Essen ist super lecker! Also ich hab die Vorspeise und den Hauptgang definitiv genossen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Service auch super nett und aufmerksam. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Super leckeres Sushi! Wartezeiten sind extrem. Die Bestellung hat zwei Stunden gedauert und es ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Haben dort das erste Mal über WOLT zum liefern lassen. Bei der Bestellung habe ich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie gerne mehr Wasabi drauf tun kann - war mehr als genug drauf :-) Sushi war sehr lecker und Lieferung hat auch gut geklappt. Werden hier öfter bestellen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Das ist nicht mein erster Besuch im HIAMI, tatsächlich war es vielleicht schon der zehnte. Das beste Sushi-Restaurant in Stuttgart und überhaupt! Ehrlich gesagt habe ich nirgendwo anders so gutes Sushi gefunden! Zwar etwas teuer, aber jeden Cent wert.

Kleine Sushibar mit max. 24 (?) Plätzen. Eine Reservierung ist absolut sinnvoll. Der Service war schnell, das Essen hervorragend! Wirklich gute Qualität, die ihren (gerechtfertigten) Preis hat.

Hiami wurde mir schon öfter als Geheimtipp empfohlen – und der erste Besuch hat mich direkt überzeugt. Qualität und Geschmack sind wirklich top und absolut auf dem Niveau vom Sushi Ya im Böhm in Stuttgart. Ich habe lange gesucht, um im Raum Stuttgart Sushi in vergleichbarer Qualität zu finden.

Absolute Empfehlung, für uns das beste Sushi-Restaurant in Stuttgart. Wir waren schon öfter hier und die Qualität des Essens war immer hervorragend. Dazu ein einladendes und gemütliches Ambiente sowie ein netter Service.

Selten haben ich so gutes Sushi in Deutschland essen dürfen, ich komme bestimmt wieder und bestelle dann wohl einmal was der Chef empfiehlt :)

Kleines Lokal mit fantastischem Essen. Wir konnten uns in Ruhe unterhalten, ohne störende Hintergrundgeräusche, was wir sehr genossen haben. Wir hatten Edamame und vier verschiedene Sushi-Rollen, die allesamt hervorragend waren. Meine Frau und ich sind ziemlich anspruchsvoll, was Essen angeht, und dieses Restaurant ist schnell zu unserem Lieblings-Sushi-Restaurant geworden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich war hier vor einigen Jahren schon gerne essen - heute haben wir uns riesig gefreut, dass inzwischen auch eine Lieferung über Wolt möglich ist. Die Lieferung ist schnell, wie angegeben erfolgt. Das Essen war gut und ansprechen verpackt und schön angerichtet. Das Sushi war in gewohnter Hiami-Qualität - Lecker und frisch zubereitet. Seit Jahren ein qualitativ hochwertiges, ansprechendes Sushi-Restaurant!

I went there for dinner today with my best friend. We're from Switzerland and happened to be in the area. I have to say, we were both very pleasantly surprised. The food was a 10 out of 10. The service was very attentive and friendly. The sushi bar is quite small and cozy, but that's exactly what makes it so inviting and charming. Keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back.

I've been to this sushi restaurant five times now, and I'm thrilled every single time! The sushi is truly high quality and incredibly fresh. Although I'm not usually a fan of raw sushi, I enjoy it here every time. You can tell they use top-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into it. Highly recommended! ✨

The sushi is delicious and fresh, and takeaway works perfectly. Unfortunately, they still don't offer card payments. I've often thought, "I'll just grab some sushi on my way home. Oh no, no cash. Oh well." That's simply outdated, and in my case, the restaurant has lost out on many potential orders because of it.

We're not from the area, so we stumbled upon this sushi bar by chance. All I can say is WOW. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best sushi I've ever had. Super creative, top quality, and visually stunning. The service was just right, and the prices were very fair, in my opinion. I'll definitely be back more often, even though we live quite far away (Konstanz). Update: I was there for the second time today (August 28, 2023). Just like last time, simply fantastic. Creative and delicious. Top-notch! I've been there at least five times now, and I've never been disappointed. The taste is still amazing, and the quality is as high as ever. I'll remain a loyal customer and will never regret the two-hour drive.

An unexpectedly lovely place hidden in one of the more suburban areas of Stuttgart. I went there for a quick dinner while on a business trip. Our waitress was extremely polite and kind and we simply loved the food! The prices were very fair given the quantity and the quality of food.. My only very small negative comment would be on the atmosphere of the place. It has an open kitchen directly in the dining area so it's smelly enough to get your clothes smelling oily. But that's pretty common in restaurants in Germany, so I guess it's no biggy. I definitely recommend it and I will definitely go back for more if I am ever in Stuttgart again.

