Ali's Gemüse Döner in Mannheim

Unfortunately, I find it a bit expensive and there is not much meat, but I think it is tasty and a great idea with additional grilled vegetables :-)

The doner kebab impresses with its large selection of vegetables, which provides a unique and varied flavor. The fries in the doner kebab seemed a bit dated, but they didn't detract from the taste. The bread is particularly noteworthy: crispy on the outside and pleasantly soft on the inside – just as it should be. The doner kebab is also halal, which is crucial for me.

It was my first time here. I tried the vegetable doner kebab and I have to say, it was really delicious. It satisfied my hunger and wasn't too heavy on the stomach; I can recommend it to everyone. The staff was friendly and attentive. I can't complain. The atmosphere is typical of a snack bar. It's located on the main street, but overall, it's not a problem. There are tables and chairs outside for seating.

I've ordered takeout several times. Always great!

Unfortunately, the taste is bland, despite the many ingredients. Small appendix: no 1-star reviews older than two months; the reviews are clearly being manipulated.

We were there today. We got a veal doner kebab, but there was very little meat in it. It felt like we were eating salad with bread. The meat didn't taste very good either. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed.

The food was great. Unfortunately, the staff were very rude. I used to really enjoy eating there. Now I probably won't go back. I ordered falafel and fries. Both are on the menu. However, when I ordered them, they didn't understand me and told me to order something else. When I didn't respond immediately to the "Take a tablet" message, the staff member said, "Hurry up! There are people waiting!" Overall, I felt disrespected.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten. And the value for money isn't right either. I had a yufka, which was the size of a börek, for €8. It was completely greasy, and the "vegetables," which were cold and oily, included cold fries... never again.

The doner kebab was very tasty and the ingredients were fresh. But unfortunately, the meat/vegetable/salad ratio wasn't right for me! It could definitely have been a bit more meat. At €7, it should have been more than just 70g—because that's how much there was on the doner.

The kebab is generally very good, with a variety of toppings that you won't find at every kebab shop. Furthermore, there's always a friendly employee on hand who caters to everyone's needs. However, it's better to eat kebabs to go unless you don't mind sitting near the street.

Decent kebab. Large selection also very suitable for vegetarians. There are falafels and grilled vegetables. Staff is friendly. If the weather is good you can also sit outside. It's on a traffic island. In my opinion the traffic isn't particularly bothersome. I will eat there again and again.

Disappointing and unhygienic – never again! The last time I was here was about four years ago and today I was really craving an Ali vegetable kebab. So I thought to myself: Come on, give the store another chance. As soon as I arrived, I regretted it while ordering. A man and a woman worked behind the counter. The man simply reached into the yufka with his bare hands, occasionally put meat in his mouth and licked his fingers - and then continued with the preparation. The woman made my bread, but I had completely lost my appetite. Nevertheless, I paid for the kebab because I didn't want to cancel at that moment - and then threw it away straight away. Simply disgusting. Thanks for nothing. I'm definitely never coming back.

I live in Mannheim city center and have definitely tried a lot of different kebabs. The kebab from Ali's Vegetable Döner is by far the richest and most aromatic kebab I have ever eaten. I had a chicken kebab and my partner had one with veal. Both were excellent. The vegetarian offering is of course also extensive.

Actually 5 stars, but food poisoning. I have to admit I really enjoy coming here and the kebab is always good. Lovingly prepared and staff very nice. Unfortunately, both my parents and I became very ill on our last visit. We lay flat for several days and of course that can't happen, so unfortunately I'm staying away with a heavy heart.

Best Döner in town. It has a huge variety of grilled vegetables, cheese and seitan.

Vegetarian yufka basically consisted of just one type of salad. I would expect a little more from other ingredients.

Order was accepted. After 20 minutes and after 3 people who had ordered after us were brought forward, he asked again about my order and that it would take a while because the meat wasn't ready. Then we left without food. It's a shame, especially since there wasn't much going on.
