Der Döner ist okay, für mich etwas über dem Durchschnittsdöner in Mannheim - nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Es war alles frisch und der Laden ist gut besucht + die Öffnungszeiten sind mega. Ich persönlich finde den Preis aber zu hoch für die Menge an Fleisch die man bekommt. Die Konkurrenz in der Gegend hier ist sehr hoch, daher sieht mich der Laden eher selten. Mir sind auch Läden suspekt in denen man partout nicht mit Karte zahlen kann.

Sosse Salat retten den Döner. Fleisch hat kein gescheiten Geschmack leidet…

Der Döner Kebab und das Brot sind von sehr hoher Qualität; wir kehren jedes Mal dort ein, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. An diesem Tag aßen wir auch die frisch zubereitete Halka Tatlısı (ein ringförmiges Dessert), die köstlich war. Das Lokal ist sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich.

I ordered a doner kebab in a flatbread, but they put very little meat inside. When I complained, they said that's all they put in now. The doner is very expensive, but there's very little meat. The staff are very good, but the owner has become very arrogant because he's rich. They don't accept cards; they want to take the money in cash. The tax office will be visiting this establishment soon. The taste isn't what it used to be either.

Taste is subjective, but €11 for a lahmacun without sauce and with little meat is quite steep.

€9.50 for a doner kebab that wasn't any bigger than mine and tasted absolutely awful – the biggest rip-off I've ever seen in Mannheim. Stomach problems and diarrhea were the end result at 3:00 AM… A typical doner kebab shop, the interior nothing special, and what can I say… it tasted just like the €5 doner in the Fressgasse (food street), which is even better. Sorry guys, but that was awful!

The best kebab for miles around! Everything is just right at Chef Döner: The meat is juicy and perfectly seasoned, the bread fresh and crispy. Very honest kebab, fair prices, and very good quality. The bread was very fresh and the portion was very filling. It's also nice to sit inside, though unfortunately, they don't accept card payments.

You can eat kebab here. The former employees of Selman Döner have set up their own business and copied the Döner 1:1. Tastes just like Selman Döner. Here you can also get delicious Halkatatlisi, a Turkish confectionery specialty, as dessert. The only downside is that after visiting this snack bar you have to throw all your clothes into the washing machine
