Este lugar era mediocre en el mejor de los casos. Solo nosotros (2) en el restaurante. El tipo que trabaja tardó una eternidad en venir a nuestra mesa o decir algo. La comida era básica, nada diferente del sushi de la tienda de comestibles. No volveremos solo por la comida y el servicio. La guinda del pastel fue cuando el tipo dijo que solo acepta euros, a pesar de que en la lista del sitio aceptan tarjetas.

I really enjoyed the sushi at the Hiami Sushi Bar in Stuttgart Vaihingen. I particularly thought the varieties with snow crab were excellent. However, the restaurant itself is quite small and not very inviting to eat there. It would be more pleasant in the summer when you can sit outside or for a home pickup. There is only the option to pay in cash, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, a clear recommendation for the sushi.

Very nice sushi, especially the vegan options. Staff is very friendly. Even the cat that greets you at the entrance. Dogs are also welcome, however, it's a tiny space, so big dogs would probably not fit. Only cash, no cards accepted.

We picked up our sushi ourselves. When I placed the order, it said that we could pick up the order after just 15 minutes, wow! That's what I call quick. When I arrived on site, I came across a tiny shop, super cute and comfortably furnished. The courteous service staff came straight to me and handed me my order :) The store was already busy, but everything still went smoothly. We were able to bring our own soy sauce and chopsticks. There is less seating inside, but when the weather is good you can also sit outside. The sushi was super tasty and freshly prepared! I've been to tons of restaurants and this is definitely one of my favorites ;) We had nothing to complain about!!! Gladly again.

I've been to the HIAMI Sushi Bar several times and am thrilled every time. The sushi is fresh and delicious and the selection is large. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend visiting Hiami.

My wife and I have been eating and ordering here regularly for several years and have never been disappointed. We compared other sushi restaurants in the area, but no one can compete in terms of taste. The fact that you can't pay with a card is a bit annoying, but we're happy to accept it for what you get here: namely, super tasty sushi in a very short time at a reasonable price!

Very tasty sushi and in my opinion the prices are completely reasonable for sushi and the number of rolls you get. So the price/performance ratio is totally right here. However, there is a star deduction because card payments are not accepted. I think something like that is simply no longer appropriate these days.

Perhaps the best sushi I have ever eaten in Germany. The only small detraction from the ambience is that the restaurant is very small and it can quickly become loud and cramped. However, it doesn't detract from the great experience. We'd be happy to come back any time we're nearby.

By far the coziest and highest quality sushi restaurant Stuttgart has to offer! If you love sushi you can't avoid Hiami. A small, cozy restaurant. From the right place you can even observe how perfectly the sushi masters have mastered their craft. The fish and the other ingredients used to prepare the sushi are of the highest quality. The sushi creations are diverse and leave nothing to be desired. My absolute favorite is the Hotate Unagi Roll. The same applies to the other dishes, desserts and drinks.

Best sushi in Stuttgart. Large selection and value for money is definitely right. Very friendly staff and a very harmonious atmosphere. I've been there several times, I'm happy to recommend it and would be happy to come back.

I love it. For me the best sushi in the area. The tuna and salmon melt in your mouth like butter. They know their craft and are always very friendly. Been there over 8 times and will continue to come and recommend it to my friends.

Wir waren enttäuscht von der Qualität des Sushis. Maximal durchschnittlich. Der Service war wenig aufmerksam. Zwei der drei Kellner haben ständig miteinander diskutiert und gestritten. Die Schale mit dem schmutzigen Wasser um die Tische abzuwischen wurde benutzt und dann auf dem nächsten Tisch abgestellt.

Unfortunately I can't agree with the good reviews regarding the food. I find the sushi mediocre, nothing I would have to eat again. The worst thing, however, was the mochi with red bean filling. The consistency was so horrible that it doesn't have anything to do with mochi. Service was nice and they have a nice large outdoor area.

I was here with a friend and had sushi at 9:15 p.m. and the food was delicious!! Gyosa were good and the makis and spicy tuna were hella good!! Props to Layla and Ju for the really nice and good service and thanks to the head chef and the team for a nice evening!! Will definitely come back again :>

Family business. Small shop with a small but nice menu. Delicious miso nigiri mochi. Unagi is served warm :) Nice, attentive and fast service. Maps takes you to the wrong side of the building - just walk around the house! Oh, 2 months later... Change of operator? Tattered menu, lukewarm miso soup, waiting times, diluted soy sauce, practically wasabi-free wasabi, staff at their limit... What a shame.

Pleasant seats outside, very tasty food and fresh sashimi. The operation was a bit behind, but you could tell that it was probably new, so this wasn't a problem anyway. The sake was also tasty.

