We were there for the first time today – and honestly: It was simply fantastic! The food was truly delicious; you could tell the love was put into the cooking. The service? Totally warm, like visiting friends. Super attentive and in a good mood; it was really fun! And then… the tiramisu! Hallelujah. Truly, this wasn't your average dessert; it was fantastic. Creamy, perfectly balanced, simply very, very good. I could have easily had another one. 😄

Great Italian food at a reasonable price. Pizzas and Panini are our favourites. If someone is looking for no egg, no alcohol Tiramisu they provide that as well. Enough parking place in front of the trattoria.

Unfortunately, friendly staff couldn't make up for the disappointment with the food. I would like to start with the positive: the staff at this pizzeria was really very friendly and attentive. The service was quick and pleasant, the waiters were polite and attentive to all requests. A special thank you for that! Unfortunately, the positive impressions ended there. The pasta bolognese we ordered was absolutely tasteless. The meat sauce was bland and watery, and the pasta itself was overcooked. The prosciutto pizza was even more disappointing. The dough was kind of rubbery, and the prosciutto didn't seem fresh and had a strange aftertaste. Overall the taste of the pizza was just terrible. The desserts weren't convincing either. The panna cotta was tasteless and had an unpleasant, gelatinous texture, and the tiramisu was dry and completely devoid of flavor. The meal ended with an expressionless cappuccino. The coffee was weak and the milk foam was barely there. Unfortunately, despite the excellent service, I cannot recommend this restaurant if you are hoping for delicious Italian cuisine. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of food preparation and take measures to improve the situation.

Fortunately, our order was delivered earlier than stated, which is a positive thing. However, the pizza wasn't particularly convincing in terms of taste. It was neither exceptionally good nor bad, but rather average - solid, but nothing to remember. What is very important, however, is the price. We paid a total of €34 for two pizzas, which we think is not justified. In this price range we would have expected significantly better quality or at least a special taste experience. Conclusion: The pizza tastes okay, but by no means outstanding. The fast delivery is a plus point, but the price-performance ratio is not right for us.

I need longer and can't have false teeth. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were ready on time. Very well seasoned (too much oregano) Dough on the edge nicely cross, toppings fresh and tasty.. The dough towards the middle, much too thin and felt like it wasn't bread.. Couldn't bite through it, more like rubber.. Chew endlessly and couldn't be broken down. Price/performance ratio is a bit off / to the detriment of the customer. The place looks nice and is pleasantly warm thanks to the gas burner. Big drawback, the lack of a toilet. So it's better to take food with you.

You really have to praise the pizza, very tasty without question. Sorry, a Pizza Diavolo for over €17. This is far from good and evil. A healthy price-performance ratio has been abandoned here for a long time. It's a real shame... I am not prepared to pay almost six times the price for goods worth around €2-3. There has already been the second price increase within 3 years. Although electricity and energy prices are significantly lower. Bon appetit to everyone who wants to pay €17 for a pizza. There are much better alternatives.

We have been loyal customers of this pizzeria for years, and for good reason: everything is just right here! Whether we eat in, order takeaway or place larger orders - the quality and service are always first class. Both the pizzas we enjoyed on site and the food we picked up were fresh, hot and incredibly tasty every time. We were particularly impressed by a larger order for our school: we ordered pizza for 30 school children and 4 teachers for a movie night. Everything went absolutely smoothly! The delivery was on time, the pizzas were perfect and each one was enthusiastically eaten. This pizzeria is a real gem. Quality, taste and service are simply unbeatable – definitely an A+! We look forward to many more visits and orders. Absolutely recommended!

We had a fantastic meal here! You can absolutely taste the real stone oven, and both pizzas and salads are made with fresh ingredients. There is a bit of space to sit, so I recommend asking in advance if space is available, but we'll be happy to come back.

The **Trattoria Nobile** is an absolute insider tip for all pizza lovers! You feel welcome as soon as you walk in - the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Ordering is quick and you've barely looked around before the pizza is steaming in front of you. And what a pizza! Fresh ingredients, a crispy base and just the right amount of toppings. The ambience is beautiful: cozy, warm and perfect to enjoy a relaxing moment. The immaculate cleanliness, which immediately catches the eye, also contributes to this. Everything is just right here – delicious food, great atmosphere and service that leaves nothing to be desired. Absolutely recommended!

The Trattoria Nobile in Mühlhausen is located in the middle of the parking lot that connects Netto and KFC. The restaurant makes the most of its location and offers a pleasant atmosphere amidst concrete and cars. You have to get that done first! The restaurant actually only offers outside seating. Inside there is a counter and the wood-fired pizza oven that is often mentioned on Google Maps. The seats are covered with the option of opening the roof. When the weather is good, this is a blessing. We were there at lunchtime and it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly and professional. We ordered spaghetti alla Genovese with homemade pesto and an extra portion of burrata, as well as a pizza funghi. After a short wait, we received our dishes and unfortunately discovered that the taste didn't match the look. Both were nicely prepared, but tasteless. In general, we couldn't understand the hype and the extremely good reviews. The pizza was bland. The mozzarella hardly had any taste of its own, the tomato sauce was very mildly seasoned and almost impossible to taste. Only the mushrooms were noticeably fresh and tasty. The aroma of the wood-fired oven was quite nice, but the high, uncontrolled heat had also burned a small portion of the pizza. Too bad. The pasta wasn't anything special and the homemade pesto didn't taste like much either. The burrata, which tasted good, was placed cold on the pasta and cooled the entire dish down, so that it ended up being colder than lukewarm. Since this was the waiter's recommendation, we couldn't imagine that anything should have been noted. The price is slightly higher here. We paid just over 36 euros for two dishes and two drinks. Overall, we were full, but nothing more. It wasn't bad, definitely not, but it wasn't good either. Trattoria Nobile does a lot right, but there is still room for improvement.

We went there after a visit to MB museum. The staff was friendly, the food was superb. We recently dined at Trattoria Nobile in Stuttgart, and it was an exceptional experience from start (almost) to finish! We tried the pizza, spaghetti, and salad, and each dish was fantastic. The pizza had a perfectly thin and crispy crust with a deliciously balanced tomato sauce and generous toppings. It was everything you would expect from an authentic Italian pizza—simple, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. HOWEVER there was NO TOILET!!!!

GO THERE - EAT SUPER TASTY - GO HOME SATISFYED! I just had a divine meal at Trattoria Nobile. I eat a lot of Italian, but a soooo crossy crispy pizza (special ones WITHOUT mozzarella cheese) just with a little slightly spicy oil and fresh, crispy garlic slices... a poem. Not that there are any misunderstandings here, I'm a completely normal customer here and just amazed by the high quality of the cuisine and how delicious the various dishes were that I was able to enjoy here. If anyone can cook and bake, it's the majesty of the house. I will happily come back whenever I want high quality and delicious fresh Italian food! Absolute insider tip!

Years ago I had enjoyed a fantastic wood-fired pizza in Naples and now I was able to repeat the taste experience! The food tasted like it was in Italy – simply perfect! The staff was very attentive and friendly, which made the evening even better. There is also a charming little deli counter in the store that offers everything from A to Z. There is really a lot of emphasis on quality there. Get inspired and treat yourself to a visit to Trattoria Nobile. It is worth it!

The food is really very tasty. We drove forty minutes but the journey was worth it. Pizza Tonno, salami and Quattro Stagioni very tasty, especially very good dough. The tortellini alla panna was also to die for. For dessert there was tiramisu and panna cotta. Very good espresso and cappuccino. Unfortunately everything was eaten away before we could take photos 😁
