before and tasted awesome. Thai curry was hot and yummy. All in all, this is a great space, awesome staff and delicious vegan food. I am glad to have visited and tried their food. I am happy to have supported this business and definitely encourage other vegetarians and vegan enthusiasts around this area to visit. I will definitely make sure to drop by again during my upcoming visits.

The burger selection is impressive, and every burger we tried was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and very juicy, and the rolls were fresh and delicious. Particularly noteworthy is the large selection of homemade sauces and toppings, which give each burger an individual touch. Service is good but I think it could be a bit more attentive and there are paid parking spaces nearby.

Wir wollten schon lange vorbei schauen und gestern konnten wir bei bestem Wetter dann auch noch draußen sitzen. Tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Die Arancini habe ich geliebt! Aber auch die Burger, die Pommes, die Vleischküchlein oder der Salat waren sehr gut. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Just landed in Ludwigsburg and first stop was V Bandits for another great meal. The friendly service, sounds and menu make this a must to visit. PS… you don’t have to be Vegan, I’m not, but the food is awesome.

The best vegan restaurant I know! The service is great, they always look after you and your every wish is met. All animals are welcome in this restaurant and of course never go home without a little treat. It's not easy for me to write this review because the people were very friendly and personable (and organized a great place for us in the shade). However, the information could be helpful for others. The food (and drink) wasn't bad either, but the price wasn't right for me. I had a "Brizza" with asparagus, which was a bit small and only had 5 (!) stalks of green asparagus on top. For €14.80. Some potatoes with a few stalks of white asparagus, delicious sauce, some salad and a herb pancake €21.50. 0.33 l of cola €4.30. Maybe the prices had something to do with the location ("second row" after the market square) and you have to pay staff well, otherwise you won't have any. But for these prices I would have expected larger portions. The taste wasn't bad, but in my opinion it doesn't justify these portions at this price.

Nach viel zu langer Pause, wieder im VBandit eingekehrt, viel mehr Auswahl als in 2020 ( letzte Bewertung). Qualität ist super und es ist bei schönem Wetter gut im Freien zu sitzen. Zu empfehlen der Rostbraten, den es als Saisonaktion gab aber alles andere ist auch prima !

Detailed advice when ordering, attentive, friendly, nice atmosphere (just a little cramped), for me as an "omnivore" it was a pleasant surprise that such a delicious meal came to the table with vegan products (mozzarella balls), a very good one Salad dressing and the Kaiserschmarrn were delicious! Gladly again!

The food was very tasty. Since it was very busy, we had to wait quite a long time for our food, but the service was really nice and took great care of us.

We ate here for the second time yesterday and were just as impressed as our first visit. There is the normal menu and still special offers on a board. Both the starter and the main courses were again very tasty. Service was relaxed and friendly and we felt completely comfortable. We'll be back :-)

Small, fine shop if you want delicious vegan food.

Very tasty, you really don't need any meat!

The two of us came here on a Saturday after visiting a museum and without a reservation. The small, slightly nested restaurant is cozy and we were greeted warmly and immediately shown to a free table. We were promptly given the menu and were immediately informed about the current specials. I had the "Sirtaki Platter" and my partner had a burger with homemade falafel patty and beetroot hummus with couscous (Colours of Persia). I can only praise my sirtaki plate highly: crispy, deliciously seasoned gyros. Plus grilled vegetables, eggplant, fries, tzatziki and eggplant dip, beans in a spicy tomato sauce, salad... the plate left no vegan wish for a properly authentic grilled plate like from your favorite Greek restaurant. I also had an organic lemonade and a white wine spritzer. We were both very enthusiastic about the dishes, which were also beautifully presented (e.g. with edible violet flowers) and would very, very much like to come here again. Small but nice vegan foodie heaven in the middle of Ludwigsburg. ☺️✌️

Yesterday we went to V-Bandits for the first time. What can I say, we really enjoyed it! No matter whether it's a starter, main course or the cake at the end. OK, it might be a little less sweet for us, but that's usually the case for us. Only when it came to service was it a bit slow in terms of attention for drinks. But OK, in many areas these days they don't have enough staff. And when we got in touch, someone was there straight away. So complaining at a high level. We will come back in any case.

We come from near Nuremberg and are so excited. We were there twice and will of course be back. Everything is prepared with so much love and tastes fantastic. A land of milk and honey. Thank you very much, you're doing a great job. It's a shame you don't exist in Nuremberg.

Unfortunately, we couldn't fully understand the good reviews. Unfortunately, our food (Vleichküchle, sweet potato and bean burger) was only middle class: not really warm and in need of improvement in terms of texture and taste. The price is too high for the quality offered.

My first visit to V-Bandits and not my last. Very nice and tasty food. Service on top. I just think the opening hours could be improved. Getting up earlier and more often during the week would be great.
