A small, cozy Italian restaurant with limited space, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. What I really appreciate is that the kitchen stays open quite late. When I return from an outing, I can almost always get something to eat there even late in the evening. The pizzas are absolutely fantastic, especially the calzone, which is my all-time favorite. The pasta dishes are also excellent, and you can order them all topped with melted cheese, which is a real treat for me. I always enjoy going there and highly recommend it.

We stumbled upon Trattoria Nobile by chance and were very pleasantly surprised. Located in a parking lot next to a Netto discount supermarket, we were expecting just a snack bar, not the best pizza I've had in years. It was truly a revelation; close your eyes and you'll think you're in Italy, you can taste the Italian flavors. The Pizza Parma deserves 10 out of 10 stars.

At first, I thought it was next to the Netto supermarket in the parking lot? But then I was very pleasantly surprised: very friendly staff who immediately and without any fuss set up a table for me in the sun... and then the pizzas: absolutely delicious! We just ordered Pizza Diavolo and Pizza Prosciutto, and both pizzas were absolutely delicious. Any changes we made were handled politely and without any fuss. Delivery was within 30 minutes, and the food was still piping hot. If you like a good Italian pizza made with high-quality ingredients, this is the place to go. We found the price/performance ratio to be excellent.

In my opinion, this is one of the best pizzas in Stuttgart, and I'm especially pleased that it's located in Stuttgart-Mühlhausen. Over the last two years, I've eaten at least 60-80 pizzas there with my wife or friends, either eating in or ordering delivery. The dough and toppings have always been consistently excellent. The service is also very friendly, and the team is fantastic. The location (right next to Netto) doesn't immediately suggest the quality. A word of caution: there are no restrooms, so use the facilities at home beforehand. Everyone I know who has eaten there loves the dishes from this trattoria! Give it a try so that Nobile doesn't move to the city center! They should stay in Mühlhausen!!! :-)

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the appetizer plate for two was beautifully presented with high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, we felt the portion was too small for the price. The salsiccia pizza was unfortunately not very tasty – it would have benefited from a bit more seasoning. It's also a shame that the restaurant doesn't have its own restrooms, and guests are directed to the nearby KFC. Positive: There was ample parking on a Saturday afternoon. Less pleasant: very few tables and, unfortunately, some disturbing background noise from other guests. Overall, both positive and negative – with a few adjustments, the experience could be significantly improved.

I recently had dinner at Nobile and was completely impressed. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service attentive and friendly. My highlight: the tortellini funghi – wonderfully al dente, with a creamy mushroom filling and a perfectly balanced sauce. A true taste experience! You can tell the cooking here is done with love. Totally warm, like visiting friends. Super attentive and in a good mood; it was really fun! And then… the tiramisu! Hallelujah. Truly, this wasn't your average dessert; it was fantastic. Creamy, perfectly balanced, simply very, very good. I could have easily had another one. 😄

The pasta bolognese we ordered was absolutely tasteless. The meat sauce was bland and watery, and the pasta itself was overcooked. The prosciutto pizza was even more disappointing. The dough was kind of rubbery, and the prosciutto didn't seem fresh and had a strange aftertaste. Overall the taste of the pizza was just terrible. The desserts weren't convincing either. The panna cotta was tasteless and had an unpleasant, gelatinous texture, and the tiramisu was dry and completely devoid of flavor. The meal ended with an expressionless cappuccino. The coffee was weak and the milk foam was barely there. Unfortunately, despite the excellent service, I cannot recommend this restaurant if you are hoping for delicious Italian cuisine. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of food preparation and take measures to improve the situation.
