Doner kebab was great. It's worth taking a look there. Not that many seats available. You have to be lucky to get a seat otherwise you have to take the food with you.

Danger! Sauce with kebab instead of kebab with sauce So who should and can eat it like that? The contents of the kebab plate swim in a sugar mayo sauce (diabetes inevitable). The nice kebab man probably meant well, but the whole thing should still be edible and not have you vomit from a mayo overdose immediately afterwards. Unfortunately, after a few bites, I felt sick and had to throw away the rest. This kebab plate consisted of 60% sauce, 20% salad, 10% meat and 10% rice. So please, please pay more attention to a more even distribution of your ingredients in the future if you want to save costs! PS: disappointed hungry customer (I went because of the positive reviews, unfortunately it was all just a scam. Never again!!)

I let the good reviews and a friend guide me to eat here. I got a Yufka but it wasn't that convincing. The wrap tasted like those cheap supermarket tortilla wraps. I really expected that for the price you would at least expect freshly baked bread, which is the case with the kebab but not with the yufka. The meat itself was good but I personally liked how spicy it was but that's a matter of taste. The service was great and the people there were super nice. Maybe the kebab tastes better but I wouldn't come here again.

The meat tastes great (the best I've ever eaten) and the ingredients look fresh and it tastes accordingly... Price-performance ratio is great... I would describe it as decent in terms of price - but that's okay because it tastes really good. The staff is friendly, you can tell that the shop is run with love. So I can only recommend it Note/Important to note: - If you want to eat quickly, you should call about 15 minutes in advance as it may take some time due to the popularity and fresh preparation... - The shop is set up more as a snack bar, i.e. there are a few chairs in front of the restaurant, but I don't think it's that suitable for a long stay... We were on a long journey through and were in the mood for a tasty, tasty city kebab in Mannheim. Then we stumbled across the best-rated kebab nearby. My girlfriend had Yufka, I had a kebab and it was really, really tasty. A little low in salt but you can add some seasoning yourself 😜 and the quality and attitude of the entire staff cannot be beaten. Gladly again!

One of the best kebab shops for a normal, juicy and quality kebab as you should get it. Meat is juicy and sometimes crunchy. My recommendation is clearly to add feta to the kebab! The price of the kebab is a little more upscale at €7.50 + €1 for feta. But still one of the few with an existing good kebab!

I thought about what I would give for a long time, after being there many times - ultimately 3 stars: Positive: Great sauces, super friendly owners, good taste of the meat, fresh salad counter and very clean Negative: Price too expensive (even if Schwetzingerstadt is not cheap), €5 for a portion of fries, €7.50 kebab, €8 kebab box, too little meat in the kebab box and generally not well filled (steakhouse fries take up a lot of space ), Yufka is a cheap ready-made wrap (tastes like an industrial one) Bread is ready-made and not homemade (standard 3-corner flatbread), extra meat €2 (€1 at other stores), extra sauce €0.50 (free at other stores) , Meat is not self-made but with additives, generally not enough meat on/in the dishes, chicken is always empty in the evening from 6/7 p.m. but there is always some beef left over even though there is still room for another chicken skewer, pre-orders with only 1 dish cannot be accepted over the phone and you have to order on site. All in all, a delicious kebab, but a very price-optimized kebab that is priced too high. If the meat content were higher and individual orders were accepted by phone it would have been 4*. In my opinion, if you want to be the best in Mannheim, you have to make your own meat and offer homemade bread.

The kebab has of course become more expensive, but it is everywhere and I have no problems paying good money for a good kebab. If you're lucky enough to have the kebab made by the owner, the toppings are a bit more generous, but even then the size has decreased. In summary, a really good kebab turned into an expensive and at the same time smaller kebab with veal of poor quality and taste. It's a shame actually. Unchanged old review: During my years in Mannheim I tried a lot of kebabs in the city and so far this one is my absolute favorite. Doner tastes good and is fairly priced even in current times. Old manager, I've actually already given up kebabs. But it tastes good. Service very patient and friendly. Nothing fake, just really friendly. Very clean and accommodating. Absolutely recommended. I would even drive through the city once. Photo will follow on the next visit.

Very, very tasty kebab! I tried the veal doner first and it was very good. The sauces are super good and the counter looked clean and well maintained. I then ate the chicken kebab and have to recommend the chicken kebab. The meat was nice and crispy and juicy. The bread is crunchy but a little bit dry. But there is a lot of sesame on it. I was really convinced and will visit the kebab shop more often in the future.

Not recommended because they don't stick to the opening times and you won't even be turned down with an apology. Loading is probably just going too well.

Bester Döner den ich bisher gegessen habe. Man wird mega freundlich begrüßt und bedient und man fühlt sich sehr gut dort aufgehoben. Ich finde es super das die Soßen selbst gemacht werden sowie das Fleisch. Ich kann Gidis nur weiter empfehlen :-)

Of course the best were the kebab and the yufka. The staff was very nice and gave us very good advice! We'd love to come back.

The flatbread with sesame is also a matter of taste. Too thin for me and not enough bread compared to a typical "doner kebab pocket". The meat also had to be heated first, which reflects the overall quality. The meat was not crispy and lacked a crispy bite. All in all, for me it's not the "best kebab in Mannheim". Therefore only 2.5 stars. I can't recommend this kepap for €7.50. Way too expensive.