I don't think you can pay with a card, but it's pointed out on the phone, which I think is correct! The restaurant is a bit small but the seating is not cramped. So it's not a negative criterion! Wow! Great reviews and a high average score for good reason. Impressive variety of sushi and nigiri, appetizers are delicious, and the sake and locals wines are a nice pairing. Prices are relatively reasonable and certainly fair for the quality and freshness. A small place that packs a punch. A must-visit!

We really enjoy eating here regularly. The food is always incredibly good and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Because you can watch the chefs prepare something, the meal is twice as much fun. Even though the dining room is quite small, it can fit a few people. We have already made reservations and eaten for 14 people at Hiami. So it also works in a small, fine sushi bar :D

Some reviews say that like any Japanese sushi restaurant, it tastes very good here. Absolutely not. Among all the sushi restaurants nearby and - to be honest, even in the surrounding area - Hiami stands out enormously in terms of quality. I have never eaten such good sushi. Tip: Ask the chef for a recommendation. There are really exciting specials there.

The restaurant should have signs up, saying they do not take credit cards. They don’t have a single sign up and it’s not on the menu, yet they wait until you get ready to pay to tell you they only accept cash. This is very inconvenient to have to leave and go to an ATM, otherwise it was a pretty good experience.

Amazing food and service. Would be 5 star s on atmosphere but it's a small place. If you want to dine in call ahead. My personal favorite on the menu is the Spicy Crunchy.

Small but nice. A cleanly run restaurant with delicious food. The service is friendly and accommodating, even if it can get packed during typical weddings. I would recommend a reservation during the week or for evenings. It's still possible on weekends in the early afternoon, so it's not quite as crowded. The food is beautifully prepared, it is always very tasty and the mochi is also recommended as dessert.

Yesterday I visited HIAMI with my family and children aged 10 and 2 and we were amazed. We love sushi and have visited many restaurants but this one beats them all!! We have never eaten so well. Even the 2 year old (who doesn't eat everything) asked for seconds. Clear recommendation!!! The staff is also extremely friendly. The ambience is very nice. It is quite small but very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!!

Quality food in small location. This location has been many different restaurants, but I hope this one stays. The atmosphere is good depending on who you sit by. The service for some would need to be quicker as we heard comments from others, but with 1.5 people waiting tables that seat a minimum of 22 people, you're going to need to wait a little while. Some people won't like the price but definitely worth it, and not many other sushi bars are at this level.

The Japanese restaurant delivered decent food that had potential for improvement. The service was pleasant, yet the poor air circulation led to a pervasive fried food smell throughout the meal, worsening afterward (our clothes will stay outside for the whole night). Surprisingly, the chef and crew were Vietnamese, not Japanese. Unfortunately, the exclusive cash payment policy was an inconvenience in this digital age.

Hiami is a real gem in the area. This is the best sushi bar within hundreds of kilometers and one of my favorite in the world. The food is always fresh and presented perfectly. The staff is wonderful and extremely attentive. I highly recommend making a reservation as this establishment is very small and fills up fast in the winter months. There is outside seating in the warmer months. I have been visiting Hiami for over two years now during my travels and this is always a highlight of my trip.

The atmosphere is VERY SMALL, crowded and loud. We had to get up during the meal so that the guests next to us could stand up, the restaurant is so small and cramped. However, the food was good and the service was friendly. I found it a shame that you could only pay with cash there.

Das Sushi war mit eins der besten, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Die Ente war sehr zart und bestand nicht nur aus Fett. Der Thunfisch hat richtig frisch geschmeckt. Man hat den Eindruck, die Produkte werden mit viel Mühe und Liebe zubereitet. Preislich schlägt sich dies allerdings auch nieder, was ich aber ok finde. Ich komme trotzdem sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastic sushi in a nice little sushi restaurant. We had the Chef’s Choice platter. All sushi specialties were very, very tasty. Almost melting on the tongue. There was moschi for dessert. I can recommend coconut. The only drawback: because the shop is so small and you sit right next to the kitchen island, the clothes take on kitchen aromas over the course of your stay. A small price for such delicious food… 😉

Herausragendes Sushi und sehr sympathischer Service. Überlasst die Auswahl gerne dem Chef („Omakase“), ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein. Ich komme beruflich gut herum, somit habe ich das Vergnügen Sushi in ganz DE zu probieren. Die HIAMI Sushi Bar gehört auf jeden Fall zu meiner Top 5 in ganz DE. Probiert auch unbedingt den Japanischen Pflaumenwein, entweder als Aperitif oder Digestif. Sooo lecker (wenn man auf lieblichen Wein steht)

Wir waren 5min vor Geschäftsschluss da und wurden noch freundlich herein gebeten und durften noch was essen und trinken. Dafür nochmals ein grosses Danke. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
