Trattoria Nobile in Stuttgart

The Trattoria Nobile in Mühlhausen is located in the middle of the parking lot that connects Netto and KFC. The restaurant makes the most of its location and offers a pleasant atmosphere amidst concrete and cars. You have to get that done first! The restaurant actually only offers outside seating. Inside there is a counter and the wood-fired pizza oven that is often mentioned on Google Maps. The seats are covered with the option of opening the roof. When the weather is good, this is a blessing. We were there at lunchtime and it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly and professional. We ordered spaghetti alla Genovese with homemade pesto and an extra portion of burrata, as well as a pizza funghi. After a short wait, we received our dishes and unfortunately discovered that the taste didn't match the look. Both were nicely prepared, but tasteless. In general, we couldn't understand the hype and the extremely good reviews. The pizza was bland. The mozzarella hardly had any taste of its own, the tomato sauce was very mildly seasoned and almost impossible to taste. Only the mushrooms were noticeably fresh and tasty. The aroma of the wood-fired oven was quite nice, but the high, uncontrolled heat had also burned a small portion of the pizza. Too bad. The pasta wasn't anything special and the homemade pesto didn't taste like much either. The burrata, which tasted good, was placed cold on the pasta and cooled the entire dish down, so that it ended up being colder than lukewarm. Since this was the waiter's recommendation, we couldn't imagine that anything should have been noted. The price is slightly higher here. We paid just over 36 euros for two dishes and two drinks. Overall, we were full, but nothing more. It wasn't bad, definitely not, but it wasn't good either. Trattoria Nobile does a lot right, but there is still room for improvement.

We went there after a visit to MB museum. The staff was friendly, the food was superb. We recently dined at Trattoria Nobile in Stuttgart, and it was an exceptional experience from start (almost) to finish! We tried the pizza, spaghetti, and salad, and each dish was fantastic. The pizza had a perfectly thin and crispy crust with a deliciously balanced tomato sauce and generous toppings. It was everything you would expect from an authentic Italian pizza—simple, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. HOWEVER there was NO TOILET!!!!

GO THERE - EAT SUPER TASTY - GO HOME SATISFYED! I just had a divine meal at Trattoria Nobile. I eat a lot of Italian, but a soooo crossy crispy pizza (special ones WITHOUT mozzarella cheese) just with a little slightly spicy oil and fresh, crispy garlic slices... a poem. Not that there are any misunderstandings here, I'm a completely normal customer here and just amazed by the high quality of the cuisine and how delicious the various dishes were that I was able to enjoy here. If anyone can cook and bake, it's the majesty of the house. I will happily come back whenever I want high quality and delicious fresh Italian food! Absolute insider tip!

Super good wood-fired pizza. Tastes super delicious. Mega friendly service. Endless parking spaces in front of the door. Italian sundries such as cold cuts and coffee are also sold here. Definitely come back.

Years ago I had enjoyed a fantastic wood-fired pizza in Naples and now I was able to repeat the taste experience! The food tasted like it was in Italy – simply perfect! The staff was very attentive and friendly, which made the evening even better. There is also a charming little deli counter in the store that offers everything from A to Z. There is really a lot of emphasis on quality there. Get inspired and treat yourself to a visit to Trattoria Nobile. It is worth it!

The tortellini were extremely tasty and the service was also really great. The location is also wonderful for a nice and relaxing evening.

The food is really very tasty. We drove forty minutes but the journey was worth it. Pizza Tonno, salami and Quattro Stagioni very tasty, especially very good dough. The tortellini alla panna was also to die for. For dessert there was tiramisu and panna cotta. Very good espresso and cappuccino. Unfortunately everything was eaten away before we could take photos 😁

Stopped into this place by chance , instantly knew we made a great decision! Great friendly service. The food was beyond lecker ! They also have Italian products for sale . The pasta carbonara is traditional and creamy . We will be back ! Danke :)

We ate here for the first time with my wife today and were really impressed, everything was perfect from the salad to the pizza and pasta. The waitress was also very friendly and you feel very comfortable here. We will come here to eat more often now!:)

A very inconspicuous place, but an absolute recommendation. The food was outstanding (Bolognese and pizza quattro) they have a stone oven and an authentic pizza maker from Sicily. I definitely recommend the tiramisu too.

We were here for the first time today. At first the restaurant seemed a bit inconspicuous (as an extension next to the Netto). The manager of the restaurant greeted us very friendly and after we said we had never been there before, she explained to us what the restaurant offers (a lot of things can be bought separately: eggs, pasta, oils, antipasti, etc.). We had Caprese as a starter, then Pizza Margherita and Pizza Nobile. Everything was very, very tasty, the pizzas come from a traditional wood-fired oven and you can taste it. We were very satisfied and would like to come back.

As an Italian, I haven't eaten pizzas in Germany for years because the quality is simply terrible, even in many Italian restaurants (at least in the area). I gave the pizzaria a chance because of the extremely positive reviews, and now I'm there almost every week. I also no longer eat any other pizza. It may sound exaggerated, but with the best of intentions, most pizzerias in Germany don't sell "Italian" pizza. Nobile does it very well and I'm happy to finally be able to eat good pizza again. Regardless of the quality, the service is impeccable, the place is clean and well-maintained. If I could, I would like six stars!

We stopped here for lunch on our bike tour. The starter plate and the pizzas were very tasty, and the final cappuccino rounded off our break before continuing our journey along the Neckar.

I'm thrilled with the pizzeria. We didn't expect anything and were more than pleasantly surprised. If you don't like pizza, you don't like Italy. What I particularly like is the small but fine selection of Italian specialties to take away

We ordered 4 pizzas: Pizza Nationale, Funghi, Tonno and pizza with grilled vegetables. All very tasty and the pizza crust looks crispy. Pizza Tonno and Nationale are in first place for us and the other two pizzas were also very good compared to other pizzerias, but are generally not my taste. If you like grilled vegetables and mushrooms, you can treat yourself. I couldn't take photos of the other two pizzas because they were eaten so quickly.

The pizza is really extremely good! It tastes authentically Italian. Rarely have I had such a good pizza in Stuttgart. The employees are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

I think if you want to go to Italy and enjoy a real Italian pizza, you don't have to go far. The last time we ate such incredibly delicious pizza was in Italy. And best of all, far away from tourists... somewhere in the middle of nowhere you can get a pizza like that from a real Italian mom, in a real stone oven... wonderful... The children were thrilled. The pizza itself is really tasty, but there is a lady working there: slim, slightly taller and blonde. Unfortunately, it was discriminatory. When my partner and I wanted to sit as a couple at a table for four, we were told to please sit at a table for two. We did, but after just five minutes two men came and sat at the table for four. I was just watching to see if she would tell them the same thing and send them away. However, she didn't do that. Personally, I find this discriminatory and disrespectful. Well, I lost my appetite in the end and packed my food and left.

Small but nice restaurant. Very centrally located, easy to reach both by public transport and by car. We had a starter, two pizzas, two desserts, two drinks and two coffees and it cost around €30 per person. So completely fair prices. Price-performance in general top! One of the best pizzas I've ever had and the tiramisu is to die for. The staff is friendly and attentive. At the checkout you can buy various delicatessen items, in addition to various ham, pickled pepperoni, cream cheese, buffalo mozzarella and more. The seating area is a small winter garden with garden tables, there are radiant heaters hanging from the ceiling so you can sit there even in cold weather. There are two tables for 4 people and about 7 small tables, so if you come with several people you should probably make a reservation. We will come back in any case!