Food is good, service is fast and accommodating. It’s great for a girls night, a date night or even just an evening out.

This is my third time here, and I'm once again thrilled with the quality of the sushi. Definitely the best sushi I've had in Germany so far. I ordered the omakase, and my two friends shared a two-piece platter. Everyone was very satisfied, and we'll definitely be back. The matcha tiramisu was also fantastic—highly recommended!

Wow, finally some good sushi again!

The sushi was very tasty. The prices were a bit on the high side. It's very cramped inside and unfortunately drafty; because the door was constantly being opened to air out the place, I unfortunately caught a cold the next day.

Anyone who puts "omakase" on their menu has to be measured by it, and this was a clear miss of the mark. A mixed sushi platter has nothing to do with omakase. The taste was fine, but the price-performance ratio was completely off—especially when compared to the other sushi menus. The sushi master subsequently took part in the discussion but ultimately agreed that the terminology was inappropriate.

My wife and I have rarely eaten sushi as good as we did here. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The menu offers a huge selection of all kinds of sushi, including many vegan options. We had gyoza for starters, which were also very good. After a long search, we've finally found our new regular sushi spot and can recommend Hiami to everyone!

Excellent sushi at the market square. The restaurant is quite small, but at least it has some outdoor seating. The quality of the sushi was excellent, fresh, and simply delicious. The set menu options for one or two people are also a great deal.

Highly recommend the warm crunchy sushi options! Insanely delicious! But that applies to all the other options as well!

The food and service were OK. It was a nice place. However, we found it annoying that you can only pay in cash.

I actually like Hiami... but over time, the cleanliness has deteriorated. The tables and everything else are dirty, I call it lint. The menus definitely need to be replaced; you hardly dare touch them. I don't know if all this is affecting my taste buds, but the sushi doesn't taste the same as it used to. I hope things improve, because it was the only sushi place for miles around that I looked forward to.

Every single bite was a true taste experience, the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality. I was particularly impressed by the artistic presentation of the dishes. Every roll, every nigiri was not only perfectly prepared, but also lovingly and aesthetically arranged. You immediately noticed that great attention to detail and craftsmanship go into the work here. A true treat for the eyes and palate! Location: Perfectly Accessible The restaurant also scores points for its very central location. It's easy to reach and ideal for a spontaneous lunch or dinner after a stroll through the city. The easy accessibility is definitely a plus and makes the visit even more enjoyable. Service and Speed: There's Room for Improvement The only downside was, unfortunately, the service. It started with the fact that we had to wait quite a long time for our order to be taken, and the wait times between courses were also a bit longer than expected. The speed of service left a lot to be desired, which would certainly be even more noticeable with a full house. The attentiveness of the staff could also be improved; we felt like we had to make ourselves known several times to order more drinks or the bill. I definitely see potential for improvement here to round out the overall experience. We were disappointed with the food, even with what the menu promised. It wasn't an exclusive selection. In general, the selection of sushi options wasn't extensive. The restaurant is overstretched with outdoor seating, and one restroom for all guests isn't possible.

The chef's recommendation wasn't as tasty as I'd hoped. For €38, I expected more. The kitchen and restrooms were too small for the number of seats, both inside and outside.

We don't understand all the good reviews. There is much better sushi in the Stuttgart area, but it's definitely not worth driving here. Instead of Coke Zero, Coke was brought twice. Soft drinks are bottled so that they are no longer carbonated. The thing that greatly influenced our negative rating is the bad sushi rice. It's absolutely tasteless. The sauces used to top the rolls don't taste good. In addition, the cheapest soy sauce is served, which doesn't taste good either. It's a shame, we trusted the good reviews and were unfortunately extremely disappointed.

El personal era muy amable y agradable, el ambiente parecía agradable. Sin embargo, en ninguna parte de su sitio web o puerta principal dice “solo efectivo”. Pedí un artículo y estaba listo para pagar con mi tarjeta y dijeron “solo efectivo”. Solo tenía mi toque - para - pagar en mi teléfono y les dije eso, pero querían que todavía fuera a un cajero automático cercano a pesar de que les dije que no tenía una tarjeta física en mí. Después de un tiempo de ir y venir les dije que estaba bien y que me iría. Trataron de obligarme a pagar con PayPal o de alguna otra manera, aunque les dije que ya no iba a tomar la comida.

We have been customers since day 1 and have never regretted a visit to Hiami. Next to the sushi at Böhm, this is our second favorite sushi restaurant. The sushi rice is very well prepared, delicately seasoned and the fish is of very good quality. The ambience inside is also very good. There is still room for improvement when it comes to wine selection. One of our favorite restaurants in Vaihingen - thanks to the whole team
